I know I've already kinda gone into details on Anomaly, and I've been working on Eternity's page, but I think I should do a general outline of my universe. Mind you, this is subject to change as I see fit, and it's still a work in progress. I'm using the Greek Gods Generations for names on some of these categories, for now. Names may have alternatives that are regular names, as such to keep the facility's research secretive.

Entities are phenomena studied by a facility, whose name is typically expunged from files as to protect their research, civilians, and the entities themselves.

They are separated into several categories:

Environmental: this is a phenomena that, as its name implies, is environmental. There are currently Three (3) of these phenomena known to exist, and all of them contain a Titan within them. They also contain physical and mental hazards, with one in particular being certain death if entered.

Primordial: They are typically massive in comparison to the other categories, and exist as a single entity. As their names imply, these entities are very old and many of them have existed since our solar system first started, often referred to as Ancients as well. There are currently Four (4) entities within this category. Listed will be the names written out on the first recorded encounters/modern titles/names given by the facility.

Statued Maiden / Porcelain Mother / Mother Tilly or Tilly

Cold Woman / Snow Queen / Maria

Locust / Bug Cleric / Gene

Fog Body / Smoke and Ash / Hendricks

Titans: These are individuals who alter the environment around them to hide better. Very little is known about them, as they are shier than their Primordial parentage, and do not appreciate being studied. Although they are easier to contain, as they never leave their environments. There are only three (3) known, and each of them live within an Environmental Entity.

Olympian: This category of Entities are the most common and plentiful. Most of these Entities are capable of reproduction, and exist in the world as wildlife would. These are the most well known and capable of being contained or at least avoided by civilians. There are Sub-Olympians, however only one has been recorded and documented as such, while there are several still awaiting classification. Six (6) main Olympians have been Documented, One (1) Sub-Olympian.

Unknown: Entities that are still awaiting classification or proof of existence. The list is only available for researchers and anyone over level 5 clearance. Photos, recordings, and samples make up the majority of this category. As such, only a few have place holder names. Theorized Sub-Olympians will have a * by their name.

Man-Made: Entities that were created with the assistance of humanity. Stalker, a Sub-Olympian, is theorized to also fall into this group, as it requires cameras being made for it to exist. However, it is not considered as such, since humanity had a passive influence with its creation. This category is for humanity to have direct influence and assistance in the creation of said Entity. These have proven to have been some of the most difficult to track down and maintain containment. There are currently Four (4) of these within containment.

Finally dropping a ref sheet for my yuusona, say hi to Yuu/Ebi

undercut if you want to hear me yap about her a bit

Yuu, or Ebi is a giant monster shrimp (non-magic user). Where she came from or what her homeland is currently unknown. But it's safe to assume she comes from a place populated by mostly sea monsters like her.

Despite being a monster (maybe similar to Grim?), Ebi seems to have a more calming and sensible personality when compared to Grim, only reacting strongly when something seriously bad is going to happen (ex: someone almost fucking dying) or when she's over-exaggerating to just get a reaction out of someone. Surprisingly, when she arrived to NRC, she had a more irritated reaction knowing full well she was somewhere she didn't belong, and complained under her breath about "missing work and getting family worried for nothing". In other words she seemed to have known she wasn't in any true danger when she arrived, thankfully. Ebi also appears to be naturally caring for others, immediately taking in with living with Grim at Ramschackle (and eventually becoming his caretaker basically), and helping Ace and Deuce out with whatever issues they're having without hesitation (issues being either preventing them from almost being expelled or just help with simple homework). This soon enough became an on-going thing with majority of the students, and according to Ebi it's because;

"I grew up in a large family and have always taken care of my younger siblings. It's in my duty to help and take care of those who need a hand to come pick them up from the ground, even if they didn't ask for it."

It didn't help that Ebi was already older than most students there, being closer to Leona's age, she started to view and treat a lot of students as if they were her younger siblings. And like it was meant to be, this quickly made her earned the title of "Big Sis Ebi". Making it known that she was someone who the students could trust and come to for both help and comfort. This meant there were a lot of visits at Ramschackle, (especially from the ones who overblotted GULPS) but fortunately, this just made Ebi feel more at home as it reminded her of her actual siblings back at her homeland, so she doesn't mind these visits (Grim on the other hand not so much).

Also yes, just like any older sibling, this does mean Ebi started to mess and tease the ones she viewed as younger siblings a lot. It ain't a true sibling bond without at least a wee bit of sibling rivalry 👌 (Rip Ace he's the most common victim to this).

ANYWAY, okay enough yapping, when I first created Ebi she was just a silly gag I made when I first got into twst.

But when I actually started to put effort into her I at first didn't know what to do since most yuusonas I know of were shipped with other characters. But I didn't want Ebi to have anything romantic with any character, I decided what better way than to basically make her the older sister figure everyone comes to when they need help? I thought it's both funny that characters are looking for comfort from a literal giant fucking shrimp, but also twst characters genuine just seem to lack a lot of comfort because Jesus fucking Christ all of you need therapy and a hug, no matter if it's by a shrimp or not 😭.

[Implied Neurodivergent Reader, Insecure Reader]

"Mono?... Do you think there's any way you could.. fix me?"

The robot's singular eye drifts aimlessly in the pitch black recesses brought forth by their helmet - targeting your smaller frame with a tingle of concern, daresay terror masked by the lack of expression on its face. Raising its arm, a beam of violet light basks you - a loud buzzer blaring as it scans over you.

"What seems to be the matter, Starlight? By my readings, you appear to be in functional conditions. Are your struggles perhaps.. internal? Of the mind as opposed to the body?"

"N..no? Yes?... I don't really know how to put it into words... I um... never had many friends growing up. The ones I did have grew tired of me for one reason or another... I always did too much or.. or too little... I was wondering if you had something... Like a chip you can put in my brain that would make me act more normally?"

Staring down at your feet, your eyes burn with the all too familiar sting of developing tears.

"I don't know what to do if you to grow bored of me too..."

"Oh, Starlight...."

Voice softer than air - Mono attempts to bow to your level. A comedic feat for one of their caliber. Despite kneeling, your head still barely reaches their upper torso. The crook of their talons collect the crystals that fall from your eyes - a large hand weighted firmly, soothingly to your shoulder blade.

"Nothing in all the known galaxies could make you more perfect than you already are. I would not change you nor trade you for anything - even freedom from my given role. My sole desire in this life - before I met you. Now, all my hopes and wishes revolve around you, and what the two of us can do together. The only way I'd grow tired of you is if acidic worms burrowed into my brain and took hold of my mind."

Their skin crawls with the thought. Well, it would had they the sensation.

"An unfortunate reality on my planet."

Biting your lip, you slap a hand over your mouth to muffle the laughter that escapes. Mono's stiffened posture grows lax at the harmonious sound.

"S-sorry, Mono- The bluntness of your voice makes certain things you say a little funny..."

Mono nods in agreement.

"I understand. Even amongst my people I am considered a tad bizarre. Perhaps that's what draws us together. Whatever unifies us, I pray it will someday open your mind to the absolute truth that there is none like you and nothing pleases me more than to be my your side - the bearer of my heart."

When you design characters for Sonic, what is the general rule regarding characters with uni-eyes (like what Charmy, Sonic, and some other characters have)? Is it just an aesthetic choice, or is it limited to select species? I've noticed that the only ones who have it are hedgehogs and a few other characters. Also, are there any characters you think would look better with or without it?

I've gotten a few pointers about mono-eyes vs. separated eyes. First, yes, they are considered a species trait. You won't see a hedgehog with separated eyes, for example. Second, separated eyes are more common than mono-eyes, so save the mono-eyes for special occasions.

ALL THAT SAID, I don't think there are any hard rules about this that have been set. It's based on the aesthetic preferences of Sonic Team's artists. If a design called for it something that broke these rules or just looked way, way better by breaking it, they'd probably be fine with it. Also, they don't police it closely; we have background characters in the comic who break these rules all the time.

If a species doesn't already have established representation through an official cast member, I would take any sort of incidental background characters of that type with a big grain of salt. As for who looks better with or without it-- idk I like mono-eyes, but I'm glad they're not a constant. I don't think there's any characters whose eyes I'd want to change.

Okay, let's go!

It's quite obvious that Bruce was very nervous about Jack and the others' presence, hence the rush to leave, especially because Jack's group is made up of much older teenagers (Jack is even a young adult) and besides the fact that Jack himself has powers. I know, Six also has powers and can destroy everyone there, but we have to remember that she has a very strong emotional block, so it's very difficult for her to be able to use her powers for now. And another thing is that Six is reluctant to go... why? Could it be because Jack has similar attitudes to Mono? Could it be because she feels needy?

Another thing is that well, Jack is acting weird, which is pretty obvious, what is his goal then? I believe that if he was someone bad, why would he save them? Well, there are a lot of questions about this character and yes, I want to play with your minds :] ✨️

MONO AND WENDY ARE BACK AND- well, another fight coming up again? How annoying! You wouldn't expect Wendy to be a fierce person, she's the most peaceful of the group and sees the bright side of things BUT getting punched by your best friend and knowing the truth behind it would make you scared, right?

This part should have come out over the weekend, but I didn't have time to finish it and I could only release it now because I don't want to delay!

I know I've talked a little about Villroch, but I have some other horror ocs, so if you're interested in reading more of them, click the ReadMore! I'll have a more details on each individual character later, but this is kinda an introduction. Also warning, sensitive topics ahead as well. Also @avid-adoxography , this is some of them 👉👈 there are definitely more, I just need to dig up my notes on them

The first one, and eldest one, is Mannequin. Yes I know, the name is unique /sarcasm. But, Mannequin is also like a Sona to me? It shows itself as a hand stitched, leather mannequin, whose body is made from both human and animal skin. However, it's only bits and pieces of skin, and never the full flesh. Just whatever parts it may need to keep going and not fall apart. Because it can have varying bulk, it is usually too heavy to chase down prey, opting to instead stalk close behind, until said prey falls asleep, and then it makes its move. It also tends to have various things stuck inside the leather, ranging from a skinning knife, needles (sewing, syringe, etc), and sometimes glass. If it were to somehow lose all the leather on itself, it's true body is very small and sensitive to everything, but it is faster, and usually sloppier, due to the distress of it being uncovered, until it has the skin on it again. However, its true body is covered in eyes and mouths, mostly useless because it keeps these covered as much as possible.

Anomaly is a beast of blind rage and wrath. There is no communicating with the beast, if it knows you're there, it will hunt until you're out of its range, or until you're dead. It doesn't care if it harms itself or any of its "siblings", it needs to feel blood and gore on itself. However, because of its lack of care to its own body, it can become incapacitated very easy. However, it is very fast, just not very agile, being unable to do sharp turns. No eyes, but it has a fantastic sense of smelling and hearing. The good thing is, is that it doesn't tend to leave its territory, so encounters with it aren't common. The bad news is, is that because it's not common to encounter, meaning that there aren't many survivor tells about it.

Obelisk is a techno organic entity that infects both old and new devices. It doesn't kill the people whose devices fall victim, but it is theorized that it can lead one of the more dangerous entities to the location of said person. It's recommended to get rid of or destroy the device that gets infected. The device infected, will change how it presents itself. Infection process will be posted in a later post.

Apex doesn't actively hunt, but it will attack if provoked by humans. What it tends to do is squeeze itself into sewer systems and abandoned lots, places where it's least likely to encounter anything else that will bother it. From there, it will usually find a small place to squeeze itself in and recordings of known nesting sites have recorded what sounds like distorted crying. It tends to attract the Anomaly entity to its nest sites, however what happens between the two is still unknown. It is very shy, and only attacks if people wander into where the body is resting.

Eternity a wandering entity, whose body is covered by thick cloth of unknown black material, and acts like either it's a God or a Priest, it just depends on who is listening to it. It's still unclear whether or not it has a face, as a thick white material, potentially the same as the material on its body, covers its face. There is currently only one recording of it, so it is unclear what it does to its victims. Though a theory has popped up that it may be a part of Tilly, a very similar entity who cannot leave her compound, that was expelled to bring forth new people for her compound.

Blank is a living embodiment of the Hanahaki Disease. Blank is the most human looking entity, having a human body, but is supposedly missing a head, instead having smoke cover where its head should be. This entity is still capable of speaking through spirit boxes, although its speech is always wheezing, like it can't get enough air in its lungs. Which makes sense, given that a recent attack from it, the victim managed to snap a close up picture of it. This picture shows a nearly translucent humanoid, whose organs are black and white, but there is color in the lungs, showing almost like an outline of flowers. The current theory on victims is that it takes them somewhere to keep them as trophies.

Stalker is a newer entity. Well, its a sub entity of Obelisk that infects any form of a camera. It especially loves security cameras. There have been no 1-on-1 encounters with this entity, but so far it has not been shown to be aggressive. If anything, it is quite jovial and plays pranks on security guards by flipping to different cameras, and sometimes flipping the cameras on them. However, no true form has been seen of this entity, making researchers believe that it is possibly entirely digital, and is mostly a line of code that somehow became independent from Obelisk.

This has led many researchers to become fearful that all these entities may have sub entities of their own.
