What is Bluesky?

it’s a social media site that’s owned by no single person or company. it's aim is to bring back the early days of twitter before bots, elon musk or algorithms took over. Personally I find the site really cozy, wholesome, and engaging. my Bluesky account for example

What’s unique about Bluesky?

→ CUSTOMIZATION: ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎your timeline is very easy to control. There’s tons of options, so be sure to go through each tab in your settings. some options include: turning off autoplay, changing the order in which threaded replies show, changing DM settings, content preferences and lots of visual app settings.

→ MODERATION LISTS: human made, mass blocklists. These are public lists of accounts that when you subscribe to you automatically block or mute everyone in that specific blocklist. A great way to avoid unwanted content, and interactions. ✦ Moderation lists I recommend will be below the cut

→ STARTER PACKS: recommendation lists on who to follow, made by users. You can even curate your own starter pack of recommendations! ✦ Starter pack recommendations will be below the cut

→ FEEDS: public timelines, basically. There are a lot of feeds you can join, or you can even create your own. I made a feed featuring just my pixel art so it doesn’t get cluttered with text posts or other photos in my media tab. ✦ I’ll post feeds I recommend below and link you to a tutorial on how to create your own feed

→ BLOCKING/MUTING: bluesky has a great blocking system. When you block someone they can no longer see, or interact with you. They also have a feature to make your blog inaccessible unless logged in. you can also mute specific people, delete post replies, and even detach your post from a reblog. You can also mute specific words, phrases, tags etc.

→ NSFW: bluesky allows NSFW content, including artwork, porn, lewds etc. They also have a great moderation page to avoid the content completely, censor the content, or show it if you’d wish. ✦ just go to settings > moderation > toggle on NSFW settings and it’ll let you heavily moderate.

→ LABELS: this is a really cool feature on the site, you can subscribe to certain pages that enable a lot of fun/useful labels that help you in different ways! (like pronoun tags, artist tags etc) ✦ Labels to browse will be posted below

→ COMMUNITIES: the vastly diverse communities really feel like the best parts of tumblr. since you can so heavily curate your experience, it can really feel like a calming oasis. Mine is mostly artists, and other creatives.

there’s also a large community of professional artists, art directors, authors, celebrities, and even the best shitposters from twitter. the app really is what you make of it but it’s thriving right now.

Second day of the invasion, subway lines of Chicago

The smell of old mold and the uncomfortable heat emanating from the still functional rails do little to distract your little group of survivors from the loud bangs echoing from the world above, none of you know what's the state of things up there, having fled down here as soon as things started to get ugly.

The threat isn't demoniac in nature so you couldn't do much against them, you can't do much more than heal the wounded and guide them through what feels like the hallways of hell. But these people trust you so you must do your best to honor it, after all you were the one to gather them all here so it makes you their guiding light in this time of such darkness. Your plan, your only plan, is simple lead these civilians to an underground terminal where they could take shelter and find supplies. According to the map you must be getting there in about two more stations and then you can go up in search for more survivors

It isn't long in your rest stop at the nearby station, that you start hearing the echoes of battle from right above your heads, the yeps of fear from the little kids of the group make you scramble to try to calm them down while also signalling to the adults it's time to go. Your group about done collecting your things the sounds of strife over your heads keep getting louder and louder, you yourself are unsure on how much more the ceiling can handle before crumbling on you.

And, nothing..

Nothing more than deafening silence, it's as if time had stopped on the streets, so quiet that a whisper would sound like a screech.

Your ears ring as you blink away the dust, trying to see anything beyond your nose, the sunlight beaming down onto you is blinding and you struggle to breathe once your protection spell fades away

The sounds of the kids crying springs you back into action, "Quick, to the tunnels!" you don't need to repeat yourself, parents grab their child and the teens are helping the elderly hurry away

Suddenly you feel in yourself the urge to turn around once again, trusting your gut you clench your staff turning on your heal already prepared to cast again, what you didn't expect was to witness Mark crashing down through the opening. In your shock you almost forget to cast, doing so only on instinct and dropping it as soon as the shock wave had passed.

Your legs carry you to him, almost blurting out his name in your panic, but could anyone blame you? Your heart crashed down like a meteor and now your hands run down his bloodied up body trying to feel for his own heartbeat

The moment you find it, it's as if you've been brought back to reality, you swiftly jump back to your feet remembering the group that's watching the whole show you've been putting up. Turning around you tell them to go on with the plan, you'll be staying to help Invincible and later on will meet back with them once he wakes up.

You get right to work, using everything you know to assess his condition. After you know he doesn't have any broken bones you move him somewhere safer so whatever attacked him won't find you as easily as he recovers

But you do know you have to be quick to not risk anything

You chant prayers and sutras over Mark, his body stitching itself back together by the golden light that your words spin into threads

Mark's eyes spring open, siting up his breath uneven and heart trying to escape his chest. The aftershock of being brought back from an inch of his life still going through him

As his vision comes back into focus zeroing in into your concerned face "What's the matter Brighteyes, it looks like you've seen a ghost" he rests back into your lap, almost too casually for someone as injured as he was

"wh- what?" you're stumped, you take him back from where would be certain death for a human and that's what he has to say? "What in the fuck Mark, you could've died!"

"But I didn't" he gets up shaking his head flinging the blood off his hair and onto you

Now that your panic has subsided and you can take a good look at him "What happened to your hair?" you blurt out without even thinking it through

"What? You like it hotshot?"

You push him back, being one to appreciate your own personal space and all that. This whole new attitude is making you clearly uncomfortable, if Mark is noticing it then he's clearly ignoring it, coming closer once again waiting for your answer

"uh, it's nice .... " you push him away once again and he lets you " hum, certainly different"

He opens a wolfish smile clearly enjoying your kinda compliment

"Did you.. did you hit your head?" your blurt out

You take your hand to the side of his head, using your abilities to try and heal what you're guessing is a concussion, in turn he grabs your hand, dragging your wrist to his lips, nibbling on it before you yank it away

"What Is Up With You??"

"You're forward and now playing hard to get?", floating off your lap he turns to you and grabbing at your waist "I like this game"

The sound of the slap is soon overshadowed by his booming almost maniacal laughter Mark breaks into. Your hand stings and trembles as this viltrumite's eyes zero back into you "Oh you're a fun one little Angel" he cackles as he grabs a hold of you, not planing to let go any time soon

"Are you nervous?" Goo murmurs, a smile tugs at his lips when he feels you trembling.

He peers down at you and pauses. His hand, having worked its way under your top and caressing your bare skin - stops.

Tonight, you have aimed for sexy and sensual. It worked well. Fake it until you make it, and you made it when this handsome blonde at the bar invited you back to his apartment for a night of debauchery.

But your mask slips. It's hard to keep it on, y'know. When you are both half naked, about to be even more naked, there's nowhere left to hide.

Your nervousness comes out as a snort, because duh and you think some of your previous sexy and sensual points are deducted.

"Yeah," you respond with an awkward giggle. Then your mouth runs before your single brain cell can.

"- Also, something has been digging into my back all this time," Goo waggles his eyebrows at you suggestively, "No. Definitely not. I think it's a spring or something or I don't know... crumbs? Have you been eating in bed? Either way I think this is the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever laid on. Your silk bed sheets are something else though - who even has silk bed sheets? It's like something from the 80s along with waterbeds but god they feel so fucking great on my legs."

Goo is stunned into silence momentarily before he barks out a laugh.

He rolls off you and onto the left side on the bed, full body wriggling around slightly, experiencing the silk bed sheets for himself and chuckles.

"Sweetheart, you're right. And I've always hated this mattress." He sighs, adding, "I got conned by fucking influencers."

You whip your head towards him and give him a look, "Influencers?! What. Is this those fancy brands that I've been seeing them shill all over my social media-"

Goo turns towards you, a pout on his lips and eyebrows pinched together in a pitiful expression. "Yep. I've hated it since the first night."

"Then why didn't you return it!"

He shrugs and you laugh, your previous nervousness dissipating.

"I always wondered what idiot would fall for those."

"Hey!"

A brief moment of silence then-

"Did you buy these sheets from an infomercial or something?"

"Excuse me!" Goo shuffles, angles himself so he's fully facing you. Head held up by the palm of his hand and resting his elbow on the mattress.

There's mischief, life in his face that wasn't there earlier tonight. "Sue me. I have money to spend, sometimes I can't sleep, and those sales people sell things so well."

You let out another unrefined snort, amused by this guy.

Suddenly finding there's so much personality, a touch of vulnerability revealed in that statement, behind the expensive glasses, his tailored suit and his muscled body.

"Wanna see what other crap I've bought?"

You both wander around his apartment, which turned out to be a huge fucking penthouse now that he has the light on and is giving you a guided tour, in your underwear. 

Goo, no shame and expanses of skin on show, and you follow closely behind with his silk sheets wrapped loosely around your body.

He gestures at what you assume to be a coffee machine sitting proudly on his kitchen countertop. All sleek and stainless steel with dials and buttons on every surface.

"I can't even use this thing. I've had it for 2 years."

"Look," Goo opens an overhead kitchen cupboard, gesticulating like he's going to perform a magic trick, and dramatically shows you rows and rows of trendy kitchen gadgets, no doubt also purchased during moments of insomnia. Pizza scissors, spiralizer, bread maker, air fryer, pressure cooker.

"Never used."

"This," he points at the far wall, and you squint, barely making out a framed art piece of the ugliest monkey face you have ever seen. But hey, art is subjective, right-

"-is an NFT. I bought that too."

That tips you over the edge.

You cackle and cackle, doubled over and holding onto him for balance.

There's a dusty segway sitting pitifully in the corner of an unused spare room.

You jump out from round a corner, LED mask on your face and flashing a menacing red - "Boo!"and Goo actually jumps.

A lonely treadmill, placed beneath one of those fancy sit-stand desk catches your eye.  Goo smirks, "Babe, I don't even have a desk job."

Instead of spending all night tangled in his silk bedsheets together, Goo jogs down memory lane of sleepless nights and impulse buys with you by his side.

Your laughter starts to tinge all his memories.

Your good natured ribbing and mocking.

His hyena cackle joins yours, and he wonders when was the last time he was able to laugh with someone. Has he ever spent an entire night talking to someone like this?

"Ask me something personal." He requests, both now lying on his uncomfortable bed. You in his arms, hair tickling his chin.

"What do you want from life?"

"To make money."

"Why?"

"I want to be rich."

"Why?"

"Well, who doesn't want to be rich, sweetheart."

"Yeah but why do you?"

Goo remembers running errands, doing anything to earn some money. Anything for a price. His cousin calling in his services, and he happily beat up some middle schoolers to help him (and who was it again, Tabasco?) out.

He doesn't really know where his thirst for money making has come from. Maybe there's some deep set trauma from his life pre-juvie or some shit he should pay a therapist to decipher but alas.

He tells you this, all this and more. At some point, his head is the one lying on your chest and you absentmindedly stroke through his blonde locks, humming noises of encouragement, listening to his words.

Weird, Goo thinks, when he finally drifts off to sleep with you snoring gently beside him. 

The morning sun already filters through the blinds, and the hustle and bustle of Seoul has started to pick up.

How comfortable this feels. How natural your connection with him is. How this is the spark people dream about, and somehow it has hit him when he wasn’t looking for anything more.

That someone as different to him as you are, that is only ever supposed to be company for a few hours, a night at best, could spell trouble. Raise his hackles, send his alarms blaring.

When he's usually the walking red flag.

Because you’ve got him thinking. A lot. That shrewd brain hidden behind playfulness has been whirring; wondering about what happens if you become a regular fixture.

Maybe you might doom him, in the end. Maybe this will lead to a dead end and nothing more.

But he's curious enough, the spark is shining brightly enough, to see where else you might lead him to too.

1. Purpose

This blog is to serve as public documentation to any and all tumblr users who visit to make them aware of known scams circulating the internet, as well as accounts that are running PayPal donation/aid scams and/or other scams that I (and others!) can 100% verify are scams. I will be providing any and all documented evidence of how and why accounts listed here are scams.

2. Evidence

Evidence in calling out these scams will include things such as:

Username changes in an attempt to make others think that they are a different/new person.

Images of them changing their 'real name' repeatedly.

Alternate accounts running the same scam.

Alternate accounts running different scams. (but the same scammer)

PayPal.me names that are being used with these accounts. (this is information they list themselves. Nobody is being doxed)

3. Resources

With every post I make detailing a scam, I will try my best to provide resources on identifying the scam, how to avoid it, and if possible, ways to recover from it. This information will be written and provided by fellow tumblr users, myself, and from trusted websites such as Bitdefender, fbi.gov, ect.

4. Ask Box / Submissions / DM's

My ask box is always open to questions, concerns, or links to users you think may be scammers. However, before sending me an ask or a DM please read the following:

Do not, I repeat, do not send me asks/DM's saying anything akin to the following, as this type of behavior will not be tolerated:

"I found a scam, please look into this blog. <link>. This person has to be a scammer because no real person from Gaza/<insert country> would be posting/using tumblr all day to promote a gofundme/campaign website by sending asks/DM's all day."

"This person is totally a scammer because Gofundme/paypal/<campaign website> ect... doesn't work in <country>!! It has to be a scam!! Everybody knows <website> doesn't work there! Boost please!!"

I am not in any rightful position to validate/vet any blog that has a campaign for fundraising or one that may also use PayPal. The use of PayPal along side a fundraiser is usually so they can get funds quicker or because gofundme banned their campaign because of assholes reporting it as not being 'legit'.

This does not mean they are running a scam.

If you can't show me any evidence of it being a scam other than saying: 'well so and so said it's a scam' or 'I heard from x blog that all mutual aid blogs are a scam' or 'well <thing> doesn't work in-' I'm deleting your ask or blocking you.

This information was started and spread by hateful people. if you don't like getting asks or DM's, just block and ignore. But don't spread hate and be a spiteful person too.

---- Final thoughts: Trust your gut. Do your research. Make sure to look up usernames and copy/paste asks into tumblr's search bar to see if other accounts are using the same story. Especially in the case of blogs asking for just paypal.

To give a small back story about myself:

I'm simply a user who joined tumblr in 2014 that got into liking scam related content about 2-3 years ago. It started with watching the youtuber/streamer Kitboga who's known for the rather infamous 'DO NOT REDEEM' clip. If you've never seen it, it's definitely a classic in the scammer rage history books. (loud warning btw)

From him I learned about other youtubers that covered scams, and so I got into watching channels like ScammerPayback, TrilogyMedia, JimBrowning, TheTekkitRealm, and Tranium.

The last two being more for comedic purposes than more serious ones listed prior. ;)

Seeing so many people fall for scams made me realize something.

There's.. not enough public information out there about them, or how they work. That's why people fall or it so often.

And I want to try and help change that.

Here's some of my past personal experiences:

My grandma almost fell for a scam on the phone pretending to be her bank and I was able to explain to her how and why it was a scam and how it worked, and she was able to avoid it.

An older friend of mine on discord who plays a mobile game with me nearly fell for the Norton Lifelock email scam, and in mentioning offhand that they weren't sure if this 'email was legit', i was able to save them and let them know that emails like that were scams.

Another friend of mine nearly fell for the 'click this link and play our mobile game and we'll give you free in game credits for trying it!' scam, which ends up being a virus that steals your data.

And, well, there was the incident recently with Roblox and Youtube doing literally fuck all to ban a Free Robux scammer who was using a 3rd party website to literally phish information out of children and possibly install a virus on their computer. But y'know 'we can't do anything about stuff that happens off our website.' 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

And thus Bee's internal flame to document and bust scams was lit.🔥

I feel any and all information about scams should be public and available to anyone and everyone in an easily digestible manner that people can understand. It shouldn't be something that's tucked away in a private page you have to search for or go 5 pages deep into google just to find because the first 3 pages are full of sponsor links or unhelpful FAQ pages that don't answer your questions at all.

And don't get me started on AI bots answering questions...

So thus, I made this blog! I try to document scams here the best I can, and if you can't find information here, you can find it under my scam tag on my main blog.

How does the NFT Marketplace work?

Unlike bitcoin or ether, non-fungible tokens cannot be traded directly on conventional cryptocurrency exchanges. Deadlines

Depending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 4 weeks. I will provide an estimate time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. 

You may request a WIP at any time. I will try my best to respond as soon as possible.

Usage Policy

My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed. 

I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it. If you would like your commission to be private and not published on social media, please let me know!

If you would like to post your commission on social media, please be sure to include my signature or to tag me in the post. 

You may not use my artwork for any kind of Generative AI Training or for NFTs. 

Other

Please provide at least one clear visual reference for original character illustrations. It could be your own artwork, other commissioned work, or even a PIcrew. If not, descriptions and a moodboard/inspiration board can be accepted, though extra will be charged. 

I will only allow 2 major changes (ex: poses, characters) and 3 minor changes (ex: colors, accessories) during the sketch and colouring process. Any more beyond this will include additional charges.

For all lineart commissions, I do not allow having other commissioned artists to color it in. If the client would like, they can color it in themselves to be used as a visual guide or for personal use. However, I do not allow that modified version to be posted anywhere. 

I would also like to be transparent and say that because this is for a school assignment, I have to document the process of this commission, but I will not include your identity nor the contents of your commission! Everything will remain 100% anonymous.

Allowed Uses

You may use the model for personal projects, renders, animations and non-commercial purposes

You may modify the textures and rigging for customization (please don’t heavily redesign the model into something unrecognizable)

You may showcase renders of the model in your portfolio, social media, or online galleries (crediting me optional but appreciated)

Prohibited Uses

Don't claim the original design as your own creation

Don't resell the character for a higher price if you don't have any additional art (renders are not additional art)

Don't remove the signature

Don't use it as NFT and for AI training
