Danny working at Wayne Enterprises as some sort of engineer, uses the in-house app for all his blueprints and stuff

He starts getting notes from a coworker in-app, and assumes its this annoying older guy in his department who constantly undermines him because of his age, despite his education and past achievements (i feel like in this AU the Fentons react well to the reveal and they work together on a number of non-lethal ecto inventions that have Danny's name attached to them)

Except one day his coworker mentions never using the app, and Danny suddenly realizes there's only one other TD he could've been arguing with in the notes of the app

I was wondering, does Fiddleford still have a wife in your Halloween au? And if yes, does she know about him being a vampire?

I've been sitting on this ask for a bit, but I think I should finally answer.

In my AU, Fidds is actually pretty old-- not like ancient or anything, but surely a few centuries?

Anyway, so way back, when he was human, he did have a wife and a kid!! But when he got bit and became a vampire, he actually outlived them :(

He tries to think about them often, but it's definitely one of the things he chooses to erase when he creates the memory gun

Sam cooed up at her engine, standing on the platform in front of him. “What's wrong, sweetheart?” she asked gently. “Are you hurt?”

“No,” he answered softly, trying to hide the waver in his voice.

“Do you want us to call in another engine for you?” she asked. 

“No,” he answered with a small voice.

She jumped off the platform to land carefully on his buffer beam. She sat and rested her head against his. “Nobody will think less of you, darling,” she said. “Everyone gets upset sometimes.”

“I'm fine,” he said, taking a breath, trying to steady himself. “I'm fine,” he repeated with more confidence.

I miss when the narrow gauge engines interacted with the standard gauge engines 😔 when they had their own counterpart/parallels like with Skarloey and Edward or Sir Handel and Gordon or James and Duncan. I miss that, Tails. I miss it a lot 😔

I had a thought occur to me the other day. The last Stirling Singles retired in 1916... I think it's easy enough to say Emily could've arrived on the island during WW1. The fun part is who she has to work with though. The Island Of Sodor book says the NWR borrowed primarily from two mainland railways.

kuroo tetsurou BIG lego guy. he saw the lego millenium falcon in a display window when he was seven years old and got Hooked . he’s been collecting ever since he has a miscellaneous bin under his bed it’s Huge he’s got every fucking piece like ever he has shelves in his room full of completed and staged sets they range from nerdy stuff like lord of the rings batman apollo 11 to the taj mahal and a bonsai tree. he has the most star wars legos like he’s made it his life goal to collect the sets he saves up to buy one every year the death star is his pride and joy it is front and center on display he shows it off like a newborn baby. he’s got a minifigure keychain on his backpack he gets the little mystery packs as gifts from his friends he has a clock shaped like a red 2x4 block he is a man consumed.

even adult like buisness man kuroo he has legos on display in his office he has a lego picture frame on his desk (next to his desktop mini golf course and darth vader bobble head) he is the most laidback professional in the history of Ever his tie has legos on it and he has a scar on his foot from stepping on one. he’s an wrinkly old man still buying lego sets arthritis ain’t stopping him it’s not an obsession it’s a way of life.
