she's called miss phonia and a generic insert for any superpowers 'verse. though I will admit I made her based on the worm powers poll (shaker w/ stranger secondary ftw!) her power is AoE sound control. absolutely not the power I'd actually get, but if I could choose...

also, my ass would NOT be on scene for fights!! concussive sound blasts are concussive sound blasts wherever they originate... catch me as far off as my range permits, disguised as a civilian, keeping track of things with binoculars. hiring people to wear my costume and act as decoys while I centre my sound control around them. when the enemy captures them and lets their guard down enough to resume audio communications I silence their comms and insert my disguised voice in its place. honestly idk why more shakers with wide range don't use master tactics. c'mon you guys

that's also why her costume has a cape. looks over practicality because she's not gonna be in the fray.

and yes. @thesternest. she can do the shrimp thing :)
