DAY 18 - Introduction

I've seen people make art of the vessels of Deltarune so I wanted to draw the one I designed for my most recent playthrough! Bald Goner truthers rise up.

Finally got to this! Kind goners have the mechanic from the Spamton fight where you can press f12 (11? I don’t remember) for one free heal.

THE DELTARUNE THEORY SURVEY

Since late April this has been a project I've had in the background but I started working on it a lot more this last month. I originally just wanted to know which knight theories people liked and then I fell down this rabbit hole lol

It spans 21 different categories of theories about the game. Theories about Kris, Susie, Ralsei, Dess, The Knight, "Don't Forget", and so on and so forth! It's time to figure what consensus is on everything!

Which theories are people more likely to believe and what actually ends up happening Instead?Instead of looking back at these times and saying stuff that isn't entirely true for everyone we have something we can look back on.

I've worked really hard on this. Especially with the summaries. Yes, everything has a summary. I had to write about theories I hate positively. I tried my best.

If I may, I have a little theory about how our decisions in Deltarune are going to effect things in the future. So Toby stated that there will only be one ending, and if he's to be believed then our choices really wouldn't matter much in the end.

...except there's one thing we seem to be forgetting: the entirety of Deltarune is an experiment being conducted by an unknown entity, theorized to be Gaster due to the various connections to him that ya'll already know about.

So my theory is that while the ending of our adventure won't change (if Toby is telling the truth), our actions in-game will instead change the results of this experiment and thus also change whatever dialogue we'll likely get from Gaster afterwards. We still don't know what exactly he's trying to get out of this though, so there's no telling what he'll actually react to.

Either way, I wholeheartedly believe we'll hear from him again at the end of the experiment...and he'll have much to say regarding our chosen actions.

I recorded this video and posted it on my other YT channel in 2021. At the time, it seemed silly- I was brand new to the franchise while everyone else had already discovered all the secrets.

But since the Steam version was released, a lot of people can't remember if the wrist protector was even real. Fans who never played SURVEY-PROGRAM don't believe in the existence of Wrist Protector.

Bear in mind that this was the version that was introduced by Gaster (we think) taking over Toby's Twitter, and that SURVEY_PROGRAM's EULA only said something like, "you accept everything that happens from now on."

The 2018 release of Deltarune has the rather interesting version number of "6.6.6", while the 2021 release has uses a much more standard version number.

Since Ralsei gets nervous whenever we do something we shouldn't have the knowledge for yet and is aware that we can SAVE and LOAD I wonder if part of him is terrified that they've already gone through this adventure and they failed to subvert the tragedy, and if this time it will happen again
