66!Raph Design

I wanted to do squares since that’s his shape, but it wasn’t possible unless I wanted him to look even more squashed. So I used vertical lines to try and made his helmet a little taller than his actual head to make him look more spread out/taller.

I was originally scared to draw Phase II clone helmets, but Phase I wouldn’t suit his face type so I had to. I’m happy with how it turned out.

With all his spikes and his buffness, he was the hardest to create armor for. Lucky for him, Draxum a genius when it comes to this stuff.

I love the handprint on Echo’s armor, and I figured out of all the turtles, Raph would be the most likely to have it on his. ❤️

The red paint on his thigh plating resembles his shorts.

As much as I am a Raph alligator tail truther, I couldn’t figure out how to work it in his design without it looking out of place 😔

Whenever he’s in his armor, he’s referred to as One (only exception is his brothers, ofc).

Also I swear I love Raph but the only reason I didn’t include him in the concept art was because I couldn’t think of another clone reference. If you guys have any suggestions I would be willing but I literally just couldn’t think of what to do for Raph. But for now, he’ll just be a cameo in concept art for Mikey

Fahrenheit 451

Good evening,

For the first time in years, perhaps since I was ten or eleven (which would be an astonishing 8-10 years now) I have finished a book. I did not read it because I was told, or because I wanted to be looked at as the sort of odd, intelligent person who reads for whatever reason, which for the entirety of my middle and high school years seemed like a hobby only pretentious bastards would have, because what could you possibly find in a book that could not be found in a movie, then show, then youtube video, then tiktok.

Well, I believe I found the answer. On May 5, 2025, I finally picked up a book I had purchased months earlier with the intent to read it, which had been collecting dust on the floor of my wreck of a bedroom since, and I took it to work. And I spent maybe twenty scattered minutes reading Neil Gaiman's introduction to Fahrenheit 451, the 60th anniversary edition, and it hit me like a train. Within a few pages, I laid the book to rest for the day. By Friday evening, I had finished up to page 66, an average of less than 15 pages per day. Abysmal, really, in my childhood I would read a book of this length in a night. A Mango Shaped Space, the book I likely read the most times in my childhood, would be devoured in the span of a night or two, read only before bed by the light of my small bookmark-flashlight I had gotten from the school library, which would be tucked under my pillow if I heard the faintest creak of a floorboard, for fear of being caught. It was a depressing realization, how poor my attention span had gotten since I stopped reading as a kid. I was reading much slower than I used to, much less, yet it felt as if I was a voracious beast, consuming the pages faster than the fire Bradbury writes.

Saturday, the day I designate not to take my vyvanse, and allow myself to rest, I did nothing. Absolutely nothing. But I had an itch for the duration of the day. Not the sort of itch I get from my allergies, and not the urge to do that my vyvanse gives me. But it was like a voice whispered into my ear, read, Raph. Open that book, smell the pages, and consume. Devour. And, I sort of did. I opened the book to page 67, the beginning of The Sieve and the Sand and after pushing through ten pages, the hour ticking to the point of yawning punctuating each page, I slowly became hypnotized. Entranced. The time ticked by slowly, I felt, until I reached the end of the section, and realized that I'd read about 40 pages, the entirety of the section, in a few hours. My progress was slow, yes, but one must account for the fact that as I read, I truly wanted to comprehend the text, to understand it. So I would underline things, write my questions, if I encountered a word I wasn't 100% certain I understood, I would pull out my trusty Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary (Eleventh Edition), the physical copy I purchased this week to reduce distractions, and I would find the word, rewrite the appropriate definition on the page next to the word. I find that writing in books, despite my detestation for annotations in high school English class, actually does aid my understanding of the book, at least when I do it my way.

I eventually tired, scribbled some notes in my handy-dandy Composition Notebook, one of those ones with the marbled black and white cover that reminds me of my childhood, where I now scribble my questions and thoughts haphazardly, spent a few minutes on my phone, and subsequently passed out. That is the only word for how I sleep, nowadays. I do not allow myself to rest, I find distractions until my eyes grow so heavy that when I blink, I forget to open them back up again. I do that one or two more times, until I tuck my phone under my pillow and lose consciousness.

Sunday, my mission was to simply finish section three of the book, Burning Bright. That was the section where I entirely stopped even trying when we had been assigned to read this book in class. I finally hit the point where I did not know what would happen. For the first time in months, I did my laundry, not because I was out of clean clothes, but because there was laundry to be done. I walked my dog twice, soon to be thrice once I finish writing this pointless post for this pointless blog. And, for the first time since picking up this book on Monday, I opened it, not because I was about to go to bed, and not because I was looking for something to fill the time between customers at the shop I run, but because I wanted to. I have better things to do, more entertaining things to do, but I opened the book. And I read the section. And then I read the History, Context, and Criticism included at the end of the book. Everything from pages 107 to 249, all 142 pages, more than I'd read in the 5 days prior combined. And then I wrote notes about it. And then I started a blog about it. And now, I am changed.

Fahrenheit 451 was the best possible choice for my first book back. I had tried to make Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy my first, I'd considered even digging up my old copy of A Mango Shaped Space or Hatchet because I know I love those books, but something drew me to this book. And, like a moth to a flame (get it?) I listened. And the flame burned me up, and made me feel vulnerable. I used to read books for entertainment, or out of boredom, to fill that void of terrifyingly macabre thoughts that have plagued my OCD-riddled brain since I was not four years old, and began to contemplate my own mortality before I ever spoke to anyone aside from my own mother, and on rare occasions, my father or grandparent. I still experience the same, debilitatingly dark thoughts, yes. But this book has taught me to embrace them. This book has taught me to be an idiot, a fool, that I will not learn everything, but I should continue on my quest to learn everything. That I should speed up, yes, but also slow down, that I was not built for this much mindless information pumped into me. I feel as if this book is the black cobra that has been slid down my throat to pump up the inky black liquid of my being. And this book has made be go outside, and when I inhaled the air outside, I was filled with something new. I am renewed, from the inside out. This book has not changed my life, but given me life. Perhaps I am in a manic state, as a friend of mine joked, but I feel like the phoenix Granger describes. Or humanity as a whole. I have died, been burnt to ash, perhaps I was dying this whole time, my entire life a slow death, a descent into nothingness. And this book has made me felt as if I am new. It's strange, in the month since I turned 20, my average screen time for a Sunday has gone from a revolting 14 hours a day or more, to 5, with the promise of continuing to decrease. I have not had any changes in my life, I work just as much, if not more than before. But it's like I have woken up.

This isn't really a book review, it's a life review. I feel as if I need to tell people, tell someone, anyone. We aren't supposed to feel like this. Scrolling from one post to the next. If Ray Bradbury saw who I was a week ago, saw what I did on a daily basis, I think he would grab my wrist and press his thumb into it, to check for a pulse. He might press an ear to my chest, listening not for the beating of a heart, but the grinding of gears, the soft hum of electricity, as if I was no more than a sickeningly lifelike automaton. I hated Mildred throughout the book, yet the more I read, the more I realized I was her. I was the epitome of everything Ray Bradbury was warning us about. But then, he told me how Montag woke up. And I felt as if I woke up with him. And now I want to stay awake, and read. I was looking up people who read lots of books in a year, and I felt something strange. I saw people claiming to have read 60 books a year, and when I read their guides on how to achieve something similar, I felt almost nauseous, seeing them recommend only reading a book once, not focusing on the heavy details, not contemplating the meaning. And to pick shorter books—blasphemy! While I am the concept of overachieving personified, I cannot imagine reading like that for the sake of a higher book count. Why, at that point, pick up children's books and read a dozen a day, why don't you?! I suppose I just cannot understand reading if you don't intend on growing from it. Gaining something from it. Satisfaction, yes, but... is that it?

If you've actually read my incoherent ramblings, congratulations, you've got a greater attention span than I. I would tell you to read a book, but clearly you are doing much better than myself, so perhaps you don't need to. Or perhaps you already have. Regardless, thank you for entertaining me.

Confrontations- Doubling Down, part II

“You have both heard about the Clone Wars, and the role the Jedi played in it as military leaders and defenders of the Republic. It was a dark time for the order. So many Jedi were killed, and the Republic was pushed to the brink as the war dragged on and more funds and resources were redirected to the war effort. Public opinion turned against the Jedi. We were blamed, framed as the perpetrators, and eventually we were betrayed. The clones who had fought with Jedi turned against us under the command of Order 66. They slaughtered their generals and marched on the Jedi temple on Coruscant.”

“You were all so young then. Children still in the creche, caught up in the maelstrom and chaos,” Splinter’s voice softened, sorrow coating his words as he shook his head, turning away.

“I grabbed you four and tried to evacuate you to the lower levels through the sewers. I had hoped that such an exit would be overlooked. But the clones were through in their orders. They followed, and when they found us, they opened fire, forcing us to run. Their carelessness caused the tunnel to collapse, and Raphael and Donatello were caught in that collapse and crushed…or so I thought. With more clone troopers quickly approaching, I had no choice but to grab you two and flee.”

Insects sang, chirps and clicks drifting on the breeze that sighed through the treetops as the three of them stood, unmoving.

“I never knew any of that,” Mikey mumbled eventually, knuckles pressed to his lips as he struggled to take in the full weight of their father’s story. “I don’t…remember.”

“You wouldn’t,” Splinter replied heavily. “You were so young, Michelangelo. I had to carry you through much of the lower levels. And with Leonardo injured in the aftermath, it is not surprising that a young mind would repress such stressful events.”

“That…that makes no sense,” Leo cut in, slowly shaking his head. “That’s not���what I saw…”

“What do you mean?” Splinter demanded, turning to look back at them with sharp eyes.

“When I saw Donnie, I had a…a vision. I think?” Leo replied, staring hard at his hands as if they could reveal the answers he was looking for. “We were… kids. We were wearing our temple robes, but they were all torn up. He was…he was screaming for me. And I was reaching for him. How could I have been reaching for him if we were running away?”

“Force visions are unreliable,” Splinter replied quickly…a bit too quickly.

“This wasn’t a force vision!” Leo denied, shaking his head so hard that the tails of his mask lashed the air. “It wasn’t some abstract blob or vague feeling! It was real!”

“Plus, you said I was hurt,” Leo continued. “You kept me in bed for so long after we got here, but all I remember were a whole bunch of bumps, bruises, and scrapes. No broken bones, no sickness. Nothing would have kept me down. So, how was I hurt?”

Their father turned away.

“You aren’t telling us everything,” Leo accused, leaning in towards their father as anger flared red hot once more.

“It does not matter,” Splinter stated, staring down the path in the direction of their house, “what’s done is done.”

“What do you mean what’s done…Donnie and Raph are alive!” Leo exclaimed; arms waving is frustration. “We need to know everything before we go after them!”

“You will be going nowhere,” Splinter barked, whirling to face his eldest remaining son with clenched fists.

“W…WHAT?!”

“You heard me!”

“But Donnie and Raph are-”

“They are lost, taken by those who hunt and kill our kind! I will not sacrifice you for a hopeless quest!”

“But you’ll sacrifice them?!” Leo screamed, shock and rage contorting his face as the storm finally broke free from its tether.

“Do not take that tone with me young man! I am your father, and you will respect me!”

“I have no respect for cowards,” Leo sneered back, leaning further into his father’s space “I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. You’ve already sacrificed them once, what does one more time matter?!”

“Guys, stop!” Mikey tried, but his words fell on deaf ears as the two continued to scream.

“I do not need to justify my choices to you!” Splinter bellowed, one hand snapping in Mikey’s direction. The youngest stumbled as the holocron was ripped from the inner pocket of his coat, the cube whizzing through the air till it met Splinter’s palm with a loud smack.

“You are both grounded! No one leaves the house, no, your room, unless I say so! We will need to relocate, and then I will be destroying this thing!”

“You can’t do that!”

“I can, and I will!”

“I hate you!

“So be it!”

“Fine!”

“Fine!”

Mikey’s heart sank into his heels as he watched his brother and father whirl around and stomp away in opposite directions, Splinter towards the house and Leo into the shadows of the trees. For a while he simply stood where he was, watching, waiting, for one of them to come back. But neither of them did. The sun and the breeze remained his only companions when he eventually turned to head down the path himself, feet dragging through the dirt as events and emotions screamed for space and attention in his mind and heart. The house was silent when he entered, the colorful murals he had taken so much time and care to paint subtly muted by the absence of laughter and conversation that usually flowed like water. His father’s door was closed, locked tight when Mikey half heartedly tested it.

“He didn’t mean it,” he softly called, resting his forehead against the door jamb for a moment. “We love you, dad.”

Adam update

Finally, the last day was upon them.

Well, technically there was still one more day, but that one would be spent packing, so it didn’t count in Mike’s mind.

They made sure to do a bit of everything that day. They took a small walk in the woods, stopped by the lake for a quick swim, did a little bit more biking and played with Ellie in the grass. Adam had a blast rolling around it with her, now that she could actually get free from being stuck upside down.

So many opportunities missed according to Mickey.

He tailed Adam pretty much the whole day. He wanted to get as many pictures as he could for the last day, and he was curious as to what Adam did with the others when they weren’t looking. With Don, it was easy. They would just geek out. Or nerd out. Whichever. Their current subjects seemed to be some bike adjustments and, of course, the lair replica.

With Raph, it was surprisingly calm moments. When they weren’t biking together, they would just hide somewhere and chill. Nothing else, just… sitting together, a few hushed conversations, a lot of watching around. It seemed Adam could mellow Raph just as much as Raph could bring Adam’s wilder side out. And Adam could bring Don’s excitement, or Leo’s gentleness, or Mickey’s attention, just as much as they could return the favor.

A well oiled family.

Thank you so much for the ask, my friend!

1: Hmm... This first one is quite difficult. But if I just had to pick something, I might say--and I suppose this doesn't really count as a headcanon, but--in Raphael's issue of the 2007 prequel comics, he meets this old man who, spoiler alert, dies and leaves Raph the Nightwatcher gear.

And my first thought is, this is kind of stupid, because how and why is a human going to have a mutant-turtle-shaped get up. Y'know? The whole situation just seemed so serendipitous, which is fine I suppose, but I just wasn't a huge fan. But the more I think about it, the more interesting it becomes, because it's this whole other aspect to the Nightwatcher business that his brothers have no idea about. Like, he held that old man in his arms as he bled out and died. Did he ever talk to his brothers about that? His dad? Could that have been the real beginning of his pulling away from them, this trauma that only he experienced? I'm just saying, it has some potential.

2: Of the fics I have posted, I would have to say that I'm most proud of good genes. It's short, but I would love to do more like it.

3: One thing I would LOVE to see people talk about: at the end of s4e21: Return of the Savanti, April rushes to tell Master Splinter something very important--something that concerns the safety of his children! But he brushes her off, saying it is probably better if he doesn't know. Then, the turtles emerge from a time portal, their weapons and armor augmented with bone and hide and scales (hell, Donny is carrying a Triceratops skull on his shell), and they don't really want to talk about it right now, and Splinter doesn't even try to ask. I just? ??

They just came back from a three-month impromptu camping trip in the Cretaceous, a planet-killing asteroid breathing down their necks the whole time--not to mention dealing with Savanti again and all that. Why did Splinter act this way? I know it's almost certainly just a bit of poor writing and this ultimately being a kid's show, but like. Can you imagine? Returning home by way of a miracle from some of the harshest survival conditions possible, isolated by 66 million years from everything you ever knew and love, but now you're back and your father... hardly gives you a second glance? What? I get that no time has passed for him, I get that he's used to them getting into strange and terrible things, but like. Come on.

Perhaps the knowledge of all they endured would just be too painful to bear as their father. Y'know? And that's a whole other can of worms. How many times have they stumbled home with broken bones and open lacerations, assuring him that it's no big deal, just a scuffle that got out of hand? How many times does it take for him to not smother them afterwards? How many times before he stops asking? How many times before he won't even listen? And it's not because he's gone numb, it's not because he doesn't care--it's just the opposite! It's heartbreaking every time and he doesn't know how much more he can take, watching his sons, his whole world, put their lives on the line every night, knowing that this is how he raised them to be.

A little bit of everything! The top couple that pop up on my profile are Craig of the Creek (21), Project Sekai (14), Rise of the TMNT (5), and Kid Cosmic (5). But honestly? Whatever I'm into at the moment has a good chance at getting a fic. (My notes app is nothing but draft ideas.)

So one of these is not like the others lol. I can explain though. So, top down:

SASTTM got published when Security Breach was super popular and tapped into the public outcry for Freddy being Gregory's dad. It's been sitting unfinished for over a year now at 28k, but I do have plans to finish it! I've cut the draft down a lot to actually make it a feasible writing project now, but I'm not going to publish anymore chapters until it's done. I want to finish it properly because this fic helped me grow so much as a writer and it means a lot to me.

I Can't Lose You Again will get touched on later on, as well as Wish We Could Turn Back Time.

Five Time Casey Moved was a fic that I wrote in a haze after watching season one of ROTTMNT and then the movie. It was published the day after the movie came out iirc and has a really special place in my heart for several reasons <3

And then the chatfic.

I got my fandom start in Danganonpa and in middle school, chatfics are the funniest, coolest things ever. So once I decided to start writing, obviously I had to do my own. It has aged horribly, is horribly written, and honestly should be deleted and never see the light of day again. Or at least be orphaned. But I made myself a promise to never delete my old fics unless they were actually horrific because you know what? Everyone starts somewhere. So it's still up. And one day it will get dethroned from the top kudos list and I will throw a party <3

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

I usually respond!! It makes me so giddy to receive even the shortest comments, and I always try to pass on that good feeling <3

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

So out of my published fics its I’d Make a Deal with God (I’d Get Him to Swap Our Places) which is a ROTTMNT fic I wrote about the movie before it came out to speculate on the future. In it we see both Raph and Donnie get kranged, leaving Leo and Mikey crying in a subway. A friend actually told me to kay why you know what myself because of it (in a very much joking manner) which was SUCH a compliment!!!

Out of everything I've written? There's a half finished ROTTMNT fic in my junior year AP Lang notebook which takes place over one week and ends with Mikey dying which is... really angsty. Like worryingly angsty. It's still an interesting concept that I think could be fun to explore, but even if I do ever finish it idk if it'll see the light of day.

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

I'm really not a fan of unhappy endings, even in fics. Hurt is best served with a side of comfort in my opinion, so everything I write ends up being really light and fluffy.

Three fics come to mind as having the happiest *ending* though.

The first is Would You be so Kind (As to Fall in Love with Me?) which is a Craig of the Creek fic entirely focused on two characters realizing that they love each other and that polyamory is an option! It's super sweet and I refuse to believe it's not canon tbh.

The other two are both Project Sekai fics from Tenmay this year, The Royal Summit (Where Friendships Blossom) and Sunbound Promise. They're both fantasy aus where Tsukasa and Toya grow closer, the first being their first meeting and the second where they become brothers. They're both so sweet and self indulgent, the endings make me so happy <3 <3 <3 <3

I got one comment on SASTTM where someone was bitching about neopronouns which I think counts. But overall people have been really nice and anyone who doesn't jive with the fic just moves on lol

Nope, and I don't know if I ever will. It's just not what I really want to write :p

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?

Occasionally! None of them have been particularly "crazy", though. I try to keep those things pretty grounded. I have a lot of crossover ideas that don't get written though :p

No. I don't know if I'd be able to either, co-plotting would be fine, I'm doing that with my sibling and a prsk magical girl fic, but writing,,, I couldn't :,)

14. What’s your all time favorite ship?

There are a lot of ships I love. But for all time favorite, I have to go with the one that I keep going back to read fics for even though I've lost pretty much all other interest in the game: Promptis (Prompto/Noctis from FFXV) I just keep coming back to them.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Where to start with this list.

The main one if probably my Project Sekai fantasy au fic The Eastern Side of Bolganio. It's so special to me, but it's a majorly ambitious project and I've gotten so little response with it that it's hard to write. I'm normally pretty good about not focusing on the numbers when it comes to fics (writing for small random fandoms help, there are some fics that I'm surprised have more than two hits, much less two kudos), but the fact that it's such an ambitious project that I've barely made a dent into... idk

idk, people say that my characterization is really good? I saved this one for last to answer but now I'm tired

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

I'm going to try and not be too self deprecating lol.

I'm really bad at describing environments/movement and dialogue at the same time. It's always either White Room Syndrome or a clunky mess. I also suck at titles. I always try to not use song lyrics, but anything that I do always sounds horrible.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I love it when it's done well! I love it when fic authors delve into the heritage of characters and bring in elements of it. I've done it a fair couple of times and always take great care to make sure that the translations aren't too horrific.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

So the first ever fanfiction I wrote was my exceedingly angsty, take on who the other souls in Undertale were before they died.

HOWEVER, I consider the first *fandom* I wrote for to be either Percy Jackson or Danganronpa. My first actual attempt at writing a fanfiction was a Solangelo prompt which I wrote two sentences of before abandoning and the first time I tried to write canon characters in situations, doing things, was it that damned chatfic XD

I Can't Lose You Again - I told you these would show back up again. Anyways, writing this fic was so fun. I really felt like I knew what I was doing, and apparently I did based off the comments! It's so special to me <3

Wish We Could Turn Back Time - This is my Roman Empire. I haven't updated this fic in years but I think about it everyday. I'm working on cleaning up the outline to be less ambitious so I actually have a chance to finish writing the thing, and I can't wait to finally give it the ending it deserves! It's also actually shaped my life in so many ways <3

After The Dinner Horn and Offscreen; a CotC oneshot collection - Maybe putting a oneshot collection here is cheating but shhhh. This actually is an umbrella title for almost all of my cotc fics (especially on platforms where I can't be bothered to upload them individually unless they're multichaptered). So many of these fics either shaped me as a writer drastically or mean so much to me on a personal level it's WILD. And also a reflection on how much the show means to me I guess? Idk that's enough psychoanalyzing for today.

Coercion Cancellation - This one might be cheating because it's the one I'm currently working on, but shhhhh. It still counts. It's for an indie horror game called Imaginary Friend Asylum ((prequel to The Friends We Left Behind)) which you should check out

66!Leo Design

HEAR ME OUT! Ik the armor is redundant because that is literally what their shells are for, but they are based on clone soldiers, so I wanted to include at least SOME armor. But putting it only on their non-carapace bits ended up looking like:

Yeah, not really pretty. Now, onto some design notes :3

Instead of just creating the armor by itself (like I might have done in the past), I’ve found it helps me to create a base and model the armor to fit the character. It can make it more difficult for other characters (cough cough Raph) but helps me work around it to make armor that truly suits them. (But coming up with side views for all of them with their snouts will be… an interesting challenge)

His and Mikey’s armor are the most colorful

I would have added more blue, but didn’t want to clutter it anymore since the pink/red are already a lot

The armor on his shell is painted too—but I’ll post all 4 turtle boys at the same time later

As soon as I saw Rex’s pauldron in my research, I knew I needed it for my triangle boy.

His design was a lot easier to work triangles into. Especially the helmet. Speaking of which:

He finds the helmet stuffy and hates that he can barely see out of it.

I like to try and give all my different Leo iterations ever so slightly different crescent facial markings. It’s probs not noticeable tho (but they’re kinda boomerang shaped?). Even tho I like it this shape is a lot harder to recreate lmao 😭

I don’t think I could make this into a full blown comic just because of the complexity of the four turtle boys’ armor alone. Like, I (shockingly) love drawing it, but it would take far too much time and effort. A fic is the most likely outlet, but I’ll deffo be posting a lot about it on tumblr in both mediums.

Every sin that really shouldn’t be a sin in order:

(3)-Leo has been fading in and out of conciousness most likely. A lot of the stuff in this movie needs you to pay attention to context.

(4)-Casey is a fill in because they needed a recognizable face for the movie. Your catch up comes during the movie.

(7)-Why are you assuming he wasn’t already on the battlefield to watch over his brother?

(14)- it’s very likely some things may have been forgotten. The two surviving turtles are in their 40s, as Leo is currently at 40 exactly and Mikey at 39. Stress and a constant need for survival would make you forget some things. Plus, they didn’t see it get taken from the art Museum, they only knew the gay couple took it.

(20)-bold of you to assume the turtles don’t have their own records.

(24)-they have no idea what it’s called.

(25)- Donnie is a theater kid. He’s always this dramatic and the buildup is in character.

(30)- oh no, they did something different. Oh no, how horrible. This kinda bias is part of why the series flopped.

(37)-April didnt have time. She;s most focused on the bomb evidence first.

(44)-you’re stupid.

(49)- Warren has regeneration powers.

(50)-they can’t have much blood, this is a kids movie.

(52)-Leo can’t produce multiple portals with a single swipe of his sword, and he can’t make them fucking massive either.

(54)-ninpo is built on mystic magic, and trust. Mystic magic came from the kraang. It’s only logical they can disable it, and with how messed up the situation is between Leo and Raph, it’s understandable they don’t come back right away.

(56)-Donnie’s a tech nerd, plus he’s literally the teams support. What were you expecting, the tech kid to do nothing like every other tmnt movie?

(57)-Raph just got stabbed in what is basically his ribs and you’re angry at Leo for being upset that his brother got kidnapped?! Come on, CinemaSins, that’s a teenager who just watched his big brother almost sacrifice his life to save him, and the future kid, who is most likely to have this information, didn’t warn you. CONTEXT, BIG MAN. CONTEXT.

(58)-yes, they can. This is the entire reason Leo is angry, BECAUSE CASEY IS FROM THE FUTURE. FOOL.

(71)-it’s a biochemical bomb. They kraang are made of fleshy matter that would almost definitely affect them. We never see it used on humans or the turtles but it’s very likely the same effect would happen if April were to get splashed.

(72)-April is more concerned about getting the fuck out of here, and that’s how she is. Watch. The. God. Damn. Show.

(73)-April is fucking terrifying. She can make a weapon out of anything, even fish and ladders if she had to. She used salami as a bow and arrow, she has a MAGIC BASEBALL BAT. But nooo it’s all splinter’s fault.

(74)-that’s one of the bikes that can be deployed from the turtle tank. It was just in the garage most likely.

(76)-that’s just a block for the door. If it was a nutsack there’d be two, or it would be way larger.

(79)-Donnie literally had an entire gag of putting trackers on EVERYONE. that you conveniently didn’t include in this video. Also, the turtles couldn’t contact eachother because of the underground interference. Try going into a deep cave covered by loads of rubble and try to get cell service. It won’t work.

(79.5)-that was another gag. Donnie is very excited to be able to use his algorithm, and that’s the whole point of him not seeing them right away. He’s the tech guy, he likes to use his tech. Also he’s autistic and wasn’t catching the social cues.

(80)-it’s Raph, not Ralph. Also, you’d be frozen in fear too if your big brother just had a massive biomass crawl out of his eye and possess him.

(81)-they didn’t have a ducking choice? They were running from kraang 2?

(82)-splinter used a smoke bomb ti get them out of there. Splinter, despite his age, is a master martial artist and fought in an arena for years. He could easily haul his kids and Casey out of there.

(86)-that isn’t the military. That is the earth protection force, an organization run by agent james bishop to defend the earth against alien attacks.

(88)-Donnie draws his eyebrows on. I would think that would be obvious. Even if you aren’t sure how they got there you can assume they’re a part of the mask.

(93)- the interface that controls the technodrome is hooking up to him, similar to plugging a computer into a projector. It has a mind of its own and is meeting him halfway.

(96)-you kinda do, kraang Prime/one is literally their leader and thinks the entirety of earth is weak.

(99)- you’re forgetting the fact that it’s a different kraang. The short square one makes the possession stuff, not this one.

(116) it’s hot soup, it’s a catchphrase their father, Lou jitsu, (aka splinter) used back in his time as a movie star. Watch. The damn. Show. And they do.

(117) Leo quite literally stayed up there and they know him well.

(118) merchandise sales have been dead. And they actually did consider killing him off, but they let him live just in case they would be able to continue the show after the movie.

(121)- kraang 1 is a self absorbed gloating bitch. He’s savoring his presumed victory. He literally called himself a gift earlier.

(122)- Casey is grieving, cinema. He’s just now processing the Grief of losing his Leo, and now he’s going to lose this one. He’s speedrunning the stages of grief.

(123)- we’re in an alien dimension and you’re upset about shit physics.

(124)- as I said earlier, ninpo is based on trust and love. F!mikey literally managed to go back in time, why are you so upset about this? If older miley can break space time, little Mikey can get his brother out of a parallel dimension.

(125)- it’s a parallel to the beginning of the movie. Mikey would have shattered again if it wasn’t for his brothers. He is staying together with the help of Raph and Donnie. Notice how they also start breaking apart.

How do they exist?

Baxter Stockman, a teen genius, spent 22 years (17-39) creating a serum for perfect super soldiers-a classic I know- creating failures upon failures he finally perfected the chemical mutagen. But with the twist of it not working on humans due to something that humans have that ‘lower-intelligence life forms’ don't.

When used on humans they will [insert super painful symptoms] and a clinical death happens.

Baxter Stockman was promoted and awarded from the higher ups-he's now head of the renewed US bioweapons program.

Len - backstory

Putting the unmutated tot len into a tank of water then releasing the mutagen into the tank mutating them into a humanoid baby.

She was treated carefully, due to her being so-new, they tested her with anything possible without harming her. She was kept in a room, alone, being studied from the outside behind see-through mirrors.

As she got older(5) the experiments and studies started to become more often and a little more risky, they started to do more hands on like extracting blood or muscle reaction (they can't take scutes yet).

She got older, again, because they age…

Experiments got worse-like-painful- worse.

4 years after the creation of Lenna…

An agency (clan) in Japan heard (stalked) about the Mutagen that was perfected, they did a little something (killing) something (torture) getting the components of the mutagen to make their own soldiers.

They wanted a weapon that can be both in land and water, and large in size as well- since bigger weapons are more stronger right?- so they took the idea of a turtle as well. Leatherback sea turtle was their pick, soon or later will be known as V-1-L-0-T Donatello.

After the turtle was mutated, he was young- a baby

But being the smart-ego filled Ninjas they thought it would be best to make the ageing process a little bit faster so they're ahead of the enemy or the very least the same pace of making a weapon

Another separated AU

Okay but what if the disaster twins were... Mandalorians? And the sunrise duo are... Jedi? And one day the twins get hired to protect the senator of Hosnian Prime from bounty hunters and two Jedi padawans were assigned to protect the same Senator and they just... Meet?

What if:

The boys are pretty much four of the last six specimens of their kind and were sent to Splinter (a former Jedi master who left to be with the love of his life but became a Mandalorian after completely losing his way) via Big Mama (the senator of Hosnian Prime, who is also his ex and sort of ditched him after he left the order) because she knew the children would be safe with him.

Splinter immediately feels that three out of the four babies are force-sensitive but doesn't want them to become Jedi (because he resents them for taking him away from his family when he was a kid), but one day, Draxum (another Jedi master and former friend of Splinter) comes to collect them and Splinter struck a deal with him in which Draxum only takes two children while leaving Donnie (the only one who is not force-sensitive) at least with one of his brothers so he won't grow up as an only child?

What if years later, Big Mama's life and her apprentices are in danger and therefore require protection from the Jedi order, but Big Mama also cashes in a favour with Splinter so he and his sons come to protect her as well? Only to meet Raphael, Mikey and their master Draxum?

Of course, Casey and Usagi are also there! Both of them are Big Mama's apprentices and Usagi is going to become the next senator of Hosnian Prime once Big Mama retires, while Casey is set to become his right-hand man. Both are from influential families and while Casey has 100% human ancestry, Usagi has Diathim ancestry which makes him appear slightly more attractive / almost hypnotic to others in the room. Usagi is also a human in this au, which will become more important after Order 66 gets issued and the imperial era starts.

The plot will mainly revolve around the topic of reunion and protecting Big Mama from her own people rebelling against her, but it will soon take a twist once the reason why her own people plan to kill her comes to light.

I don't know man, I love the idea of the disaster twins being Mandalorian so much and it's literally burned into the back of my head and I just can't stop thinking about it.
