hiiii! I’ve loved and read and reread your f1 fics and I love love love! I’ve also recently (past year lol) been getting more into choscar’s dynamic and I want to send you some thoughts I also shared w another writer here about it!

I love lestappen but I do like the idea of everyone, even max and charles, always expecting them to end up together and then oscar comes in and maybe max is still w his long-time partner, or they have a child or they’re both in relationships bc they’re thinking it’s not possible while they’re in f1, and charles somehow falls in love w oscar anyway

I like choscar’s parallels and them being linked through seb/mark and arthur and those comments charles made about oscar while in f2 and then an interviewer asking oscar about it and him looking so pleased about it. them having a similar sense of humor (even being well-versed in the pr game), oscar being so obvious and unashamed about his interest in charles and charles being quite fond of oscar from the get go compared to other new drivers. I like the charles being (or having to be) more extrovert and oscar more of an introvert, staying at home instead of celebrating, and how maybe max makes him feel more fiery all the time and oscar does as well on track, but off-track he makes him feel more calm? thinking of it like how katniss feelings about gale and peeta (not to compare gale to max!!!!!!!!) but this quote specifically:

“That what I need to survive is not Gale's fire, kindled with rage and hatred. I have plenty of fire myself. What I need is the dandelion in the spring. anyways I have so many thoughts about them, and they’re all fueled by oscar being so unashamed to keep being obvious about how much he likes charles despite the ferrari x mclaren rivalry (hello, modern day romeo and juliet) and the whole grid dynamic of them + max, lando, carlos, etc… also how he doesn’t care if everyone thinks lestappen are endgame, he’s very much like “well, I don’t see a ring on his finger” lol

AND THE KATNISS/PETA/GALE COMPARISON I AM SCREAMING ITS SO TRUE. the similarities between max and oscar are what draw charles to oscar but the difference is what makes him stay its so. compelling. and oscar continuously shooting his shot anyway even though max and charles seem 'destined' because like. he's an f1 driver. he's ALWAYS going to go for the win. if you no longer go for a gap that exists etc.

Two show recommendations!

One Day, it's on Netflix. Leo Woodall has a good amount of physical and emotional whump- episodes 5 (physical: hungover, throws up [not my thing but won't yuck yums]) and emotional: on the verge of tears, tears, emotional breakdown, pained sobbing) episode 6 (drunk, confused, embarrassed, lonely) episode 12 (emotional: on the verge of tears, voice crack, sheds tears- and later in the episode, the same thing again, except he's holding back tears for a while), and episode 14- (physical: beat up, drunk, bruised and bloody, throws up, tended to and cleaned up by ex) and (emotional: drunk tearfulness, sobbing, tears, and a lot of palpable grief)

The other show is SouthLAnd. Too many episodes to cover. Physical whump: back injury, chronic pain, addiction, characters get beat up, shot. Emotional whump: on the verge of tears, tears, sobbing, grief, emotional/physical trauma, ptsd. Great show!

Cuál me define mejor? Ninguna, todas son yo.

Desde pequeña me dicen que tengo algo que es llamativo, que resalta...Realmente es algo conflictivo para mí porque sé que estoy destinada a algo grande, pero mi otro lado solo se rie porque todos somos especiales. JAJAJ y no hablo de gente "especial" solo que es raro. Siempre sentí que no encajaba en ningún lugar y fue una gran frustración para mí porque nada de lo que hiciera llenaba ese vacío tan grande.

Mi error más grande fue creer que debía "pertenecer", comencé a reflexionar y decía " Por qué debo seguir la marea?. Empecé a Destruirme por completo y crear una versión mía donde me sintiera orgullosa de lo que soy y cuando viera mi vida atrás no me arrepintiera de nada.

Ese fue mi primer credo: " no nos vamos a arrepentir de nada", me ha pasado lo mejor y lo peor con eso...hay cosas que xuxa ojalá me hubieran aconsejado bien, pero lo empírico mata teoría y me gusta. Suena brusco, pero nadie me puede venir a contarme historias.

En la destrucción hay belleza, en la oscuridad habrá luz y en la maldad habrá bien. Solo los que han vivido lo peor de este mundo, te darán lo mejor de sí mismo. En otras palabras, solo las personas que han vivido la guerra, prefieren paz antes que guerra.

Pero todos debemos tener guerra para tener paz, así funciona el mundo y el ser humano. Para lograr ser lo que soy, debí muchas veces destruirme, para luego construirme más fuerte. Muchas veces debí escuchar antes de hablar y otra veces debí observar antes de actuar.

Una vez me dijeron que la vida no es un ensayo y error, tiene razón no podemos andar por ahí equivocandonos o adivinando cual es la mejor opción de nosotros. Hay que tener la metas claras, pero tampoco soy una máquina que tiene todas las respuestas. No tengo tanta suerte como para saber elegir a las personas que entran en mi vida, tengo ese radar muy malo jajjaja, pero siempre me enseñan algo.

Destruir no está mal...vienen cosas buenas de eso, pero siempre hay un costo que pagar. " Para tener lo que deseas, siempre debes dejar ir algo" ese es mi segundo credo.

Para obtener esta versión mía pasé por mucho, deje amistades atrás, me enfrenté a miedos, entré en conflicto conmigo misma, tuve que buscar quien era, cambiar mis creencias y un sin fin de cosas más.

Hay que ser osado para hacer eso porque se sufre mucho, pero después de la destrucción viene una nueva vida y es así. ( me acabo de acordar del man del tarot jajaja).

Sí estoy orgullosa de quién soy y de lo que he logrado, pero aún tengo hambre...

Puede que no sea tan valiosa para algunos, tal vez sea una persona que siente mucho o tengo una mente algo conflictiva, pero sé que tengo un buen corazón.

Cuando dejas el egoísmo, el ego y el orgullo de lado las cosas se vuelven más claras. Entiendo que muchas personas hacen daño porque también están heridos, eso no los justifica, pero lo comprendo.

-Puedo entender que sean reservados sobre sus cosas, a lo mejor tienen creencias que si lo dicen después no se cumplen o saben que las personas son muy envidiosas.

-Puedo entender que me hayas dejado de querer por todos los problemas y fue más fácil reemplazar que arreglar.

-Puedo entender que te odio, pero no te deseo mal.

-Puedo entender porque sigo creyendo que hay bondad en las personas aunque siempre se terminan aprovechando de eso.

y así...

Todo eso lo logras ver cuando ya has vivido mucho dolor, pero te ha hecho madurar y agradecer lo que has vivido.

Soy muy agradecida con las personas que entran a mi vida y siempre los tengo presente. Guardo tarjetas de mis XV, cartas y regalos que en su momento me dieron durante mi secundaria. Gracias a ellos, soy quien soy.

Por cierto, Ya vieron el documental de Arnold Schwarzenegger, bruhhhhhh inspirador.
