12 weeks of grinding my ass off in and out the gym and I'm seeing results! It's not a big result but I'll get there eventually. Different types of eating pattern and diets and it took me 3 months to find the right type of eating pattern. As my 12 week routine comes to an end, I'm gonna take a week off to rest my body but I'm a little scared that I might lose my strength. I'm not sure yet if I want to do the same routine again or find another one. I got a wedding to attend to in October and I want to look the best version of myself.
