People have pointed out the vultures flying over the house of the KKK couple that let Remmick in and it signaling their deaths/turning, but you can see vultures at multiple points in the first half.

Flying over the twins as they wait for Hogwood, a vultures flies in WITH Hogwood when he drives up to sell the mill, and you see a bunch of them flying over the juke joint once all the patrons start arriving.

All their fates were set that day, and they didn't know it
