guys.... have you seen the glamour dresser expansion?
Anything that's in a set can be stored as a single item e.g. entire quest reward sets.
Unrelated, if you threw out 1 or more parts of Tataru's various attempts to dress us up to make space because you'd never need them and only kept a pair of boots and gloves, you can buy them back at a calamity salvager to make a full set.
#it's a fun scavenger game!#I never got the pagos shoes it turns out but I use pagos other bits so often I'm buying the shoes off the mb because it's a net gain#ffxiv#as I was typing this I sold a random bit of an ARR glam I had from PotD on the MB#I think others are doing it too :P#get those pagos shoes now before everyone wants them

Question about posting asks: How much is too much?
I get more than I can draw for. I want to answer people's questions instead of ignoring them if I can't draw something, but at the same time, I don't want to flood dashboards with a bunch of non-art posts. I can't seem to answer an ask with anything less than 3 paragraphs of words word words, so that doesn't help matters.
Sometimes I bundle a bunch of asks together into a single post, but I worry that's not a great way to answer them either, since it's probably more onerous to read through 10,000 words at once instead of shorter chunks (assuming one cares to read my character ramblings at all, ha).
Would it help to have a dedicated tag so people can block the text-only posts if they don't want to see them? Thus far I've been trying to tag all non-art posts as #text, but maybe it would help to have something more specific. A tag for character/lore asks and one for... anything not that, perhaps.
#text#...yeah that tag really isn't very helpful is it#the solution here is âlearn to draw fasterâ but whenever i do that my life also gets busier so I am at net zero faster art production#jesus i can't even make a normal text post without typing three paragraphs AAAAAH WHEN WILL I SHUT UUUP#where is this verbosity when i need to write a paper

đ[ENG Translation] Joker Out exclusively for Style.
Before their performance at Sziget, Joker Out spoke exclusively to Style.Over.Net about what this means to them and when we can expect new music.
Article written by Meta Vrazic, published on 22.08.2024 on the Style.Over. Net website.
Translation by @kurooscoffee, review by a member of JokerOutSubs, proofread by @flowerlotus8
What do Tom Odell, Sam Smith, Bebe Rexha, and Kylie Minogue have in common?
All of these music giants shared the stage last week with the Slovenian band Joker Out at one of the biggest European festivals, Sziget.
Before their performance, they spoke exclusively to Style.Over.Net about what this means to them and when we can expect new music.

Photo: Vita Orehek
You're performing at Sziget, which means you're sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in the music industry. What does this mean for you?
Bojan: For us, this is a dream come true. Today (editor's note: on the day of the concert), we'll reach or even surpass our hidden hopes and dreams that every band starting out at 15 years old has.
Kris: I'd like to add that, in my opinion, it doesn't matter that much who is on stage before or after me. I focus more on which other performers have played on this stage at this time. In 2018, I listened to one of my favourite bands, The Kooks, at this exact time at Sziget. Lewis Capaldi also had his first performance at this time, and yesterday, Tom Odell got this slot. To me, it's an incredible achievement that we can compare ourselves with such names, especially in our region.
So you would equate yourselves with these artists? Do you see yourselves as equals?
Bojan: Yes, we're on par with Lewis Capaldi (laughs). No, we don't see ourselves as equals, but I would emphasise that this festival has 60 stages and over a thousand performers. So, being on the main stage at such a time is quite an amazing feeling.

Photo: Vita Orehek
In a recent interview, you mentioned differences between Slovenian and European stages. So, I have to ask â do you have a shower here?
Jure: Yes, I saw a shower. We'll definitely shower after the show since we're heading straight into a van and back to the studio.
So, you won't have a chance to walk around Sziget? When did you even arrive?
Jure: We left Hamburg at 7 AM, arrived at 11 AM, had a coffee, did a soundcheck, now we're talking to the media, then it's the concert, and back. It's pretty packed.

Photo: Vita Orehek
You've already performed for various audiences in many countries. Which audience is more demanding, Slovenian or international?
Bojan: Slovenian, for sure, because it's our home crowd. Other artists we've talked to also say that the home audience is always more demanding.
In Slovenia, we're omnipresent, both musically and in the media, so there are certain expectations. Some might even come to our shows hoping our performace would suck, so they can justify not liking us. Meanwhile, in other countries, they don't understand what we're saying, so they come just to let loose, dance, and have a good time.
International audiences sing incredibly well. If you closed your eyes during the concert and just listened, you'd think you were in Slovenia.
Kris: I'd add that someone willing to listen to music in another language is by default more open-minded and less demanding.
What's tougher: Sziget or Eurovision?
Jure: Eurovision, because we had no experience, and the pressure was much greater. We prepared for it for six months, whereas for a concert, you have a day or maybe even just a few hours.
Bojan: At Eurovision, it doesn't matter how good you are or what kind of performance you have. If you mess up in those three minutes, you're done. There are so many people there who don't care about your story or how precise you areâif you make a mistake, it's over. Whereas at a concert, you're there to have fun, and even mistakes are welcome as they make the experience more enjoyable.

Photo: Vita Orehek
How do you prepare for concerts? Do you have any special rituals?
Bojan: Not really. About 30 minutes before the concert, we completely calm down, practice a little, and then we all shout our motto together.
We've all heard stories about stars with very specific backstage food and drink requests. Do you have any special requests? What must be there for you?
Jure: Ginger shots, sour candies, vitamin water, towels...
Bojan: A mirror! It sounds bizarre, but there's often no mirror backstage, and before you go on stage, you can't check that everything's in place. So now we've specifically added a mirror to our list.
Is there even any stage fright still present before the concerts?
All: Yes, definitely.
Kris: Sometimes it happens about 20 minutes before the performance, depending on the day you're having.

Photo: Vita Orehek
And who's the most nervous?
Jure: Lately, it's been Bojan.
You now have songs in three different languages. What does this mean for your target audience? What is your target audience like, actually?
Bojan: We aim to have a good time. To play and enjoy ourselves, this music comes from us â and we haven't changed much during this time. Of course, we always try to find something new and different, depending on where the wind takes us.
I mainly think that you don't need to take this too seriously. If everyone checks their playlist and looks at the music they listen to, it's probably not all the same and monotonous. Why shouldn't it be the same for performers?
Have you ever felt that you aren't taken seriously because of the âboybandâ label?
Bojan: We get this most often precisely in Slovenia. When we did interviews abroad, serious journalists approached us with a great deal of respect. They often even came to our concerts before the interview and expressed their enthusiasm and respectâyou can feel that they take you seriously. Still, this doesn't bother us in Slovenia either, because, in reality, we are a âboyband.â

Photo: Vita Orehek
Do you ever get tired of any of your songs?
Kris: I always enjoy all our songs, but during a one-month tour in Europe, we involved the audience during the song 'Umazane misli'. And sometimes, while waiting for the audience, it drags on and gets a bit boring.
Bojan: Well, I had a great time even during those moments.
Of course, we need to check in on how the new album is coming along. When will it see the light of day?
Bojan: The album is expected to be âon time,â and you can expect it at the end of October. So far, things are moving well; we occasionally hit a âbumpâ that throws us off rhythm, but we're satisfied. We're doing well and holding up great.

Here is the animatic, finally
(Animation is here too but I'm not proud of it)
So sorry for the late update, WIFI was down for a bit too long but we got it fixed today a couple of minutes ago.
I had to put it onto a google drive because tumblr was bugging and wouldn't let me upload it so... yeah.
Anywho, here is my explanation for my work:
What I was initially trying to capture in this project was a sense of harmony and personal growth through Keath's transformation. This journey isnât just told visually â itâs deeply interwoven with sound, particularly through the use of 'Neath the Grove is a Heart'. The animation hinges on a subtle but powerful transition between two versions of the same song: the Larkhersal (rehearsal for the larks) rendition and the official Yaelokre track. This musical continuity acts as both a narrative bridge and an emotional anchor, where I hope to be guiding the viewer from one state of being to another.
youtube
And the official version which is ->
youtube
We begin with the Larkhersals â the characters embodying a softer, more whimsical expression of the self.
Left to Right: Kinglsey, Peregrine (Perrine), Clémente (Clementine) and Cole.
Cole and Clementine are not just companions; theyâre extensions of Keath's inner world, nurturing parts of identity that are often obscured or dismissed. They said so themself in the lives I had watch after the announcement of their world tour (Also congratulations Keath!)
The music plays a vital role here. The Larkhersal version of the song is almost imperfect, intimate and lacks rigidness which embodies the larks childlike joyâ much like a personal memory or nostalgic self-reflection. As the official version blends in, there's a noticeable shift in tone: it's fuller, more assured, echoing Keath's emergence as a cohesive, actualized being. The transition is almost seamless, underscoring the idea that this change isnât jarring or destructive, but organic and necessary without having to take away the inevitable chaos.
Visually, the animation follows a pose-to-pose structure to emphasize moments of stillness and transformation. These poses act almost like visual "beats" in the music â points where emotional or symbolic shifts take place. The interplay of rhythm, gesture, and expression is meant to create a meditative pace, inviting the viewer to sit with each stage of the characterâs evolution and understand the significance of the moment.
Ultimately, this piece is about inner reconciliation and an acknowledgement of the story's significance. Through character design, sound design, and animation technique, Iâve tried to create a narrative that feels both deeply personal and universally resonant. Keath's story is not just about becoming someone new â it's about becoming more wholly oneself, in harmony with the fragments that have always existed in a world their own making.
Maybe in a way it's also a thank you note from me to them in celebration of their first world tour.
Thank you for reading!

I have a mystery pokemon egg. An mri scan has confirmed it is a grass/poison type but that is about the end of what I know.
Any advice for a new dad grass type/poison type trainer?
It's always an adventure with eggs, especially whenever you find or are gifted one.
You did well by getting it examined, and a Grass/Poison type is a pretty common and well understood typing, so thankfully, it won't be hard getting resources for it.
Bulbasaur, Bellsprout, Oddish, Budew, and Foongus are your potential hatchlings.
All of them thankfully have similar needs, with slight differences.
The biggest need is going to be sunlight, so make sure they are out enough to help them grow healthy.
Fresh water will of course be needed, and they will feel amazing in proper soil, so a few times a month you should have a nice sized pot of fresh soil for them to essentially nap in, trust me they will love it.
Now while they are young they might not have full control on theor pollen production, so you'll want to give them a little rinse off if you live in a small area or a place with a lot of people around, helps keep the aggressive spores down.
Out of all of the potential pokemon, Budew might be the most needy since they are more flower than root or vine, so weather will be a serious hurtle of them.
Make sure they don't get too much sunlight or they might wilt, same with too much water, it's a delicate balance.
Once they evolve, they will be able to regulate their water and sun more easily.
Other than that, just follow the basic care guides you can get at pokemon centers, and you'll be great!
I hope you let us know what hatches!
