There is a 0.3% fee for swapping tokens on Uniswap. This fee is split by liquidity providers proportional to their contribution to liquidity reserves. It is functioning as a payout to all liquidity providers proportional to their share of the pool.
Staking rewards
In addition, you will earn Savix staking rewards from the embedded staking protocol while your tokens get used as liquidity.
Trinary rewards
Whenever liquidity is deposited into a uniswap pool, special tokens known as liquidity tokens are minted to the provider’s address, in proportion to how much liquidity they contributed to the pool. These tokens are a representation of a liquidity provider’s contribution to a pool. With Savix “Trinary” it is possible to deposit Savix liquidity tokens for up to 6 month to receive yet another reward layer: ETH from our Ecosystem Fund. We expect a return of 7% to 15% of the initial investment directly paid in ETH over the first 6 month.

Now that a lot of people are suddenly feeling the need to move their webcomics to an independent hosting site, I really to spread this around...if you're going with Wordpress, don't use ComicPress! This person uses the technique (they call it God's Eye View) for screenplay writing, so there's a whole thing about color-coding scenes based on what characters are in the scenes that I just don't bother doing, so don't let the crazy rainbow intimidate you! Is “trusting people” really the crux of the sharing economy? - by Ricky Ghoshroy

When you get onto your Uber app and summon your stranger to come whisk you away to your intended destination, how long during your wait do you spend thinking about whether or not you trust your driver?
I think about the price, I think about how long it’s going to take for the driver to get to me, I think about how long it is going to take me to get where I’m going, I might think about checking Lyft, but rarely, if ever, do I wonder is this safe? Should I trust this stranger to know my name and where I work or where I live? Do they trust me? It’s a two way street after all and in a matter of moments, I’ll know their name, the make and model of their car, and even their license plate.
I’ll admit that I don’t think too much about it. Mainly, I calculate the difference between the cost of the Uber ride and public transportation, which I’ll weigh against the time and inconvenience saved through a door-to-door service. Uber wins that calculus more often than not and trust doesn’t fit into the equation. In retrospect, I’ve definitely had some drivers with serial killer-esque mugshots for profile photos, but that’s always been more a source of amusement than worry.

When I first listened to Rachel Botsman’s Ted Talk titled “We’ve stopped trusting institutions and started trusting strangers”—the ideas she presented really resonated with me. Particularly, the idea that working one’s way through the three layers of the trust stack (idea, platform, people) is the key to the sharing economy in its current state. She argues the aspect of commerce that relies on trust is shifting away from institutions, which she describes as “closed, centralized, licensed, and top-down” in favor of something more de-centralized and transparent, where both consumers and producers (or riders and drivers in the case of Uber) are accountable to one another. I personally remember going through that progression: first starting to come around to the idea of ride-sharing as more of my friends were using it (trusting the idea) and then once the term “to Uber” became a verb, it had reached a level of legitimacy that I was ready to try it (trusting the platform).
However, I would argue that I skipped the “trust the person” phase in the trust stack. Further, I would contend that while “who” we trust may have changed. fundamentally “what” we trust hasn’t. We still trust opaque, centralized, top-down institutions over individuals. Uber is a privately-owned institution operating in 600 cities in 78 countries, with 75 million riders, and providing roughly 4 billion rides annually (and growing). It’s driver-passenger matching algorithms are a mystery as is its pricing structure, its recruitment practices have come under scrutiny, as have its workplace policies and I’d be hard-pressed to argue that it is any more transparent or less top-down than the traditional taxi cab industry. All I know is that when I click the app, a car arrives and takes me where I need to go.
When I first was trying to introduce the concept of Uber to my mom, she was very skeptical. “You’re going to get into a stranger’s car? Is that safe?” Sure it is. It is actually safer than a cab, because Uber has the location that I hailed my ride, all of my driver’s information, where I am going, and no money exchanges hands. If I have an issue, I can contact Uber—they have all of the information about the ride. I use Uber precisely because I don’t have to trust the driver (any more than I already have to trust the state’s ability to label a driver as competent by giving them a license).  
It isn’t that I discount the possibility that my driver might not take me to my destination and kill me instead, it is that I think he or she would be much more likely to get caught because of how the Uber app works. There just seem to be many other ways to commit random murder than to become someone’s Uber driver. I would add that if taxis could match or beat Uber prices—I would probably prefer them as professional drivers fair better on the streets of Boston than do novices. While I’m certainly skeptical of many established institutions, my decision to use alternatives are mostly economic-based and not founded on an inherent mistrust of the establishment. Similarly with hotels, Airbnb almost always provides prices that are lower than an equivalent hotel stay. While travelers who use Airbnb frequently mention other benefits over hotels (better locations, more authentic experience), 55% of people surveyed suggest price is the primary reason. There is also comfort in knowing that Airbnb (whose profits depend on having a good reputation) is backing the experience. While I wouldn’t crash on a stranger’s couch who posted a classified ad in a city I was visiting, I might book that same couch through Airbnb—its name (not the profile picture of the owner) lends the credibility.    
Botsman’s makes some really astute points as to the shifting landscape of commerce in general, brought about by these new technologies which enables people to do business directly with each other. But as to whether people are fundamentally more trusting of other people over institutions I am still skeptical. Rather I think that technology has really enabled the introduction of new institutions in spaces previously dominated (and held captive) by old ones.

Entry 1 - Sustainability Practice of a Sports Venue
Amsterdam ArenA also known as the Johan Cruyff Arena, is a sporting arena based in the Netherlands. This arena is home to the Ajax Football Club (AFC). This arena is powered by more than 4,200 solar panels and a wind turbine to help with using less power and being a more sustainable arena as most traditional arena’s do use up a lot of resources. 
The Amsterdam Arena has an energy storage system using recycled batteries and electric vehicles to help reuse power instead of having to use newly generated power from the grid which saves a lot of money for the stadium owners and helps the environment. In research done by (Interreg North Sea Region SEEV4-City, 2020) it has been stated that “ the 1 MWp solar installation on the roof of the venue, the JC ArenA already produces around 8% of the electricity it needs, the rest is by certified regional wind energy” which is a massive reduction in the new power needed to run the facilities allowing for a more sustainable stadium. 
But also with the implementation of reusable batteries for electricity (Interreg North Sea Region SEEV4-City, 2020) also states that “Within the Seev4-City project the JC ArenA has invested in a 3 MW/2.8 MWh battery energy storage system, 14 EV charging stations and one V2G charging unit. The plan was to construct the 2.8 MWh battery with 148 2 nd life electric car batteries, but at the moment of realization there were not enough 2 nd life EV batteries available, so 40% is 2 nd life” which is another step towards an eco-friendly future.
The Amsterdam Arena reuses its rainwater that it collects by using a drainage system on the roof that collects the water and feeds into the pitch which means that the stadium is reducing the amount of new water being used and reusing the supply they already have. In the Amsterdam Arena the Storage buildings use Nissan leaf batteries to power the stadium and distribute energy to the surrounding neighbourhood which cuts a lot of costs down for powering the stadium and surrounding neighbourhoods as well as providing a more sustainable and liveable area. 
The Amsterdam Arena also provides discounts for the public transport to reduce car emissions from people heading to the stadiums so that the air is more breathable and the area is liveable.

The Johan Cruijff ArenA has 9 noticeable key features that make it stand out from its competitors from a sustainability perspective. As stated by (van Heck et al., 2021) these features are “cash registers, cleaning, crowd control, energy consumption and battery, mobility portal, smart turf monitoring system, staffing, technical maintenance, and ticketing check-in” This paper examined these features that improved the Johan Cruijff ArenA’s overall environmental and sustainability ratings and it was said that “the visitors’ experience is positively impacted” (van Heck et al., 2021). This is one of the most sustainable stadiums in the world and is a stadium that is setting the standard for the rest of world to take notice and follow suit for future stadiums being built.

Signing up on the Worldpackers website is free and easy. It’ll allow you to get familiar with how it works and to begin scoping out potential opportunities.
To register for free, click the “Join Community” button on the home page and choose to sign up with your email address or Facebook account.
When using email, you’ll also be asked for your name, gender (he, she, neutral), and date of birth.
