I think Mushroom, Dynamite, Venus, and Shick will be seperated from the pack, or just go off by themselves, and end up encountering something they shouldn't have, putting them all in grave danger...

Some of these are guaranteed losers (I don't know why I think Her Royal Feline Gingerness is named Samantha; I just do), some of them pretty darn likely (the OT3 is canon OR WE RIOT), but I had fun tracking them down in my head.

I love how in 2023 onward we were all like,

What will the DLC be about? What kind of classic literature will they incorporate and adapt next? Will it have elements of the Oz series, as seen in the final cutscene of the base game? Is P going to Neverland, replete with flying ships and swashbuckling battles? Or perhaps, if filling out more of the existing base game - Perhaps it will adapt the lesser known "first act" of Collodi's Pinocchio? We see the frigid arctic and the northern lights - could it be possibly Mary Shelley's Frankenstein? Or, going by the importance of water in concept art - Hans christian Anderson's The Little Mermaid?

And devs are like "nope. those are all good guesses but actually it's The Final Problem. Overture is "Lies of P: The Final Problem. Oh and heres the new trailer. also the release date is today. bye"

I’m gonna take a wild guess and say Harold was probably buddy buddy with Slappy and the other kids were like “no.. he’s evil.” And they were at his house to rid of Slappy and the fire was an accident but they didn’t care enough to try and help Harold out because he’d probably want Slappy back and they had to destroy him.

I'm really curious what the crowd is gonna be like for the mother mother concert tonight because my perception of mother mother as an american is like "music listened to by young trans people on the internet" but it seems like the perception of them in BC is "music listened to by your dad because it's on the radio"

Me, two weeks ago: I watched Gravity Falls almost ten years ago. There’s no way I’m going to develop a silly little crush on one of the characters. I didn’t last time. It was just a fun little show!

Me tonight:

I've been planning to do this today since last night. I've lately been thinking about Rooted and all the previews/sneek peaks we've gotten so far, and with the descriptions, a possible outcome has come into my mind I need to get it off my chest.

From what I've seen, I think the episode will take place the next day, where the pack teaches Mushroom and Dynamite how to hunt "real animals" or prepare them to fight the "abominations" the Packmother wanted them to rid of their territory. After, they'll go out to find Astra. (Razor.) Which I hope leads into a cool crossover between Mushroom and Dynamite and Gum and Razor, and perhaps even Fuzzball and Sharps. (Well, if any of these characters are alive by then.) However, back to the training, while doing, something seems to be affecting Mushroom...and I think something bad will happen to her...or...something bad is happening to her. From perhaps the parasite she ate having affects on her body, even if she's saved by her Mycelium, the coldwave, or again with the Mycelium, a prominent theory I've been thinking about, the picture of her flinching as an image of "frozen(?)" fungi is near her, is a representation of her Mycelium, and perhaps it trying to fight off the parasite, or being (a theory I'm somewhat more believing in, although never too sure and don't want to jump to conclusions) affected by the coldwave. This is where those lines about "one surviving" start to mean something. It's revealed that only one of them may be able to survive in the end, and judging by the "fangs" and "claws" in the sentence, it might be Dynamite. And Dynamite, upon seeing his friend who he ONLY RECENTLY GOT BACK, AFTER WATCHING HER DIE AND RE-GROW FROM A CHILD TO A TEEN AGAIN, suffer again, and learning that she might die again this time...and FOR GOOD, he's not taking it well. And with the "fangs" and "claws" said, this also leads to the Pack teaching him to fully tap into his primal instincts, and hunt right. And when the time comes to fight the "abominations" for the Pack, the things that KILLED Mushroom in the first place and led to the traumatizing events, Dynamite falls into a desperation (and before after learning Mushroom might die) to keep her alive, and to prevent something like Hide and Seek and Spore happening again. Mushroom's words in Wolves Without Teeth ("Dynamite...you mean more than anything in the world to me right now. Please stay in it...") start to make relapse here.

Despite what they've learned, when it comes, no matter what he and Mushroom are able to do thanks to the Pack, the sight and thought of seeing Mushroom die again, or seeing her die for real, memories of her dying, one of them surviving, it all overlaps...and Dynamite ends up taking a risk...

...A risk that severely strikes him...

...Lasting consequences...

...And a possibly fatal outcome...

...All as the Mantis stares in shock and disbelief, as tears start to swell...

Welp, thanks for listening to my TED Talk! I need to actually start continuing reading Objectified so I can justify theorizing about future episodes and using evidence from episodes that I haven't even come to fully reading yet! Which is what I'm doing next week! (Ep. 3, Mushroom's and Dynamite's debut 😉)
