𝗆𝖺𝗌𝗄 𝗈𝖿𝖿, trembling. he looks down, scared and trying to hide his face. you gently take his hands out of his face, and your eyes find each other. On the verge of crying, he searches for any kind of disgust or dislike on your expression yet he only finds.. adoration. the same adoration you always have for everything. but now it's different, there's a special joy at the sight of his disfigured face.

"a-aren't you scared..?" he mutters, his insecurities still present.

"scared?" You chuckle softly and caresses his cheeks gently, feeling his scarred skin. it's been a while since he felt someone's loving touch. "Why would I be scared of my Sal? My sweet, beautiful Sal?"

his heart skips a bit and buries his face on your palm, looking for your warmth. He decides to trust, just like you. He can see it's true. He can see the sparks in your eyes as you look at him, with or without his prosthetic. no matter what, he is your Sal, that's what makes him beautiful for you. it makes him feel beautiful. he looks into your eyes again as he promises to himself he'll always make you feel the same way.

Hello! I couldn't quite find if requests are closed right now, (if they are please feel free to ignore this and I apologize) but I'm hoping I could request some lyric dividers for a band called Citizen Soldier? They're a band that does a lot of songs relating to mental health and disability. Honestly I could write a whole page of their lyrics, I'm kind of obsessed ^^" But I was thinking specifically lines from these ones (or any combo of)

Face to Face - "I fought the Devil and I lived to tell" / "I'd rather die on my feet than live on my knees" / "My past will not define me"

Made By Misery - "Proved depression's a liar when I wouldn't let go" / "Baptized myself in the ink that wrote my suicide note" / "Lonely roads can lead to hearts of gold"

As far as styles, I was thinking greens/purples or maybe some reds for colours, probably on the darker side? More for dark mode than light mode if that makes sense. I really like the gradient effect you did on the one for Lover by Taylor Swift or Loverman by Ricky Montgomery, and I generally prefer the more flow-y handwritten script fonts you've used, but I also just kinda love everything you make, so I'm sure I'd adore absolutely anything you decide to go with, if you do decide to pick this one up.
