ISSUE #14!!! IS OUT! This issue is one of two “Covid Edition” issues; these were assignments we did during the Covid lockdown. It was greatly appreciated bc we missed campus so much! We had to write two short stories from two different points of view that crossed paths and took place on SDSU campus.. and it helped to put us back there. Well, it helped me. SDSU is magical.

CHAPTER 4, WHAT?!

Soooooo YAY FOR ISSUE #20?! I wasn't really paying attention to the number but HOLY FCK, TWENTY?!???!?!? Wow..! I did NOT EVER think it would get this far! I ain't stoppin! Every time i sit down to write, i feel amazing. This is truly what i love to do and i think that my entire purpose is to find love and write this story.. and, imo, i couldn't achieve one without the other. I've achieved both. Well, the writing is a WIP.

I added up all the words i have published and it's over 40,000! In the next few months i will add another 8,000 (mostly already written) to that and have roughly 50,000 WORDS! The average YA novel is around 80,000-100,000 words! I am in such utter disbelief. I know i don't have many readers but i am SO EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to the ones i have! Y'all are amazing!

And in another fun twist- i've been working on a "book" form that i can print at home. Each one would have 3 "bits" (the small parts i write between chapters) or 1 chapter; so far there would be eight; 4 bit books and 4 chapters. They will contain all of the associated art, facts and whatever other pieces i can include! I want to have them printed at a higher quality than my home printer BUT i like what i'm seeing so far! My favorite part is that they would all be bound by yours truly. I have bound the ones i like so far just for fun :D

So yeah, this month's zine came with all sorts of things and ideas and pride inducing goodness!

With that, i will now say.. please, everyone, this coming year is going to be absolutely chaotic. STAY SAFE, warm when you're cold and cool when you're hot and well fed.. and protect your loved ones.

The new “bit” is coming soon! I’m gonna start posting the linktr.ee with it bc i think my links are annoying to get to.. heh.

I think i have the next three months of zines written and planned so i can really focus on chapter 3. Even the art is ready.
