"Simply Solange" Outfit - first concept.

HEY, HEY, EVERYONE! I Finally got back with something new... With my first sketch of Sol's Assassin Outfit! 🥹🩵
.
It's far from being fully concluded since there are tons of details I need to polish/ clean, but so far, I'm really proud of the result! 🥹🐦💛☀️
.
As you guys can see, I referenced a lot the outfit of Maria from the "Assassin's Creed Movie", who takes place in Andalusia, Spain. I like to think the colors of Aguillar and Maria were the base for the colors and shapes of the Spanish Brotherhood of Assassins, Solange follows this same line, just with her outfit being cutted in a 19th Century/ "Modern" cut to follow the Era's fashion! :3
.
You can also see Sol has tons of details in her outfit, that's bc girly is rich and she will flex her money on embrodery, while still keeping the practicity and coverage of the Assassins. 💅🏽✨

HELLO HAZBIN FANDOM
I actually want to make some OCs for this. Twin girls, one who is going to be a true crime podcast based demon, and the other who’s going to be more ASMR based because that’s mostly just visuals as well so I feel like that kind of fit in with the family dynamics. (Based on this by the way.)
an example of abstract theme would be how velvet is kind of supposed to be like a doll in her differing outfits and hairstyles. Animals could include different types of bugs or fish or just normal mammals. I haven’t thought too hard about what I wanna do with the girls yet, but I do have a base concept.
Our ASMRtist (Asha) isn’t too fond of Alastor or her sister‘s obsession with serial killers, but she does still respect Alastor for being a powerful overlord and does try to get along with him because he makes her sister happy, she originally brings her self and her sister to the hotel to try and find redemption. And our True crime Podcaster (Aiza) is just a huge fan of Alastor, he was even the reason that she went into podcasting, as it is very similar to being a radio host.
also, fun fact, Asha means hope or life I’m pretty sure, and Aiza in Arabic means replacement. (I only did a small search, so I don’t know how accurate this is but I thought it was fitting since podcast is like the new generation Radio.)
also, yes, third kind of supposed to parallel the vees, because all of their names start with A’s. If you couldn’t tell, I think I’m clever when I’m actually not.

thank you so much for the tag, @mogruith! I remember seeing your handsome gentleman on @susann-noir's blog, and while reading your post, I made the connection (and fml I need to go and read more about the druid, it sounds like such a cool character to get inspiration from)!
As for me, my name would actually be Nemo Turunen, as an homage to my favourite Nightwish song and singer, Tarja Turunen, and also the greek word for "No One", which is something I kinda always envisioned myself as (loves my anonimity, tbh, I love to be able to say that I am no one). I came up with it almost 16 years ago, when I needed a nickname for my old DA Account.
However, in my later years, I kinda rebranded myself as Nemo of House Hamartia, and the Hamartia part is an homage to both the character that Marko Saaresto (my most beloved singer fml) portrayed in the video "Daze" (one of my most favourite songs), and also the concept of Hamartia, the term used in Greek tragedies to portray the flaws of the heroes and how these defects would lead to their downfall.
Also, to me, it sounds cool lolololol
and now, after this long exposition, allow me to tag my fellow mooties: @margridarnauds @aiza-luna @fairytalelagoon @memoriesofafallen @gravecleric0900 @abowlofcurry @hakongin @savage-rhi @tkwritesdumbassassins and whoever desire to participate!! :D
Tag game🎉
Tag your moots and ask them where they got the idea for their tumblr accounts name!
For my name it was a nickname I was giving back in middleschool! One of our teacher had a system where we worked with 'wifi' eachtime we talked in class we lost a bar of the "wifi" (was a weird joke and we never held count on that) All the kids usually joked if they needed 'wifi' , they would borrow mine if they wanted to talk more. (I was incredibly shy in middle school, I only talked to like 3 people at school;^;)
They called me Ms. Wifi because of that. I just thought it would be funny if I put 'miss' instead of 'ms' because of my terrible actual wifi connection I have at home lol.
That's my story! Now moots, only if you guys want to, tell us your story.

ooooo tell me about squire by sara alfageeh
OK so first thing u gotta know is its a graphic novel and the art is super duper cool i absolutely love the character designs. its a fantasy novel and its setting is based off like. the middle east but you also have elements from the ottoman empire and like. not a standard european fantasy setting so its very fun. similar concepts translated into different cultures

here’s some art from the end (like comcept art/character design pages)

anyway i really enjoyed the art and i think it made the plot even better.
and speaking of the plot — plotwise, it’s not new or anything, and it’s actually maybe — not simplistic, but at least not as deep as it could have been? but i think that the characters were really well done, the relationships were interesting and fun (especially the friendships) and you have a very different setting to what you see in standard fantasy peasant-to-knight sort of novels. so those things make up for any lacking plot anyway.
i had to reread to remember what actually happens in the plot, which is basically that the main character aiza signs up to train to become squire, which is like a knight. problem: she is ornu. they’re part of the bayt-sajji empire but comsidered second class because racism and recently conquered etc etc. now in the army she deals with training, making friends, and figuring out what she really wants to fight for, while also trying to keep her being ornu hush-hush
because its a graphic novel it is a bit faster to read which is why i think it doesnt go into as much detail as a uhh words book on certain plot points, especially if you sort of skim read like me, but homestly its so fun,, so worth it,, i also liked the thought that went into the main side characters, they’re not , like. flat (husni is GREAT).
it’s also a Thick and Big Book so it feels nice :>
#took me so longnto answer this because every time i remembered i was already incoveniently in bed so i couldnt take pictures#or i was busy#tsk#yellow’s mailbox#book recs#*shoves u into locker* sup nerd#yeah i really liked reading squire AND i got it second hand so cheaper than retail price heehee#its not my favourite but it is really ncie

I think tumblr is eating my ask but. A concept: the pro squad and cool uncle Dabi sending baby YPH to her (1st? 2nd? I have no clue) day of school and she comes back crying about being bullied
It wasn’t supposed to be this long. It really wasn’t lol. But whatever, we’re here now. I ended up just mainly focusing on Dabi, so I’m sorry about that. Hope you enjoy anyway!
~
It was Hawks day to pick you up from daycare, but he got stuck at work, and with the other heroes busy, he had no one available to get you, other than Dabi. Although Dabi acted bothered by what he deemed an ‘inconvenience’, in actuality he didn’t have much planned for the day anyway, so he didn’t mind too much.
Ignoring the odd stares from some of the parents and teachers, he walked up the steps into the building, until he found your teacher.
“Umm… c-can I help you, sir?” The woman stuttered, caught off guard by the scarred man in front of her. She quickly glanced past him, looking towards one of the other parents for help, but they only looked away. Some of them picking up their pace and trying even harder to get their children out.
“Y/N. I’m Dabi. I’m here to pick ‘em up.” At the sound of his name, the woman sighed slightly, shoulders visibly loosening as she became more relaxed.
“Oh, yes. Hawks told us you would be coming.” She quickly scribbled a note onto her clipboard before using her pen to point in your direction. “Y/N is over there, but I should warn you, they’ve had a bit of a day.”
“A bit of a day?” Dabi repeated, “What the fuck is that supposed to mean? They hit a kid or something?”
“N-no, sir. Not at all. Just fell down on the playground. Nothing too serious, it just seems like they’ve been in a bad mood ever since.”
Dabi looked past the woman, over to you as you sat silently, hands in your lap as you fidgeted with the straps of your backpack. Your head was hung low, gaze locked onto the floor. You didn’t look like you were in a bad mood. You just looked… sad.
Once you locked eyes with him, your sad look vanished. Quickly running over and hugging his leg, causing Dabi to automatically placed the palm of his hand on top of your head. “I thought brother Keigo was picking me up today?”
“Yeah, well, dumbass was busy, so you got me instead.” Dabi shook his leg gently so you would let go, and instead offered his hand, which you happily took.
The walk to the base was definitely quieter than usual. You weren’t always majorly talkative, but definitely more than you were today. It was obvious something was bothering you.
“You good, Runt?” Dabi questioned, hoping to break the silence. You just nodded your head. A small, ‘Mhm’, as you kicked a pebble on the broken cement. “Your teacher told me you fell down on the playground. Is that why you’re being all mopy?”
At the mention of what happened, you gripped tighter onto his hand before mumbling something he didn’t quite catch.
“Speak up. I can’t hear what the hell you’re saying.”
“I said I didn’t fall... I was pushed.” You whispered back. Dabi stopped in his tracks, looking down at you trying to catch your gaze to prompt a further explanation from you, but you refused to look up at him, so he sighed, kneeling down so you were at eye level, and gripping your shoulders.
“What do you mean you were pushed?” Dabi questioned.
Gradually he saw your bottom lip begin to quiver, and your eyes started watering as you sniffled in an attempt to hold back your tears. “Ah, shit.” Dabi sighed under his breath, pulling you into his arms and lifting you up. Gently rubbing your back in what he hoped was a soothing gesture. He wasn’t the best when it came to dealing with your feelings, but he was trying.
He continued the action, letting you cry into his neck until eventually, your whimpers stopped.
“Alright, are you done with the waterworks?” You nodded.
“No more tears, right?” You nodded.
“You’re going to tell me what really happened?” You paused.
“Yeah, that one wasn’t a fucking question. Let me rephrase that.” Dabi set you down and took his place in front of you again, “Y/N, you are going to tell me what really happened.” He repeated, this time firmer than the last. You knew that Dabi would never hurt you, and Dabi knew that he would never hurt you, but that didn’t make the tone of his voice any less scary. So you came clean. You told him all about the little boy in your class. How he called you names. How he pushed you around and got others to join in. He called you a freak, and just spent the entire day making you miserable.
And with every confession, Dabi found himself getting angrier and angrier. His body temperature rising slightly, his quirk reacting due to his abrupt change in emotions. Even after you finished telling him everything, he stayed silent. Still trying to process everything while at the same time attempting to calm himself down.
“Dabi?” You asked at his continued silence, “Are you mad at me?”
He scoffed, “Don’t say stupid shit, Runt.” He ruffled your hair, and stood, ready to continue your walk. “Let’s stop at that gas station on the way home. We’ll pick up a bunch of junk food and shit like that for dinner.”
“Dinner? But Papa Aiza-”
“Yeah, well he’s not here. I am. And I say we can have whatever the fuck we want for dinner. Got a problem with that?” He smirked glancing down at you. You let out a giggle, shaking your head ‘no.’
He looked forwards again, finding his thoughts trailing back to kid you mentioned earlier, silently plotting his demise. “Hey, what did you say that kids name was again?”
“It was Haru...why?”
“No reason.”

Watch Dogs Council... I had an idea.
An "What if" AU concept to be exact. What if... Lena didn't died?
Hear me out, the accident could have made one out of two things: Leave her in a vegetating state OR leave her paraplegic, unable to walk again.
I still believe shit would go down south bc is Aiden, he would still go after who ordered the hit and stuff, all the shit-show... But I wonder if maybe in this AU, his guilty would have been more easy to carry?
Honestly, this is more bc yesterday I spend the whole day wailing about how sad Aiden's birthdays must be without his family with him anymore 😭
So this manifested as an comfort AU of sorts? Still angstish, just less depressing 😭
(people made AU with Clara surviving, I can pull this off too-)
I kinda want to draw Lena in this AU. Like, her on a wheelchair, trying to move on with her life despite everything, and watching her uncle succumb to his thirst for her revenge for fucking with his family. See him become a killer and try to cope with that... I even imagine her on Legions, all grown-up, being able to walk again/ regain her motor functions (if on vegetative state) thanks to the technology of the game timeline 🥹
( * Soft crying mermaid noises )

#watch dogs#aiden pearce#Lena Pearce#watch dogs au#watch dogs headcanon#fuck character weight I just want my man to be happy#please let him be happy with his family 😭#We need more of Lena being a sweet patootie and not just a character motivation#aiza rambles#Aiza trying to cope while being a pathetic hoe#I need comfort and softness for Aiden#And if Ubisoft doesn't let us#I'll do it myself#aaaaaaaa#random post#AU concept

Week 2: Team Formation

Team Formation is vital in planning a startup business as it helps to build good ideas coming from different perspectives. Being able to form a team will help to understand how individual people work alone and together. It's also beneficial because each team member has a unique personality and perspective that can contribute to the development of new ideas.
When I already have a team, we talk about the outcomes of Berkeley Innovation Index Test and Myers Brigg Test Indicator, both of which showed different results. We got different results on the Myers Brigg Test Indicator, but three of us, including myself, have the same personality type, which is a Protagonist, and one of our team members is an Advocate. Being part of a team with a variety of personalities might result in a beneficial end because everyone can contribute a great concept for the startup company that the group wishes to create. All of our results in the Berkeley Innovation Index Test are the same, indicating that our Innovation Mindset is not fixed. Though we do not yet have a fixed Innovation Mindset, this subject Technopreneurship will undoubtedly assist us in achieving it. We also have our own unique Innovation Mindset Analysis, which allows us to see if we are good at teamwork, collaborating with one another, and, of course, if we are interested in entrepreneurship.
There is always a team or group name in team formation that represents the startup business that your team intends to develop. We brainstorm and collaborate as a group in order to come up with a great and distinct team name. Having a team makes it easier because everyone is working and contributing to the success of the startup business. The team must determine who is the Hustler, Hacker, and Hipster in order to make the startup successful. Assigning members makes it easy for them to work on a specific task that they are familiar with or that falls within their area of expertise. Mark Gabriel Falcon was assigned the role of CEO (hustler) since he is qualified to be our CEO because he is adept at interacting with a broad audience and is also capable of handling things. The Hackers were assigned to me and Jessa Oliveros because we have a little background about Technology since both of us took Information Technology way back when we were Senior High students. Aiza Redera was given the Hipster since she can design PowerPoint presentations and can also design for our startup company.
When it comes to startup business, it's important to have a vision for what your team intends to do in the future. It's also important that the concept is beneficial to your intended audience. My group comes up with three ideas that we believe will be beneficial to our target customers. Our ideas are based on what is happening right now, which is the pandemic, and these ideas can help those who are in need of something, such as gadgets for an online class, essential foods for those who don't want to go outside just to buy goods and tutoring for those who want to improve their learning and gain more knowledge to help their academics.
With everything we've talked about as a team, we've come up with a strong startup idea and a unique team name. Every team member was able to give an idea and was part of the decision-making process.

EB 4.0: Believer. Mover. Giver. Lover. Forever. (Part 1)
Long before noontime shows, it was in the 60′s when Student Canteen pioneered the trend of variety shows of Philippine TV. The show anchored by the legendary Eddie Ilarde became a fixture for the viewers of ABS DZAQ Channel 3 back then.
Right after the 1972 Martial Law era, the Jalosjos family of politicians and businessmen set-up shop. Then came VST & CO, which has been one of the successful OPM icons in the 70′s, and even Joey De Leon started to dominate the 70′s through his shows on IBC-13 since he was one of those affected by the Martial Law when he was still working at ABS-CBN as a radio DJ.
The triumvirate of Tito & Vic Sotto and Joey De Leon started to plan out for a variety show. It was Joey coined the idea for the words ‘Eat!’ and ‘Bulaga!’ (Lunchtime and Surprise). Production Specialists, Inc, and RPN-9 teamed up for a winning concept. On July 30th, 1979, at noontime, a Variety Show was born named Eat...Bulaga!. It aired LIVE from LS 1 of RPN-9 along the old Broadcast City complex. During the early years, it started to just compete with Student Canteen, and even the trio didn’t pay their talent fees from the producers.

The early 80′s became a leap and bound for the show. They are in danger of cancelling the show due to lack of advertisers. But the arrival of Mr. Macho segment became a boost to the show’s ratings. It also took over its production to Antonio P. Tuviera’s Television And Production Exponents, Inc (TAPE). The show isn’t complete without a theme song. So it was Vincent Dy Buncio and Pancho Oppus composed the song, while Vicente Sotto III provided the music, and Homer Flores arranged the theme song in which the now-famous theme song has a recognizable first line that goes: ‘Mula Aparri Hanggang Jolo’, and it changed its lyrics to ‘Mula Batanes Hanggang Jolo’. The theme song launched in 1982, along with the launch of its nationwide telecast of the show from the Folk Arts Theatre.
Then came 1984, Eat Bulaga started to realize its ‘Habang May Bata, May Eat Bulaga’ slogan with the birth of Little Miss Philippines. It was one of the longest-running segments of the show that produced from child stars to successful careers including Ice Seguerra (formerly Aiza Seguerra), Julie Ann San Jose, Jessa Zaragosa, Gladys Reyes-Sommeroux, Pauleen Luna, and Ryzza Mae Dizon.
After RPN-9 is in dire of sequestering to the Government, Tuviera had to negotiate with ABS-CBN and it all accepted. In 1989, Eat Bulaga moved to ABS-CBN on February 18, 1989, along with 2 other TAPE-produced dramas Agila and Coney Reyes on Camera, as well as Okay Ka Fairy Ko (which M-Zet productions of Vic Sotto continued the series after its takeover from TAPE). It had a pilot episode at the Araneta Coliseum entitled ‘Eat Bulaga: Moving On!’
It also turned 10 years on the airwaves that time, also at the same venue few months later.
By 1994, ABS-CBN had to acquire the show, but TAPE rejected the deal, and it had to leave the network, alongside Valiente, another TAPE-produced drama series, but Coney Reyes On Camera retained on the network under their own CAN Television (under Constancia Angeline Nubla, her own name).
During January 1995, GMA Network finally had a home for Eat Bulaga after a landmark blocktime agreement signing was held at the Makati Shangri-La, attended by all of the hosts, TAPE and GMA execuitives. A series of plugs were aired on the network (including Totoo ang Sie7e) although they were still busy for the 1995 World Youth Day celebration in Manila where GMA was the host broadcaster and it covered for the visit of Pope (now Saint) John Paul II.
On January 28, 1995, ‘Eat Bulaga: The Moving’ was aired at the same venue (Araneta Coliseum) as the show’s pilot episode on GMA-7. This was became GMA’s prime program in the noontime slot after their failed noontime show experiments that were rivals of the show before: Lunch Date and SST: Salo-Salo Together.
youtube
(Video: Eat Bulaga! YouTube Channel)
From the debut in 1979, Eat Bulaga’s studios weren’t permanent before. It was at Broadcast City complex and Celebrity Sports Plaza both in Diliman, Quezon City. (CSP was also the temporary studios during their stay at RPN, ABS-CBN, and GMA), ABS-CBN Studio 1 (now Dolphy Theatre) during the 90′s for their regular broadcasts and special episodes were taped at Studio 2, and later on at the Broadway Centrum in New Manila, Quezon City which had been their home from September 16, 1995 to December 1, 2018. And now, on their permanent home at the APT Studios along Marcos Highway, Brgy. Halang, Cainta, Rizal that took almost half-a-decade to construct the almost P1-Billion state-of-the-art studio facility.
(TO BE CONCLUDED TOMORROW)
