(social anxiety and isolation did not help) but, very good at keeping them ✧ have two best friends they love and treasure more than anything, even if they are far apart ✧ somehow both terrified of getting in trouble yet also always looking to push the rules (had two separate uniforms for school and wld mix n match the parts depending on how they wanted to dress that day, snuck in snacks or dr. pepper into class, wore headphones to play music constantly) ✧ used to rollerskate to school every day and back. would have skated everywhere in town if they were allowed ✧ in senior year, they were a target for recruiting into the shadow knights because of their "potential" in how they bent the rules and seemed easily malleable into a troublemaker due to their quiet and unopinionated demeanor. they turned the two down of course, but still sort of kept an eye on them, because. well, they thought they were probably decent kids at heart. and when the two were framed that year for the cafeteria incident, they didn't really think twice about helping them out ✧ now present day, they live with two roommates; one of them including Kai. they've lived with their roommates for a few years now and yet, they're still only acquaintances at best with them (i live like this chat.) ✧ they hardly ever leave their room when they're home... except when their roommates aren't there. but even then, they only really leave to clean up the house; doing dishes, wiping down kitchen counters, sweeping the floors, taking out the trash, and- if it's absolutely required- tidying up the bathrooms (mainly stocking up soap bars and paper rolls. they get gift packets of really nice homemade soap bars from their mom) ✧ whenever there's a problem or something to let the others know about, they leave out colorful sticky notes to communicate it (it's hard to know when they'll next see them anyway. and even then, they forget about it easy or they just can't get the words going) ✧ has a deep sense of alienation, and a lack of belonging anywhere. their sense of identity is very loose, (are they human? meif'wa? werewolf? or none of the above at all?) so they have a lot of different styles and interests with things like merchandise, accessories, and keychains and pins. which helps them to show off their personality, figure out what communities they feel like they belong in, and sort of just have a more tangible way to ground their sense of self (this does not totally work. unsurprisingly. but their mountain of interests does make for a good distraction) ✧ *smack* this bad boy can fit so many missed opportunities and regrets in them

Thanks but that’s the game that paid for the ad. However, the game itself isn’t as depicted. I know sometimes mobile games will steal gameplay from another, real game? I was just hoping someone might have a recommendation for a Tetris style game that fills the screen like that and all the blocks are a single color.

Something I've been working on. This is Aerollel, a game that I've been making for the past few weeks. It is essentially Minecraft mixed with Roblox and if it was released between 2005 and 2007.

Dust and Fur

On blocks which the player frequently walks over, the block will gradually accumulate a dust stat. If the player has a pet dog or cat (or multiple), wherever the pet walks, it will increase the dust stat on the block. Once the dust stat of a block reaches 100%, a layer of dust appears on top of the block. The brush can be used to clean the dust. Dust is an unobtainable item.

If the dust is not cleaned, the player will gain the ‘Allergies’ effect while in the same chunk where dust is located, and will occasionally and randomly sneeze. This does not impact the health or food bar.

Dust layers create a dust mote particle ambiance within a 10-block radius.

Food and Doing the Dishes

Eating any food (except stew) gives the 'Sticky Fingers' effect, which reduces tool functionality until player washes hands in water source. Washing hands with water in a cauldron is quicker, however the water will need changing out every 10 uses, unlike with other water sources, even a single water block.

If the water in a cauldron isn't changed, there is a 0.5% chance of acquiring the 'Food Poisoning' effect every time the dirty water is used. This effect causes the player to randomly vomit - which needs to be removed using paper - and the food bar lowers 5x faster than usual, with food providing 10% of usual saturation. The ‘Food Poisoning’ effect lasts for 5 minutes unless cured using a bucket of milk.

Eating stew avoids the 'sticky fingers' effect, however the bowl requires cleaning using a water source (see above). The same result occurs if the water source from a cauldron is not replaced. You could throw away the bowl after using, but wouldn’t that be really wasteful?

Cleaning Yourself

Over time, the player will accumulate a 'dirt' stat, resulting in the 'Kinda Stinky' effect after anytime between 5-10 days. This causes the screen to slowly turn green, reducing visibility. A stink particle effect appears above the player’s head. If a player with the 'Kinda Stinky' effect is within a 5-block radius of another player in multiplayer, the other player will gain the same green vision but at an increased rate, causing them to likely want to move away from the 'Kinda Stinky' player.

For the benefit of yourself and other players, you will want to wash using a water source. Water sources in cauldrons speed up the process by 1000%, but are a one-time-use (unlike with washing hands or bowls), and the water will need to be changed out. If not, see above regarding the 'Food Poisoning' effect.

Vaccines

'Vaccinated' is a permanent, invisible stat that can be acquired by visiting a cleric and getting vaccinated. This is at no cost to the player. If the player does not do this, drinking milk has a 20% chance of causing the 'Food Poisoning' effect. Since the player has not been immunized to milk, they will need to visit a cleric for medicine as drinking milk will have no effect on the stat in this condition.

Bank Notes, Purses and Wallets

Emeralds take up inventory space. That’s why coin purses can be crafted using string, to store up to 6 stacks of emeralds. But what if that still isn’t enough? You can now convert emeralds into bank notes to consolidate them. A leather wallet can be crafted, which can store 27 stacks of bank notes, but cannot hold normal emeralds.

Tax Office

The tax office is a structure which generates in most villages. It houses the Taxman, and contains chests filled with emeralds and bank notes. Opening any of the chests will begin a Controlled Raid.

The Taxman

The Taxman behaves similarly to the wandering trader, and will find the player no matter where they are hiding. The Taxman has 9999 HP. If the player does more than 1 heart of damage to the Taxman, the controlled raid will automatically begin. If the Taxman dies via ‘natural’ causes (e.g. ‘accidentally’ falling into a pit of lava), a new Taxman will appear.

The player can perform the ‘Pay Your Taxes’ action by right-clicking on the Taxman and pressing the ‘Pay Your Taxes’ icon.

Paying Your Taxes

The new taxation system enables you to pay taxes to the Taxman. You only need to pay taxes after the first 3 trades with villagers, paying 20% of gross emerald income every 30 days. In multiplayer, income is based on collective income, not individual income, for that communist vibe.

Paying your taxes is incentivised by improved sales in trades. This is cumulative, and if players consistently pay their taxes, the trades will continue to improve in their favour. If the player fails to pay their taxes, sales will begin to favour the villagers. If the player skips paying their taxes 3 times in a row, a Controlled Raid will begin. This cannot be avoided by drinking milk.

Controlled Raids

Controlled Raids happen when the player does more than 1 heart of damage to the Taxman, or when the player skips paying their taxes 3 times in a row. Drinking milk will not end the Controlled Raid.

The pillagers in Controlled Raids only attack the player, and do not harm villagers. They do more damage than normal raids, and last twice as long. The Controlled Raid ends if the player pays their taxes. Alternatively, if the player survives the Controlled Raid and kills all the pillagers, this will also end the Controlled Raid. This grants the player the permanent ‘Warlord’ stat, also unlocking the ‘Under My Rule’ advancement. With the ‘Warlord’ stat, the player is able to carry out trades with villagers at whatever price they desire (free-of-charge anyone?), and is also able to plunder any tax office with no consequences.

Villagers will cower when a player with the ‘Warlord’ stat gets within a 5 block radius.

TL;DR

In this my scuffed Minecraft update proposal, you need to clean your house and shower and can get food poisoning. But you can also become a warlord, so. idk
