Therapist:"It sounds like you're holding a lot of responsibility and maybe even guilt when it comes together. That's a really powerful and honestly thing to say. I want you to know that we can unpack this together. We can explore together where these patterns come from and if those truly define your ability to love or just experiences you've had.
