If your Alastor stayed with Vox for a full day after The Ordeal, what was it like when he realized he needed to disappear and give Vox back to the Vees? (Mod of randomly--accessed--memories)

Nerve wracking but not an immediate concern.

I don’t think Alastor necessarily hates the Vees until he comes back. He isn’t happy about what they represent—Valentino with his overt sexuality and Velvette with her immaturity—but doesn’t believe they will hurt him. They were his replacements, but he doesn’t know them explicitly.

He probably assumed he could check in via frequency until he realized he couldn’t. That would have been an issue, but he’s already in Heaven and there’s nothing he can do.

Once he comes back and sees the full picture, that’s when he starts to believe the Vees are toxic and “ruined” Vox. Because even though he shares some similarities with Niffty, she was broken long before Alastor “helped” her.

So the Vees most likely broke Vox in a similar way once “he told them no”—in Alastor’s opinion.

I’ll discuss the differences in directives themselves in another post, but erasing the Vees is less about getting rid of their influence at first and much more about returning to old times. He would have tried to reset Vox complete decades back rather than pick pieces apart. Bring him back to a place where he and Alastor were at their peak together.

Obviously that’s different in current multiverse drama, where he’s already mistrusting and resents them entirely, but overall those are my thoughts.

CAMPING IN DENOUEMENT OF SIN FOR A MONTH ー FIRST WEEK RESULTS

I'm doing a little experiment where I will farm the same domain (Fontaine domain for now) for one month straight to see what this gets you in terms of useable artifacts.

I just finished my first week of farming and these are the results.

-> 1080 resin -> 27 runs

As you can see, the domain clearly favored Golden Troupe for me this week! I'm mainly looking for Golden Troupe pieces for my Fischl, Albedo and future Furina, so I'm not complaining. Still, these results were quite shocking to me!

I was also surprised by how little flowers I got and got way more circlets than I expected.

When we look at a detailed breakdown of the Sands, Circlets and Goblets, RNG was not in my favor. While I did get some ATK% and HP% sands, most of them had terrible sub stats, unfortunately. :/

The biggest letdown were definitely the circlets though. I got a total of 18 circlets but only ONE of them had a crit main stat and subpar sub stats.

HOW MANY POTENTIALLY GOOD PIECES DID I GET?

Out of the 62 five star artifacts I got, only these 4 I would say could potentially be good. Unfortunately, they're all 3-liners. > <

The goblet could be a good off-piece for Dendro DPS characters or potentially even as part of 2P set for someone like Tighnari who does a lot of charged shots.

The HP% sands has potential for Furina while the DEF% sands will most likely be an upgrade for my Albedo, depending on how it rolls.

Lastly the flower is the least impressive of the four since I prefer those to be 4 liners to start but if it rolls into atk% or EM and has a lot of crit rolls, it could be good for Fischl. If the last stat is def% it's a potential upgrade for Albedo and if it gets HP%, it could be usable for Furina.

WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENTS?

An on set Geo goblet for Albedo, awesome! ...Until you look at those sub stats. That's just a big OOF.

Lastly we have amazing sub stats for someone like Wriothesley who uses crit, EM (for melt) and ATK%...but then the main stat is DEF%. F in the chat, please.

As normal world cranes family got at him for being weak and needing to Toughen up, weaknesses this au it's different... her emotions as a kid and growing up were very much downplayed by her family for her being a girl. She was very much told she was overreacting with a lot of her emotions and wasn't very lady like so instead of being detached from her emotions because she sees them as a weakness she feels like her emotions don't matter so why show if nobody will care? Why be open when nobody will care and you're just probably overreacting.

“act like a lady” was very much told to her throughout her childhood, hobbies and everything, making her help around the house A LOT, Enforcing gender roles and again if they got mad at her for not following such we already know about the closet..

Hello again, Rodger! To answer your first question, I suppose the role of a Questionnaire always came naturally as an Artificial Intelligence based toon, even if the answers are coded in. Feeling a bit of burnout, so,,

The group has a fight with the Abyss, with Abyssal teetering on the edge of joining or not. She decides to join, much the relief the Abyss and the (quick) happiness of the Admins.

The fight goes for a while, with Abyssal alternating between sides due to her actual morals and her Abyss Code

With Sora there, they have him replicate what he did with the Abyss Blob to sever Abyssal's connection.. but in the heat of the moment they failed to realize one thing; the Blob wasn't sentient, and didn't really think.

So she is.. Going Through It. Aka the pain of forcly severed from the Abyss is so much it makes her go haywire, attacking literally everyone because her code just doesn't know what's right.

Meanwhile, Duck is explaining to Vee what exactly Abyssal is, where she came from, and how the Abyss is literally the only thing he and Database have ever agreed on. Cue this being the moment of Vee telling what also has happened, much to his shock.

Poor Ecolo is just watching the fight unfold. He has no clue what's going on.

I don't know exactly how the Abyss gets beaten back, but it does. Not before cursing everyone and swearing that it will be back and it will collect its daughter. Who promptly passes out upon the cracks in the world being repaired.

Abyssal is brought back, and there's many-a glare by the main Admins to any of the others that try and protest this. Vitality meanwhile legitimately passes out upon seeing Abyssal's state.

Ecolo pops in to check on Abyssal. Best Shadow Duo ever, you can fiGHT ME-

Vitality is very confused by whatever is coming into the medical ward, but she can never seem to remember what it is..
