looking for a bit of advice here.

does anyone else tend to feel automatically very upset when their friends are very distressed? like to the point of making my own symptoms worse and ending up unable to care for me or them because it just feels so awful.

not only does it make it hard to be a good friend but being chronically ill and always in pain is already bad enough as is.

if anyone here has any advice on how to deal with this i'd greatly appreciate it

It always a good day with no flare ups from my fibromyalgia or my blood disorders and I have energy to get stuff done that needed to be done.

I don't often get good days like this but when I do I'm so damn greatful.

My fibromyalgia pain was not fucking around today. Woke up at 12 then my back hurt could barely move had to take a pain pill and go back to sleep then got up at 150.

I hope my fibromyalgia don't kick my ass this year
