Only, every "sei" is written out as the kanji for "Star." Viz didn't seem to really get this and actually translated this as him yelling "Starstarstarstarstar!!!" It kinda sorta passes just because all his other moves have been "STAR <xyz>" so it almost sounds like he's getting too impatient to actually call out all his attacks, but in Japanese the actual attack names are all written in katakana so they're actually pronounced "Star" and not "sei." A weird tiny translation flub, and one that doesn't really have an easy "correct" answer they could've/should've gone with.
