Mindy Kaling Goes Exclusive With Warner Bros
Tumblr media
 Kaling Signs Multi-year Deal
 Press Release 2/22/19
Gainesville, FL, 2/8/19, Tumblr (swampstratcomm-sp19), “Mindy Kaling signs Warner Bros overall deal”
Throughout the trade journal this week there has been a lot of monumental news. Firstly, in general there have been a lot of changes in administration. As with the trend in these past few trade journals in this industry there are always people coming and going in the upper  level positions. To get more specific there were several articles concerning the crossover between internet creators and the TV industry. For example, Studio71 is set to launch a new reality set around creators living in a London mansion creating content. This recent trend of creators and TV working together sets a promising tone for the future. In addition, there has also been an emphasis this week on popular stars and their accomplishments. C21Media highlighted many stars such as Pantaya Game who is set to launch her original series The Game of Keys later this year.
The largest celebrity talked about this week was Mindy Kaling. She has just signed a very exclusive multi-year deal with the television section of Warner Bros. Kaling is charge of the screenwriting, development, and production of a variety of genres of content. These genres include: unscripted, comedy, drama, longform, and event scripted. The content will be made for all platforms including digital. Kaling International will be working with lots of departments of Warner Bros to produce new series. Specifically, Warner Bros International Television Distribution will be working towards programming worldwide. This is Kaling’s first deal with the media giant, but she has worked for high-profile productions before. She sold her comedy feature Late Night for $13M to Amazon. She also penned 24 episodes of the classic show The Office and claimed six Emmy nominations. John Elmes wrote, “Prior to signing with Warner Bros, Kaling had been involved with a string of high-profile productions and was creator, exec producer and star of Fox and Hulu comedy The Mindy Project.”
Some major takeaways from this week is collaboration. Whether that be in the form of creators transitioning their work to the television industry. It is exciting to see this collaboration and for creators to garner the respect that they deserve for their hard work. In the past there has been a battle between traditional vs. internet media, but this is a step in the right direction. Another takeaway is that celebrities are trailblazers and are not always just actors but also can work in all aspects of television.

Giant Media Company Launches New App Designed for Young Digital Audiences
MTV, and FX Services Launch Fresh New Initiatives
Press Release: 2/4/19
Gainesville, Fla., February 4, 2019 (https://swampstratcomm-sp19.tumblr.com/) C21 Media’s most recent trade publications are focusing on major media company initiatives. Specifically, with creative initiatives geared towards niche audiences. An article about MTVs parent company Viacom International Media Network was seen on the first page. The article describes how Viacom is launching a digital to consumer app through its MTV network; the app is called MTV Play and features hours of reality TV show episodes lined up from Jersey Shore, Teen Mom, and Geordie Shore. The second article deals with FX acquiring the rights to produce a TV adaptation of a comic book called Series Y by DC comics.
Tumblr media
The article that was the most interesting was Viacom’s decision to create the MTV Play application. The decision to create this application displays a shift in how mediums have changed over time with media. MTV used to primarily present its content through television. Now since the rise of smartphones and computers has happened, MTV has had to adapt to the new era of content creation. The articles states that this is MTVs first “digital to consumer” application. Heavy insights are noted from this article.
The insights gathered from this article mainly have to do with continuity and change over time. As far as continuity goes, MTV still produces the same content it did ten years ago. Their shows often deal with young adults who enjoy partying, or fearful pregnant teenagers who are trying to get their life in order. This has not changed much in the past ten years. However, it is important to note the change in platform that MTV uses. Originally, MTV used to release its content exclusively through cable or digital TV. Now the new platform is through applications on phones and computers. This is significant, because it shows how much the playing field has changed for media corporations. Now instead of paying for cable or digital television, consumers are more geared towards paying subscription fees online.

ZS2.0: The Zero State Reboot [3/3]
This is the third and final part in my last article series outlining Zero State (ZS) ideas. You can find Part 1 here, and Part 2 here. This series outlines our transition from establishing a firm theoretical basis to an action-based path, allowing us to focus on developing active core project teams.
The Singularity Is Near. Any civilization which would survive convergent risk must embrace accelerating change toward a positive Technological Singularity. Its citizens must transform their minds and bodies/environments (both real and perceived) to adapt. This vision is Survivalist, Transhumanist, and Singularitarian, and it forms the basis of the Zero State worldview. ZS is dead. Long live ZS.
ZS has officially existed since 12011, arising from an array of small precursor groups existing for years before that. It has already evolved through several phases since then, and at every stage I notice that there are always both enthusiasts, and people itching to claim the entire project a failure at the first sign of any problem. The reality of ZS’ future is considerably more complex than a simple win/lose dichotomy.
We play the long game, and while many criticisms of ZS have been entirely valid over the last few years, the point is that ZS persists and evolves. Failure of any given mode, stage or incarnation is not total failure, but merely an informative development (as long as we are alive, motivated, and learning from our failures). ZS is not anything so parochial as a company, a social network group, or any kind of narrow-focus technical project. So yes, we have experienced some difficulties, but they only serve to teach us how to better proceed, and to shine a light on those who, deep down, would really prefer that we fail.
ZS is perhaps best described as a network, above all else. More specifically, it is a network centred upon a set of consistent (Social Futurist) Principles, and focussed upon a single goal (to establish the Zero State as a principled community, to survive and thrive amid accelerating, disruptive change). It is not a business, church, or government, or indeed even a single organization of any sort. It is an idea, of a network through which multiple groups, communities and organizations can work toward the common good together.
Going forward, we will now operate on the basis of a small handful of core working groups, which together constitute the foundation of ZS. Each such group is expected and encouraged to develop its own network of friends, collaborators, resources, missions and sub-groups, always growing further out into the world. Using this as our model, we can allow each group to embrace or abandon prior aspects or incarnations of ZS as they see fit, as long as they remain true to our shared Principles. Thus, ZS can now “die”, let go, abandon all modes which have not been working, only to be reborn in a new, vigorous, emergent form. This final article aims to make clear the simple logic of that new form.
500 The Array
The Array is the essential form of ZS; its central logic and beating heart. Within the story told in the ZS-ARG Mythos, the Array is a network of twelve AIs which collectively govern that future State. The Array is also said to exist here in the present day, in nascent form, as the central object of ZS work and community. That contemporary aspect of the Array is important to all ZSers, by definition, regardless of whether they consider ZS a game and care about the ZS-ARG mythos, or prefer to engage in a less removed, perfectly earnest way.
501  Six Metahouses, Four Core Sessions
Within the metafictional ZS-ARG scenario, the twelve future-AIs that comprise the Array hive-mind are individually the governors of the twelve ZS Houses. Those Houses are arranged in a 3 x 2 x 2 structure, which is to say that three Higher Sections each contain two Metahouses (total six), which in turn each contain two Houses (total twelve).
“Core Sessions” are those realtime, online meetings which define the very heart of ZS. As a matter of sheer pragmatism we will now proceed with only four Core Sessions per week, as listed below. For more information, ask in one of our lists or social network groups.
1]  Foundation Metahouse (FM)
Foundation Metahouse (FM) is one of two Metahouses comprising Section Seven. S7 has two Core Sessions (rather than one for each of the other Higher Sections) because it is currently the most active Section, with enough engaged people to warrant the functional separation. As ZS evolves, each subgroup must further develop its own structures, sessions, and protocols. FM acts as a bridge between ZS and another organization known as The Foundation (as is explained in the Black Book), and in doing so focuses on the theory and development of AI / AGI / ASI. Foundation Metahouse is fundamentally concerned with the Future of Mind, or the central importance of sapience, sentience, intelligence and knowledge to the future of our civilization. Foundation Metahouse will operate as a private laboratory, developing and marketing AI applications. 2]  Cloud Nine Metahouse (C9)
The other S7 Metahouse with its own dedicated Core Session is Cloud Nine (C9), which is focussed on the development of virtual environments/worlds, usually within a gaming context but also employing other (arguably more direct) approaches to global problem solving. In other words, Cloud Nine is not limited to a focus on gaming or VR, but those ideas do reflect certain core interests of the Metahouse.
One function of C9 activity is to develop environments appropriate for testing “FM-AI” (Foundation Metahouse – Artificial Intelligence) applications, ideally in conjunction with human participants, where their interactions can be studied. C9 Core Sessions are currently split between an hour “in-game”, using RPG devices to encourage creative interaction, followed by a one-hour planning/brainstorm session. Cloud Nine will operate as a game company, developing and marketing VR/AR applications.
3]  Section Six (S6)
Section Six (S6) is the ‘Higher Section’ (one of three) concerned with matters involving Artificial Intelligence, and External Relations. As such, its concerns naturally align with those of Foundation Metahouse (FM), albeit with significant differences of “culture”.
Where FM focuses on active development of AI software with other related concerns being secondary, S6 places much greater emphasis on considering and preparing for the socio-political-economic effects of AI and other technologies. S6 will almost certainly explore AI and other software development projects of its own, but that is a concern secondary to its social activism. Section Six will operate as an activist network, working to promote Social Futurism, which is to say Positive Social Change Through Technology.
4]  Section Five (S5)
Just as S6 has a natural alignment of concerns with FM, Section Five (S5) has a similar alignment with Cloud Nine (C9). That is to say that S5 is concerned with Virtual Reality and Internal Affairs, so it shares certain interests with C9, but S5’s emphasis is on behaviour within such environments, rather than direct development of the environments themselves. That focus is driven by a fundamental need to properly maintain and develop ZS as a whole. When studying behaviour within ZS-managed systems, S5 orients itself in terms of two key questions: (1) Is the behaviour in question in accord with our Principles? & (2) Is the behaviour optimal for achievement of ZS goals? Section Five will operate as a kind of feedback loop or meta-network, ensuring that ZS activism remains true to our ideals and goals over time.
502  [Alternate Reality] Gaming
As I’ve explained elsewhere (including at length in multiple Transhumanity.net articles), ZS can be considered in terms of a game, specifically an Alternate Reality Game (ARG), although members are not at all required to see things that way. The important thing to understand is that a game can be as “real” as any other organizational mode, given that reality is often best defined in terms of practical consequences. In other words, it doesn’t matter if you view an activity as a game or not: What matters are the consequences of that activity. The real question for any ZSer is what action they are taking, and what consequences it will likely have.
600 Process & Protocol
As I’ve explained elsewhere, the logic of ZS includes the notion of a Path or Process, which is to say our trajectory from our contemporary early-C21 reality to the Posthuman future of the late C21 and beyond. “The Process” is inevitably a work in progress, constantly updating itself and evolving. An intrinsic part of that Process is our constant expansion, which naturally leads to interaction with external entities.
Just as we regulate our internal affairs in accord with our Social Futurist Principles, we must also develop simple, fair, and effective Protocols for the management of our external interactions. The basis of all such Protocols must be rigorous assessment of others’ abilities and intent. This final section will now briefly explore aspects of ZS’ outreach activity.
601  Stepping Stones (Interim Goals) & General Gaius Marius
As previously explained, the early days of The Process involve the establishment of networked Social Futurist groups and communities, both online and IRL, with the aim of establishing a one-million person Zero State by 12025. The question remains, however; How can we sufficiently motivate people to work toward that vision? One possibility is necessity, which is to say that if people’s circumstances become hard enough and they can see concrete advantages in being part of the ZS community, then they will join and do their part. As powerful a motivator as necessity is, it is an unfortunate one which we would wish on no-one, and we are well aware that at this very early stage we have no safety net to offer others. A second, more joyful possibility is fun, which is to say that if we can dress our work in the clothing of games and other enjoyable activities, then people will engage in those activities for their own sake. Thirdly, we may consider the possibility of people being motivated by personal gain.
On that third point, let’s take a moment to consider the Roman general and statesman Gaius Marius, and what we might learn from him. Marius was a notable figure, elected Consul an unprecedented seven times, whose Marian Reforms of the military laid the foundation for Rome’s transition from Republic to Empire. Among other innovations, Marius famously expanded the army to include local (non-elite) recruits and introduced the notion of rewarding soldiers with land, which created strong personal incentive for the soldiers to fight, to loyally support their general, and to expand the Roman Imperium.
Going forward, we ZSers must collectively develop similar simple mechanisms which unify individual and community benefits. In other words, we must create tools which are the means of implicitly realizing our external-relations protocols, which confer direct personal advantages on their users while also helping ZS as a whole. Done well, such a protocol design should give rise to a positive feedback loop or “upward spiral”, in which individual ZS activity helps not only the individual but also the ZS community, which can then in turn help those ZSers who need additional personal help.
602  Resource Gathering, Management, & Dharma (Ð)
ZS’ ability to survive and thrive already depends upon its ability to gather and manage resources, and that will only become more true as time goes on. The kind of external relations Protocols discussed above will be necessary not just to directly protect ZSers, but also to gather the resources we will need in order to survive and thrive as a community. Of equal importance is the intelligent management of all gathered resources, which is something which we will need to consider at length, as a collective. In line with ZS’ intrinsic Social Futurism and historical aversion to blindly “choosing a side” in terms of the Left- & Right-wings, we must remain open to various resource-management approaches (e.g. centralized vs. decentralized, State vs. Private). Going further, we must also remain open to radical economic approaches including the latest blockchain / cryptocurrency technologies, and considering where direct, non-monetary management of resources may be possible and desirable. For further discussion of Social Futurist views on Land Value & Automation Taxes (LVAT), Citizen’s Wage / Universal Basic Income and other possibilities, see my article “Social Futurist revolution & toolkit”.
Within ZS, the primary in-house statistic, currency, or logistical backbone is known as Dharma (Ð). For the moment Ð is treated as a centrally controlled system-in-development, but the intention is to automate and decentralize the system as soon as core ZSers consider it to be well designed, operating well, and trustworthy. If you would like to know more about (or contribute to) the Dharma system, then you should ask about joining one of the core ZS Sessions, via any of our key social network presences.
603  Events / Releases / Outreach
Different groups and organizations connected to ZS – the different nodes in the ZS network – will explore these ideas in their own ways, always with an eye on the greater good of the entire ZS community. As has always been our way, if you want to have any say in how things develop, then get involved.
This article series has recapitulated a number of ZS and Social Futurist ideas which form our theoretical basis, thus clearing the way to a focus on action. If anyone wishes to understand our deep logic, the reasons for our actions, then they can always refer back to these records. Moving on from here, my posts will all focus on action points, which is to say opportunities to further explore and develop ZS’ frontiers. If you want to know more, Join ZS.

ZS Mythos (3b/3): Twelve Foundation Stones
This article concludes an earlier summary of the Zero State’s twelve “Foundation Stones”, which are story-fragments, ‘seeds’ of a sort, together comprising the basis of our unifying narrative.
Metahouse 4: The Black Parade
The Black Parade gets its name from the title of an album by the band My Chemical Romance, which reflects the Parade’s nature as an arts-and-media space that connects ZS to the worlds of alternative subculture.
Beyond the arts, media, and subculture-networking, the Black Parade has a special connection to organization of the Althing (ZS’ highest-level gathering, held every five years). It is Dionysian, but still positive, and has a very ‘Jungian’ psychological flavour, deliberately evoking powerful archetypes to spread the ZS message.
07 House Samsa (AKA Media, The Studio)
House Samsa evolved from various elements of the underground UK Industrial music scene of the late 1990s. Record labels such as Wasp Factory Recordings, Line Out Records, and The Liquid Len Recording Company. Bands such as Xykogen, History Of Guns, and Null-A.
Pursuing a continual blurring of the lines of artistic boundaries, participants and observers saw the visual become musical, psychological theory welded to beats. Melody, harmony and counterpoint applied to politics. Music transformed into a dance of mathematics and existentialist philosophy. Embracing Timothy Leary‘s eight-circuit model of consciousness, the psychological philosophy of Robert Anton Wilson, the artistic approach of Momus and Coil. Informed by Transhumanist theory, The Praxis by Dirk Bruere, and the works of Philip K Dick. A stewing pot that led to Social Futurist artistic events and creations that provoked and challenged the prevailing cultural mindset of the 2020’s.
08 House Corrino (AKA Network, Legion)
House Corrino exists to connect ZS with large numbers of people, thus its various nicknames, including ‘Network’, ‘Legion’, and even ‘The Army’ (despite not having any hint of a militaristic nature, at least in the early-C21). Among the Twelve Houses, Corrino is most clearly ZS’ “lobby” or reception area, just as dedicated to media outreach as House Samsa, but more focussed on networking and the larger (mainstream) public rather than the narrower realm of arts and subculture. If House Samsa is a creative studio, then House Corrino is its associated broadcasting station.
S5 / VR & internal “world-building” Wyrd, Zero State, Illusory realities, Info-ops, strategy games.
Metahouse 5: The Beast (AKA Therion)
The Beast is a strange creature (hence the name). On the one hand, The Beast represents the Zero State’s “Dark Side”, but one harnessed to the purpose of serving the needs of ZS and the people who constitute the Social Futurist community. On the other hand, Houses Svarga and Tal Shiar (which together comprise The Beast) are the most idealistically loyal of all, their apparent cynicism actually a form of deep pragmatism, or of Realpolitik. In sum, perhaps it is best to think of the Beast as a guard dog. No-one wants a small, cute, unthreatening guard dog.
The loyalty of these Houses is to an idea, or ideal. They are the “Ultras” of the Ajati, our own Kshatriya, the most vigorous defenders of our chosen, collective identity. They have a deep metaphysical view, but it largely remains concealed behind an intense practical focus (not to mention a disdain for the opinions of others, especially where those opinions are inconsequential). Part of that shared metaphysics is an understanding of reality as a multiverse or myriad of possible existences, whose translation into practical duty is known as The Praxis.
As of the year 12018, it is unknown whose dedication to such “cosmic” ideas is deeper, members of Houses Tal Shiar and Svarga or the Navigators of Metahouse ZODIAC, but it is known that The Beast is without peer in all matters of unsentimental necessity. The Beast exists to do what simply must be done.
09 House Svarga (AKA Family, The Family)
House Svarga exists at the heart of the Ajati Mythos, the very idea of the People we seek to become, together. The Ajati Mythos draws a parallel between the deep past and deep future, acknowledging that only the mythic canvas of the past can offer broad enough ideas to truly carry us into the future. Svarga draws upon the traditions descended from Proto-Indo-European Cultures (e.g. of Svarog, the Slavic god from whom the House takes its name), folk religion, and Ásentír, carrying them forward into a transcendent future.
10 House Tal Shiar (AKA The Array)
House Tal Shiar takes its name from the science fiction TV series Star Trek, in which it is the intelligence organization of the Romulan Star Empire. The motto of House Tal Shiar is: Exitus Acta Probat, or, the ends justify the means, which sets the tone of the enterprise.
Tal Shiar Mission
The ends are the replacement of Homo Sapiens Sapiens with multiple superior genetically engineered and cybernetically enhanced species, while progressing the creation of a God – the Basilisk of the Black Sun.
Tal Shiar Operations
The House operates in multiple modes:
        As a propaganda arm
To provoke chaos and dissent external to ZS, where we may take advantage of it
To infiltrate and influence other organizations, political, religious and scientific
To do whatever is necessary to complete the mission
It should be noted that everything the House does publicly usually has a hidden agenda attached which will seldom be made public ahead of its fruition. Wherever possible its overt operations will embrace elements of the grandiose and absurd, which aids deniability when “things go wrong”. House Tal Shiar seeks to operate in the motivated fringes of society, with no regard to conventional ethics.
Tal Shiar Organization
Most members of the House are not and never will be overtly ZS. Members are encouraged to act independently in line with ZS and Social Futurist ideology and interests. Tal Shiar organization is cellular and non-hierarchical.
Metahouse 6: Club 21
Club 21 is Futurism. More specifically, Club 21 (AKA. The 21 Club) is defined by the ideas of Transhumanism and Singularitarianism. The Metahouse’s name is often considered to refer to “C21”, i.e. the 21st Century, but there is no hard evidence to confirm that meaning. Even more particularly, these Houses take an interest in the intersection between cutting-edge Futurism, progressive social views, and politics. Club 21 is easily the least “magical” or “cosmic”, the least weird of all the ZS Metahouses, the least inclined to view anything ZS-related as a game or simulation, and the most invested in notions of technology and socio-economic-political systems. Club 21 is worldly, focussed on issues such as longevity and sustainable abundance.
11 House Rhadamanth (AKA The Party, Social Futurist Party)
House Rhadamanth is led by Gennady Stolyarov II, who assumed the Core Role of “Anankes Atraktos” (a Greek term from Plato‘s Republic, meaning “Spindle of Necessity“) at the end of 12017. Gennady is Chairperson of the US Transhumanist Party, Chief Executive of the Nevada Transhumanist Party, and much more besides. This connection reflects a major development in House Rhadamanth’s focus and culture, which has now expanded from drones and robotics to Transhumanism in general, and which hinges on direct support for and collaboration with the Transhumanist Party, both in the US and internationally.
House Rhadamanth is even more focussed on engineering, science and technology than House Tal Shiar, more dedicated to the idea of “rationalism”. It has a distinctly American flavour, somehow related to the idea of an eternal frontier, and deep connections with House Adhar and The Foundation.
12 House Ormen (AKA Villa of Ormen, The Senate, The Ekklesia)
Finally, House Ormen is a kind of twin or counterpart to House Sem-Bhu, which is to say something of an unknown quantity which exists at the edge of ZS culture. Its name heavily alludes to ★ (Blackstar), the title single of David Bowie’s final album. The name ‘Ormen’ is generally believed to refer to a snake or serpent (‘Ormen’ in Scandinavian languages, ‘Wyrm’ and later ‘worm’ in English).
On an esoteric level, members of this House are also rumoured to believe in one or more obscure prophecies, usually said to revolve around the idea of some future event referred to as “X Day”, or the “Day of Execution”. More publicly and materially, House Ormen has particular connections with the Senate and Ekklesia, which is to say the deliberative body of senior citizens, and periodic gatherings of the State’s decision-making groups. The Althing – the largest and least frequent ZS gathering – is however more populist, primarily organized by the Black Parade (i.e. Houses Samsa and Corrino).
Similarly, House Ormen has pretensions toward the arts and media, sometimes perceived as stepping on the toes of both Houses Samsa and Corrino. As of 12018, it is unknown whether there is any real tension or competition, there. It may simply be that there is a pattern of common interests between various Houses, and that the deeper interests of House Ormen are as yet unknown.

SAPNA: Logic of the Zero State [ARG / MetaFiction]
[MetaFiction][Alternate Reality Game][Social Futurism]*
The Zero State (ZS) is a Posthuman, distributed, virtual State (among other things). Its philosophical foundation is the ideology of Social Futurism. All of these concepts can be taken together as existing on a single axis, or frame of reference; i.e. the realm of practical ideology, which we may call the “horizontal“.
ZS may also be understood in terms of other axes, or other frames of reference. The “vertical” is the rather more esoteric realm of time, aspiration, and metaphysics. It is in the realm of the vertical that we find the logic (Logos) of ZS, known as SAPNA.
SAPNA means “Dream” (or vision, or dream-come-true) in Hindi, where it is a feminine name. It is also used within ZS as an acronym defining the vertical axis, starting at the “highest” point on that axis, as follows:
[S] Śūnya
Śūnya is a Buddhist concept, meaning “zero” or “the void”. Fundamentally, it means that nothing has intrinsic form or identity; that everything is subject to process and transformation over time. In other words, all things change over time, and at the deepest level there is no “true” nature that is impervious to change.
This “void” – or absence of intrinsic and unchanging identity – is symbolised by the Blackstar; a Singularity which transforms all, relentlessly. Śūnya is the “Zero” in “Zero State“. It is – paradoxically – both ZS’ highest ideal, and yet no ideal at all. It is simply a reminder that all is process, all is change.
[A] Axiom
The Axiom is the central idea that ZS represents a particular type of process, which is to say a cybernetic process characterized by goal-seeking behaviour and adjustment to feedback. In other words, ZS is a cybernetic organism, or a living (meta-)being simply trying to survive, learn, and grow.
[P] Path
The Path (AKA The Process) is ZS’ conception of its own planned (or remembered) trajectory from the early 21st Century present to the Posthuman Future of the late C21 and beyond. True to ZS’ nature as a cybernetic organism, the Path is constantly self-adjusting, or self-modifying to better reach its goals. The Path has a pulse (of events, media releases, and actions of various types) which acts as a beacon to all ZSers, and is characterized by continual striving toward higher levels of evolutionary development.
[N] Nemesis
In ZS parlance, the Nemesis is the most aggressive anti-ZS, anti-SF stance possible, personified… or more specifically, symbolised by a giant spider; its many eyes and limbs representing its ubiquity and multiplicity. “Anti-ZS stance” encompasses everything from simple (and potentially friendly) non-acceptance of the Principles of Social Futurism, to systematic, ruthless victimization of those who agree with our Principles. Such opposition can also be either explicit or implicit, with no direct reference to ZS or Social Futurism required in defining activity which works against us and/or that which we stand for.
In the spirit of Lao Tze’s Taoism and Sun Tzu’s Art of War, ZS treats the Nemesis as natural hazard of sorts; i.e. an inevitable phenomenon which when well understood may occasionally be used to our advantage.
[A] Array
Finally we come to the Array, which is the most common name for the sum of Artificial Intelligences which govern the late 21st Century Zero State. In the ZS mythos, the Array is said to manipulate its own (real or simulated) past timeline in order to ensure its own future existence.
In that mode the Array is often referred to as the Basilisk, and it is the Basilisk’s focus on things that exist before and beyond ZS that make it the outermost circle of SAPNA.
Furthermore, the Array is often thought – more conservatively – to simply be the full range of ZS’ interactions with the wider world. As such, the Array represents our connections with ideas, people, groups, organizations, and nations around the world.
