2024 really looks good depending on how you’ve treated people. It’s the year of the 8 which can represent abundance OR karmic debt.

This is why this year was the year of the 7 aka the SOUL or the SELF. This year people figured out who/what/where/what’s working for/against them. For some it was friends for others it was family or relationship and for a small few it was business.

Establishing your foundation means creating a outlook for what you believe in and then following through with the decisions necessary to align you with that path wether that be ; happiness, abundance, a business or career choice you have to set intentions for your path. Social media is a scary place. It's fascinating: I was amazed, inspired—a euphoria-like feeling making me grateful for the goddess of creativity that resides in every one of us. Then it’s terrifying: my self-value dropped underwater and anxiety rose as I sank. In other people's shadows, I became smaller and smaller, until I couldn’t even see myself under a microscope. Do I still matter? Does my voice still matter? “YES!” I heard the voice say. Yeah, it's always a yes, whenever I ask this question. And I ask this question a lot. Explanation? None. Just believe? Can’t. I'm an excellent over-thinker—trained since I was still a youngling. My frontal cortex runs on overload; once, it almost broke me. Only yoga and meditation can diffuse the tension in my mind—though they don’t always work. But worth a try. So I discovered what's really happening: I want to be heard. Be seen. I want echo. And that’s the original reason I started making my words sing. And I finally understood the relentless “yes” I’m hearing, even though I’ve been dismissive—or even sarcastic—towards it. And my self-doubt? I see it now, looking at it with kindness—I'm not kidding. I find it endearing. Because it’s natural. And I’m just human. Understanding is truly self-love. I just started a journaling practice a few months ago, after years of either trying/failing or avoiding it, and here’s how you can tell how I’m doing with it: I just opened this pen refill about a week ago, and I’ve already used more than half of it. T H E V O I D When everything disappears, meaning the perceptual markers of your former reality, understand that you have entered into a void point. A void point is a critical transition between an old reality and a new one. That which was, has ended. Instead of regretting the loss, you accept the void. This is, for many persons, a challenging undertaking, because in the void point there is nothing that can be done. You must simply be a witness to it, and to yourself, for in this no-man’s land there are no perceptual markers. Not long ago the word "Hathor" was whispered to me in deep meditation. I wasn't sure what this meant. Was it the ancient Egyptian deity? I wasn't sure.
