I am opening my messages back up to blogs I am not following. Specifically to allow people who wish to contact me for Black marginalized gender fandom related fun. Literally nothing else. Anything else may result in being blocked. This is my blackfemmecharacterdependency statement:

Here for the Black fangirls and women tired of not seeing themselves represented in media or their characters appreciated in fandom.

There are hoards of accounts that have latched on to me during my months of mourning, and I couldn't get rid of all of them. So, perhaps I'm now in the orbit of upsetting blogs that are not in alignment with the purpose of this one.

I will no longer be reminding people in messages that this blog has a purpose. I will no longer be asking someone who messaged this multifandom sideblog about things not related to fandom or Black female characters and entertainers. I will no longer be explaining to people that I'm grieving, or broke, or in a mental health episode, or too physically exhausted to engage with their nonfandom, non blog related situations that they brought to my inbox.

I'm saying it right now, to actual followers: I'm grieving. I'm broke. I'm in a mental health crisis. I'm physically exhausted. More often than not. I am here, on this blog to offer Black femme related fandom fanfare. I don't have not a thing else for anybody, because I barely have anything else for myself.

If I did, I would share. I would share my emotional energy. I would share hope and love and joy. I have reblogs and a few rants. I find photos and links sometimes. I make lists when I can. And I'm back here for that, only that, nothing but that, in my available time to try to enjoy something in a life and a world that I LOATHE. Let. Me. Enjoy. What. I. Am. Here. To. Do.
