Well, originally Clover just had bigfoot syndrome and cant get a decent pic and Chara was just ungodly unphotogenic, BUT NOW ...!

Of COURSE im gonna take a chance to bet my fav characters with an angst bat, its one of my fav hobbies!

The curse: As long as they are even remotely aware that there is a camera, they will just be their usual unphotogenic selves, no weird things happening, those two just truly cant pose for a pic to save their lives. BUT, if they are not aware that they are getting a photo taken, well, theres a chance that it might come out....different

The party was not the last time Emmanuel and Emilian met, they met then again and again since Emilian often spent time with Max and Charles, Emmanuel began to join them.

Emilian couldn't help but become softer to this omega. Emmanuel was always an easy person to talk to, so he quickly joined their company, becoming the final link among all the mutual friends of Max, Charles and Emilian. Emmanuel became a frequent guest in the paddock not only of Formula 1, but also Moto GP, where he came with Charles and Max. Rumors began to appear in the media and social networks that the second Verstappen twin was dating the other Leclerc twin. Emilian didn't like it much, but Emmanuel seemed to be delighted with all the gossip, becoming bolder in his communication with him every day, trying to get closer.

Emilian didn't like it because he was getting used to Emmanuel, and he was starting to like him. It was really great to spend time with him, chatting about this and that (Emmanuel did most of the chatting), which distracted Emilian from his gloomy thoughts and charged him with positivity. Many wrote that this season was one of the best in his career after stagnation and two years without a champion title, and therefore the media jokingly wrote that the season was successful not only because of his wins and podiums, but also because of his love life.

But Emilian didn’t want to develop his relationship with Emmanuel in a romantic way, although Emmanuel hinted that he was not against it. Emilian was afraid that it would be something not so serious for Emmanuel, and it would break Emilian’s heart. He had suffered for Charles for many years, and suffering for Emmanuel would have broken him completely.

One day, when he returned to Monaco after a short vacation with his friends, he went straight to Max and Charles. Both of them were in a strange mood, and Emilian got worried and immediately asked what had happened while he was gone. It turned out that Emmanuel's ex-alpha found out that Emmanuel was now in Monaco. It wasn’t difficult for him to fly to Monaco and to find him (creep), after which he followed him into his apartment, and tried to assault him successfully. Fortunately, Emmanuel was able to get out and run away from him to Charles and Max.

He was staying with them now. Charles told Emilian the story of the relationship between Emmanuel and his ex-alpha. He was only twenty when they started dating. He moved to America for him. This alpha treated Emmanuel badly, he was jealous of everyone, while constantly cheating on him. Emmanuel tried to leave him many times, but his career largely depended on this alpha, and besides, he constantly promised that he would change.

When Emilian entered the guest room where Emmanuel was sleeping and saw the state he was in, he realized that he would find that alpha and deal with him so that he would never come near Emmanuel again.

Yeah, ouch. And it took them most of the week to mention it. Idk if they were tense about the backlash that post would obviously draw or what… but I agree they wanted to milk more engagement out of us even after ruining it. To think we’d actually want to watch a loving video of them after ep 9 is so tone deaf, but imo they’re all being contradictory to engage and drain from both halves of the argument…

The main difference between kidnapped au Buggy and unclenapped au Buggy is the speed (and way) at which they recover. The relationship between him and Shanks in both alternative cases could not be more different as well.

(for those who are confused: kidnapped au post1, post2, post3, unclenapped post1, post2(more links at the bottom of the post))

K(idnapped)! Buggy is almost souly dependent on Shanks. Even after he remembers Shanks and why he had a grudge with him, he's still too afraid to leave his side. Sure, Shanks (in his eyes) was the reason this happened but he's also his savior and the reason he's out of that hellhole. His fear of the outside world is greater than the anger he harbored.

It's a codependent relationship and everyone can see it. Sure, Buggy grew out of clinging onto Shanks's hand every time they went anywhere, though Shanks still initiates it sometimes. And how could Buggy refuse? Because if he did how could he guarantee that Shanks wouldn't leave him again. (Don't mind the fact that Shanks wasn't the one who left, trauma and extended periods of time can warp one's sense of reality)

K! Buggy has no one else. He would tell Shanks to fuck off, but the moment Shanks actually left him alone for a little, he would have this crippling fear that everyone and everything was out to get him again. And he was as defenseless and and doomed as all those years in the cell.

K! Shanks didn't want to feel so good about being so irreplaceable to K!Buggy. He wanted to feel bad about it, he really did. But the feeling of Buggy only being able to sleeping calmly in his arms was intoxicating.

Meanwhile U(nclenapped)! Buggy had the "getting over trauma deluxe" package all strawhats go through. He was surrounded by his friends and just like Robin in the beginning, he felt cared for, for the first time since he could remember. Of course, just like K!Buggy, U!Buggy couldn't do a lot on his own without the crippling fear taking him over. Or at least that was the case for a while.

When he reunites with Shanks (or I guess when Shanks finds them), he was almost the same bratty boy that he parted with all those years ago. And Shanks is so relieved, thinking that he barely changed. He just didn't know he did change, it's just that he changed twice. He could change for the better thanks to his new nakamas.
