Teachings of Islam (Teachings of Mohammad Sahib)
Teachings of Mohammad Prophet Mohammad did not preach any deep philosophy. According to Dr Tarachand, “His religion was very simple. There were little theories or any of essential sanctifying or purificatory sites because according to Quran, God wishes to lessen the burden of the people and make their life easy. Prophet Mohammad mainly preached three things—truth, pure life and strong faith in…

I suppose people seething about atheists, who claim that we only know how to criticize Christianity, want us to. What. Air our specific grievances with minority religions on a mostly Western platform, on main? Seriously? When you see us dancing around those details, it's often on purpose.
#disregarding ethics and responsible behavior for a moment#you would be mad at us for that too#like remember that post about how teaching a child about hell is kinda evil and then OP pointed out that it applies to Islam too?#people got so mad dude. like. you know we can't win here and come out looking and being good.#ac speaks#atheism

I see where people are coming from when they say "they won't teach about x subject yet they'll reach religion?" or "they shouldn't be talking about religion in schools" but it still kinda misses the point. The problem isn't that they're teaching about religion in schools at all. the issue is that they only teach about one religion (Christianity) and they talk about it as if it's the only religion or the only good religion, and depending on which school you go to they may force those who aren't Christian to partake in Christian activities. The solution isn't to stop talking about religion in schools. The solution is to talk about all religions, to talk about athiesm and agnosticism, to talk about religious trauma, to talk about the history of religion, to talk about cults, to talk about bigotry that some religious groups (especially jews and muslims) face and to give *all* religious people a choice to practice.
I don't want schools to stop teaching about religion. I want schools to stop telling kids that there's only one religion to follow, I want schools to teach about all religions, all beliefs, and to allow non-christians to have to freedom to practice their own and to not force them to partake in christian practices.
#there is a way to teach kids about religion without indoctrinating them into believing hateful stuff#i was lucky enough to learn about all other religions during my freshman year#as well as the obstacles some religious groups like muslims and jews face#(in fact we even watched a video about the history of antisemitism)#christianity#islam#judaism#atheism#agnostisizm#religion#hinduism#buddhism#paganism

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Part of the perfection of one’s Islam is his leaving that which does not concern him.” A hasan (good) hadeeth which was related by at-Tirmidhi and others in this fashion.

I always questioned why a God who claims to love us in the Qur'an would also expect us to be thankful of him in the face of loss (Of life & financially), hunger and adversity. (2:155)
But in hindsight, every bottom of the rut experience I've gone through has only taught me one thing: I don't even remember how i got through it. I only remember how much I leveled up and in such a short period of time. The personal rebrand that every single adversity requires of you to change wouldn't be possible under normal circumstances because our brains are wired as such. Who knows us better than our creator, afterall?
In the same chapter, Allah says: "And it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allah knows but you do not know."
If you're praying for better things but don't change yourself, the same obstacles and the same kind of people will keep making its way back to you. Until you just can't not face it anymore.

Surah Al Qasas: Chapter 2
Pharaoh divided the people of Egypt into two groups.
The two groups were:
-Bani Israel - who shifted to Egypt through Yusuf AS
-Qibti - The locals of Egypt
Although they were living in same land, Pharaoh had created a division.
He would oppress Bani Israel. He made them the lowest class and tortured them to the point that he would slaughter their sons and keep the women alive and no one from the other group stood up to defend them.
Because of the division. Firaun had done a good job of separating them, creating animosity between them.
This was very important for Firaun because if people start seeing themselves as one, then they may unify, and if they unify, then he may lose control over them. If you can keep people apart, if you can keep people divided, then you can pick them off easily. If people are united, you can't touch them. The easiest way to do that is to create a class society.
So, Pharaoh had a plan. He wanted to destroy, oppress, and control Bani Israel.
But Allah had a different plan. Allah wanted to make those oppressed people leaders and inheritors of the land as mentioned in Surah al Qasas.
Whose plan worked out at the end? Allah's plan!
Oppression and injustice cannot exist forever. Allah does not like fasaad. He allows it to happen, He let's the oppressors do whatever they want to only for some time.
Eventually what happens? Allah intervenes and seizes the oppressor.
We have studied again and again that any person who reached the height of power, eventually he was brought down.
Prophet SAW said, Fear the prayer of the oppressed, for indeed it is carried on clouds. Allah says by my honor and glory, I will surely help you even if it is after a time.
THIS IS WHY WE MUST NEVER LOSE HOPE.
There seemed to be no escape for Bani Israel, but weren't they saved? Yes.
Allah was telling this story to the Prophet (pbuh) when the Quraysh were oppressing him and every Muslim in Makkah. It sent a message that your pharaoh, the Quraysh, will be brought down very soon. Through the Prophet (pbuh), this story tells us that today's pharaoh 🇮🇱 will also be brought down very soon, and the oppressed people 🇵🇸 will be free. In the end, it is Allah's plan that wins.

The Importance of Teaching Women About Their Religious Affairs
Abū Saʿīd al-Khudrī (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: Some women requested the Prophet ﷺ to fix a day for them as the men were taking all his time. Thus, he promised them one day for religious lessons and commandments.
