Baby Elsa! ❄️👶

Before becoming a Frozen nerd, I often wondered how Elsa was an infant. We know about her life as a toddler before and after the accident, but how was she as a wee baby? How did Agnarr and Iduna react to finding out about their first-born being blessed with such a power over ice and snow? Luckily, these two pieces of media were already ahead of me!

Here is baby Elsa making snow in her cradle as Agnarr and Iduna reassure each other 🥹

And of course, we also see baby Elsa in Chapter 42 of Dangerous Secrets in Iduna's POV, written by Mari Mancusi.

I love the way this scene was written and the way Iduna's and Agnarr's reactions were handled. It was exactly the way we would've expected it, knowing them as characters! 👏

I highly doubt it, but I wish we could get a glimpse of Anna and Elsa as infants in the upcoming sequels. We've already seen the sisters in almost all the stages of their lives, so they might as well add their baby phases into the mix while they're still making movies! 😅

And I just know editors would have a field day should that ever happen 'cause they don't need to keep reusing scenes of baby Rapunzel whenever they want to depict a baby Elsa or Anna LOL IYKYK

Words can't describe how thrilled I am with this new Frozen Fantasy pin I bought! ❄️☃️ I bought it from a seller on Vinted. It's also my very first Frozen pin I own! I still can't believe it because it's literally an Agnarr and Iduna pin 🥹💙, and they are my favorite characters forever. I love them so much!! ❄️💙

Iduna & Agnarr (Frozen)

Revamping of this old art -> Happy Valentine which I made a while ago. It seems like I've been getting back to a lot of Frozen things XD and not necessarily by my own volition.

It all started because @sarrafrozenfan2020 commented on the old Redbubble post saying she wanted tp get it and I was like "Oh, that's great! Haha, awesome, yeaaah. Can you please not do it, it's so old plis, let me try drawing it again." So here we are.

For a moment there I was actually kind of worried that past me would've done a better job than me. But this was a nice exercised really! Seeing how far I've come (even when trying to draw disney's style still vexes me hehe).

"Chocolate makes everything better..." 💕

Today is World Chocolate Day, and it inspired me to create some Frozen edits related to chocolate since we all know Anna and Elsa love chocolate so much in the movie. But maybe not everyone knows that their parents also loved chocolate 🌹

In the novel Dangerous Secrets, Agnarr gave Iduna chocolate when she saved him from the dam war, even though he didn't know who had saved him (DS Eng-hardcopy, pg. 25). After the war happened and the mist covered the Enchanted Forest, Agnarr and Iduna still went to the mist bianually to see if there was any way to make it go away. Agnarr always brought chocolate to the trip because, as we know, chocolate makes everything better (DS Eng-hardcopy, pg. 72). I guess that's why Anna and Elsa love chocolate too, which is lovely 💙

Regarding the edit concept, there's a bar of chocolate held by young Agnarr, but I'm not sure if it's clear to everyone haha. I tried to edit the scene where young Agnarr has his snack, which is chocolate, while Iduna checks on the mist (DS Eng-hardcopy, pg. 95). And Elsa found this memory in Ahtohallan and transformed it into an ice sculpture to show Anna. While my initial idea was just a simple blend edit of Anna and Elsa saying "What's that amazing smell? Chocolate!" but it seemed pale and meaningless to me, so I decided to try a more complex edit 😁

It was very hard to edit young Agnarr and Iduna into ice sculptures; it doesn't look exactly like in the movie, but I guess I did it anyway 😁

The Agduna (Agnarr x Iduna) centered short story "A perfect night" was released for free by Mari on February 10th, 2021 on nerdist.com and this was the 1-year-anniversary edition I put together in 2022!
