productivity day 9.

woke up at five am and studied the cardiac cycle and diseases for two hours. attended my four lecture classes offline and couldn't visit the library today. reviewed my test papers with error analysis. maintained a new notebook - “mistake book” for my chemistry writing down all the problems i went wrong solving it. took a 3 hour power nap and continued with completing my chemistry notes.

went to the temple today and stopped eating junk since two weeks. my tummy misses spicy noodles.
