i see a lotta people get caught up on the cursed ring concept for early Miraculous, but I think it was dropped around the time the Kwami/Fae were introduced. It was largely QK felix who seemed to have a malicious streak- a vibe i get pretty heavily from the storyboards. That seemed to have shifted to more of an irritation/annoyance vibe- much later on once the crush became an actual crush instead of "ah, kiss me for magic reasons"

I think that shift happened because there was that huge pivot around Null, Fury Corp,& Richard. Especially the plot point that Null had trapped Tikki and Plagg in the Earrings and Ring respectively. Plus, chat noir's depiction went from unwilling and forced to more laid back and silly (there's a lot more eagerness and awe to work with LB in the later storyboards.)

a lot of people interpret felix as like... this huge jerkass who wants nothing to do with anything and hates people and everything people related- who sees being a hero as a chore. A no-nonsense dude who just wants that kiss and wants out.

And while that's like, fine and fun on a per-story basis... (the idea of a non-adrien chat noir tends to be pretty fluid and more open to such things) the concept art of Felix as Chat Noir like.. directly conflicts that. FELIX is the one making dumb faces- he makes cat noises, he makes googoo eyes at Ladybug and bounces around on all fours like he's LARPing warriorcats to save his life- he acts like Chat fucking Noir and he's been doing it long before Adrien came around.

People get all big on the true selves theory- and while to an extent, i think there's some meat to that theory (CN and LB provide that anonymity to make hidden parts of their personalities shine that may have been repressed by social obligations or fear). A large chunk of people dont even consider that possibility that Felix is doing the same shit.

He isn't in the same story as Adrien- Felix, both Artbook and PV, has to deal with Null, and Richard Sphinx, and a woman who can literally wipe out your emotions. With renegade Fae who have chosen others to be villians. He's not in the same story as Gabriel, or Dupont, or the Miracuclass, or even Nooroo and the Akuma. Who knows what kind of shit he was supposed to deal with?

Heck, Let's take the idea that Richard WAS his dad. For one, Rich's emotions are out of whack because his wife is missing and Richard doesn't know where she's gone. There's no peacock coma. She's MISSING and he's ANGRY and grieving and he's funneling all of that into a vicious scramble for power and wealth. He has a woman at his side that can literally nullify emotions, and with those two extremes... his emotions swinging violently between mania and NOTHING??

If I was Felix, I would be scared of this man too. I would be scared of making connections if they hurt me enough to act this way. If this happened to my dad, then I better not even risk it. I'll stay in my own lane. of COURSE he's gonna shove Marinette away, of COURSE he wants nothing to do with the girls in his school who are lured by his Ice prince routine. But guess what?

He ends up being Chat Noir anyway. A shadowy black to his father's blistering white.

...and he falls in love with ladybug anyway. His best friend. His partner. a counterbalance to his miserable luck. a royal flush to his snake eyes.

And you know what?that's just my own interpretation of what the Null Plots could have been. Scrapped together with bits of artbook and squinting at old interviews with a touch of canon to fill the cracks.

So.. idk, personally? GDV will always be a pale mockery. Not just of felix, but everything the story could have been. Everything the love square could have been. everything the universe of miraculous could have been. And not some desperate scramble to be marvel 4 kidz played with a sick facade of girl power

Simmering just below the surface of this look is the reason why someone like Steve would drop the shield for Bucky not once but twice, and would make that same decision over and over again if he had to.

It’s not like Sam didn’t get it before. He did. Of course he did. He’d have given everything up for Riley, would still give all of this up in a heartbeat if it meant having Riley back in his life, now more than ever. He got it before, all right.

That seems to be the thing that breaks the ice between them; Bucky's never really hung out with Sam before, past being jammed into a too-small car for six hours and then two uncomfortable months in a safehouse trying not to get on each other’s last nerve. Now they’re getting lunch or coffee every few days. Sam falls asleep on Bucky’s couch three more times. Bucky joins him and Steve a couple of times on their morning run.

He doesn’t notice, is the thing; doesn’t notice how ever since Sam slept on his couch that night he’s been letting Bucky closer bit by bit, that as Bucky’s been wondering about the boundaries and structures of friendship, Sam’s been drawing in.

I kinda wanna say GDV Felix mainly because I would be the Friend in for that one square lol

Hecc you, I did BOTH

GDV is one of my favorite fandom homunculi, but I need a specific makeup for him. He cannot be a domineering Darco Melfy type, he must needs be a gremlin. He is, of course, my blorbo by proxy (by you), but that wasn’t necessarily a hard sell, as I’m always down for a Chaotic Neutral goblin with a soft spot for a small list of people.

NINO. I LOVE THE POTENTIAL OF NINO, I JUST HATE WHAT CANON HAS DONE TO HIM.

I got into the miraculous fandom around the hiatus between season 1 and 2, where Nino content was plentiful and really fun, then fell out of the fandom thanks to uhhhh…creator drama we both know about (those comics were, are, and will always be bad)

So, emotionally? I’m still back there, wrt Nino, because canon cannot choose what it wants with him. His canon character traits are mercurial and bend easier than most to writer whims, which leads to a lot of people having mixed feelings about him.

To me, though, he’s a secret voice of reason. I’ve got the semi-controversial opinion that the turtle was not a good fit for him, even if Carapace’s design is one of my favorites (I’d wear the Carapace suit, unlike a lot of other suits in the show).

In my perfect world, he would actually get screen time that isn’t garbage. He’s get character focus that ties back to his hobbies, not for the sake of having a “hip” black kid on the show, but to showcase his personality as someone who likes to make people feel things with his art. I don’t think he would’ve gotten the turtle there, as controversial of a take that is. The fox fits Nino better: something to amplify and reflect his talents setting the scene with his movie directing and song-writing, something non-confrontational. It would still work well with his best friend being the cat miraculous holder: the cat would hit with real force, while Nino would soften up with illusion and misdirection.

TL;DR: Nino is wasted as a character in canon, because they basically write him off as a diversity character and not as an actual one. Swap his and Alya’s miraculous, let him be a fully developed character with what tiny sparks that we see in him shine (the kindness to reach out to a new kid and make him feel welcomed, the instinct to get mad on others’ behalves because they’re not being treated as well as Nino’s standards are, attention to detail and an artistic touch).

Gross development value, or GDV as it is commonly known in property circles, is an important valuation metric that all investors and property developers need to be familiar with when building their project and financial appraisals. The gross development value of a property investment project can be calculated to give a near accurate figure of what that property or real estate development project may be worth on the open market once all development works have been completed.

Gross development value is an essential tool for any real estate investor or property developer as it forms a key component in the development appraisal process.

Without an accurate gross development value any pre-acquisition or pre-development financial projections may be seriously flawed and the property developers risks increased significantly.

What is Gross Development Value (GDV)?

To many property developers, GDV is one of the most important performance metrics that they will monitor throughout the course of a project as it helps to highlight the capital and rental value of their property or development project when all redevelopment works have been completed.

In other words, it will show if a profit has been, or will be made from the development project, and at what level.

Gross development value should never be underestimated, it is the foundation to any property development appraisal and is the one performance metric that impacts on all other major aspects of the evaluation.

Put simply, gross development value is the estimated value that a property or new development would fetch on the open market if it were to be sold in the current economic climate.

How to Calculate Gross Development Value

So, how is GDV calculated?

Generally, if a near accurate valuation is to be created for a property development project or purchase, then current property sales prices and recent transactions in the area for similar properties would be carefully analysed – this would provide a comparable estimate of what properties in the same area are selling for and therefore what you could expect your property to fetch.

Developing to Let & Rental Values

For some property developers however, sales prices aren’t the biggest concern.

Instead, establishing rental values and recent local lettings of similar properties will be of primary interest.

This is because on completion of their project they may want to let the property to tenants either on a residential or commercial basis.

If a developer wants to let a property or development, they will have to look at recent lettings in the same area to find comparable rental values.

This information can usually be obtained from local lettings agents or specialist firms of valuation surveyors.

This will help to establish how much the developer can expect to take in rent on a per month, per annum etc. basis.

Gross Development Value… a Key Performance Metric

As a calculation, the gross development value should never be underestimated.

It is the foundation to any property development project appraisal and is the one performance metric that impacts on all other major aspects, such as the acquisition cost of development site, the cost of the construction and enabling works; developers profit; and, more importantly, the likelihood of a successful financial outcome.

Residual Method of Appraisal

The method of development appraisal that incorporates the GDV calculation is the residual method of valuation and you can approach this in a couple of different ways.

The most common and most basic formula to estimate the general value is as follows:

Land = GDV – (Construction + Fees + Profit)

Where:

Land = Purchase price of land/property/site acquisition

GDV = Gross development value

Construction = Building and construction costs

Fees = Fees and transaction costs

Profit = Developers profit required

Calculating Property Developers Profit

An alternative form of the residual assessment can be used by reconfiguring the above formula to calculate the property developers profit:

Profit = GDV – (Construction + Fees + Land)

The second form of this formula is a more traditional way of assessing the financial viability of a property development project as it helps to highlight the developers profit so an assessment can be made at the outset as to the projects viability.

Which Of These 4 States Have The Most Affordable Housing

When it comes to property investment in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur is quick to come to mind. This is expected as it is the commercial and cultural hub of Malaysia and has seen unparalleled growth in all sectors over the years, particularly in property investment. However, Kuala Lumpur has been found to have the most expensive real estate in the country, hence, it is not easy for the average property buyer to get their hands on a piece of property in the capital city. The capital city recorded the highest median household income in the country at RM9,073. This means the level of housing affordability was only at RM326,628, but the actual average house prices in Kuala Lumpur was RM749,305 as at end-2016. This translated into a 6.76 times house price-to-income ratio. So, if Kuala Lumpur is out of the question for you, where else can you stretch your ringgit further when it comes to property purchase? Here are four major states and their current residential property outlook:

1. Penang

In its Malaysia Commercial Real Estate Investment Sentiment Survey 2016, global property consultancy Knight Frank Malaysia had said that the state had toppled Klang Valley as the top choice for property investment. That same year, George Town was picked as the sixth ‘Best place to retire abroad in 2016’ by CNN Money. What’s more, the expat community in the state has also been expanding, and hence giving a rise in offering a selection of well-known international schools in the state.

Property prices

It comes as no surprise that new developments have caused an increase in the price of housing in Penang. For instance, the cost of a 5-bedroom bungalow in the town of Batu Ferringhi in Penang is equivalent to the price of houses in top areas in Kuala Lumpur, such as Bangsar or KL city centre. Housing in Penang is often a mix of condos, bungalows, villas on hillsides, as well as apartments and luxurious condominiums by the beachfront, all of which are surrounded by popular amenities such as hawker stalls and convenience stores. In 2014, the house prices were most unaffordable in Georgetown, which had the highest median house price (RM600,000) and the lowest median income level (RM4,792). The actual maximum affordable house price (HCB) in the capital of Penang was at RM256,000.

Transportation

Transportation in Penang is similar to that of Kuala Lumpur, with the addition of sea travelling of course. Public transportation to the island consists of air travel, buses and ferries bringing people and cars into or out of the island. Buses are the most popular mode of travel, with Rapid Penang consisting of paid bus routes while the Central Area Transit (CAT) buses provide free transportation for all on selected routes.

2. Melaka

A two-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur, Melaka has seen an influx of tourists ever since it became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008. As one of the tourist-heavy states in Malaysia, expect Melaka’s economy to boom in the years to come. What’s more, Melaka has been recognised as the state with the most affordable housing with prices ranging from as low as RM80,000 compared to northern states where prices start around RM240,000. The state is also known to have several housing programmes, where housing for public sector employees, MGOHOME Melaka Government Officers Home and larger houses were sold at prices appropriate to meet housing loan facilities for government officers.

Property prices

Housing prices are much cheaper in Melaka than in Kuala Lumpur. For instance, a 3-bedroom condominium could be as low as RM400,000. However, foreigners are only allowed to purchase strata properties, such as townhouses and condominiums, for a minimum of RM500,000. Houses in Melaka which are going at RM120,000 or RM250,000 would typically be worth RM470,000 and RM700,000 respectively in other states. Reports have also stated that a good number of new developments are set to be coming up in Melaka. As of March last year, property developer Yong Tai Bhd reported two planned new developments with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM2.3 billion in Melaka, to complement its Impression City master development. The acquired land is intended for a mixed development project comprising of a hotel, serviced apartments and retail units, which will no doubt be beneficial to the state’s economy in the long run.

Transportation

Transport in Melaka is not as well-developed compared to Kuala Lumpur. Thus, the residents of the state of Melaka are known to walk whenever possible. Public buses and taxis are easily accessible to get around in the town centre, and buses are fairly cheap and connect most major parts of Melaka. You may also use a bicycle, with its own designated lanes for cyclists; this is expected to become a major residential and commercial hub in the near future.

3. Johor Bahru

Johor Bahru has re-branded itself from a small border town to a sophisticated, high-flier in tourism and business. Known as Malaysia’s second largest city after Kuala Lumpur and southernmost city in the peninsula, the state is expected to become a major residential and commercial hub in the near future. It is connected to Singapore via a causeway and is steadily shaping into a rival of its neighbouring city-state. Note that weekends in Johor are on Friday and Saturday, while Sunday is a business day.

Property prices

Prices of property in Johor starts at around RM300,000 for a 3-bedroom condominium and can go as high as RM2.3 million for newly developed areas with more facilities such as golf courses, commercial outlets, and top-notch security measures. Whether you are looking to rent or to buy a house, property prices in Johor are cheaper compared to Kuala Lumpur. This is no doubt a good sign for those who are considering to settle down in the state. Johor registered an increasing market overhang share at 24.8%. This was mainly made up of two to three-story terraced houses priced at RM500,000 and above, as cited in the Property Market Report 2016 by the finance ministry. Amongst the newly developing areas in Johor is Midori GREEN Resort Homes Residences at Austin Heights. The area consists of 418 units of freehold serviced apartments, with nine types of units up for sale. This upcoming area is also walking distance to Austin Heights International School, Sunway College (Johor Bahru), Foon Yew 5 Primary School and is part of an exclusive environment next to Austin Heights Golf & Hotel Resort. Another newly-developed area is Kiara 2, a follow-up to Kiara 1 which consists of Cluster Homes. With a built-up area ranging from 2,840 sq.ft. to 3,729 sq.ft., Kiara 2 aims to address the needs of all homeowners who want a mixture of nature with luxury tailored hillside boutique homes. The area is minutes away from major expressways, Austin Heights Private and International school, 8 Avenue Commerce Hub, Austin Heights Golf and Hotel Resort, SRJKC Foon Yew 5, SMK Taman Mount Austin and Sunway College, Johor Bahru.

Transportation

There is no light rail transit in Johor at the moment, although one is being planned to connect the state to Singapore. Thus, residents are known to get around either by bus, taxis, or private cars and motorcycles. Getting around on foot in heart of the city is a good option. The best choice, however, would be to drive or take a taxi. It is said that one of the perks of driving in the state is that you may come across the Sultan of Johor, who loves driving around in his car or riding his motorcycle. 4. Negeri Sembilan

Negeri Sembilan lies on the western coast of Peninsular Malaysia, south of Kuala Lumpur. It borders Selangor on the north, Pahang in the east, and Melaka and Johor to the south. The capital of Negeri Sembilan is Seremban, while the royal capital is Seri Menanti in the district of Kuala Pilah. Negeri Sembilan is mostly known to those in the capital for its towns of Port Dickson, Bahau and Nilai. Negeri Sembilan has many appeals, such as luxurious residential communities in tranquil settings, all of which are located around a 30- to 60-minute drive away from Klang Valley. Thus, it’s no surprise that a steady number of people from the city are opting to stay in Seremban and commute daily to the Klang Valley instead. The cost of living, as well as property prices here, are cheaper compared to that of Kuala Lumpur and they will get to enjoy a more balanced lifestyle. No doubt property prices are appreciating steadily. However, properties in Negeri Sembilan are considerably more affordable compared to properties in Kuala Lumpur, thus resulting in the high demand from home buyers, especially families who are seeking bigger units or landed properties.

It’s no secret that property prices have increased considerably over the years in Kuala Lumpur. During this rise, more investment has been coming into Negeri Sembilan, thus significantly improving the quality and options of attractively priced properties, which are typically priced 30% to 60% less compared to those in Klang Valley. This no doubt presents an alluring investment opportunity. Dato’ Kevin Woo, Managing Director of KW Associate Architects Sdn Bhd, with 30 years of experience in the industry, shared that many people who have bought properties in Negeri Sembilan’s prime areas such as Seremban and Nilai have enjoyed good capital appreciation. This includes a terrace house that increased in value from RM380, 000 in 2014 to approximately RM520, 000 currently, with a 36% capital appreciation return. What’s with the ongoing investment in infrastructure, schools, and hospitals in the area, more capital growth in Negeri Sembilan is possible.

Transportation

Negeri Sembilan and its capital, Seremban, is made up of wide open spaces of greenery and lakes. What’s more, the area is well-linked to Kuala Lumpur and the city’s airports, KLIA and KLIA2, as well as Melaka, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya via the North-South Highway, LEKAS Highway and ELITE Highway. Some residential communities in Negeri Sembilan are also relatively close to Kuala Lumpur. This includes Chemara Hills and Planters’ Haven, which is a 60-minute drive from the city, Bandar Ainsdale, which is 50 minutes away and lastly, Nilai Impian which is situated 45 minutes away from the city.

Conclusion

Contrary to popular belief, Klang valley is no longer the only spot that is ideal to live in and have access to a lot of job options. What’s more, in central Kuala Lumpur (KL and Ampang), the average terraced house price has been reported to have reached RM976,019 while terraced house prices in South Kuala Lumpur (Petaling, Cheras) averaged RM651,221, which is slightly below RM684,546 in North Kuala Lumpur (Batu, Setapak, Ulu Klang). Housing prices have the biggest hold on whether or not a state is considered expensive, which is why more and more individuals are finding it more advantageous to move over to one of the neighbouring states in the country as opposed to living within the city and Klang Valley. According to a joint report titled “Demystifying Affordable Housing Issues in Malaysia 2017”, Khazanah Research Institute and World Bank have dubbed Melaka as the most affordable housing provider in Malaysia. Una tecnología para la Consciencia.

Kirlian and Kirlian Photography Prólogo Estamos comenzando un nuevo siglo y un nuevo milenio. Esto no es solo un cambio de fecha en el calendario, sino un paso hacia una nueva etapa en el desarrollo de la Humanidad. Nuestro mundo está en proceso de una transformación global; podemos ver el impacto de ese proceso en nuestra vida diaria. La destrucción del sistema comunista de forma no sangrienta, instantánea y totalmente impredecible, ni por la CIA ni por Gorbachov; la prohibición de alimentos genéticamente modificados en Europa; el desarrollo de formas naturales de vivir sustituyendo a las desastrosas construcciones artificiales, basadas en el entendimiento mecanicista de las Leyes de la Naturaleza; las tendencias sociales hacia las formas naturales de nutrición, curación, y hábitos de vida saludables; la lenta pero firme tendencia a sustituir las drogas químicas por los métodos alternativos para la salud... Estos y muchos otros ejemplos demuestran el cambio desde al visión materialista de la vida hacia una más compleja, más holística y espiritual, combinando Cuerpo y Alma, Materia y Consciencia. Estamos iniciando una nueva Gran Revolución, no en la vida social, como las que hubo en el siglo XX, sino una Revolución en nuestra actitud frente a la vida, a la salud, frente a nosotros mismos. Las nuevas generaciones, son jóvenes con los mismos cuerpos que en la Antigua Grecia o la Europa medieval, pero con cambios en las funciones cerebrales. Podemos ver esta tendencia al cambio en niños de 2 y 3 años: son ligeramente diferentes a nosotros, según han demostrado estudios estadísticos de su actividad cerebral. Manifiestan una acción coordinada de ambos hemisferios cerebrales, con un dominio parcial del hemisferio derecho. Y por supuesto, estamos alcanzando un Nuevo Paradigma en la Ciencia. Cada siglo, cada milenio formula su propia visión de la Realidad; un modelo que describe el funcionamiento de nuestro mundo. Este conjunto de ideas y leyes se denomina Paradigma1. En particular, un paradigma científico es un grupo de puntos de vista y datos experimentales, ampliamente aceptados, que describen la Realidad. En un sentido más amplio, un paradigma puede ser definido como la constelación de creencias, valores y técnicas compartidos por los miembros de una comunidad científica determinada. Algunos paradigmas son de naturaleza filosófica, y son muy generales en su forma de abarcar la Realidad; otros gobiernan el pensamiento científico en áreas más específicas y circunscritas de investigación2. Mirando hacia atrás, en los cinco últimos siglos, podemos ver el cambio en los paradigmas científicos prácticamente de una forma simultánea al comienzo de cada nuevo siglo. Kirlian and Kirlian Photography Durante los tres últimos siglos, la ciencia de Occidente ha sido dominada por el paradigma Newtoniano-Cartesiano, un sistema de pensamiento basado en el trabajo del genio británico Isaac Newton y el filósofo francés Rene Descartes. Utilizando este modelo, los físicos han realizado asombrosos progresos, obteniendo gran reputación entre las demás disciplinas científicas. El universo mecanicista de Newton es un universo de materia sólida descansando en un espacio vacío absoluto. La distinción entre materia y espacio es clara y sin ambigüedades. El tiempo es absolutamente autónomo e independiente del mundo material, mostrando un uniforme e inalterable flujo del pasado al futuro, a través del presente. Las leyes de la mecánica y el estado inicial describen totalmente el comportamiento y la vida pasada de cualquier objeto, ya sea átomo, partícula o planeta. La imagen resultante del universo es la de un inmenso reloj completamente determinado. Otro impacto en la manera occidental de pensar vino de las ideas de Rene Descartes, que formuló el concepto del dualismo absoluto entre la mente (res cogitans) y la materia (res extensa). El resultado es la creencia de que el mundo material se puede describir objetivamente, sin referencia al ser humano. Existía un claro límite entre el mundo físico, con sus leyes objetivas, y el ser humano con su psicología; su comportamiento personal y social. Los seres humanos se proclamaron como observadores independientes, viviendo en un universo con sus cuerpos físicos y participando en su funcionamiento como unos sujetos mecánicos. En el siglo XX el paradigma físico cambió dramáticamente. Los trabajos del genio Albert Einstein y 23 el posterior desarrollo del paradigma cuántico, no solo crearon la nueva visión de la realidad, sino que probaron su veracidad en el incontestable hecho de la revolución tecnológica de cuyos resultados nos beneficiamos en nuestra vida diaria3. Otra gran transformación se produjo a partir de los trabajos del premio Nobel Ilya Prigogine4 y otros grandes pensadores, que crearon una visión de nuestro mundo como un conjunto de sistemas de comunicación abiertos al intercambio de energía e información con cada uno de los demás sistemas y con el universo ilimitado. Se ha demostrado que el modelo de objetos independientes interactuando solo debido a la gravedad y las colisiones, es el primer estadio del entendimiento, una simple ojeada a lo lejano, y que cuanto más cerca estamos del objeto observado, podemos ver detalles más sutiles de su complicado comportamiento, y más difícil es describir dichos detalles en términos científicos.

Best GDV Course Y lo que manifiesta mayor dificultad, es la comprensión del funcionamiento del ser humano y de su conciencia. El siglo XX fue un siglo de revolución en física; el siglo XXI será el siglo de la revolución en el estudio de la conciencia, estudio que combina las ideas de la física la biología y la espiritualidad. El concepto de Dios fue esencial para ambos fundadores del paradigma Newtoniano-Cartesiano. Para Newton y Descartes, dicho concepto fue un elemento esencial en sus filosofías y visiones del mundo. Newton fue una persona de profunda espiritualidad que desarrolló un enorme interés en astrología, ocultismo y alquimia. El fue el "último de los grandes magos, antes que el primer científico5". Newton creía que el universo era material en su naturaleza, pero no pensaba que en su origen pudiera ser explicado a partir de causas materiales. En el paradigma de Occidente se ha mantenido y desarrollado una extensión lógica del modelo Newtoniano-Cartesiano, pero la imagen de la inteligencia divina que estaba en el corazón de las especulaciones de estos dos grandes hombres desapareció del escenario. Para los físicos, las ideas de probabilidad de cualquier proceso en desarrollo, de la existencia del proceso en forma de onda y partícula simultáneamente, de no localización del mismo, de bifurcación y desarrollo en saltos, son comunes e inteligibles. En biología solo recientemente todas estas nuevas ideas han entrado a formar parte del pensamiento de algunos pensadores avanzados que se encuentran al margen de lo establecido. Es una pena, porque el mayor desarrollo de estos conceptos tiene relación con la moderna biología y la biofísica. Pero no solo en biología estamos encarando el proceso de un interés emergente de esta nueva visión de la realidad, de un nuevo paradigma; antes que nada esto concierne a las ciencias relacionadas con el hombre. Con la llegada del nuevo siglo la ciencia entra en la era de la comprensión científica de las leyes profundas que rigen la vida humana y sus transformaciones. En el siglo XX la gente buscaba el bienestar material, altos ingresos económicos; pero esta no es la única condición para una vida feliz: "los ricos también lloran". Existen muchos otros pequeños y grandes asuntos relacionados con la felicidad: el amor, la muerte, la salud, el matrimonio, la familia, los niños, los impuestos... Es magnífico ser rico y estar sano, pero no son los requisitos únicos de la felicidad, y la nueva ciencia comienza a estudiar los requisitos internos para una vida feliz. El desarrollo en el siglo XX de una técnica de estudio científico del aura humana ha sido un importante paso en esta dirección. Nuestra interpretación de la palabra Aura es la de un complejo de campos electromagnéticos y lumínicos con sus relaciones de información, asociados con el cuerpo físico de un ser humano. Es como un escudo con diferentes capas que existe alrededor del cuerpo, que acepta materia e información del ambiente, y refleja los procesos físicos sicológicos y espirituales de una persona. Siempre han existido personas dotadas con la capacidad de percibir las auras (no podemos llamar a esta habilidad visión, porque es una información que reciben a través de diferentes sensaciones). Estaban capacitados para realizar diagnósticos del cuerpo físico, comprender las situaciones y los problemas psicológicos, y aun predecir el futuro. Pero ese tipo de personas es poco frecuente. Algunas escuelas de conocimiento anuncian lecciones de "lectura de auras". Ellos afirman que es posible aprender a ver el aura después de un entrenamiento específico. Esto es cierto, pero de una forma parcial. A veces, siguiendo el ejemplo de mi amigo el doctor Tom Chalko, profesor australiano, yo ofrezco este tipo de entrenamiento en mis seminarios. La experiencia me muestra que la mayoría de las personas pueden ver el aura después de un entrenamiento, pero sin ejercicios especiales realizados cada día, esta débil habilidad se perderá pronto. Aun más, como productos de nuestro tiempo, nos fiamos más de los aparatos técnicos que de nuestros propios sentimientos. La mayoría de las personas de la moderna sociedad occidental no pueden imaginar su actividad diaria sin dispositivos técnicos tales como los ordenadores, las televisiones, o los equipos de diagnóstico en medicina. Esta es una parte importante de nuestra civilización tecnológica y cada nuevo aparato crea una nueva visión de la realidad.

GDV Diagnosis Chart, GDV Maps, GDV Tables Ahora ha nacido un nuevo equipo: la cámara BEO GDV, instrumento para medir auras por medio de la captura de imágenes Kirlian en un ordenador. Este es el primer instrumento en el mundo que combina un procesamiento científico preciso y una aproximación al nivel espiritual; la moderna tecnología y la libertad en la interpretación, estando basado en las ideas de la filosofía de Oriente y la tecnología de Occidente6. La técnica de visualización por descarga gaseosa (GDV) está basada en el efecto Kirlian, fenómeno físico descubierto primero por el físico alemán Lichtemberg en 1777, posteriormente estudiado intensamente por científicos rusos y alemanes, y aceptada por el mundo moderno a través del trabajo de dos investigadores rusos: los esposos Kirlian. La aplicación de este efecto a la medicina7,8, la biología9, y la técnica ha demostrado un gran potencial de investigación. Gracias a la moderna tecnología y el procesamiento de imágenes por ordenador, esta aplicación ha llegado a ser práctica y fácil de emplear. Conocimos a Fernando Sánchez el pasado año, cuando vino a San Petersburgo para participar en el Congreso Internacional "Science, Information and Spirit 99". Después de varios días de intercambiar información, nuestro equipo quedó impresionado por su profundo conocimiento y su entendimiento de la psicología de Occidente y la filosofía holística de Oriente. En un corto plazo de tiempo se ha convertido en un especialista en el uso de la Cámara GDV y la interpretación de sus resultados. (Hasta ahora, el desarrollo de equipo GDV y la obtención de resultados, aparatos y programas, ha resultado mucho más rápida que la posibilidad de ofrecer por escrito dichos descubrimientos y sus resultados). Una de las ventajas de Fernando es su capacidad de expresar ideas complejas en palabras simples. Su libro es un ejemplo brillante de la combinación de filosofía, teoría y práctica. La técnica GDV goza de profundos fundamentos científicos10,11. Ella posibilita ver en tiempo real las reacciones instantáneas a tratamientos médicos12, ejercicio13, estrés14, y -muy importante- a actitudes psicológicas y pensamientos. Puede observarse como el aura de una persona refleja el estado de conciencia. Esta característica abre puertas a una amplia aplicación de la técnica GDV en diferentes áreas, en especial en psicología. (Fernando Sánchez ofrece su propia aproximación a la interpretación de los datos GDV). En esta etapa del desarrollo científico la bioelectrografía, disciplina que estudia las imágenes Kirlian GDV contribuye al cambio en la comprensión de los objetos biológicos: desde estructuras sólidas y estables hacia la percepción de dichos objetos como campos dinámicos en el espacio. Por ello vemos esta técnica no como un instrumento más de diagnóstico, sino como un paso hacia un nuevo entendimiento de la Realidad. Estamos seguros que el libro de Fernando establecerá un nuevo paso en la aceptación y popularización del nuevo sistema de análisis holístico que es la técnica de visualización de imágenes Kirlian por ordenador (BEO GDV).   Konstantin Korotkov, doctor en Física.
