✨ Here’s the tea:

You can now blur text or images that contain spoilers.

Readers will have to tap to reveal the hidden content.

It works on both mobile and desktop (yes, Threads is being that thoughtful).

Think Reddit’s spoiler function but with Threads’ minimalist vibe. Floating dots on mobile, blurred boxes on desktop. Kinda cute, actually.

🎮 Movie night? Blur that plot twist. 📚 Book lovers? Hide that shocking last chapter. ⚽ Sports fans? Maybe wait before dropping the final score.

It’s not just about protecting endings—it’s about building a better, more respectful online culture. For creators and fans alike.

So yeah, Threads might finally be giving us a reason to scroll stress-free again.

What is it "Juleap" all about?

Started by the user @greatmarta , is a fandom event similar to the Coco fandom friendly, in which people can make as many content as they want of any of the characters that appear in the movie. The more content a certain character gains, the more possibilities are there for this one to win by the end of the month.

Following this example, we have our own fandom friendly for the movie Leap or Ballerina, hosted on July.

These are the rules you have to follow, as originally redacted by the creator of the event:

Time yourself as you draw/write. Divide the number of minutes by 2. Each character featured in your work is awarded that number of points. At the end of the month, the character with the highest number of points wins.

Please tag your works as "#b/l!fandomfriendly".

Another rules to take into consideration:

1) No NSFW entries of any kind.

2) No entries using other people’s art or writing (such as a fanvid that uses other people’s artwork)

3) No entries involving any ships that feature incest or adult/child ships (I don’t think I need to elaborate here)

This is, unfortunately, my last entry for Juleap. I was expecting to do a couple of entries more, but, as we say in México: "No me da la vida." Which practically can be translated to "My life isn't long enough to do stuff."

This fanart was intended for July 23, which is Mérante's birth anniversary, since he was born on that same date on 1828 (Yes, he was a real figure!). I took as a reference a portrait that's shared on his biography on the Official page of the Opera Garnier.

Huh, a bit of French culture in the context of the Paris Olympics Games...

I really didn’t think I could make another one in like two days! But tonight it struck me that I don’t have to create masterpiece every time I draw! Why not make a chibi Victor sticker instead? How long could it take? I’m like doodling every night before bed! And now you’re seeing the outcome!

My second entry for the Juleap event on Tumblr! I kinda got inspired to keep doing watercolor paintings, this time with Camille. I wanted hers to be very contrasting with Félicie's. The redheaded girl's was full of life, nature, color. In this one, I decided to use lighter and cold tones, and the only background in here is a white courtain from which the lights filters into the room. Of course, given to the lack of objects, it took me less time to paint. And it's not like I love to draw her suffering, on the contrary, this hurt me to draw, but I wanted to explore that melancholic, troubled and lost nature she has beneath her easygoing appearance.

This is my very first entry for the event, and, I hope it won't be the only one I make.

I like those photos of girls wearing flower crowns, they look cute, and I thought Félicie would look like it as well. 😊 I thought that watercolors would work for this art piece, although this technique isn't one of my strengths. But, as Félicie herself knows, you can't learn anything unless you try, even if that means to make some mistakes along the process. 😉

Félicie Milliner: Fearless A B/L! FMV Tribute

A Gaulmont and Lionsgate's "Ballerina/Leap!" movie fan music video tribute, with the song "Fearless." written and performed by the indie artist Malinda Kathleen Reese. Another Juleap! entry for Félicie.

Sooo, hehe, do you guys remember I did a poll contest of your favorite 3D animated heroine a while back? Hehe, I didn't until I recently checked my previous posts. 😅 Félicie had won the popularity contest in my channel, and I had just promised to make a music video for her, but I wasn't able to do anything since I had just entered college and the computer went "poof!" Until now, that I'm on vacations and I have the computer back. 😊 

I thought of many songs that could fit Félicie, but I finally opted for this one, sung by MALINDA, one of my favorite indie songwriters. This song is also one of my favorites, as it reminds me of my restless, curious young self, and how now it describes how it feels to be finally at the place I always dreamed to be. Its ups and downs, and how the World and my vocation still asks me to be... fearless. That's why Félicie is my comfort character, because I relate to her a lot... 

I'm not exactly proud on how this turned out, as I have complications cutting scenes and not leaving them that long, but that's just not my style. I'm old school, and I apprecciate when a single scene can tell a story without a lot of transitions.

My second entry for the B/L! Fandom Friendly. I wanted to do something special for this memorable teacher's birth anniversary, which was on July 23. I know I'm a bit late and the month and the event is almost over, but I made it before it was done. I wasn't sure of what exactly to do, but finally decided to dust off an old idea I had in mind since a while. Don't you want to have a glance into Mérante's ballet golden days? Because I surely do. I even decided to add his real appearance as it is seen in his photographs, with only a moustache and no beard.

Fandom Friendly of July 2021, which by my own I decided to call "Juleap event" Because today the Olympic Games start and I'm excited, I wanted to do this Gymnastics AU because is very similar to ballet and is one of my favorite disciplines to watch. I'm so proud because I'm actually improving my drawing of children. 😊
