The Importance of Ongoing Training and Development for Field Service Dispatchers
A study by Aberdeen Group indicated that businesses that offer training programs saw a 52% boost in service income. This ensures that management and service professionals are in constant contact and receive ongoing training.
Why use service dispatch software? Any field service organization's success depends heavily on its field service dispatchers. They are in charge of maintaining inventory, dispatching and scheduling technicians, and interacting with consumers. Field service dispatchers must have the abilities and knowledge to stay on top of the most recent developments as the field service sector develops. Depending on the unique requirements of the company, several approaches should be taken to give field service dispatchers continual training and development.

In this blog post, we will learn the importance of ongoing training and development for field service dispatchers.
Key Responsibilities of Field Service Dispatchers
The organization and management of field service activities are greatly aided by field service dispatchers. They serve as a liaison between clients, field technicians, and the business, ensuring that service requests are dealt with quickly, and clients' needs are addressed. The following are the main elements of how to optimize field service scheduling process:
Assignment and Planning
Dispatching Coordination in Real-Time
Route Improvement
Resource Administration
Continuous Learning and Skill Enhancement
Acquiring new knowledge and skills on a continuous basis is known as continuous learning and skill enhancement. Numerous techniques, like attending training sessions, reading books and articles, and enrolling in online courses, can be used to do this.
The following are some advantages of ongoing education and skill development:
Enhanced job performance: You can enhance your job performance and increase your value to your employer by learning new skills and information.
Career opportunities will increase when you gain new skills and expertise because you'll be more employable and have more options.
Effective Communication and Collaboration
Any team or organization must have effective communication and teamwork in order to be successful. When team members work together smoothly and effectively, they may accomplish their goals more quickly, make wise judgments, and foster a great work atmosphere.
Encourage your team members to listen actively. Effective communication depends on listening to what others are saying and trying to comprehend their viewpoint. Encourage a culture of open and honest communication so team members can freely express their thoughts, worries, and feedback. Make sure all parties involved can understand your communication by being clear, succinct, and understandable. Avoid using jargon or imprecise terminology that can cause miscommunication.
Dispatcher Performance Metrics and Evaluation
The effectiveness of dispatchers in managing inventories, scheduling and dispatching technicians, and interacting with customers is assessed using dispatcher performance measures. These indicators can be used to pinpoint areas where dispatchers can enhance their performance and modify their process as needed.
Field service companies may decide to monitor additional KPIs unique to their industry. For instance, a company that offers preventative maintenance services might keep track of how many work orders are finished on schedule or within budget.
Empowering Dispatchers with Technology
Technology-enabled dispatchers can manage difficult duties in field service operations with much greater efficiency and productivity. The following are a few ways that technology can help dispatchers:
Advanced Dispatching Software
By using contemporary dispatching software, dispatchers may manage service requests from a single location, schedule technicians, and monitor their progress in real-time.
Real-Time Communication Tools
By giving dispatchers access to real-time communication tools like chat or instant messaging programs, technicians and other team members may be reached swiftly and effectively.
GPS Tracking and Mapping
Dispatchers can see where technicians are located in the field by integrating GPS tracking and mapping technology.
Continuous Feedback and Improvement
The process of constant consumer, employee, and other stakeholder feedback gathering and use for process, product, and service improvement is known as continuous feedback and improvement.
Utilize the comments you've received to enhance your offerings in terms of goods, services, and operations. Making adjustments to the product, its marketing strategy, or its support structure may be necessary to achieve this. It could also entail making adjustments to how your staff members perform their duties or how your business is structured. The process of constant improvement and feedback is ongoing.
Dispatcher Autonomy and Decision-Making
Autonomy and decision-making among dispatchers are crucial components of a field service organization that runs smoothly. Giving dispatchers the freedom to decide independently within a set of rules can result in more productive operations, better customer service, and dispatchers who are more satisfied with their work.
Give dispatchers the freedom to decide within their sphere of influence without needing frequent clearance from superiors. Giving them the ability to make decisions increases their effectiveness and self-assurance.
Data Security and Privacy Compliance
For firms that manage sensitive data, data security and privacy compliance are crucial. Businesses can safeguard their data from unwanted access, usage, or disclosure by using the proper procedures.
A data security policy is a written statement of the precautions a company will take to safeguard its data. Access control, data encryption, and password management should all be covered by the policy.
Collaborative Knowledge Sharing and Best Practices
In order to promote a learning culture inside a business and maximize the pooled expertise of its employees, collaborative knowledge exchange and best practices are crucial. Performance, innovation, and problem-solving skills enhance when team members work together to share knowledge and best practices.
In summary, establishing a culture of learning and continuous development inside a business depends heavily on collaborative knowledge sharing and best practices. Organizations can harness the collective wisdom of their workforce and foster success by promoting open communication, offering sharing platforms, and acknowledging employees' contributions.
Professional dispatchers can efficiently arrange and dispatch personnel by drawing on their understanding of the field service sector. Field service firms can increase productivity and customer happiness by using qualified dispatchers. As a result, the company may see an increase in income, a drop in expenses, and a boost to its reputation.

The Case for Investing in Staff Training: Building a Stronger Team
In a world where technological advancements and global markets evolve rapidly, the strength of an organization lies in its ability to adapt and grow. Investing in employee training is not merely a business expense; it is a strategic move that can redefine your company’s future. By focusing on targeted skill development, businesses can enhance their competitive edge and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As companies strive to remain relevant, the emphasis on strategic training becomes a pivotal factor in achieving long-term success.
Training Matters for Global Expansion
When venturing into new markets or launching innovative products, investing in staff training becomes indispensable. This training equips your team with the skills needed to navigate the complexities of international business, such as understanding cultural nuances and managing global partnerships. Strategic training ensures your team is prepared to handle exports efficiently, maximizing profit and distribution control. It also aids in developing a comprehensive international business plan with clear metrics to monitor success, which is vital for thriving in competitive markets.
Enhance Training, ROI with Employee Feedback
To maximize the return on investment from your corporate training programs, adopting a flexible and responsive approach is key. By continuously integrating feedback mechanisms, you can gain insights into how employees perceive and benefit from the training. This allows you to tailor the content and methods to better meet the evolving needs of your organization. Such an approach not only boosts employee engagement but also improves information retention, leading to measurable gains in productivity and skill development.
Determine Skill Gaps
Performance metrics and employee feedback provide invaluable insights into areas where training can make a meaningful impact. Metrics such as productivity levels, error rates, or customer satisfaction scores highlight specific skills or knowledge gaps affecting performance. Pairing these quantitative data points with qualitative feedback from team members creates a comprehensive view of what needs attention. For example, if customer complaints consistently cite delays, it may signal the need for time management training. Similarly, employees expressing challenges with new software could indicate a need for targeted technical education.
When to Consider University Programs
University programs offer a wide range of training opportunities that can be tailored to your company’s needs. Many institutions provide flexible learning options, including virtual courses, to accommodate busy schedules. For example, if your goal is to enhance your IT department's skills, different types of cybersecurity programs are available that cater to various expertise levels and learning formats. Similarly, universities often offer programs in leadership, project management, or technical fields that can address other team development goals. Choosing the right program ensures employees gain valuable, industry-relevant knowledge while aligning their growth with your business objectives.
Enhance Training Outcomes with Continuous Support
To truly make the most of your investment in staff training, it’s essential to provide ongoing support and resources that reinforce the skills learned. By offering continuous learning opportunities, such as follow-up workshops or online resources, you can help employees integrate their new knowledge into daily tasks. Establishing feedback channels allows you to gather insights from employees about the training’s effectiveness, helping you identify areas for improvement and maximize your return on investment. Implementing accountability structures, like setting clear goals and expectations, ensures that employees are motivated to apply their skills effectively.
Maximize Employee Growth Through Tailored Development
Tailored development programs allow businesses to align training efforts with the unique strengths and growth areas of each employee. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, customized training focuses on individual roles, skill levels, and career aspirations. This approach not only enhances the effectiveness of the training but also boosts employee engagement by demonstrating a commitment to their personal and professional growth within your company. Tailored development ensures that employees are equipped to excel in their positions while creating a pipeline of talent ready to take on future challenges.
Boost Workforce Skills Through Strategic Partnerships
Strategic partnerships with industry experts, educational institutions, and training providers can elevate workforce development efforts by offering access to specialized knowledge and resources. Collaborating with these partners allows businesses to implement training programs designed by professionals who understand current industry trends and best practices. For example, partnering with a local university for leadership courses or engaging a tech company to deliver hands-on software training ensures employees gain practical, up-to-date skills. Additionally, such partnerships can provide networking opportunities, mentorship programs, and certifications that enhance employee credentials and confidence.
Strategic training investments are a cornerstone of building a future-ready workforce. By aligning training initiatives with organizational goals, companies can foster an environment where employees are empowered to excel. This not only enhances individual capabilities but also drives collective success, ensuring the organization remains agile and competitive in a dynamic market landscape.

Colonialism is an ongoing problem in the purebred dog world and i just wanna take as second to talk about the national dog breed of Israel, the Canaan dog. Because here's the CKC's blurb on them
I have no doubt and am not denying ancient Hebrews lived with these dogs, but the Canaan comes from a stock of landrace breed native across the Levant and it has also gone by names such as Bedouin Sheepdog or Palestinian Pariah Dog.
Organized breeding of the Canaan began in the 20th century from captured Palestinian dogs (i would also point to the wording of 'redomesticating' used here, implying the feral pariah dogs were in some way not domesticated, which i think is disingenuous phrasing.). If you look up the Canaan, most sources you see on them explicitly brand Canaans as an Israeli breed, neglecting or downplaying any history they have with any of the other countless peoples or cultures in the region this breed has coexisted with across millenia. There's even an archeological site with ancient remains of canaan-like dogs was found in Ashkelon, located just 13 miles from the Gaza strip.
The developer of the 'modern' purebred Canaan was "ardent zionist" Rudolphina Menzel, who trained attack dogs for the IDF:
What really gets me about this story is how this native landrace breed was taken and trained to guard colonial settlements from the very people they lived alongside, there is something so twisted about it..
This is unfortunately nothing new in the world of dog fancy. There are many instances of explorers and settlers importing exotic new dogs from their travels, establishing a breed club, and then claiming stewardship over said breed without any involvement from the local peoples they took or bought them from. I'm not sure what to leave this on, i just think more people should be aware of these 'softer' forms of colonialism and how domestic animals can play a part in colonialism and nationalist narratives.
Anyway, long live the Palestinian pariah dog/ Bedouin sheepdog!

Everybody was fucking salty that Nanase made it and not Nagi.
Like some of you delusional fans get a grip.
Okay we get it. Nagi is a genius. But aside from that "miracle goal" he made during the match against BM? What did he do after the three consecutive matches?
Nothing.
That's right.
Nothing.
This is not a slander against Nagi but these are the facts.
He was not motivated, lost and don't know his ego yet in this arc. This is part of the character development that is still ongoing. Nagi not being a part of the top 23 does not mean it's over for him. The author has plans for him in the future. But this is just one of the consequences of him losing his motivations altogether when he beat Isagi back then.
Stop slandering Nanase because he deserves that top 23 spot.
He worked hard for it.
He swallowed his pride and begged Rin to train him.
During the match against BM, he's the MOST PROACTIVE, PRODUCTIVE AND USEFUL IN PXG. Nanase has the right mindset and motivation to survive.
That's how Isagi started in the First Selection.
It's not how skilled, talented or a genius you are - though it's a contributing factor.
It's about having that survival instincts, motivation and being egoistic that gets you far in the program.

One thing I don't see show up as a consideration in worldbuilding a lot is what things are professionalized.
By that I mean how (and whether) certain activities or focuses are conducted in an organized, professional manner or treated as a career path or industry (often with set standards or training involved) rather than those that are treated primarily as hobbies or conducted in an ad hoc manner.
Standing armies, for example, are professionalized in a way that temporary armies or militias aren't. Being in the military is a profession that is organized and has specific standards and training and that clearly distinguishes between people who are or are not in the military. If we look at a lot of past wars, though, as well as many militias, being in the military was not a career for most people (especially most enlisted) and the time and effort between deciding to join and being on a battlefield was significantly smaller.
A professionalized military will generally be a stronger, more cohesive, more effective military--but it is also far more expensive to maintain, because as it is a profession the military servicemembers pull their salary from the military on a regular basis, and it takes away hands from other tasks such as manufacturing and farming.
Over the last few hundred years a lot of countries have seen (to varying degrees) professionalization of fields like firefighting, policing, pharmacology, emergency response, and search and rescue. In these cases, it reflects 1) a recognized need for a standing trained force that can respond quickly; 2) a recognized need for standards and credentialing; 3) the ability societally to have individuals who might otherwise be contributing to manufacturing or food production not do that indefinitely; 4) a dedicated ongoing effort to maintain standards, trainings, etc.; and 5) organizations (generally governments) that can pay for these services.
We also see the professionalization of other things, like youth sports--the push to treat youth sports as either primarily a system to develop professional athletes or a career on its own.
When you're doing worldbuilding, consider what roles would be treated in this professionalized manner, rather than those that would be viewed as temporary positions or conducted on an ad hoc basis.
Is there a standing professional military? How does the professionalization differ between officers and enlisted?
Is emergency preparedness, response, or recovery a professionalized field? Is the focus of that profession on planning? On search and rescue, triage, or other immediate response activities or coordination? On rebuilding following disasters? On managing grants, tax relief, or other monetary aspects of rebuilding?
Is pharmacology a regulated industry that requires training or credentialing? Is medicine?
Is firefighting generally conducted by individuals in the neighborhood? By private industry? By unpaid volunteers managed by a governmental or non-governmental organization? By full-time paid staff?
Are these positions generally a full-time job or an ad hoc/as needed job that can be called on? If it is an ad hoc position, what are the credentialing requirements to be put on the roster?

Librarians have a bone to pick with President Donald Trump.
On Monday, the Institute of Museum and Library Services placed its entire staff on administrative leave at the Trump administration’s behest ― a move that comes two weeks after the president proposed eliminating the IMLS as part of his ongoing efforts to slash the federal government’s workforce and funding.
That matters to local librarians because the majority of libraries’ federal funding comes from the IMLS. Of the agency’s $290 million budget, about $160 million goes directly to the nation’s libraries, where it’s used to develop literacy programs, workforce training and civic engagement initiatives. Museums and archives get a cut of IMLS funding, too.
As The New York Times reports,the IMLS ― which employs roughly 70 people ― also provides competitive grants directly to libraries of various type: Recently, that’s included things like $250,000 to the Seattle Public Library to support teen mental health and $150,000 to the University of South Florida to develop library resources for autistic patrons.
The American Library Association called the proposed budget cuts “short-sighted” and an “assault” by the Trump administration that would be deeply felt throughout local communities.
“By eliminating the only federal agency dedicated to funding library services, the Trump administration’s executive order is cutting off at the knees the most beloved and trusted of American institutions and the staff and services they offer,” it said.

Team Player : How to Fuck your Friend Group 101
Pt One → Masterlist
When you're tasked with having sex with every person in your friend group, the friend who put you up to it isn't excluded either. With Mina Ashido, you either go big or go home. It's a life or death (dealing with your friends stupid flirting) situation, and only you can stop it !
Luckily for you, she's your best friend, which means you can have some fun and figure out your next moves on everyone else.
See, now, there are some 'odd' aspects of your friend group. You often found yourself stuck on whether the dynamics in-between members were normal. You'd seen a lot of people who were completely comfortable, content with being physically intimate while having a full understanding of the platonic relationship.
On the other hand, so many people criticized or didn't understand it all. A lot of people could never imagine doing that with their friends. Its not exactly fitting under that definition, is it ? As soon as you crossed that line, you were in-between being friends and something romantic.
So, you never really knew what to think of those moments where you stood on the line of okay and not okay. Everyone in the group had kissed all the others at least once-- stuff like that was just.. regular. The insult gay or skank lost all meaning by your third year. You all were close in a way that was extreme for most highschool friend groups, but even so, the only actual romantic development was between Mina and Kirishima. Right ?
A part of you felt like there was something there, but it was unreachable in your mind. It was stuck to the tip of your tongue, like the perfect word for a situation, but one you just couldn't remember.
It was a mystery you were determined to solve in your Third Year. You weren't one of the top students for nothing.
You'd been scouted by the Public Safety Commission in your last year of junior high, something only Mina knew. Ironically, this led to your first "encounter" with her. If fucking your friends was a course, you learnt Minas lesson first.
It was your second year, and Class 1-A got their hands on alcohol for the first time. By the end of the night, just about everyone was wasted. Of course the class reps stayed sober, and a few people stayed responsible. But the culprits of planning the party, Bakugous friend group, were all fucked up. Especially the classes notorious party girls : Mina, you, and Jirou (who was more dragged into this by extension but still)
You and Mina set her to bed after wiping down her makeup and leaving water and a few ibuprofen pills on her bedside table. From there, you two figured youd ride down the intoxication with a movie in your room.
This turned to you two sharing secrets, past stories, and overall character traits. Highschool drunk bonding really is like no other bond. It was a big part of you two becoming the closest friend duo in the class. You two had calmed down enough to remember what was going on, but the ongoing buzz made the air around you two hotter than it probably would've been.
Still tipsy, you told her your biggest secrets. One, you were in special commission training in order to secure a spot in public safety after graduation.. totally not an insane accomplishment and huge breach of contract to say.. But more important..!
"I think I like girls too.."
The pink hair and skinned girl looked up at you, instead of surprised, or shocked, she only seemed confused. "Girl.. are you just now..?" How did you just drop that insane bomb then act timid about a glass closet ?
"Hey !! What's that supposed to mean ?" You pulled away from where you were resting on top of her before, growing embarrassed.
"Nonono, dont worry !" She pulled you back onto her, "im sorry, I didnt mean to make you uncomfortable." She rubbed softly at your waist. Gentle and soft, something you always loved about her. Its probably why she so easily could coax this information from you.
"Its okay" You brushed the messy pastel fluffs from her eyes, looking straight into them. You had an idea, you just needed to ease the tension in. You knew you were both already feeling it. "You wanted to know more about the Public Safety Commission processes and procedures.. why don't we combine the two ?"
Sharp teeth biting into your neck pulled you out of your thought process. "Minaaa" You sang, finally willing to commit to her challenge.
She looked down at you, "Ohh, you have something in mind, don't you ?" She smiled, she often had to be in charge of people, especially the idiots. You were one of the few people who let others relax as you took a calm control over things. It was something not just she, but everyone liked about you.
You and Mina were two sides of the same coin, similar in a concerning amount of ways, but contrasting like complimentary colors. You two understood the other's wants and desires more than anyone else. If anyone was going to pleasure either of the girls, they knew it'd be their best friend.
It's times like these, when you're practically practicing for your future job, but also stripping Minas leopard tank top from her chest, panting a hot breath over her skin, you wonder if your love for girls and everything about them began with her.
Goosebumps rise across the expansive area, her nipples beginning to harden just slightly. You sigh, "You're so pretty, Mina." You bite softly at her underboob, trailing your tongue towards her sternum.
"I know" She giggled, light and airy. Pulling your hand towards her bright pink dolphin shorts. Throughout the fabric, you felt her wetted lips cling to the cloth, creating a perfect mold of it against your fingers, when you havent even taken anything down there off. "I think I'm ready.."
You smiled, proud you could get such a pretty girl going so fast. Perfect. "Mina Ashido" You spoke softly, but sternly.
She looked up at you giggling, "This is my favorite part !" You held back a smile, as much as she loved these stupid roleplays, she never took them too seriously either. It helped, honestly. Youd probably get embarrassed acting all serious for too long.
You grinned wider, "You have one chance to provide the information needed." adding pressure to the inner area, rubbing softly through the fabric to start a slow, teasing pace. Her head fell back slightly, and while she had bitten her lip to avoid being too loud too quick, a content sigh gave away that you were on the right track. "Or the Public Safety Commission will have to deal with you personally."
She bucked her hips into your palm, grinding steadily against it. The moist fabric and further secreting liquid soaked into your skin. How cute. "Please, just get to it already !!" She whined, but still mischievously flashed her teeth at you.
"Ah, ah" You scolded, though in a joking tone. You pressed your hand against her, giving her the pleasure she began to beg for, but holding her in place. "What was this about flattering comments ?"
"Oooh, so you're actually going to do it ?" She looked pleased, but also kinda shocked. "Youre so amazing~" She teased, though you knew she genuinely meant it, "Im so happy we have someone who'd do anything to protect the public's safety !" Okay now she was trying to rile you up.
You slid your fingers through the shorts and under her panties, resting your middle and pointer fingertips against the hood of her clit. Not enough to do anything serious, but the light touches were going to break her down eventually.
"Lets start." You looked at her, asking if she wanted to continue, not just the physical intimacy but overall conversation. She smiled at you, aegyo sal growing plump under her eyes.
"Sounds good, (Hero Name)." You smirked. You couldnt lie, it was pleasing how into this Mina would get.
"So who from the list is the easiest to start with ?" Your fingers started to slowly circle around where she wanted it, occasionally brushing over it when you were pushing your fingers up left.
Me, obviously, she thought, but her words got caught in her throat. "Mm.. its.." Her legs trembled a bit, spreading out.
'Jesus Mina. You really need to fuck.' You slowed your movements, and placed your spare hand on her thigh, bringing her back to where she was. "Eijirou..", She moaned, voice a little too sensual while saying his name.
You were still quite shocked that she wanted you to actually fuck him as well. In you, her, and Jirous personal group chat, the topic of Mina keeping him in her basement was one of the most recurring conversations. "And how's that ? Be specific, Ashido."
Itd been such a long time since anyone used her last name, in the right context, it could feel like it was someone calling out her given name for the first time. "O..oh.." Her head tilted back. Between her tension with Kirishima, and intense work studies, you doubted shes had the time to herself. You could tell she was more sensitive than usual. "Hes.. real inexperienced.." She sighed, hips bucking slightly as you began to steadily quicken the pace again.
You thought back. There wasn't really a lot to be said about Kirishima. He was a sweet boy, got really hard easily.. unsurprisingly. You tried to come up with anything that could help. He was relentlessly respectful, and of course chivalrous. It's easy to forget hes just a man too.
"Sooo," you began, genuinely curious on how shed answer this next question. "If hes the easiest, why haven't you done anything ?" You began to make the circles smaller, enclosing directly to where she was the most sensitive.
"I..im.." Her legs were beginning to close and open sporadically, she was getting close. "Only you know how to do this stuff to me.. I need you to teach him..!" Without warning, her legs finally snapped shut, and you locked your fingers in a tight spiral against her clit, letting her ride out her first orgasm.
Wow, is she that scared hes gonna suck ?
"Thats hot." You gasped, itd been a while since you got to see Mina like this. She truly was breathtaking. "So.. I think I understand Kirishima.. but I still think you should teach him yourself.." You had an idea of what you were going to do, but hoped Mina would just grow a pair.
"Its even hotter when they magically know." She sighed, a dreamy look on her face. Is this what happens when you read too much Tumblr smut ?
"Thats not.." You still can't believe this is happening. "Its another girl who taught him-"
"Don't worry I can pretend." Oh my god okay shes seriously not gonna fuck him until you do.
You sighed, a little proud of Mina for how fucking insane she could be. Your eyes trailed down her sweaty neck, towards her collar bones and bare chest. Hmm.
"Well," You continued, readjusting your hand so your middle and ring were prodding against her entrance. Your body leaned over hers, and in a familiar move from tonight, the vibrations from your voice rumbled softly on her shoulder. "Keep going, whos next ?"
"Denki-" You slid your fingers in, down to the second knuckle. Of course it was him. You began softly massaging around, relaxing her to the movement.
"Im holding off on him for as long as possible.." You grimaced. Kaminari was one of your best friends, dont yet anyone wrong, but.. well.. its HIM.
"Makes sense.." She sighed. He was definitely going to need the least convincing, but a lot of self motivation and convincing was needed.
It was an unspoken rule that more graphic sexual conversations happened between the guys specifically, and the girls specifically. It wasnt often that theyd seriously talk about it to each other, given the awkward teen hormones going on. The most that was shared was small incriminating details the other group would tease the person for, or things willingly shared during a truth or dare type thing.
But Denki fucking Kaminari. Public group chat, "just learned I have a mommy kink" "hear me out on lactation tho" It wasn't too surprising given he was also friends with Mineta, but goddamnit did he make it everyones problem. Also everyone in that group chat has seen that one specific picture of his dick. Unrelated probably.
"There's some things you should probably know.." Mina continued, whimpering a little as you began you fuck her softly with your fingers. "Hes real fucking stupid, obviously.." She gasped, your fingers getting closer and closer to her gspot. "But he knows a lot .. he probably has files on everyone's sexual preferences and feelings."
you groaned, sinking your teeth into her lower neck, sucking a purple bruise out of her pink skin. "Hes a fuckin psycho.." you lifted yourself up, and brought one of her thighs up to her chest as you deepened your thrusts. "Well.. whos next on our list, Mina ?" You pressed a kiss against the edge of her mouth, her voice finally breaking as breathy moans slipped from her lips.
"Fuck..fuck.. um.." Her eyes struggled to stay open, her legs felt numb from the overstimulation but her lower stomach felt so fucking good. Heat rose through her body as she whined louder and louder. "S-Sero.. Jirou is close after th-though.." Her face was an even brighter pink, a telltale sign of blush for the acid girl.
You slowed your thrusts, opting to grind your fingers against the opening muscles. "Wait.. wait fuck.. no dont stop.." she pleaded. She was definitely close, and the roleplay was beginning to get thrown out her mind.
"Its okay.." you hummed, picking your pace back up. "Just tell me real quick and ill let you cum Mina, okay ?" You smiled, and held her chin in place to make eye contact with you. "Is that okay ?" Your place was back on par with how she liked it.
"Yes yes yes.. oh fuck.. okay .. Sero is.." Her head tilted back, her legs spreading. "Hes the second closest to you, casual sex is easier than you think with him."
Your fingers began beating softly against the edge of her gummy pad. right where she would fall apart. Honestly, you knew she was right. You and Sero constantly would build up sexual tension from conversation or body language alone, it probably would've happened at some point anyway. "Okayy.. and.." You began rubbing circular around the spot, fully preparing to feel her coming around you any second. "What about Jirou ?"
Mina was panting, and struggling to get her words together even more. "J..j.. its.. haaahhh.." She was totally beginning to lose it. You quickened your pace, more interested in seeing her let go again than what she was going to say. Being in the girls group, you already knew most of Jirous sexual preferences anyway.
"Its okay, Mina." You finally fucked your fingers into her gspot dirrectly, using your other arm to lift both of her legs up to her chest, gaining a deep and quick angle. "You did good."
"Fuckfuckfuck oh my.. oh my g..god.." Her hips stuttered against your hold, her warm walls tightening and releasing rapidly against your fingers. "Yes.. fuck.." She had a fucked out smile, eyes fluttering closed contently.
You let her rest, and took your hand away to take care of her. While gathering the warm cloth and a bottle of water (with a lemon slice, she likes citrus after intense.. situations), you briefly reviewed what you knew about Jirou.
She's a lesbian, so you had an easy chance. The issue is she gets flustered easily, you wanted to make sure you didn't scare her away. There was also the Momo situation..
While cleaning up Mina, towling town her sweat and using the warm damp cloth to soak up the mess between her legs, you thought about everything you knew now.
Kirishima is probably similar to Mina, in need of releasing all the tension they've been teasing each other with. You have a good idea of how to relieve him, but also set him up with Ashido once and for all.
Denki is a whore. You'll probably have to out slut him in order to get him to talk. Its going to be a long night for him, taking some time to study the bdsm test wont hurt.
Sero's pretty laid back, if you're upfront about what's going on and why you're doing what you're doing, you know he'll be cool with it. Besides, this is one you're looking forward too.
Jirou might be a bit tricky. You'll let her know your intentions, and set up a personal hang out to just relax and ease into anything at her pace. You can also try and see whats going on with Yaoyorozu !
Oh.. and Katsuki.. Well. There's not really a point in thinking about him. You know nothing. Despite being the first two at the table, he kept everyone locked out of his romantic or sexual life completely, as far as you knew. As it concerned you, he didn't have anything going on. You didnt need to ask Mina about him, you knew he would be the hardest.
As you finished up, you looked back over to the clock. "We're thirty minutes late by the way." You held back a giggle, stuff like this always ended up happening.
"Fuck !" Now this one sounded way less pleased than before.
A/N : Not a lot of Bakugou development, sorry, i like girls more. next chapter should have more though !! speaking of

on the topic of trains and the role of technology in ongoing atrocities, i think something to consider if this is shocking to you is that the development of all technology since the start of the industrial revolution (and a lot of it before that tbh) has been dictated by the needs of capital. trains wouldn't exist without the reign of an economic system that demands mass circulation of commodities. the world has not been shaped by what's best for everyone but what's best for perpetuating that economic system. as Debord says about media technology, "it should be understood that this apparatus is in no way neutral and that it has been developed in accordance with the spectacle’s internal dynamics" (The Society of the Spectacle, thesis 24).

"Nouabalé-Ndoki National Park in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo has a lot to celebrate.
The park, which celebrated its 30th anniversary on December 31 of 2023, also shared an exciting conservation milestone: 2023 was the first year without any elephant poaching detected.
“We didn’t detect any elephants killed in the Park this year, a first for the Park since [we] began collecting data. This success comes after nearly a decade of concerted efforts to protect forest elephants from armed poaching in the Park,” Ben Evans, the Park’s management unit director, said in a press release.
Nouabalé-Ndoki National Park was developed by the government of Congo in 1993 to maintain biodiversity conservation in the region, and since 2014, has been cared for through a public-private partnership between Congo’s Ministry of Forest Economy and the Wildlife Conservation Society.

Pictured: Nouabalé-Ndoki National Park. Photo courtesy of Scott Ramsay/Wildlife Conservation Society
Evans credits the ongoing collaboration with this milestone, as the MEF and WCS have helped address escalating threats to wildlife in the region.
This specifically includes investments in the ranger force, which has increased training and self-defense capabilities, making the force more effective in upholding the law — and the rights of humans and animals.
“Thanks to the strengthening of our anti-poaching teams and new communication technologies, we have been able to reduce poaching considerably,” Max Mviri, a park warden for the Congolese government, said in a video for the Park’s anniversary.
“Today, we have more than 90 eco-guards, all of whom have received extensive training and undergo refresher courses,” Mviri continued. “What makes a difference is that 90% of our eco-guards come from villages close to the Park. This gives them extra motivation, as they are protecting their forest.”
As other threats such as logging and road infrastructure development impact the area’s wildlife, the Park’s partnerships with local communities and Indigenous populations in the neighboring villages of Bomassa and Makao are increasingly vital.
“We’ve seen great changes, great progress. We’ve seen the abundance of elephants, large mammals in the village,” Gabriel Mobolambi, chief of Bomassa village, said in the same video. “And also on our side, we benefit from conservation.”
Coinciding with the Park’s anniversary is the roll-out of a tourism-focused website, aiming to generate 15% of its revenue from visitors, which contributes significantly to the local economy...
Nouabalé-Ndoki also recently became the world’s first certified Gorilla Friendly National Park, ensuring best practices are in place for all gorilla-related operations, from tourism to research.
But gorillas and elephants — of which there are over 2,000 and 3,000, respectively — aren’t the only species visitors can admire in the 4,334-square-kilometer protected area.
The Park is also home to large populations of mammals such as chimpanzees and bongos, as well as a diverse range of reptiles, birds, and insects. For the flora fans, Nouabalé-Ndoki also boasts a century-old mahogany tree, and a massive forest of large-diameter trees.
Beyond the beauty of the Park, these tourism opportunities pave the way for major developments for local communities.
“The Park has created long-term jobs, which are rare in the region, and has brought substantial benefits to neighboring communities. Tourism is also emerging as a promising avenue for economic growth,” Mobolambi, the chief of Bomassa village, said in a press release.
The Park and its partners also work to provide education, health centers, agricultural opportunities, and access to clean water, as well, helping to create a safe environment for the people who share the land with these protected animals.
In fact, the Makao and Bomassa health centers receive up to 250 patients a month, and Nouabalé-Ndoki provides continuous access to primary education for nearly 300 students in neighboring villages.
It is this intersectional approach that maintains a mutual respect between humans and wildlife and encourages the investment in conservation programs, which lead to successes like 2023’s poaching-free milestone...
Evans, of the Park’s management, added in the anniversary video: “Thanks to the trust that has been built up between all those involved in conservation, we know that Nouabalé-Ndoki will remain a crucial refuge for wildlife for the generations to come.”"

Valid asf, I've honestly sorta given up on semi decent Canon Zane arc or trait, his character is bland and boring atm, he's been heavily nerfed in comparison both in terms of just brute strength and element
Like seriously, given everything that's happened and when comparing him to someone like Nya, who controls water and has partial control over Ice, it calls into question why Ice was even a core element instead of water (obviously 2011 and 2024 Ninjago are 2 different things but you get my question)
Touching a bit more on his element, I'm honestly really really tired of how badly utilised it is in show, it's to the point that ice doesn't make water anymore (S2P1 in the Desert and Crystalized also I'm the Desert), it can't even hold up against enemies well (S1P1 in Imperium and God damn Zur somehow (and this is comparing it to SEASON 1 WHERE THE MASTER OF EARTH'S FOOT WAS ENCASED BY IT)), and even when it's used it's used very very poorly
Like think of how Ice could be used for a moment: For making sharp on-the-go weapons, cornering opponents by summoning ice walls or spikes behind/around them, making ice armor to absorb any shock or physical trauma, or just even ICE PILLERS for an easy escape or quick height advantage
And this is only touching on Zane's element, I won't even get into his character and how CANONICALLY, we've yet to get a proper address of how traumatising his death in S3 was (I'd like to note, it's addressing the truama brought on by a traumatic expiernce, not what S4 gave us, which was addressing how he might have not been himself even)
Then you've got the stuff with Echo that was just, never brought up (whether you see Echo as an actual character or just "Zane's brother") and how that might've affected his out look on Julien ((tbf this is more of a Skybound problem then a show problem so I'll allow it)
Then there's the Ice Emperor who WAS addressd really well in fact but it was in... A book, 4 seasons and a special after the deed was already done and dusted
Then there's the lack of explanation regarding the show's stuble hints of him tampering with his memories (The march of the Oni set shorts and the Spinjitzu Virtues shorts)
Then there's the lack of reaction regarding something like him being just a robotic character for exposition and plot device or heck even characterless, so much so to the point are starting to doubt if he, in universe, sees worth in himself a lot (aham that one scene with The Administration, his whole "Hightined Emotions" line, the Wyldfyre voice lines (which all could me interpreted differently but from my own POV that's how it looks like at least, feel free to disagree tbh I wouldn't mind it), and just ughhhhh-
Zane's character has never been in a worse state, and it's even worse when you consider that not even the writers seem to be realising they're doing all of this intentionally
Like take the part where Zane calls Arin cringe and think about it for a moment
Zane, the show's definitive little guy since S1, calling a Teenager Ninja in-training (who is likely his same age or younger when he started with the ninja), struggling with being lied to by his best friend among other things going on in the season
How does that make any sense
Answer: it doesn't
Dragons Rising Season 3 predictions about Zane
Does nothing
Decides if everyone else is going to go out and find people then by golly he is going out and finding Pixal (maybe gets leads by going through the Administration's archives)
We get a flashback sequence about Pixal through Zane's dreaming or because he is missing her
Does nothing
Frog plush comes back
Him and Nya have a conversation of missing their loved ones PLEASE HAVE THIS HAPPEN PLEASE
If he does end up finding Pixal, they both work together and fix the mech that is coming out in this next set wave
Does nothing
#I have so many gripes with Zane's character#And I could go on for much longer#Because we've seen what the writers can do with someone like Kai#Who pre DR was in an arguably worse state then Zane because he literally never got any proper character development or moment outside of#Like S1 and S7 and maybe S11#It's just#The show is immensely downplaying any affects something might have on Zane#(whether that thing is still ongoing or a past event)#Whilst highlighting anything somewhat major for another character (whether it's on-going or past) like again- Kai#They finally addressed his reaction on Seabound and it was absolutely spectacular if I'm being honest#But to me from my own POV#It goes to show that the writing team barely thought of him when writing a lot of episodes#Which#I would understand#If not for literally ALL OTHER major characters getting something impactiful to do#I'm talking Nya - Kai - Lloyd - Cole - Arin - Sora - Wyldfyre heck even JAY#Nya helped Kai and was looking for Jay#Kai continued proving he was the goat and lead the charge when it came to battling shatterspin#Lloyd struggled (like usual)#Cole looked out for Bonzel and kept himself busy with the finders#Arin and Sora has beef and Arin ran away while Sora became an example of Lloyd's good training#And Wyldfyre got a... Love interest ig? (I admit it's not my favourite plot)#But I seriously can't name anything major for Zane besides an adventure with Cole didn't help him gain or lose anything major#I think you get me by this point 💀#Enough yapping thanks for coming to my Ted talk I'll be here till Sunday

Cyclops in casual clothes!
This is for my ongoing personal project which is a AU of the Xmen focusing alot on Cyclops.
[Pt. 1] [Pt. 2 You're here][Pt.3]
More details below the cut
~~~~~~~¤~~~~~~~¤~~~~~~~¤~~~~~~~¤~~~~~~~
So the basic idea for Scott's casual outfits is that alot of it is based on the clothes he was given when he first arrived at the X Mansion. I'm imagining when he first arrived he didn't have anything with him after what he went through. (Which I will elaborate on further down) so Xavier would of had to get him clothes, some hand-me-downs from his own closet, alot new. And since he idolizes Xavier and views him as a father figure he became really attached to what Xavier got for him. So he kinda dresses like a grandpa.
The Sweater he wears most was a hand-me-down from xavier given to him the first night he was at the mansion after being saved. It means alot to him and, especially when he was young, acts like a comfort item to him. It was far too big for him at the time, and is still rather loose. By the time that he's an adult it will fit him more or less perfectly though. Also shown are his glasses for when he's not using the visor. They wrap around the sides of his head abit to make sure no energy leaks out the sides.
Generally he trys to dress very neatly so that he's always ready to be a good example. He views it as a way to help himself live up to xaviers expectations. (More about all of this will be brought up later in other pieces, especially ones depicting his early time at the mansion)
Okay some more general AU stuff
In my AU (which is mostly just what I'd do if I was incharge of a Xmen series that let me start for 0) I am keeping most everything that Scott went through before the Xmen, but I am shifting the time frames around abit. The reason I'm shifting the time line around is because I want to have Scott be abit younger when he first arrives to the mansion. I want the team to form roughly when Scott's 15, but I want some time before hand where it will be him recovering from the abuse he dealt with.
Scotts time line is roughly:
Age 0-7: Happy normal childhood
8yr old: Plane crash, causes his parents to die and puts Scott in a coma for 6 months
9yr old: Fully in the foster system and doesn't go great, gets placed in the group home that Mr Sinister runs and deals with that. His mutation starts showing itself around this time.
10yr old: mutation has fully manifested, he escapes from the group home and is functionally blind while living on the streets.
11yr old: runs into Jack winters who abuses Scott to try and force him to help him commit crimes. (Scott's more or less held captive)
11 or 12yr old: gets rescued by Xavier and Co. And is brought the mansion as the first student.
12 or 13yr old: Jean joins the school and slowly gets to know Scott. And awhile after Jean arrives Scott acquires his first pair of glasses that let him see again.
13yr old: Bobby joins the mansion and they start combat training
14yr old: They start going on simple missions to help Xavier recruit more students, as team is being fleshed out.
15yr old: Xmen form properly and start doing more crime fighting types of missions.
The exact timeline is pretty loose at the moment, but that's roughly the plan. The bulk of the comic will take while they are forming the team and after. But most of the current development has been on Cyclops backstory in particular. These time periods will get fleshed out more as more art is drawn.
The next batch of art will be depicting him when he's younger. Around the time that he got rescued by Xavier and came to the mansion.
Well that's all I can think of to say atm, but if anyone has questions I'd love to answer them :)
Alone in the Dark [Gojo x Reader]
Title: Alone in the Dark [Gojo x Reader]
Synopsis: You’re training alone and Gojo has some… ideas for how to improve on your training.
Word Count: 6000ish
notes: noncon blowjob, noncon cunnilingus (done on reader), degradation/humiliation, some misogyny, mentions of reader childbearing, Gojo being a nasty creep
There was no place in the world of sorcerers for someone like you. You were too kind, too sweet--too soft.
That’s what everyone (or almost everyone) told you, almost for as long as you can remember. Yes, you can remember being a child and hearing adults tut-tut at the way you served others before yourself; at the way you made everyone stop so that a group of ducklings could cross the road; at the way you fretted over your brother when he came home black and blue and scratched-red from fighting curses.
It was bad, they said, for you to focus so much on caring for others and not enough on developing the strong skills to do what is necessary. Even when what is necessary might not be what is just or kind or thoughtful.
If you were to lament about these frustrations to the average non-sorcerer, you imagine they might widen their eyes, put their hand to their heart, or maybe even rest a hand on your shoulder. You poor thing! They might say. How cruel.
Was it cruel? You weren’t sure. You didn’t have anything else to compare it with--this was how most generations-long sorcerer families raised their children. You had to excel, you had to be strong, there was no room for weakness.
Kindness, it seems, was a weakness.
But… maybe your sweet personality wasn’t a complete weakness. Because your family didn’t throw you out, as some families did with the weaker leaks in their formidable chains. Instead, they pivoted.
If you weren’t going to be a stony-hearted sorcerer who could take down curses with their eyes closed (no pun intended, they would say, if they had a sense of humor) you would serve the family in another way.
You must still be strong, yes, but you could keep your tendency to dote and devote yourself to others if you were to take on another role: a wife. More than that--a mother. Marry a strong sorcerer, have lots of children, continue the line until your body could no longer stand having children.
And so you grew up learning duties of a different kind. How to manage a household--from the servants you would be expected to order around to keeping track of linens and pantries; how to sew, because while servants would no doubt do any heavy lifting, you could at least be expected to fix your husband’s garments or embroider a family crest on them; how to dote in the right way, acquiescing to your husband while doing your best to maintain the honor and reputation of your old and new families. How to raise children--the right way, so they hopefully don’t end up like you, needing to be delicately placed into a niche.
All this, while strengthening your jujutsu, while practicing harnessing your cursed energy, while knowing that you were not what your family wanted but you weren’t entirely useless, and you had to make the best of that.
Now that you’re an adult of marriageable age, it’s only a matter of time before they find a suitable husband for you. He must be from one of the great families, of course. You were too important to marry off to some low-level sorcerer without a stellar reputation. Not only that, but marrying someone from a prominent family (a strong family) would increase the chances that your children would be strong.
Strong children--strong sorcerers. More sorcerers--more soldiers in the ongoing battle against curses.
And if you wanted to do your duty, then you needed to be strong enough to perform it. No sorcerer wanted a weak little thing for a wife, did they? Of course not.
That’s what brought you here, alone, isolated and tired but so damn determined to improve yourself. It was your idea to come here, which seemed to please your parents. Your cursed energy has been running a little too wild lately, seeping out of you, escaping in little trickles.
It’s your own fault. Admitting this also seemed to please your parents, though it made a low pit form in your stomach, and you didn’t dare divulge into why it was your fault that cursed energy was streaking out of you like a stubborn dripping faucet.
You have too much self-doubt. You’re too worried about letting people down. You’re not confident enough, strong enough, and if you aren’t strong enough then you aren’t good enough regardless of how well you might perform on the wifely front in front of the increasingly judgemental matchmaker your parents brought in to monitor your progress.
But, no, you couldn’t say any of this to your parents. It’s not that they wouldn’t understand. It’s that they wouldn’t care. Self-doubt? No room for that here. Get rid of it. No confidence? How could you lack confidence, given your heritage? Change. No no, to be more precise, they would say: shut up, deal with it, then change.
The only person you did explain any of this to was Satoru Gojo, a friend (or colleague? Or friend-colleague? Or colleague-friend? You were never entirely sure where you stood with him) who would at least listen without completely dismissing you. Not that he did much more than cluck at you condescendingly and offer to marry you--in jest--to get your folks off your back.
You’d laughed and swatted him in the shoulder (which he didn’t mind you doing, leading you to think friend-first-then-colleague is the more appropriate moniker) and asked him for advice.
Which is what has led you here to train, alone and hard. But training was meant to be hard, so you couldn’t complain. And training alone would give you the focus you needed to actually improve.
And you would improve. You had to--not just for your family but for yourself, and your future. The wife of a sorcerer (you tried not to think too far beyond that, to what your parents had been grooming you for: to become a matriarch in the continuing line of your family’s clan) still had to be strong enough not to let cursed energy seep from her so easily.
With the right training, you were going to get better.
Right?
Right.
--
This is what you needed: time alone.
Because although you plan to be here for much longer, you can already tell that you’re sewing up those weaknesses within you, preventing cursed energy from sneaking out like it had been doing so readily for the past few months.
Confidence was key, after all. Your family had never been wrong on that front. You just needed to get away from the stresses of life to regain that confidence.
You sigh through your nose. The air down here is stale, but it’s not surprising. It’s not like there was anyone down here but you and the darkness and--
“Hey!”
You and the darkness and… Gojo Satoru.
“How are your leaks?!” His voice rings out cheerfully in the empty space, almost echoing.
For a moment, you fracture, and you can feel something trickle out of you. But you hold your breath and regain your senses, forcing yourself to regrip the focus you’d been maintaining for hours now.
Breathe in.
It’s just Gojo.
Breathe out.
Coming to check on you. Which means he cares, in his own way, which is more than you can say for a lot of people. But you wish he’d told you that he intended on coming. It’s a bit jarring, and a whisper of embarrassment begins to build in your chest. He was, as he didn’t mind saying (it could not rightfully be called bragging)-- “the best.”
You hear his footsteps before you see him in the dim lighting. His slow, aimless walk might have even seemed a bit creepy, if you weren’t already used to it. Or if he hadn’t called out beforehand.
He grins when he comes into view, hands in the pockets of his trousers. He’s wearing his sunglasses today, his hair down and loose. He gives a short wave, and you bite back a sigh. You don’t want to stand up--you’re still training--so you merely straighten your back a little and wave back.
“Ah, Gojo. Have I really been down here that long?” You wonder if anyone in your family has bothered to wonder where you were or took the time to track you down.
“Ah, Satoru,” he says, idly. “Oh, it’s only been a few hours.”
Just like that, there’s a sting in your chest. A few hours? Why would he check on you so early? Did he think you were that weak? Were you that weak? No--you shake the thought away, willing yourself to maintain focus, maintain the layer that keeps your cursed energy from releasing.
No, he was just… concerned about you. This would be the first time you’ve done something like this, after all. And he was always telling you that he’d be happy to give you advice, and he didn’t have the same sarcastic twang in his voice reserved for people he didn’t care for.
“So…” Gojo crouches down, getting close to your eye level. “You think you’re doing well?”
You let a smile show. A shy little smile, the kind you gave when you were feeling genuinely proud. Those smiles were few and far between when it came to your family, but you didn’t mind them in front of people like Gojo.
“Mm-hmm. I think coming here is helping me regain a sense of…” Your eyebrows furrow as he stands up and begins walking around you in slow, lazy circles. “Purpose?” Your head follows him, but he doesn’t stop or acknowledge what he’s doing. “Or um, confidence.”
He stops only when he’s right in front of you, but instead of crouching he merely leans down and gets right up in your face, a smile with a hint of teeth showing. The proximity brings heat to your face, and you lean back. He follows your motion, blue eyes behind his glasses peering at you in an almost uncharacteristically serious manner.
After a few moments, he speaks--
“I’d like to conduct a test.”
You fidget in your seated position.
“A test?”
Your heart beats a little faster--one, two, three. But you’re not worried. It’s more like you can feel the first creepy-crawlies of self doubt making their way back up your spine. Why does Gojo want to test you? He’s smarter and stronger and there’s a reason he’s consulted so much on teaching others, so… so…
You swallow that “so” while you wait for him to answer.
He taps his chin in a dramatic way, and it makes you feel better. At least, until he starts talking and seemingly confirms those creepy-crawlies. Not intentionally, though--he wouldn’t do that.
“Yes, a test! A truly great jujutsu sorcerer must be able to maintain control in all situations, no?” He waves his hands around at the surrounding space, the emptiness except for you and him. “Not in isolation. You won’t be fighting curses in isolation, will you? You won’t be fighting curse users in isolation, will you?” He asks these last two questions slowly, kindly. It makes you feel younger and more stupid, and you make a note to talk to him later about that, since he wouldn’t knowingly hurt your feelings.
“I…” You lick your lips. You brought a case of water, but you haven’t yet opened it, and your mouth is dry. Too dry. But that’s not important. What’s important is that Gojo has presented you with a very realistic, all-too-true conundrum.
You shake your head too slowly for your own liking. “No, I… I guess I won’t be.”
“You guess?” He asks, voice taking on an almost sing-song tone at the end that plucks at one of your fraying nerves.
Your heart pounds just a little harder, you feel a trickle of sweat on your forehead that you don’t wipe away. You force your breathing to even, your muscles to relax.
“I won’t be,” you reaffirm, removing all traces of doubt in your face. “I know I won’t be.”
He already started the test, you think, he just didn’t tell you. You might be mad but you’re not, not really. It’s just like Gojo to pluck out your weaknesses so he can help you better them, isn’t it? That’s what he’s here for, what he’s always been here for. To help you improve. To help you.
And you? You can do this. You were born and raised, literally, to do this. To be the best sorcerer you could be, and if you need someone like Gojo to help you, who were you to reject him? Nobody.
And so, when Gojo hums happily and plops himself down in front of you, crossing his legs to mimic your own position, you take a breath and remind yourself how lucky you are to have someone like him ready to help instead of quietly watching you fail, waiting for your downfall and wondering if it would help boost their own family’s status to knock you down a peg.
Gojo wouldn’t do that, not to you.
You take another breath, and Gojo stares at you, blinks--once, twice.
“Ready?”
You smile a little, sigh a little, and nod.
“Let’s do this.”
It takes your brain a few moments to process what happens, because it’s like there is a disconnect between your brain and your body and your soul and you don’t know how to tether them altogether again.
Gojo kisses you.
Not a chaste peck, either, but warm and wet, his tongue sliding over your lips; a slimy feeling you’ve never experienced before.
You jerk back before you know you do it, your eyes wide, knuckles pressed to your mouth.
“What--G-Gojo--”
Gojo doesn’t move from his spot on the floor. He doesn’t even seem bothered by your reaction or anything at all.
“What’s the matter?” He asks, eyeing you through his glasses. He looks above you, around you. “You’re leaking again.”
Your chest seizes. He’s right--when he kissed you, what control you’ve been confidently rebuilding was completely lost.
“I… I don’t understand how this is a test,” you get out. The words are slow and you feel stupid for saying them.
“Oh!” Gojo grins, then. “Sorry. Guess I should have explained, huh? I bet you never had training like this. Ah…” He leans forward, leaning his elbow on his knee and resting his chin lazily on his hand. “You have to be able to control your cursed energy in any situation, right?”
He waits for you to nod, so you do.
“And curses or curse users don’t always play fair. They may do something you don’t expect.”
“They won’t kiss me,” you say, but as soon as you say it, Gojo’s expression makes you question yourself. “Will… they?”
Gojo sighs, and moves to stand up.
“I guess I was wrong about you.”
Your chest hurts.
“You aren’t ready for this type of training.” He’s almost talking to himself now, getting ready to stand. “Maybe in a few years. Or, ah, maybe your family would rather you get married and your husband can decide if he wants you to reach your full potential. Maybe they won’t care, if you have enough kids…”
You try to clamp down on a stream of energy steadily making its way out of you. It’s like soured milk, bitterness, self-doubt, all clawing their way up your spine and out of you.
“Wait--” You reach for him and grip his sleeve. “I-I am ready, it’s just, I wasn’t expecting… that. I’m sorry. Please train me.” If Gojo won’t train you, won’t help you, then no one will.
Gojo tilts his head at you, considering. Then he slowly sits back down.
“Ooo-ookay. But you have to let me do my job, okay? I know what I’m doing.” He pokes you above your chest, on a clavicle showing above your shirt. The touch makes you jump. Almost makes you forget the lingering warmth on your lips… almost.
“Control your energy,” Gojo says casually. “No matter what, okay?”
You nod. And you wonder if he’ll kiss you again, but no, he’ll do something else. Try to attack you without warning or bring up something strange or maybe even try to dig under your skin with some sort of verbal spitfire.
He doesn’t do any of that.
Instead, he grips the bottom of your shirt and begins peeling it upwards with such quickness and strength that your arms go flying up with the fabric.
A noise escapes you, something like an undignified squawk, but you’re too unprepared and Gojo pulls the shirt up and over your head before you can protest or even try to stop him.
You do, however, regain your reaction time when your shirt is tossed to the side and quickly cross your arms over your bare chest. You didn’t even wear a bra, wanting to keep yourself to as few layers as possible, although it was more uncomfortable to go without because of your larger breasts.
Your cheeks burn terribly hot and you don’t know what you want to say. You just know
“S-Stop, this is, that is--this isn’t…”
This isn’t training, is it? A kiss, okay, okay, that’s something Gojo might do to tease you. Even if he went too far. But your clothes? No, no, no--
Gojo doesn’t stop smiling. You want him to stop smiling, to apologize, and to leave. But you don’t get what you want.
“This isn’t what?” He asks. There’s a stickiness to his voice that is like a filmy layer growing in your gut.
He doesn’t wait for you to respond. Instead, he reaches out and grabs your wrists, pulling them down so you can’t keep them crossed over your chest. You gasp but he keeps them held down while he leers down at your bared breasts.
He’s faster than you, and his hands are underneath your breasts, pushing them up and jiggling them before you can blink.
“These are pretty bouncy, huh?” He murmurs, to himself or maybe you, you’re not sure which would make you feel worse. Your face burns hot and your feeble attempts at batting his hands away get you nowhere. “But you’re always hiding them…” He continues to bounce your ample breasts up and down.
You can’t take it. Your skin feels like it’s on fire and you’re being touched in a way you’ve never been touched, and it’s Gojo, he shouldn’t be, he couldn’t be, doing this.
“St-stop,” you spit out, finally getting the presence of mind to jerk your body away. Amidst the embarrassment and shock is a thready bit of indignity. You aren’t some… some floozy, you’re part of a highly respected sorcerer family. He can’t just--
“This--this isn’t training! You’re just being perv--”
He presses a finger to your lips, and you hush stupidly with it. He takes it away and regards you with an expression you’ve seen him use with particularly stubborn would-be sorcerers.
“Aren’t I stronger than you?”
“Yes,” you say, helplessly. “But--”
Your hands go to cover your breast, and he bats them away.
“Don’t I know more than you?”
“Yes, but--”
“Then let me help you,” he says, taking and squeezing your hands with such earnestness that it throws your mind off balance.
“I don’t understand why you’re doing this,” you admit, voice mumbling and stumbling. Your eyes widen and you feel hot tears working their way to the corners of your eyes. He shouldn’t touch you… he shouldn’t!
Gojo merely uses his grip on your hands to clap them together.
“But it’s working, isn’t it? The more distracted you are, the more likely you are to leak energy. And that’s bad, right?”
While he speaks, his fingers release yours, only to slither down to the waistband of your skirt. Your breath hitches.
“Y-Yes,” you mutter.
“What is it?” he asks, fingers latching onto your waistband and tugging it down. You squirm, but he persists.
His question only dimly registers until he yanks down your skirt, pulling it down your seated legs.
“B-Bad?” You should tell him to stop. You should leave. But he’s… Gojo… and you’re just--
“And if you can control yourself, that’s…” He drawls out these words,, placing a finger on your clothed pussy and dragging it down the middle.
“Good,” you squeak, voice tight and tinny.
“Right.” He grins, all praises.
Your legs do kick then, and you try to scoot backwards, away, away, away. But he presses one hand down on your bare thigh, and you’re stuck.
“This isn’t training,” you plead, mouth opening and closing like a fish, shocked and stupid.
He peers down at you from behind his glasses.
“You trust me, don’t you?”
Your heart lurches. It aches.
“I d-d-do,” you spit out, jaw trembling as much as your body. “But…”
He gives your thigh a good squeeze.
“Th-th-then just let me do this for you, okay?”
The growing knot in your stomach twists and pulls terribly.
“How is this for me?”
He doesn’t answer at first. Instead he grips your inner thighs and pulls your legs apart. You’re aware, suddenly, of how physically strong he is--stronger than you, certainly, enough that what feeble attempts at struggling you’re still giving do nothing at all.
“I’m helping you,” he says, pulling out the word so that it’s almost a whine. “You help people all the time. I just want to return the favor. Now try to focus, okay?” As he speaks, he finally pulls at the waistband of your underwear, pulling it down your legs that have begun to feel like jelly.
“Wow.” He pulls his glasses down his nose and stares directly at your naked sex. “You have a really pretty pussy. I bet it tastes just as nice, huh?”
If your cheeks got any hotter, they might be on fire. Sweat beads at the back of your neck, your arms, your forehead.
“D-Don’t,” you say, wishing you had the guts to shut your legs and leave. But you can’t, or you won’t, you’re not sure which.
“Shhh,” he says, kneeling until he’s sprawled on the floor in between your legs. You couldn’t close them now if you had the strength. “Try to focus. That’s why I’m helping you train, right?”
The teasing glint in his tone only makes you feel worse, but it’s nothing compared to the first puff of his breath you feel against your sex.
You make a sound almost like a squeak and Gojo lets out another puff of air, on purpose this time, murmuring something happily when you keep making those noises.
“St--” You don’t get to finish the word before his mouth is on you, not bothering with any tentative licks but sloppily eating you out.
It’s an entirely foreign sensation, wet and warm, uncomfortable and strange. The fact that he keeps making positively lascivious noises only makes you feel more incapable of ignoring the reality. You shake your head and dig your nails into your palm, trying to process what’s happening as an uncomfortable heat builds between your legs.
Before long, he pulls away, and there’s a sick sensation in your stomach when you see that his lips are glossy with... with… you.
“You’re leaking down here,” he says, with the utmost of seriousness. “But I guess you can’t clamp down on that kind of leak, huh?”
You press your lips together and refuse to acknowledge him with a response.
He shrugs and goes back down between your legs, lapping at your clit with short licks of his tongue. The direct stimulation is different--tighter and more intense, and the sounds you can’t help but make are wholly undignified, short gasps and high-pitched grunts.
“Has anyone ever done this before?” He asks, pulling himself away by a fraction of an inch.
“Of course not!” Your cheeks burn at the audacity of the question. “I-I don’t, I’m not supposed to do… that before marriage.” Why you can’t seem to explicitly talk about sex to the man who is currently devouring your pussy, you don’t know.
“Ohhhh,” he says. The words are practically spoken into your twitching clit. “That makes sense… well.” He looks up at you, and flashes a smile. “Maybe we’ll get married. Can’t say I haven’t heard that rumor before.”
Before you can utter any sort of response, he leans forward and pushes you onto your back. With his body in between your legs, your legs fold over at the knee awkwardly, almost making it look like you’re displaying yourself for him.
“S-Satoru,” you say, voice hoarse, “I want to leave now.”
He shakes his head and holds up a finger.
“No way! We’re not done with training yet. Look at all that energy just seeping out of you. Tsk-tsk.” He puts the finger on his chin. “But don’t worry. I have another technique that should help… remember to focus!”
You don’t know exactly what he means until you watch warily as he lowers his finger and presses it against your wet entrance.
“No--”
But he doesn’t wait. He pushes his finger inside of you and your breath is taken away at the sudden intrusion. There’s pain and ache and the unusual foreign sensation of something inside you. You can’t help it, you clench around his finger and he coos appreciatively.
“I appreciate it,” he tells you, all honey, “but save that for my cock.”
“S-Satoru!” You whimper the words out, squirming, wiggling your legs in the air like it might actually stop him. You can feel cursed energy seeping out through you, like there’s a hole you can’t quite patch up. You fight between acknowledging what Satoru is doing--pushing his finger in and out now, sliding inside you, it hurts and feels weird but there’s a warmth, too--and keeping your cursed energy inside.
“Don’t worry,” he teases. “Not today. Don’t got the time…”
You squeeze your eyes shut, hating the hot tears that leak out, and stare up at the ceiling. Focus… focus… focus. You do focus, then, on keeping your energy from leaking out. Not because this is training--it’s not, you’re naive, not stupid--but because maybe it’s easier to bear all of this if you keep part of your mind elsewhere.
“That’s it,” he praises. “Keep concentrating… gee, you’re doing great.” The snicker in his voice makes your stomach lurch. You wish he would stop pretending this was training. It only makes it worse.
And then suddenly there’s another sensation of intrusion, and you look down to realize that he’s pushed another finger inside you.
“Hmm,” he muses. “You know, I wonder…”
Your jaw trembles as he pushes his fingers in further and wiggles them around, almost like he’s feeling for something. And then--
You shriek, your body jolts upward, and you sit fully up and instinctively grab his wrists.
“That’s the spot!” He grins, laughing, and pulls his fingers out only to bat your hands away. Then he gently pushes you back down onto the ground. Your thighs are trembling and you can feel wetness trickling out of you, slow and uncomfortable.
“I bet you’ve never been able to reach this far with your little fingers. Don’t worry, I’ll help you…”
You push yourself up on your elbows and shake your head.
“No… you, you don’t have to. You don’t need to, I’m--”
He interrupts your pitiful pleads by pushing his fingers back inside, and your breath hitches at the sensation.
“’Course I do! Gotta teach you everything. What kind of sorcerer would I be if I left you in the dust?” He watches you intently over his glasses, the blue in them agonizingly beautiful, and he finds that spot again.
But this time, he doesn't graze it in curiosity. Instead, he presses down and strokes it and it’s like an immediate shock to the system. A burst of almost painful pleasure, causing your legs to aimlessly kick and shudder without you controlling them and you let out a primal groan, not words exactly, just mumbled pleas. You feel something squirt out of you and hear Gojo’s surprised sound, a little pleased exclamation.
He doesn’t stop, though, but keeps going. The white-hot pleasure is like being touched in all the right places in all the wrong ways, and you can’t stop your thighs from quaking.
“Too much too much too much!” You get the words out, just barely, drool dribbling down your lips.
Mercifully, he pulls his finger out. You can see him look down at them through his tears, and he tsks lightly.
“You know, for such an innocent girl, you're soaking. Or is that why you’re so wet? Because I’m the first one to touch you?” He leans in and presses an almost chaste kiss to your lips. You can taste something on them, salty and almost earthy. Yourself.
“I hope I’m the last, too.”
When he pulls away, you eventually sit back up and, arms shaking, reach over for your underwear.
At this, Gojo tilts his head.
“What are you doing?”
It’s your turn to tilt your head, though you can’t tell if you’re mirroring him intentionally or not.
“My… clothes,” you say, slowly. “I’m putting them on.” Because this is over, right? He’s had his fun and you can leave and never talk to him again.
“We’re not done yet, silly.” He grabs your underwear and shoves them into his pocket, then stands up and stretches his arms casually.
You stare up at him, naked, warm wetness between your legs. Feeling dazed and spent and tired.
You’re about to ask what he means when he simply unbuttons his pants and pulls them down, boxers and all, without a word or a warning.
He grins, like he’s just shown you a present. What he’s shown you is his erect cock, glistening at the end with a wetness of its own. You’ve never actually seen a man naked before, a few photos in a pilfered naughty magazine that you snuck out of a friend’s house notwithstanding. It’s fleshy and slick, thick.
“Now,” Gojo says, looking down at you in more ways than one. “Here’s the real test!”
His name comes out of your mouth pitifully, but he just pushes a finger to your lips and smiles.
“C’mon. You’re sweet, aren’t you? Always helping everyone else. I helped you just now, so now you return the favor. Easy.”
Your face screws up in a grimace. You can feel hot tears still pricking at your eyes, threatening to fall again. Then you look up at his face and down at his cock and then back at his face.
You’re not entirely ignorant of what he wants you to do--you just know that seeing a picture or reading about it in a spicy novel is far different than experiencing it for real. Especially like this. Especially with him.
“I don’t… I’ve never…”
He pats the top of your head gently, but strangely, keeps his palm on the back of your head afterward.
“I know, I know. But I’ll teach you. Besides,” and there’s that awful grin in this tone again, “it’s not enough to control your energy while things are being done to you. You have to control it while you do things to others, right?”
He shifts forward and his cock is right in front of your face. You can’t really look away. You can smell him, even, a musky smell. Not wholly unpleasant but like the taste on your lips from his own, there’s an earthiness to it. A primal sense.
You want to run. You should. Others would in this situation, wouldn’t they? But he’ll just bring you back, if you do. Or worse, let you go and… who knows what he might say to others? At least if you do what he wants, he can’t do anything worse than this.
You hope.
“What do I do?” You whisper.
He releases his grip on your head only to clap his hands twice.
“There’s my girl! You’ve got the right spirit.” He beams down at you and you hate how the blue of his eye peeks through the top of his glasses and the way his smile should make you feel good, but only makes you squirm.
He shifts forward again until his cock brushes up against your cheek. You gasp and lean backward, only to find that his hand is back against your head, keeping you in please.
“Open your mouth,” he says, almost sweetly.
And you don’t want that thing on your face anymore so you do, opening just a little.
“Wider. Like you’re at the dentist. Watch your teeth.” He sounds more serious. Like he’s instructing you--and he is, isn’t he? you think, sickly.
You open wide, feeling stupid, feeling sick, as he guides his cock into your mouth. He lets out a sigh of appreciation as he pushes inside, and you instinctively make a muffled noise of protest--this isn’t right, this isn’t right. In front of you are his naked hips, the base of his cock, a smattering of pubic hair.
The taste of him is vaguely salty and warm, but it’s the sensation of having something--having him--filling your mouth that makes you back your head up, wanting him out. But the hand on the back of your head keeps you in place, pushing. His cock hits the back of your throat and you gag. Tears stream down your cheeks from reflex and the realization of what’s happening.
He snickers, but pulls back a little.
“Sorry, sorry, I’ll be more gentle.”
He begins to move, then. Slowly at first. You don’t do anything but keep your mouth open, keep your tongue pressed flat to avoid touching his cock, though you soon find this to be an impossible task. You can’t help but gag a little when he pushes, but at least he seems to be trying to avoid doing it on purpose.
It’s a small mercy, you think, though what counts for “mercy” right now is highly debatable.
Your cheeks are hot like fire as you begin to taste more of him, feel more of him. He’s inside you, all flesh and warmth, an extension of himself that he’s using to--to what? Tease you? Use you? Something else?
He begins to move faster, and you gag, trying to mumble his name in plea around his cock. He groans and the hand on your head grips harder.
“Oh, fuck, don’t do that. I won’t be able to control myself.”
You want to sob but you’re afraid of moving your mouth so much. The tears fall down your face, regardless.
“Good girl, you’re being so good… you were born for this, weren’t you?”
When you look up, Satoru is looking down at you the way you think someone might look at a nice collectible figurine. A precious item to be touched and dusted at whim.
“Born to be a good sorcerer’s wife,” he continues, and it’s almost as if he’s talking more to himself than to you. “That’s what we’re doing now, aren’t we? Practicing that? There’s all sorts of training for sorcerers, you know…” His thrusts begin to get less controlled, quicker. “Practicing controlling energy… controlling techniques… all those little nuances of life as a sorcerer. Like this.” The thrusts are so quick that you start making helpless noises around them, little grunts. “You’d be a good wife, m-maybe--” His breath hitches, the first time you’ve heard him lose control. “Even a good mother, after a while.”
You make a sound of protest--it’s the last thing you want to be thinking of right now--but he shushes you and starts thrusting sloppily, clearly lost in his thoughts. “You’ve even got nice big tits, don’t you? Perfect for breastfeeding or, fuck, holding onto while we fuck…” He sighs, languid. “I’ll try that next time, okay? Gotta be patient.”
His words seep into you like cursed energy, confusing (it is true, you were raised to be a wife, raised to have children,--but this?) and hurtful and twisting in your stomach.
Suddenly he pulls himself out of your mouth. Your lips make a wet plop and you open them to start to ask what he’s doing, but you don’t have the time to ask, because there’s suddenly something warm and thick all over your face. Something lands on your lashes and you blink, feeling a salty sting on your eye.
Your pussy clenches and you don’t know why.
As you sit there, shocked, dazed, you hear a click.
Oh.
He took a picture.
You wipe at your eye, cringing at the feeling of something wet and globby on your hands, and look at him with wide, teary eyes.
“Just for safekeeping,” he says, tucking the phone into his pocket. “Wouldn’t want this to get out, would you? Would definitely put a damper on your marriage prospects…”
There’s no reason you shouldn’t sob, now, without Gojo in your mouth. So you do. Your face crumples and everything that just happened hits you all at once, until you’re weeping pitifully in front of him.
You’re dimly aware of him leaning down before he pulls out a handkerchief and wipes his cum off your face like he’s wiping at a bit of stubborn dirt. He wipes at your tears with his fingers, at least.
“Don’t be so glum! You did great!”
He presses a kiss to your cheek and straightens up.
“I’ll be sure to tell your father about your improvements in cursed energy control. He’ll be happy, don’t you think?”
You don’t answer, because you don’t have words anymore.
He leaves, his footsteps receding loud. You don’t watch him go. Instead you sit there in the same position, naked, wet, feeling sticky and used.
And like that, you’re alone again.
You don’t try to dampen down the energy that leaks from you this time.
REDESIGNING THE ACADEMY
STRUCTURE IN NARUTO
Honestly at times felt we should have seen more of Naruto academy days and think more could have been done showcasing how the ninja system works within Konoha which is a militarized system.
This is essentially apart of my naruto rewrite which creates a system for how ninjas are evaluated and taught within the academy. To start off we’ll start off with the entrance exam into the academy. We know from Shikamaru that you can decide whether or not you want to become a ninja. And also how a lot of ninjas who come from established clans are already taught basic and sometimes advance techniques. So with the idea of an entrance exam it’s meant to essentially evaluate the students ability and place them into the track course that’s fits their skill set.
Entrance Exam: Initial Placement Based on Ability
Purpose: Sort students into tiers or tracks based on their existing skill sets. This allows the narrative to reflect why clan children (like Sasuke, Neji, or Ino) are often more advanced due to family training.
Criteria: Intelligence (strategy, problem-solving), combat aptitude (sparring or basic taijutsu forms), chakra control, and maybe even psychological profiling (to match with senseis later).
Outcome: Students are placed into Track A (advanced), Track B (standard), or Track C (remedial) classes—or more tiers if needed.
Narrative Benefit: Shows Naruto’s underdog status isn’t just social—it’s systemic. He likely tested low due to a lack of home training or emotional instability, so he starts at the bottom tier.
Let’s now proceed with how these classes are leveled and the overall structure. There would be general classes such as history or math it makes sense in the grand scheme seeing the amount of propaganda that takes place within Konoha. But also these general courses would be utilized in strategy, mission planning and so on.
* side note Iruka would be placed as homeroom teacher who looks over all the students files and handles their evaluations *
now onto the tracks.
Shinobi Skill Tracks (Specialized Tiers)
Based on entrance exam results and ongoing evaluations, students are placed into Skill Tracks, each one tailored to their progress:
Track A (Advanced): Clan kids or prodigies like Sasuke, Shikamaru, Neji, Ino, etc.
Track B (Standard): Average students like Kiba, Hinata, and Choji.
Track C (Remedial/Development): Students like Naruto, who struggle with chakra control or combat due to a lack of prior training or trauma.
Track A: Advanced Track (Clan Prodigies & High Aptitude)
Track B: Standard Track (Average Performers with Growth Potential)
Track C: Developmental Track (Late Bloomers & Undertrained)
* side note Tenten was originally placed in track c but after further evaluation felt Track B was more suited for her but i have yet to make that adjustment cause i be working a lot *
One thing I plan on implementing into the academy would be practical mission simulations centered on team work, problem solving, leadership, stamina, and emotional maturity.
The format is basically three students, one from each track placed into a group with a professor often times Iruka to evaluate their teamwork skills mainly.
Always felt like these missions worked based for the academy as practical missions centered around teaching team work and so on.
Narrative Use:
Naruto repeatedly fails missions not because he’s uncooperative, but because others sabotage, ignore, or abandon him, reinforcing his isolation.
Iruka could witness this firsthand, shifting his attitude from skeptical to supportive.
Also for further clarification when it comes to the Track courses it’s a flexible system, students are able to “test into” specific Track A classes while still being officially enrolled in Track B or C. This allows for strength-based specialization and highlights individual talent rather than purely clan status.
How It Works:
Access Type | Requirement | Example Classes
Full Track A Enrollment
Consistently high evaluations across all areas
Sasuke, Neji, Shino, Ino
Partial Track A Access
High scores in specific subjects (written or practical)
Sakura (Genjutsu & Strategy), Shikamaru (Tactics)
Audit Access
Permission from the instructor + a qualifying project
Rock Lee (Taijutsu Theory), Hinata (Chakra Control)
======================================
Lastly how the students are evaluated and how they graduate.
For this purpose there are three evaluations, the first being one that’s done to permit you into the academy and see where your skill set lies. The second being the mid academy evaluation.
Mid-Academy Evaluation: Class Advancement or Early Graduation Eligibility
Purpose: Assess progress and see who is eligible to move up a class tier or skip ahead to graduation training.
Example: Itachi likely tested into Tier 1 from the start, and during his Mid-Evaluation, his Genjutsu proficiency and advanced battle sense flagged him as ready for early genin status.
This also adds stakes—students who don’t progress may be held back or even washed out of the Academy.
Pre-Graduation Evaluation: Readiness Check
This could be the equivalent of what Naruto kept failing—not the final “you pass or fail” moment, but an indicator of whether you're ready for the true graduation exam.
It would include:
Teamwork simulations
Mission mock-ups
Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu grading
Chakra nature, aptitude or potential
Graduation Exam: A Cumulative Test
Each class has a specific "Final Jutsu" (like Naruto’s class using Shadow Clones). It allows the exam to vary depending on the needs of the era, the teacher’s design, or even the village’s political state.
For Naruto’s class:
Passing would mean being able to safely and successfully use a multi-clone jutsu and complete a small mission simulation (like rescuing a “hostage” or retrieving a scroll).
Naruto fails this not just because he struggles with the technique, but because of chakra control and inconsistency, again reinforcing why the "failures" are more holistic than just one jutsu.
======================================
That’s all for my Ninja academy redesign I have made some example schedules for some of the Konoha 11 which shows how the tracks work and what classes they’d be place into. But i hope you liked my lil rambling and concept. This is honestly the most structured i’ve been with my post besides my Uzumaki OC.
I feel like the opinion on itatori varies a lot. People who don't really know Itachi outside of reputation and have never met Tori are just like "oh, the genin teammate romance, tale as old as time very romantic" and don't think much more of it. There are quite possibly thinly veiled rpf novels about it? Whereas yeah Itachi's ANBU team is kind of like "wait so she already KNEW you. and she was still like 'more!'???". I feel like the perspective of the people who know Tori through R&D but don't know Itachi is interesting. She has her loyal minions who are like yes my great boss deserves a hot rich bf but I hope this romance does not take her out of the lab. But people who like her less or at least don't work for her are like. Wow, The Genin Teammate Effect is REALLY powerful, huh. The Uchiha are kind of like, whyyy. But also like well. Who else can put up with him. But they have too much clan pride to say that to non uchiha.
ALL VERY GOOD POINTS
i think i need to rotate WTF is going on in R&D a bit because
i think kushina and deidara are both technically part of it? or some sort of adjacent thing? kushina is head of fuinjutsu, but i think this is probably either a very new, very tiny department, or else she's technically a branch of R&D that gets her own office in hokage tower because she's sleeping with the boss. deidara has a similar albeit more junior vibe where minato is like "oh yeah, please develop your insane jutsu as much as you want," and deidara gets funding/resources via an R&D mechanism. deidara probably does his best to stay clear of the research side of things, so idk if the core of R&D knows that much about him. kushina probably has to consult a lot
i've been debating the approach to the Orochimaru Thing and what i go for in most AUs is: orochimaru going missing-nin resulted in a lot of trust in research being diminished and a lot of people he trained being sanctioned/investigated. it's been like ~10 years when tori joins, so the department is running properly again, but there's a definite shadow. minato decides to keep her being from oto pretty hush-hush but it's not hard to figure out if you decide to actively investigate tori, so she probably occasionally runs into weird problems
i do want to have a whole ongoing Arc about tori learning to be a competent leader but i'm not sure what the timescale is. i think right now i have it: tori gets some sort of minor leadership position in r&d. having some sort of power exacerbates the issue where she sees any sort of hierarchy as a challenge rather than a social framework she should respect (AKA she can fuck shut up more easily and with greater consequence). minato goes "for FUCK'S sake, tori" and demotes her. tori's sudden absence makes a small number of people go "wait but,, we want her back,," also during her demotion a bunch fo shit hits the fan which are meant to narratively solidify her as coming into her own as a ninja, including learning hiraishin, the wave arc, and the konoha chunin exams. so now multiple people are like: tori what if you.... what if you worked on like. being an ACTUAL leader?
and then there's some road bumps but R&D comes around to her!!! i think her trajectory is becoming head of R&D at some point
but anyway she starts dating itachi BEFORE her demotion. however i'm not sure when it actually becomes public knowledge, despite their best efforts. in my mind they're on and off a bit for a while because they both think it's a temporary thing while itachi figures out a solution.
so itatori is just like. a thing. for most of her rise through the ranks of R&D. so im not sure how that would shape opinions?
tori at the department party: oh yeah, and this is my loser boyfriend her coworker:
govt of ukr is actually pretty transparently genocidal wrt their treatment of russian speakers since 2014 when they started to shell the east. doesn't make russia *not* imperialist but to obscurate this is either coming from ignorance (no investigation means no right to speak) or you don't think it's a big deal at all
(question asked on May 17, in reference to this post of mine)
I've been thinking about this question and the post I made for a while now. I very much regret the way I framed some of these issues and the way I spoke on things that I will admit I have been very ignorant of. You are right, no investigation means no right to speak, and I spoke when I should have been investigating instead.
I have learned a lot more recently about the treatment of Russophones in the Donbass by Ukraine since 2014. I will not speak to the claims of genocide here, and instead I will recommend paying attention to the ongoing ICJ case regarding the matter and any developments that occur regarding the claims. Whether or not the activities of Ukraine within the Donbass amount to genocide under international law, Ukraine has clearly acted in an excessively brutal manner towards a minority population within the country in order to quell resistance to the coup against Yanukovych and its measures to deprive the Donbass and Crimea, majority Russian-speaking areas of the country and the source of much of the pro-Russian sentiment within the country, of their rights to autonomy.
The coup against Yanukovych and the subsequent actions of Ukraine within the Donbass are important context to the ongoing war that I left out from my original post wholly because of my own ignorance regarding the subject at the time, and I apologize for that. Additionally, it is the people of the Donbass who should be centered first and foremost in any conversation about this war, and I failed to properly consider them and their interests.
Finally, my ignorance led me to downplay and ignore the role the US and NATO have had in the last decade of events within Ukraine and the Donbass, particularly their role in the coup against Yanukovych, the massacre of protesters during said coup, and the subsequent military build-up within Ukraine. This was also very important context that I had left out from my original post.
Whatever my opinions on the Russian Federation as a nation should have taken a backseat to properly investigating the situation in the Donbass and providing a fair and balanced assessment of the situation, and I failed to do that.
I will leave anyone reading this with some links to pertinent reading on the subject.
