11/100 days of productivity
July 1, 2025
I began my strength training today. I initially set my strength training workouts on Tuesdays, but I think I'll be moving it to Wednesdays instead. I expect that my arms will be sore tomorrow.
I began laying out the text for the new digital book assigned to me at work. Will continue working on it tomorrow.
Was able to encode the 2025 syllabus of Civil Law in my reviewer.
I studied and reviewed the codal provisions under preliminary title in Civil Law.
Although I initially planned that today will just be strength training, I was pressured by a classmate to go for a run since our professor for Civil Law Review announced that there's no class today. So I was able to run 6 kilometers today.
Unfortunately, I was elected as the class beadle for Remedial Law and Practice Court. I thought my beadle days are over, and boy I was wrong.

Message for 2025 ♥️

As we welcome 2025, a year governed by Mars, we can expect a unique set of energies and themes into play. May you harness the potent energy of 2025 and shine brighter than ever! Cause you deserve the best 😤💗.I offer you my heartfelt blessings , my lovelies. Here are some valuable tips to help you make the most of this year.
❤️🔥 What to DO ?
First of all take the initiative in your life and business. Stepping out of your comfort zone is the key theme of this year. This is the time to act boldly. If you have been hesitating or making big descisions ,whether in your career or love life then all I can say don't wait for the perfect moment. Make things happen right here, right now. Don't repeat the same pattern you did past years. Pat yourself in your back cause you are strong, you have dealt with so much bullshit till now. So, break the loop. Be the best version of yourself. Mars wants passion and dedication from you. You got this.
It's essential to have clear and specific objectives. Having a defined goal gives your actions direction and purpose. Without clarity you may find yourself burning out. Break your goals into achievable steps , like for example if you want to reduce your weight then start with small steps like "I will exercise three times a week and reduce my sugar intake". Another example is if you are a student then try to divide your syllabus into days, week and months, and achieve this. Be the topper, cause you have every quality to be a topper. If you are working then try to bring some creativity into your career which will differentiate you from your colleagues.
Mars is tied to physical energy, and exercise or sports can be one of the most productive ways to channel its fiery energy. Physical activity not only keeps you healthy but also clears the mind and provides a boost of energy. This is a year to start a new workout routine, get into a sport, or even take up a challenging physical activity like hiking or martial arts.
Mars can bring out a strong need for assertiveness, meaning this year is a great time to express your needs in relationships, whether romantic, or professional. Don’t shy away from difficult conversations, and ensure you stand up for yourself. This doesn't mean being aggressive but rather being direct, honest, and clear about what you need or want.If there are issues in a friendship or with a partner, be proactive about addressing them. Don't entertain any narcissist. Let go of that energy cause this will give you peace. It’s also a good time to ask for what you deserve at work, whether it's a raise, more responsibility, or a flexible schedule.
Mars often promotes gut based decision making, urging you to trust your instincts and act swiftly when you feel something is right. This year you may feel more attuned to your inner voice and sense of urgency, so embrace that feeling. Your intuition can guide you to make decisions that align with your personal desires and ambitions. Also meditate and clear your all chakras. Meditation will help you to heighten your inner instinct and heal your inner child.
Mars is also about fighting for justice, your beliefs, and what you care about. Whether it’s personal development, political causes, or defending someone who is being treated unfairly, use your strength and voice to stand up for what matters. Mars empowers you to be passionate about your convictions and fight for them with full energy. Don't let anyone dominate you in a bad way but on the opposite side also stay humble.
❤️🔥 What Not to Do?
Mars can often magnify your sense of self and give rise to a strong ego driven attitude. While confidence is important, overestimating your abilities or becoming too prideful can create conflicts, both internally and externally. When ego takes charge, you may act impulsively, dismiss others viewpoints, or dismiss valuable advice. Seek feedback from others. Stay grounded and recognize that collaboration often leads to better outcomes than going it alone.
Don't make hasty descisions. Impulsive decisions can result in regrets, particularly when it comes to financial choices, relationships, or career moves. Without careful consideration, you may end up in situations that could have been avoided.Take a moment to pause before acting. Slow down and assess risks versus rewards before making major decisions. For example,Avoid signing a contract or making a large financial investment without thoroughly researching the terms or understanding the full scope of the consequences.
Don't over isolate yourself.
Don't neglect self care. The constant push for progress without rest can eventually lead to stress, fatigue, and decreased productivity. Overworking yourself can also negatively impact relationships and your mental well-being.Make sure to prioritize rest and recovery. Set clear boundaries between work and personal time, and engage in activities that help you to recharge.
Mars represents progress and forward motion, so trying to resist change or cling to old methods might hold you back.Stay open to new possibilities and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances. Look at change as an opportunity to learn and grow rather than something to fear.
While Mars encourages assertiveness, it can also lead to aggressive behavior if not properly channeled.Aggressive tendencies, whether verbal or physical, can damage your relationships and cause unnecessary tension. It can also push people away, preventing the collaborations or support you need to succeed. Like, for Example, If you're upset about something at work, rather than acting out in frustration, communicate your concerns calmly and constructively with your team or supervisor.
Mars energy might make you feel like things need to happen quickly, but some decisions need more time and careful thought.Take your time with decisions that will impact your future. Weigh the pros and cons carefully and seek advice from trusted friends or advisors.
I wish you all the best ✨❤️🔥.
- PIKO♥️

"Lessons Learned"
Reader x P.JS, S.JY. P.SH

Summary:
In a web of complex relationships, a young woman navigates her connections with three men: her childhood friend, who was her first love; a confident college fling who helps her grow; and a captivating yet immature stranger who ignites intense passion. When the three men unexpectedly meet and discover their shared history with her, they confront her about their tangled past. Ultimately, she must choose between them, each representing different facets of love and personal growth.
Warnings: a lot of smut, some angst, if you squint you'll find a bit of fluff, no use of Y/n, underage sex (consensual), no protection, foursome, exhibition, fights, gaslighting, manipulation, breeding, dubcon, etc.
Syllabus;
Lessons of letting go
Reader x P.SH
<<READ HERE>>

Story Summary:
You were at an age where you wanted to explore. You wanted to try so many things. But you were scared of the bastards out there that could all but treat you well. There was only one guy you trusted with your body and soul; Sunghoon. Your childhood best friend whom you've shared both good and bad bonds with. It was inevitable that you two were gonna develop as each other's firsts. First kiss, first love, first date, first fuck. Sunghoon was an insecure, timid boy before you happened to him. But your relationship with him built him into a confident, poised man. Too confident, in fact, that he started becoming unfaithful. You found out about his infidelity and broke it all off. With you, he learned to love himself. But you, you learned to let go.
Prerequisite: Six years of holding on too tight.
The hardest lesson: how to release someone, even when your heart still clings to them. You’ll spend years in this class, but it’s worth it when you finally graduate from the past.

Lessons in Longing
Reader x P.JS
release date - May 7, 2025

Story summary:
After leaving your entire world behind—your lover, your childhood—you stepped into college, heartbroken and eager to escape your past. Seeking distractions, you met Jongseong at a welcoming party. Confident and charming, he was the perfect escape, offering a much-needed reprieve from the pain. But his cockiness soon turned controlling, and what started as thrilling quickly became suffocating. Over time, his behavior became toxic, and you did what you’d done with Sunghoon: you left. The hardest part wasn’t the breakup itself, but the longing that followed. Despite everything, you couldn’t escape the desire for a connection that never truly existed. And in the end, you learned the hardest lesson of all: longing isn’t something you can easily outrun. Who new a one-night-stand could leave such a lasting impression? Well.. I guess it's not a one-night-stand if it turns into 2.. or 4.. or 80-ish.
Prerequisite: A three-month stretch of missing someone so badly, it hurts to breathe.
The bittersweet truth: sometimes, you’re not meant to have what you long for. And learning to live with that longing is the only way to move forward.

Impulsive Love 101
Reader x S.JY
Release date - May 10, 2025

Story Summary;
You never considered yourself as one who would fall in love at first sight. Especially after your unlucky strikes at love. Yet here you were at a pet café, lovingly staring at a stranger playing with a dog. One thing led to another, and that ended in you stalking his socials. You didn't even hesitate to say yes after he asked you on a date the same night you started talking. All was well, you were moving quite fast. Before you knew it, you moved into his flat, doing the chores as he relaxed, fucked him whenever and wherever he wanted. That's how you like it. That's how he liked it. Just when everything was perfectly fine with your dynamic, you realized that you weren't ready for this. After the independency you've acquired after leaving Jongseong, you just weren't ready to be dependent again. Stuck hip-to-hip like how you were with Sunghoon. In the midst of what Jake thought was another normal day with his new girlfriend, you gave him the sentence that would make anyone grimace with fear. "We need to talk". "This too rushed, too impulsive a decision." You said. Of course, Jake thought this was absolute bullshit. Why now, when your relationship was perfect, you'd see these cracks in its foundation. But your mind was set. You packed your bags, leaving behind 2 weeks of paradise and a cataclysmic mess of a man whom you've broken.
Prerequisite: Two weeks of jumping headfirst into something without thinking.
A crash course in what happens when you fall fast and hard—and why sometimes, it’s the reckless moments that teach you found the most.

Whiskey-driven Dials
Release date - May 15, 2025
Story Summary:
Three guys, born in the same year but in different dates and places. Each have their own personality and experiences carved out into fine, porcelain statues that built their character. Each had similarities and differences, to the other. Jay, the eldest, most conceited of the bunch. Jake, the nicest, most affectionate one, as loud-mouthed as Jay. These two are the more impulsive, active ones. A much-needed stark contrast to balance out their spontaneity is Sunghoon, who's passive and reserved. All three found each other one time at a mutual friend's party and formed a bond no one could break. They had made traditions and precious memories together. Drinking together was one of their favorite things to do as a group as they talked about life. It was like any other drunk conversation they had: Jay confidently expressing some of the old flings he had. Until he mentioned one name in particular that sobered the younger two up. After sharing more about the girl with one another, they'd confirmed that they were all referring to one person. The alcohol hasn't fully left their systems though, seeing as they pulled a bold decision to call you up and confront you.
When the three men who taught you these lessons find each other, they all come to you with the same question: Why did you leave us? But it’s not about them—it’s about what they made you realize. Reflections on the chaos, the love, and the mess they caused. Time for a re-enrollment.

Learning to Take a Step Back—Recall
Release date - May 22,2025
The voices of your holy trinity circled around your mind in an abrasive manner, making your state of mind drift back and recall the memories you've had with them. Why did you leave them? At this point, you're already walking right up to the school of love's admission office with your registration form clutched in your trembling hands. Your three former teachers watching you with eyes as sharp as those of a hawk's whilst you hesitate on passing the form.

How to make a bold choice
Release date - April 21, 2025
You've gotten a sense of clarity after fully assessing what went wrong in your relationship with each of them. Telling them off for trying to make it seem like you were in the wrong. That it was your actions that led to the fallouts. Seeing your newfound assertion, the 3 men's sturdy complaints began to crumble. You were mad, and wanted nothing to do with either of them anymore, so you stood up to leave. Desperate to keep you after finally getting to see you again after so long, they begged you to give them another chance. Gave you reasons, offers, sugarcoats of how much it'll leave you at an advantage if you'd let them back in your life. Like the debating technique— The use of Ethos-Establish credibility, Pathos-Appeal to emotion, and Logos-Appeal to logic. They provided you with promises of emotional and physical pleasure. Dangling a diploma right in front you. You have to make a bold choice between dropping out like before or finishing the course.

Any study/homework tips? Especially when it come to writing a essay?
I can definitely share what works for me! I generally feel that there are 3 types of essay assignment, so I'll break this answer into parts. I'm assuming your essays are untimed and can be written in advance.
General Persuasive Essay:
Could be a unit assignment, midterm paper, or a chiller final. Generally 2-6 pages with moderate sourcing (3-5 new sources per page).
Personally, I like to assemble all my arguments first. Think of it like a pearl necklace -- imagine what you want your essay to prove ("X is Y") and then gather thoughts and evidence supporting that: quotes, articles, journals, statistics, etc. These are your pearls. Once you have enough of them to meet the page count -zip- all you need to do is thread them together with explanations and transitions.
For me, this looks like a very messy trash document filled with nonsensical shorthand and meticulous citations exactly how I'm supposed to use them in-text for the paper and for the final bib. If your teacher wants Chicago, or MLA, or APA, be sure to use that from the get go. The best parts are that 1) you know exactly where to go to double check something, 2) you don't need to look anything up again, 3) you've already written your bibliography.
For me, a doc might look like:
"72% of people can detect fake statistics" (Example, et al. 2025 404-405) ... "what, you egg?" (Macbeth 4.2.94)... [NEED MORE SUPPORT HERE] "cat's toe beans can absorb 5.44 lbs/cm of force" (Akename, F. in Purrrfect: A Science Tail 2013 p. 102) [TIE BACK TO 3RD PARAGRAPH]
You get the idea. Messy, but helpful. I like to copy-paste each 'pearl' into a clean document that holds the actual essay as I write it. You probably won't use every piece of evidence you have, but it's better to have a lot to choose from than to be staring at a blank page trying to write. Collecting evidence this way is particularly helpful if you know ahead of time that you need to do a paper, because then you can add tabs or highlight materials as you read them, cutting your workload in half. Generally, unless I'm totally unfamiliar with the field, I try to roughly know my final essay topic on the 2nd day of class and then start putting things in the messy doc when I find them. If it's not in the syllabus, ask your teachers about the final prompts. The worst they can say is no.
One of the great things about the process is that it skips the paralysis of a 'draft'. There is no draft here because there is no writing. Ideally, you should have 0 of your own words on the page -- only pulls and quotes. You'll paraphrase and rearrange things later. Don't copy paste directly into your essay; even with citations, that's plagiarism. Don't use first-person unless your teacher explicitly says it's okay.
Once you have all your content, structuring it may seem difficult.
I taught the TISAS model (also sometimes known as TISAC). This stands for topic sentence, introduction, supporting evidence, analysis, & summary (or conclusion). For clarity here, I'll use TISAC.
The TISAC is a simple paragraph structure model for beginner writers, but can also apply to longer and more complex writings. The standard 5-paragraph paper form taught in most middle- and high-schools is a simple nested form: TI TISAC TISAC TISAC C. The pattern of topic sentence and introduction, three evidence paragraphs, and a final summary is clear. More complex writings may add more evidence to the same point: TISAISAISAC. Thus, the amount of evidence and analysis can be endless, but must always be bracketed by clear topic sentences and conclusions. You can also vary the amount of information on any one topic; all paragraphs do not need to be the same length. More supporting evidence often leads to stronger persuasion or proof, though if there is enough of it, a reader may require mini-summaries to keep track of what it going on: TI TI(SAISAC TISAC)C TISAC C. It's clear that these elements can be combined endlessly to whatever length and complexity is required. Overall, TISAC is a straightforward set of building blocks that serve both beginner and advanced persuasive writers.
The format of the above is TISAISAISAC.
Introductions and topic sentences benefit greatly from the use of transition words, which flag to the reader (and to you) exactly what you're trying to do with the information you've presented. All evidence should be cited correctly. Obviously, TISAC is a little cramped on style and not perfectly suitable for heavily data-based work or more lyric, narrative, or artistic writing. Keep in mind though, 'evidence' can be a graph, an image glossary, an appendix, or many other formats.
Reflective Essay:
Unlike the persuasive essay, this type is entirely first-person, focused on YOU and your own thoughts, experiences, and takeaways. These tend to be the first and/or last assignment in a class, and are usually 1-5 pages with minimal to moderate sourcing (1-3 sources per page).
For course/project reviews, make sure to cover all the topics in ASSASSIN: Anticipations, Surprises, Strengths, Awkward points, Struggles, Show an example, "In conclusion", and Next time.
You can organize your thoughts chronologically or by theme. Longer papers work better as chronological.
Get a sense of what your teacher likes. If a prof. is proud of a certain thing, don't bash it. If they expressed disappointment in an outcome, agree with them. Don't come off as smarmy, but this is the easiest way to an A.
Do not use AI. In general, don't, but especially for reflective papers. AI is trained on models of the external world --it has no clue about your private internal world or what the class was like. It's guesses will be wrong and it only takes one or two incorrect details for your professor to realize you didn't write the paper. Even with careful proofreading, it's not worth the risk.
Research Essay:
These tend to be longer papers, possibly a course final or graduation checkpoint (qualification exams/thesis), meant to show how well you know the literature and materials as well as your ability to argue. Usually 5-100+ pages with moderate to max sourcing (4-10 sources per page). I use the same general process as for any persuasive essay, but make sure to use a reference management software instead of a single document. Mendeley, Zotero, RefWorks, and EndNote are the ones I've noticed most among my peers. Zotero was a godsend for my thesis.
Lab reports are a whole different beast, so I didn't discuss them here. Good luck!

The ideas that motivated the syllabus have been expanded into a book, Pirate Care. Acts Against the Criminalization of Solidarity (Pluto Press 2025), providing a glimpse into a broad range of pirate care initiatives, exploring pirate care’s political significance and carrying its questions further into the world. For those who feel called to explore, the book awaits here: Pluto Press.
Pirate Care, a syllabus
We live in a world where captains get arrested for saving people’s lives on the sea; where a person downloading scientific articles faces 35 years in jail; where people risk charges for bringing contraceptives to those who otherwise couldn’t get them. Folks are getting in trouble for giving food to the poor, medicine to the sick, water to the thirsty, shelter to the homeless. And yet our heroines care and disobey. They are pirates.
Pirate Care is a research process - primarily based in the transnational European space - that maps the increasingly present forms of activism at the intersection of “care” and “piracy”, which in new and interesting ways are trying to intervene in one of the most important challenges of our time, that is, the ‘crisis of care’ in all its multiple and interconnected dimensions.
These practices are experimenting with self-organisation, alternative approaches to social reproduction and the commoning of tools, technologies and knowledges. Often they act disobediently in expressed non-compliance with laws, regulations and executive orders that ciriminalise the duty of care by imposing exclusions along the lines of class, gender, race or territory. They are not shying risk of persecution in providing unconditional solidarity to those who are the most exploited, discriminated against and condemned to the status of disposable populations.
The Pirate Care Syllabus we present here for the first time is a tool for supporting and activating collective processes of learning from these practices. We encourage everyone to freely use this syllabus to learn and organise processes of learning and to freely adapt, rewrite and expand it to reflect their own experience and serve their own pedagogies.

To become a therapist, I’m expected to watch bondage videos and submit a ‘sexual autobiography.’
Santa Clara, Calif.
I’m a graduate student in marriage and family therapy at Santa Clara University, a Jesuit institution. Recently, I walked out of class. Prof. Chongzheng Wei had just played a video of a female “influencer” engaging in sexual bondage activity. When the lights came up, the professor smiled and asked if we wanted to try it ourselves. Maybe it was a crass joke to break the tension, but I didn’t want to find out if a live demonstration was next.
What began as a simple accommodation request in a required course called Human Sexuality turned into a case study in the reshaping of therapy training—not by science but by critical theory, a worldview that filters human experience through left-wing assumptions about power, oppression and identity, particularly regarding race, “gender” and sexuality.
The first time I enrolled in the course, students were assigned to read sadomasochistic erotica and a book called “The Guide to Getting It On,” featuring sexually explicit illustrations. We were told to write an eight- to 10-page “comprehensive sexual autobiography,” which could include early sexual memories, masturbation, current experiences, and future goals with an action plan—all uploaded to a third-party platform for grading. The syllabus allowed that students “are not required to disclose anything that causes extreme discomfort,” but that disclaimer rang hollow attached to an assignment requiring us to discuss such personal matters.
On ethical and religious grounds, I requested an alternative assignment. Cary Watson, the department chairman, denied my request, suggesting I change my plans and pursue a different type of license. In an email, she described the course as “an ‘inoculation’ of sorts . . . exposing you to content you *might* come across” as a licensed therapist. She told me that if I did encounter such things in a professional setting, I could “assuredly communicate that discomfort” to clients and decline to work with them. So why did it have to be part of my training?
I appealed to the dean, the provost, the Title IX office, the university president and even Campus Ministry. I’m not sure who was more shocked, the priest reading the syllabus or me, screen-sharing sexually explicit videos and images with him.
The course is a graduation requirement, so I re-enrolled with Mr. Wei, who is new to the school. I requested the same accommodation that Ms. Watson said “Muslim women students” had received: to complete the course remotely. Mr. Wei instead scheduled a Zoom meeting with me. He promised a professional tone and said sexual disclosure wouldn’t be required.
But in the classroom, among other things, he showed a how-to bondage video featuring a submissive wearing a “gimp suit” (a full-body garment designed to restrict movement) and played songs like “WAP” and “I Beat My Meat”—racial slurs included. A guest speaker, a male transgender psychologist, told us “only trans women have p—s that can blow up the world” and described being sexually aroused while looking in the mirror. One exercise included anonymously writing down something we disliked about our genitals or breasts, to be read aloud in class by another student.
I again requested to complete the course remotely. I was told no—I could drop the course or be dropped. Ms. Watson granted a “one-time exception”: take the W (for withdrawal, not win), pay out of pocket for a continuing-education course to fulfill licensure requirements, and enroll in an extra three units at Santa Clara to be eligible to graduate. When I asked for a tuition refund, she called my request “astonishing.” My objections weren’t treated as signs of a systemic issue but as a personal grievance to be managed quietly. (Ms. Watson didn’t respond to a request for comment from my editor at the Journal. Mr. Wei referred the editor’s inquiry to a university spokeswoman, who offered no comment on the record.)
When I went public anonymously on Substack, I realized I had stumbled onto something larger. The entire field of educating therapy has been hollowed out and filled in with critical theory. Therapists are no longer trained to be neutral; they’re trained to be agents of political change. Concepts like modesty and marital privacy aren’t merely treated as optional or even dismissed. They’re seen as oppressive norms to be actively combated.
In Multicultural Counseling, we were told that “objective, rational, linear thinking,” “delayed gratification,” and making a “plan for the future” are traits of “white culture.” I was required to preface mock therapy sessions by “naming my whiteness” and warning that I might misread clients because of my race. In Human Sexuality, we were taught that children with six months of “gender distress” should be “affirmed” in their belief that they are of the opposite sex—without deeper assessment, even when trauma or autism was present.
These ideas are being promoted by the field’s top bodies. The American Psychological Association, American Counseling Association and Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs have adopted standards grounded in critical theory.
Therapists influence decisions about “gender transition,” family custody, school discipline and even criminal sentencing. When clinicians are trained to see everything through an ideological lens, rather than with ethical neutrality, the consequences extend far beyond the therapy room.
I’m 26, newly married, mother of a 1-year-old girl and a few credits from graduating. I pursued every institutional channel available. I even sought short-term therapy through campus mental-health services, which I was denied. A staff psychologist told me that my department has a history of demanding intimate self-disclosure from students—a practice he regards as unethical.
Speaking up comes with risk. But in a field where dissent is discouraged and students are coerced, I’ve chosen to say: No more.

Considering what happened to James Esses, Leslie Elliott, Amy Gallagher and many others, there's no reason to doubt the veracity of this report.
Like teaching and HR, activists see therapists agents of societal transformation, not merely neutral guides to resolving personal issues.
