Hi folks, the Canadian provinces Manitoba and Saskatchewan are currently suffering from terrible out of control wildfires, and right now an Indigenous community in northern MB, Pukatawagan, is completely surrounded by flames with no way out. There are about two or three thousand people living there and the government isn’t acting fast enough to airlift them out (although I believe the smoke conditions are also making air transport unsafe.) There are no roads, it’s extremely isolated. The railroad going up there is on fire. Please pray for them. I’m horribly horribly worried. It’s just an awful situation.

Hey guys. One of my friends just made a really poor decision and I need prayer for it. She got engaged to a guy she’s known for 4 months, and has dated in-person for 1. The man’s questionable character aside (the proposal that early alone is a massive red flag), she doesn’t have a great history of noticing when a guy is a creep or a jerk. However, she’s not really listening to people telling her this is a bad idea, and they’ve asked me to talk to her. I really need prayer because this is frankly a level of crazy I’m not used to. We’re pretty sure the guy is manipulating her and I don’t know how talking to her about it.
