People who say "Batman was better without his kids" must really like the whole ELEVEN issues that Bruce had before Dick was introduced because that's the only time he didn't have a kid. Bruce Wayne/Batman was introduced in ’Detective Comics' #27 and Dick Grayson's Robin was introduced in 'Detective Comics’ #38. Dick was around before Alfred existed, if we can have Alfred why can we have the Robins?

not to be controversial on main, but i really do feel like way more people would enjoy maths if someone properly explained it to them & they didn't have a hanging threat of failing an exam above their heads

#it's genuinely so nice to try mathematics outside of academic setting!#look at me solving numbers' wee riddles three! they are speaking to me!!!!!#it's like being a detective in the world of formulas. liek evolution. like constant battke of survival #everytime you learnt a new tactic to solve a problem. another obstacle appears #me and math are locked in eternal dance where we fight like enemies yet are unable to live without each other like lovers #there's no math without mind being able to percieve. and there's no seeing reality without perceiving maths #AND NUMBERS ARE. EVERYWHERE #don't get me wrong i'm not an analytical kinda person. i was always the english & biology type of kid and physics was my enemy in school #BUT IF YOU LOOK AT IT RIGHT. You know we all talk about how absolutely insane the devotion between Edwin and Charles is but I just kinda realized something. They have effectively reframed my ENTIRE framework of my fave ships. Because I have always loved ships where the key is that "secret third thing" kinda love and devotion that transcends platonic and romantic, like anderperry and avatrice and tanthamore. But now that payneland exists in my brain it's like these ships that used to be SOOOOO insanely devoted to each other kinda feel not? As much? Anymore? Like payneland what have you done to my brain?
