Unfortunately, proper care in this matter is very much region locked, and if you live somewhere where, not only is the medical system fucked, but many of the doctors are incompetent, seemingly lazy and/or self serving and they never get held accountable for it it's a gamble whether or not your doctor will test you or read the results correctly if they do
