This storyboarded MAP follows Charlie’s point-of-view throughout the events of the first season of Hazbin Hotel.

What is a Multi-Animator Project? A Multi-Animator Project (occasionally known as a Reanimation Project, or simply as animation collabs) is a type of Fan Animation (MAPs can be original but they're usually based on existing media) that follows the general formula of multiple animators animating one project. A multi-animator reanimation by definition is a collaborative effort between animators, where one animator does a variable amount of the scene, and the next animator picks up from there in a different art style.

Parts will begin to be chosen in about one (1) week after posting and applications will continue to be reviewed on a rolling basis until all parts are filled. Backups available as well!

📣 Calling all animators and artists!

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of TSFTW next year, a Reanimated Collab is being made of the viewer's chosen favorite scenes from each episode and we need your help!

Animators can choose to reanimate said scenes (75 parts) and artists can redraw aspects of each episode's thumbnail (44 parts). The deadline for everything to complete is April 5, 2025, 13 days before the anniversary, but this is subject to change. Apply here! Rules (read before applying!) Moderators will look over the application and will gradually invite contributors to the collab's Discord beginning on December 28, 2024 and onward via email or Discord. We're excited to work with you all on this project!! ✨

How to join the Kingdom Hearts Multi-Animator Project + Frequently Ask Questions

The Kingdom Hearts Multi-Animator Project now has its own dedicated Tumblr page! Any big updates on the project will be posted here as well as on the Twitter page.

For anyone that's interested in joining our multi-animator project, here's a quick thread for how you can take part. First, you can join the project's Discord server here: discord.gg/dRrgfGJsND

Second, after you've introduced yourself and read the server rules, you need to share some of your work in the server's promotion thread. It can be animation work or just art pieces, but you need to show examples of your skills. We can't assign work to animators if we don't know what they are capable of, so the sooner you can share your stuff, the sooner we can assign you animation work.

Once you're assigned, you can make your animation as goofy or as on-model as you want and in any style you want, too. So long as we can tell who's who, have at it. Hope to see you there, and we look forward to seeing what you can do.

UPDATE(14/01/2025): All spots have been filled, but keep your eyes on this post, or the Discord server, in case spots open again.

What is the deadline for this project?

UPDATE(15/04/2025): As of this update, we have a new tentaive deadline of End of March 2027.

Is there any money being made on this?

Nope. This is purely a volunteer-based project. 

If we join the project, can we share our progress for our animation cuts on YouTube or other social media? 

Absolutely!

What kind of animation software should we use?

You can use any kind, as long you can export your animations as a video file or PNG sequence.

What will you do if Disney or Square-Enix ask you to take it down?

If it happens, it happens. I won’t fight them over it as it is within their rights as IP holders.
