It a 'series' about a youtuber -Thomas Sanders- and how he goes through emotional things
Like lying, his anxiety, and his passion for theater..
He decided to give characters to some of the emotions he thinks is most important and give them names, to help the veiwers also get the situations, by applying them to actual people not just emotions.
Soo....
Patton - morality
Logan - logic
Roman - creativity
Remus - intrusive thoughts
(Fun fact, Remus and Roman are brothers, as in 'good' creativity (Roman) and 'bad' creativity (Remus))
Janus - deceit (aka lying)
Virgil - anxiety
Those six make up the 'main' cast, split up into good and bad, good: Roman, Logan, and Patton and bad: Remus, Janus, and Virgil
In the beginning, however, he is trying to show how you can get 'along' with your anxiety and Virgil then 'transfers' onto the 'good' side.
While some side characters also make an appearance
Remy - sleep (he shows up in some of Thomas' vines)
Emile - ??? (HE shows up for i think one video and its about therapy and his main thing is cartoons)
By having all the 'emotions' have actual faces it puts into perspective what's actually happening is thomas' brain instead of him trying to explain it.
The characters got so popular that eventually he started to branch out from the normal emotional dealing videos and expanded more on the characters as actual people and not just as extensions of himself.
hm. the more you say the more this does look like a sanders sides OC
While none of the headmates are meant to be emotions, they do reflect some aspects of myself (and thus, the system's host).
Delta's very afraid of losing people, and craves affection. it's turned up to a 20 from what's up with the real Moon, tho. she also has the social confidence I aspire to have (and have never achieved GHFDJKSGHFDJ)
Lizzie's sort of the personified 'inner child'; she's not actually a child, but she gives just as few fucks as I did when I was a kid. She does what she wants, damn what anyone else thinks. She doesn't care if something will be embarrassing (with a few exceptions) if she thinks it'll be fun.
Jennifer is the fascination with horror and is the only one in the system who can actually handle horror movies and shit.
listen. I know I have three horror AUs (and. a fourth hidden away), but i'm a huge wuss. Actually interacting with original horror freaks me the FUCK out. I like watching Markiplier and Jacksepticeye play horror games, but sometimes i nope out and never come back. and there's an extra degree of separation there between me and the scary stuff!!!!
I'm also not dividing the headmates into 'good' and 'bad', because when it's a system...
I don't want to fall into the negative stereotypes that DID and other similar disorders have. I'm friends with a few systems, and I've seen some headmates cause serious problems. It's not a party in the USA (reference) 24/7, but I don't know how I, a singlet, could do something like that in fiction without it being. uhhh. in poor taste, to put it mildly. And I'm not ready to try
#i have...a couple of ideas? but like i said. i'm not ready#and i certainly won't do it with these guys#at most i'll give them a fictive of a villain that's more chill than their source#love the sides' names tho#the sleep one being named after REM sleep. the liar named after a two-faced god. anxiety being named after 'Vigilant'#or perhaps 'vigil'? same idea though. keeping an eye out for danger#Patton = Pathos. Logan = Logos/logic#Roman and his brother being Romulus and Remus#Admittedly I'm not sure how those names would be related to creativity and intrusive thoughts#but having the brothers be named like that is tasty#Emile is probably 'smile'. therapy is supposed to help you recover from shit and be able to live your life easier and happier#and drawing is something that can help some people. and if you're having fun it makes you smile#Bro was clever with his names

đŽ HEY I WANNA MAKE A GAME! đŽ
Yeah I getcha. I was once like you. Pure and naive. Great news. I AM STILL PURE AND NAIVE, GAME DEV IS FUN! But where to start?
To start, here are a couple of entry level softwares you can use! source: I just made a game called In Stars and Time and people are asking me how to start making vidy gaems. Now, without further ado:
SOFTWARES AND ENGINES FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO CODE!!!
Ren'py (and also a link to it if you click here do it): THE visual novel software. Comic artists, look no further â¨Pros: It's free! It's simple! It has great documentation! It has a bunch of plugins and UI stuff and assets for you to buy! It can be used even if you have LITERALLY no programming experience! (You'll just need to read the doc a bunch) You can also port your game to a BUNCH of consoles! â¨Cons: None really <3 Some games to look at: Doki Doki Literature Club, Bad End Theater, Butterfly Soup

Twine: Great for text-based games! GREAT FOR WRITERS WHO DONT WANNA DRAW!!!!!!!!! (but you can draw if you want) â¨Pros: It's free! It's simple! It's versatile! It has great documentation! It can be used even if you have LITERALLY no programming experience! (You'll just need to read the doc a bunch) â¨Cons: You can add pictures, but it's a pain. Some games to look at: The Uncle Who Works For Nintendo, Queers In love At The End of The World, Escape Velocity
Bitsy: Little topdown games! â¨Pros: It's free! It's simple! It's (somewhat) intuitive! It has great documentation! It can be used even if you have LITERALLY no programming experience! You can make everything in it, from text to sprites to code! Those games sure are small! â¨Cons: Those games sure are small. This is to make THE simplest game. Barely any animation for your sprites, can barely fit a line of text in there. But honestly, the restrictions are refreshing! Some games to look at: honestly I haven't played that many bitsy games because i am a fake gamer. The picture above is from Under A Star Called Sun though and that looks so pretty
RPGMaker: To make RPGs! LIKE ME!!!!! NOTE: I recommend getting the latest version if you can, but all have their pros and cons. You can get a better idea by looking at this post. â¨Pros: Literally everything you need to make an RPG. Has a tutorial inside the software itself that will teach you the basics. Pretty simple to understand, even if you have no coding experience! Also I made a post helping you out with RPGMaker right here! â¨Cons: Some stuff can be hard to figure out. Also, the latest version is expensive. Get it on sale! Some games to look at: Yume Nikki, Hylics, In Stars and Time (hehe. I made it)
engine.lol: collage worlds! it is relatively new so I don't know much about it, but it seems fascinating. picture is from Garden! NOTE: There's a bunch of smaller engines to find out there. Just yesterday I found out there's an Idle Game Maker made by the Cookie Clicker creator. Isn't life wonderful?
â¨more advice under the cut. this is Long okâ¨
ENGINES I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT AND THEY SEEM HARD BUT ALSO GIVE IT A TRY I GUESS!!!! :
Unity and Unreal: I don't know anything about those! That looks hard to learn! But indie devs use them! It seems expensive! Follow your dreams though! Don't ask me how!
GameMaker: Wuh I just don't know anything about it either! I just know it's now free if your game is non-commercial (aka, you're not selling it), and Undertale was made on it! It seems good! You probably need some coding experience though!!!
Godot: Man I know even less about this one. Heard good things though!
BUNCHA RANDOM ADVICE!!!!
-Make something small first! Try making simple: a character is in a room, and exits the room. The character can look around, decide to take an item with them, can leave, and maybe the door is locked and you have to find the key. Figuring out how to code something like that, whether it is as a fully text-based game or as an RPGMaker map, should be a good start to figure out how your software of choice works!
-After that, if you have an idea, try first to make the simplest version of that idea. For my timeloop RPG, my simplest version was two rooms: first room you can walk in, second room with the King, where a cutscene automatically plays and the battle starts, you immediately die, and loop back to the first room, with the text from this point on reflecting this change. I think I also added a loop counter. This helped me figure out the most important thing: Can This Game Be Made? After that, the rest is just fun stuff. So if you want to make a dating sim, try and figure out how to add choices, and how to have affection points go up and down depending on your choices! If you want to make a platformer, figure out how to make your character move and jump and how to create a simple level! If you just want to make a kinetic visual novel with no choices, figure out how to add text, and how to add portraits! You'll be surprised at how powerful you'll feel after having figured even those simple things out.
-If you have a programming problem or just get confused, never underestimate the power of asking Google! You most likely won't be the only person asking this question, and you will learn some useful tips! If you are powerful enough, you can even⌠Ask people??? On forums??? Not me though.
-Yeah I know you probably want to make Your Big Idea RIGHT NOW but please. Make a smaller prototype first. You need to get that experience. Trust me.
-If you are not a womanthing of many skills like me, you might realize you need help. Maybe you need an artist, or a programmer. So! Game jams on itch.io are a great way to get to work and meet other game devs that have different strengths! Or ask around! Maybe your artist friend secretly always wanted to draw for a game. Ask! Collaborate! Have fun!!!
I hope that was useful! If it was. Maybe. You'd like to buy me a coffee. Or maybe you could check out my comics and games. Or just my new critically acclaimed game In Stars and Time. If you want. Ok bye
#reference#gamedev#indie dev#game dev#tutorial#video game#ACTUAL GAME DEVS DO NOT INTERACT!!!1!!!!!#this is for people who are afraid of coding. do not come at me and say 'actually godot is easy if you just--' I JUST WILL NOT.#long post

Omg I absolutely adore your Law fics!! Iâd love to read about a fake dating scenario between a Strawhat reader and Law in Wano like you did with Zoro. Heâd be such a cutie đĽ°
Thank you đ
Undercover Affection
law x strawhat!reader
a/n: omg I was so excited to write this aknakjd it doesn't really follow the canon events tho
words count: 5.1k

masterlist || ao3 || ko-fi
You and Trafalgar D. Water Law, notorious pirate and doctor, stand side by side in the bustling marketplace, trying to blend in as a newlywed couple. Law, wearing his usual stoic expression, is clearly out of his element, while you canât help but smile at how ridiculous the whole situation is.
"Stop grinning like that" he mutters, adjusting the fake wedding ring you insisted on putting on his finger. He glares at you, but you only giggle louder.
"Oh, come on, itâs not so bad. Weâve got to make it convincing" you tease, leaning closer to him with exaggerated affection. His irritation is almost palpable.
"I don't need you hanging off me like that. We're here for a mission, not for you to play around." His voice is calm, but the faint redness creeping up his neck betrays him.
You smirk, knowing exactly how much it bothers him "But I love how grumpy you get when I do this. Itâs like a whole new side of you."
You look at him with playful eyes, wrapping your arm around his, deliberately snuggling closer, and watching the slight twitch in his jaw.
"You're insufferable" he grumbles, but you can tell from the way his eyes flicker to yours that he's secretly enjoying it. Even if he won't admit it, you know this act is something he didnât expect and now he canât stop thinking about it.
You wink at him âYou know, youâre really cute when youâre angry.â
Law scoffs but the tips of his ears go red, which only makes you smirk wider.
The two of you continue to walk through the crowded streets of Wano, and the people around you don't seem to pay much attention, at least not to Law. But you, on the other hand, draw plenty of stares. It's almost laughable how you're both playing the part of a loving couple so well. Youâre sure the act wouldâve made some people second-guess themselves, if not for your obvious affection for Law.
âDo you really have to hold my hand like this?â Law mutters, trying to keep his face neutral. His tone is deadpan, but his hand doesn't pull away, even though he clearly wants to.
âYes, I do. Itâs important for the cover, we're married, remember?â You tighten your grip slightly, watching him try his hardest to stay composed, and you canât help but relish in how embarrassed he looks.
â...Iâm going to regret thisâ he mutters under his breath, his voice barely audible.
âNo, you wonât,â you say sweetly, squeezing his hand with a grin âYou like it.â
Law doesnât say anything for a moment. His face remains impassive, but you can see the little vein in his forehead twitching. Itâs clear that heâs not nearly as indifferent as heâs trying to make himself seem.
Before he can retort, you pull his arm, dragging him towards a stand with fresh produce "Look! They have strawberries!!"
You start picking up the plump, red fruit, inspecting it with exaggerated curiosity. Law watches you, his arms crossed, a frown on his face.
"Youâre acting like a child," he observes dryly, clearly disinterested. But you know heâs watching, and deep down, you know that heâs silently amused.
âYouâre just mad because Iâm having fun. Donât worry, I'll buy you some tooâ you say, but the moment you say it, you know heâll probably refuse it.
Law doesn't respond, but you catch the tiniest glimmer of amusement in his eyes, just for a moment. His mouth tightens, but itâs not out of frustration anymore. Itâs something else, something softer, though heâd never admit it.
You turn to him and offer one of the strawberries "Want one? You might smile for once."
He takes the strawberry reluctantly, muttering under his breath, "You're impossible" but you can see the corners of his mouth twitch, as if the smallest hint of a smile might want to escape.
The night comes, and youâre both sitting around a small campfire outside of town, eating a simple meal. Lawâs still in his pirate garb, but youâve managed to dress him up in something a little more traditional, at least in a way that blends with the locals. He looks even more irritated now that heâs out of his comfort zone, but you canât help but stare at him.
"You know, you really should smile more," you say casually, picking at the food in front of you "Youâd be less grumpy."
Law shoots you a glare, his gaze cold but somehow fond "I donât need to smile."
âYou say that, but you do smile sometimes, even when you donât mean to,â you tease, leaning your head on your hand "Like when you're all annoyed. Itâs cute."
His eyebrow twitches, and you immediately know youâve hit a nerve.
"I do not get 'annoyed'," he hisses "Iâm just... trying to survive being stuck here."
âOh sure, but Iâve noticed something,â you say, leaning in with a smirk âEvery time I annoy you, you get this cute little angry face. Itâs the best part of the day.â
Law scowls harder, trying to maintain his composure, but you can see the way his face softens ever so slightly, as if heâs secretly enjoying your teasing.
âIâm not cuteâ he mutters, but his voice lacks its usual edge.
âOh, trust me, youâre definitely cute. Especially when you try to hide itâ you say, reaching over to poke his cheek, making him flinch.
âDonât touch meâ he warns, his patience thinning, but there's no real heat behind it.
You pull your hand back with a grin, trying to hide your glee âI bet I can get you to smile before this mission is over.â
âYou wonât" he says, though there's a hint of challenge in his voice.
You wink at him âWanna bet?â
Law looks at you for a long moment, his eyes narrowing. But you both know itâs a challenge heâs already lost.
The next morning, the Heart Pirates gather. You and Law make your way back after a quick stop in the town. Youâre both still playing the role of a happily married couple, though your grin and the slight blush on Lawâs face tell a different story.
"Morning, you two" Bepo greets with a wave as you approach the group. He gives you both a curious glance but doesnât comment right away. You notice his ears twitch slightly, as if heâs trying to figure something out.
"Morning" you reply sweetly, wrapping your arm around Law's waist. You canât resist leaning into him just a little, making sure everyone notices.
Shachi and Penguin, standing nearby, exchange a quick look.
Law doesn't want to draw attention to it, but he's well aware of the curious stares from his crew.
"What's going on between you two?" Penguin asks, crossing his arms and raising an eyebrow "I thought we were supposed to be working undercover, not pretending to be... a couple." He says "couple" with exaggerated air quotes, making sure the whole group hears it.
You giggle, looking up at Law "Oh, we are, don't worry. Usopp said we should go undercover as a freshly married couple, right, honey?" you say, dragging out the last word with far too much affection, but you actually did it to tease him. In facts, Lawâs face tenses, and you can almost see the steam coming out of his ears.
Bepo looks between the two of you, his expression softer than the others "Youâre really convincing" he says, a faint blush creeping up on his cheeks. He clearly doesnât quite understand the situation but seems to be happy for you, or at least trying to be supportive.
âYouâre making him uncomfortable, y/nâ Shachi teases, nudging you playfully.
âWell, it's a fake marriage after allâ you reply with a grin âIf he likes it or not we have to make it seem real, especially because we almost got caughtâ
Law huffs, crossing his arms tightly âWeâre not really married. Itâs a cover for the mission. And you...â He points at Shachi, who seems way too entertained by the situation â...donât have to comment on it.â
"Sure, sure, but tell me this," Shachi continues, leaning in as though he's unraveling a great mystery "How come every time I look over, you're so close? So touchy-feely for just a mission. Thereâs gotta be something going on.â
Penguin snickers in the background, enjoying the show âShachi might be onto something, Law. You sure youâre not falling for y/n?â
You wink at Law, watching his patience fray a little more âOh, I think heâs already thereâ you say, making sure to be extra teasing.
Law narrows his eyes, clearly not thrilled at the idea of his crew picking up on this âI am not! Stop messing around, all of you. We have more important things to focus on.â
But you can tell that beneath the irritation, thereâs a hint of something else, embarrassment? Maybe even⌠a little fondness?
âIâm just saying,â Bepo starts, his voice soft but sincere âyou two look so natural together. Itâs kind of adorable.â
Your eyes soften, and you offer Bepo a warm smile "Iâm glad someone sees it that way," you reply, winking at Law again. Heâs practically fuming now, but there's a twinkle in his eyes that heâs not quite able to hide.
âAdorable?â Law scoffs, his face now an unmistakable shade of red âI swear, youâre all insane.â He glares at his crew, but even the glare doesn't hide how his heart's racing just a little.
Later that evening, as you and Law sit around the campfire again, this time with the rest of the Heart Pirates on watch duty, the teasing continues, though now itâs less playful and more knowing. Everyoneâs fully aware that somethingâs up between you two, and itâs clear that youâve been having a lot of fun with the idea.
âAlright, alright, letâs just get this out of the way," Shachi starts, taking a seat beside you and leaning in conspiratorially "Who fell first?â
Law doesnât even look at you, but you can feel his discomfort radiating âWeâre not doing thisâ he mutters with an exasperated sigh.
But the teasing continues, the Heart Pirates are all looking at you two with amusement in their eyes. Bepo and Penguin are now watching you closely, seemingly trying to pick up on every little interaction, while Shachi just canât stop himself from pressing the issue.
âYou two are definitely more than just a cover story,â Shachi says, grinning from ear to ear âYouâre always so close, so... affectionate.â
âYeah!â Penguin chimes in, clearly enjoying the drama âItâs like you guys are really a thing.â
Law remains silent for a few beats, his jaw clenched, clearly holding his frustration in check. But you notice the tightening of his fists and the way his eyes flicker with irritation.
You glance over at him, but before you can even tease him again, you notice his patience clearly running out âThatâs enoughâ he snaps, voice low but sharp.
The whole group falls quiet, the sudden intensity of his voice making them look at him with wide eyes.
âI donât like this attention, alright?â Lawâs voice is colder now, his usual calm demeanor replaced by something harder, something⌠serious. His gaze shifts to you, and youâre caught off guard by how harsh his words are âI donât like you hanging off me all the time, I donât like being treated like your husband, and I donât like you constantly teasing me. Weâre not a couple, y/n. Weâre not even close enough for you to call me your friend, let alone you husband...â
The words hit like a slap, and for a moment, all you can do is stare at him in disbelief. His face is set in a frown, his usual stoic expression replaced by something colder, more distant. You feel a pang in your chest, your heart sinking at how genuine he seems.
The rest of the crew falls silent, unsure of what to say.
You take a step back, your arm slipping as you pull away. Your eyes flicker down to the ground, trying to hide the hurt that's suddenly swelling inside you.
Youâre not sure why, but the way he said it, so blunt, so final, makes you believe him. Maybe you had been too forward. Maybe you pushed him too far, even if you were just jocking around.
You try to force a smile, but it feels weak, forced "Right," you say quietly, your voice barely above a whisper "Iâm sorry. I didnât mean to make you feel this uncomfortable."
Law doesnât respond, too focused on his crew and the way theyâre looking at him. The awkward silence stretches, and you find yourself drifting further away. You canât bring yourself to joke anymore, to tease him as you had before. The sting of his words cuts deeper than you want to admit.
The rest of the evening goes by in an uncomfortable silence. You eat your meal, your eyes occasionally flicking toward Law, but you canât bring yourself to look at him for long. Every time you do, you feel the weight of his words echoing in your mind.
The next few days feel... different. Youâve stopped teasing him, stopped getting close like you used to. Whenever you have to interact, youâre careful to keep your distance, avoiding any unnecessary physical contact. You act as professional as possible, keeping the focus entirely on the mission.
It doesnât escape the Heart Piratesâ notice, though. They watch as the dynamics between you and Law change. Youâre not the playful couple anymore. Instead, you seem more distant, more reservedâespecially around Law.
Shachi notices first "Hey, y/n, everything okay?" he asks one morning as you sit near the shipâs edge, watching the horizon. He knows somethingâs off, and though he doesnât want to pry, he canât help but ask.
You force a smile, but it doesnât reach your eyes âYeah. Just tired, thatâs all.â
Bepo, whoâs been quietly observing, speaks up hesitantly âYou havenât been... teasing him anymore. Are you twoââ
âWeâre fine,â you interrupt quickly, too quickly. You donât want to explain. You donât even know what to say "Just focusing on the mission, as it should have been from the very start"
The conversation ends there, but you can feel the weight of their concern. Theyâre noticing the shift, the sudden distance between you and Law. But none of them, especially not Law, know how to fix it.
Days pass in Wano, and you continue to keep your distance from Law, though the tension between the two of you feels thicker than ever. Every time youâre near him, the awkwardness is palpable. But something else is happening in the background.
The Strawhats are back in Wano. After all the time youâve spent apart.
Itâs in the middle of a bustling market square, where you and Law are walking around trying to gather some supplies for the mission, when you spot them. You freeze, your heart racing. Your breath catches in your throat when your eyes land on Sanji.
Without thinking, you let everything fall from your hands and sprint toward him. Sanjiâs back is turned, so he doesnât see you coming until itâs too late. You throw yourself into his arms with tears in your eyes, overwhelmed with relief.
âSanji!â you exclaim, your voice muffled against his chest as you cling to him.
Sanjiâs eyes widen in surprise, but then he smiles softly, his arms wrapping around you âHey there, y/nâ he says, his tone warm âItâs been a while, huh?â
You pull back slightly, wiping at your eyes with the back of your hand âIâve missed you so muchâ you admit softly.
Sanji raises an eyebrow, but his smile softens âItâs good to see you too. Looks like youâve got a lot on your mind, though. You okay?â
You hesitate for a moment, then give a small nod âYeah... Iâm fine now. I just... Iâve been through some stuff. But Iâm glad youâre here.â
Law watched everything, staying back. As soon as he saw you hugging the cook, he took everything you dropped and left you alone with them, even because it looks like you forgot about him.
The next day, you find yourself meeting up with Sanji at his little noodle shop. Youâve told him everything, how you and Law have been pretending to be a married couple, how your feelings have gotten tangled up, and how, after Lawâs harsh words, youâve pulled away to keep things professional. You tell him about the emotional distance between you and Law, and the complicated feelings youâre dealing with.
âI donât know what to do anymore,â you admit, your hands twisting nervously in your lap âI feel like Iâm losing him. He doesnât want me around, and itâs driving me crazy. But I donât know how to fix it.â
Sanjiâs expression softens as he listens to you, his gaze gentle
âI thought it was just supposed to be a coverâ you murmur, âbut somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like one. And now... now it feels like everythingâs falling apart.â You pause, looking down âI think I care about him more than I thought I did.â
Sanji reaches out, giving your hand a reassuring squeeze âYouâve got a good heart, y/n. And I know Law is a complicated guy. But if you care about him, you need to figure out what you want. Youâre not just a cover story, okay?â
You meet his gaze, feeling a sense of clarity you hadnât realized you were missing âYouâre right. I just wish I knew how to fix it.â
Sanji leans in, his voice dropping lower âItâs okay to take things slow. And if you want to... maybe you could start by not hiding from him anymore.â
Before you can respond, you both hear some footsteps approaching. You quickly stand up and walk away from the alley, but you notice people beginning to gossip behind you.
âYou heard about y/n and her husband, right?â one woman whispers to her friend.
âYeah, I heard sheâs been cheating on him with that blonde guy. Can you believe that? I mean, the nerve!â another woman replies, her voice dripping with gossip.
The words hit you like a punch in the gut. You feel your face flush with embarrassment and frustration. Cheating? How did they come up with that?
You try to ignore it, but itâs hard. The whispers follow you as you walk back to the group, and you can feel the sting of their words deep in your chest.
Later that evening, as you rejoin Law and the rest of the crew, you notice his usual cold demeanor has shifted. Heâs standing by the fire, his back to you, as if heâs been waiting for you. When you approach, he doesnât immediately acknowledge you.
"Are you... okay?" you ask softly, but you can see the frustration in his posture. He doesnât respond immediately, but his jaw tightens.
âI donât appreciate people talking about my personal life like that, true or not...â Law says, his voice low and clipped âYouâve been avoiding me for days, and now I hear rumors? Whatâs going on?â
Your stomach twists in knots âLaw...â
âI don't care about you and the blondie but...â he cuts you off, his gaze icy âI canât focus when people are talking about me like that, especially if we're supposed to be undercover here.â
You feel your throat tighten, the weight of his words sinking in. Heâs frustrated, and his anger makes your heart ache âI didnât mean for any of this to happen, you know Sanji is my friend, people just don't know the truth and make things upâ you admit, your voice shaky.
Law sighs, running a hand through his hair, looking as if heâs about to snap âThen stop avoiding me. Weâre in this together, but if you keep pushing me away, Iâm not sure what weâre doing anymore... we can't bring so much attention on us.â
The atmosphere between you and Law is still tense. You donât want things to spiral even further, so you suggest an idea, something that might distract from the tension and let everyone cool off for a while.
"Why donât we go grab some food?" you suggest, your voice a little hesitant but hopeful.
Law turns to you, his expression neutral âYou think food is going to help?â
You shrug, trying to lighten the mood "Maybe. Besides, Iâve been hearing about this noodle shop... the chef is called Sanji, I think?... Iâve heard itâs good..."
Lawâs brows furrow, but his interest is piqued "Sanji? You think going right to him won't worsen things?"
You nod "Maybe if people see us all together, as three good friends, they're going to stop talk about me cheating..."
He looks at you for a moment, then sighs, clearly not wanting to be left alone with his thoughts any longer "Fine. Letâs go."
The small noodle spot is tucked away in a corner of Wano, busy and filled with the warmth of the cooking. When you and Law arrive, youâre greeted immediately by Sanjiâs bright smile, but thereâs something in his eyes that softens when he sees you. Heâs not as flirtatious as usual, and thereâs a sharpness in his gaze as he sees the tension between you and Law.
"Well, well, if it isnât the infamous 'married couple'" Sanji says, his voice light, though thereâs an edge to it now.
You try to smooth things over, grinning at him âYeah, weâre here to eat...â
Itâs time to kill the rumors.
âWeâll sit over here,â you say quickly, guiding Law to a seat âMake it clear to everyone that weâre... still a team.â
Law sits down stiffly, clearly not thrilled, but itâs obvious heâs playing along. He keeps his eyes ahead, refusing to acknowledge Sanjiâs deliberate coldness toward him.
Sanji brings over bowls of noodles with flair, but his attitude towards Law remains distant, even a little antagonistic. He makes sure to place the food right in front of you, offering a special smile "Just for you, y/n. A little something extra special, like always."
He looks at you, and his smile softens just a bit. But when his eyes flick to Law, the warmth vanishes, and the tension in the room grows thicker.
Law doesnât react right away, but you can feel the change in him. His jaw tightens, his body language growing even more tense than it was before. He clenches his fist under the table, clearly irritated.
"Stop playing games," Law mutters, his voice low and tight with barely contained frustration "Just serve the food and stop making this weird."
Sanji, clearly not intimidated, shrugs "If you donât like how things are going, maybe you should take a look at how youâre treating her. Itâs obvious youâve got no control over the situation"
You flinch at the words, but Sanjiâs eyes flicker to you in a way that makes you feel a bit guilty. You didnât want this to turn into some kind of game, but now, itâs getting harder to keep things under wraps.
You look at Law, hoping to redirect the conversation "Letâs just eat," you say, trying to keep things casual "We need to look like a normal couple to the town. We donât want any more rumors."
Law gives you a long, searching look before nodding "Fine. But weâre done with the theatrics, understood?"
As the meal progresses, the silence between you, Sanji, and Law grows thicker. The tension is almost unbearable, but itâs working, people around are starting to get the message. Law and you are a team, no matter the rumors, and the gossip about you "cheating" slowly starts to fade as the focus shifts to you two sitting together.
Sanji seems to settle into his role. He occasionally glances at you, making sure youâre taken care of, but the icy distance heâs putting between himself and Law is unmistakable. Law notices it too, and while heâs trying to keep his cool, itâs clear itâs starting to get under his skin.
Finally, Sanji returns to the counter, his back turned, leaving you and Law in silence. Itâs the perfect opportunity to clear the air, but neither of you speaks.
You glance at Law, noticing the frustration in his eyes. He doesnât like this. Doesnât like the way Sanji is treating you, doesnât like the way heâs feeling about the whole situation.
You try to lighten the mood, but itâs hard to ignore the tightness in his shoulders "You know, weâre supposed to be a married couple, not a couple of kids at a playground."
Law narrows his eyes at you "I didnât sign up for this. The missionâs getting complicated."
You try to ignore the tug in your chest, a bit of confusion creeping in "Itâs just a cover, Law. Nothingâs changed. Weâre just doing what we need to do."
But the words hang there, and even though you say them, you know that things arenât so simple anymore. You feel it, and you know Law does too.
As you leave the shop together, the streets of Wano no longer seem as welcoming as before. The weight of the situation presses down on you, and Lawâs behavior is starting to affect you in ways you didnât expect. You canât figure out if itâs the mission weighing on him, or if itâs something more.
After the meal at Sanjiâs, the rumors finally start dying down, but the damage between you and Law lingers. The tension is unbearable, Law barely looks at you, and you, still hurt from his earlier words, keep your distance.
Sanji notices. The crew notices. Even the damn town notices.
One evening, as you sit outside the inn you and Law have been staying at for your undercover mission, you overhear some locals whispering.
âThey say that woman is still in love with her husband, but he doesnât care for her.â âShame. She looks miserable.â âShe was always all so cute and clingy to him but she stopped entirely, he mustâve pushed her away.â
You clench your fists. Itâs one thing to suffer in silence, but another to hear strangers pitying you.
Law suddenly walks past you, pausing for a second before speaking, âGo inside.â His voice is firm but quiet.
You donât move âWhy do you care?â you murmur, not looking at him âYou made it clear I was just a nuisance to you and it's just a mission, which is almost over anyway given Zoro and Luffy are making trubles after trubles...â
Law exhales sharply âI neverââ He stops, frustrated, before running a hand down his face âListen, I was trying to stop myself fromââ He cuts himself off again, jaw clenched.
You finally turn to him âFrom what?â
His silence is enough of an answer.
Your heart clenches, but you shake your head âYou donât have to force yourself to tolerate me anymore, Law. Weâll finish the mission, and after thatââ
âEnough,â he snaps, suddenly grabbing your wrist. His grip is firm but not painful, just desperate âYou donât get to decide that.â
Your eyes widen as he pulls you toward him, his voice low but intense âI was a damn coward,â he mutters âYouâyou were always in my space, always teasing me, and Iââ He exhales sharply âI pushed you away because Iââ
You hold your breath.
âI fell for youâ Law finally admits, looking at you with something raw and vulnerable in his gaze âI fell so hard, and I didnât know how to deal with it.â
Your heart nearly stops.
âYou what?â
He groans, looking away âI canât stand you ignoring me. I canât stand watching you with Sanji, even though I know itâs nothing. And I hate that I made you think I didnât care.â
The words hit you like a storm, leaving you speechless. He looks genuinely frustrated, at himself.
You swallow hard before whispering, âSo what do we do now?â
Law looks at you, his grip tightening slightly âYou tell me,â he murmurs, voice quieter now âBecause if you still want me, then Iââ He hesitates, then sighs âI donât want this to be fake anymore.â
Your breath hitches.
For the first time in weeks, you grin âI mean... I think it's too soon to talk about marriage, isn't it?â
Law groans, rolling his eyes âUnbelievable.â
You laugh, and before you can stop yourself, you tug him down into a kiss.
And just like that, the mission doesnât feel so complicated anymore.
Back on the Polar Tang, the Heart Pirates immediately notice the change.
Law still wears his usual scowl, still grumbles under his breath whenever you tease him, but thereâs no real bite behind his words anymore. The biggest difference? He lets you get away with it.
You lean against his side as he studies a map, chin resting on his shoulder. He doesnât shove you off like he used to, he just sighs heavily, pretending to ignore you.
âOi, captain,â Shachi calls out, smirking âDidnât you say you hated being touched?â
Penguin snickers âYeah, man, what happened to all that complaining? Because right now, it looks like you like it.â
Law doesnât even look up, but you can see the way his jaw tightens, the tips of his ears turning pink âShut upâ he mutters, flipping a page of the map aggressively.
âOh, come on, itâs adorable,â Bepo chimes in, tail wagging âYou used to be all grumpy whenever she clung to you, and now you just accept it?â
You grin, tilting your head up to look at him âAww, so you do like my attention.â
His eye twitches âI didnât say that.â
âBut you didnât deny it.â
Shachi and Penguin lose it, laughing while Bepo beams like a proud parent.
Law exhales through his nose, rubbing his temples. But despite the grumbling, he doesnât move you away. And thatâs when it clicks.
Shachi leans back, crossing his arms âYâknow, I think we all got it wrong before.â
Penguin nods, smirking âYeah. We thought y/n was the lost cause, butââ
They both turn to Law, who immediately tenses, as if he knows whatâs coming.
âYou actually fell harder.â
The room falls silent.
You blink up at him, waiting for his reaction.
Law glares at his crew, looking about two seconds away from using Room just to teleport them out of his sight. But instead, he lets out a sharp exhale, shutting his eyes for a moment. When he opens them again, he just mutters âUnbelievable.â
You beam and press a quick kiss to his cheek, watching as his face turns bright red.
Yeah. Maybe being undercover in Wano wasnât such a disaster after all.

ËË  ŕżÂ  WHAT IS ASCENDANT PERSONA CHART?    â  ËËÂ
⤡  the ascendant persona chart (apc) is like a deeper dive into how you come across to others, almost like a more intense or polished version of your rising sign. itâs a bit like the first impression people get from you, but with more details than your natal chart. the apc shows how you act in different situations, especially if your natal rising and your ascendant persona are different. it can reveal how you shift and adapt depending on what's going on around you. Ë.  áľáľ
⤡ personally, i think your rising in the natal chart is all about how you see yourself and how you project that outwardly. it's the vibe you give off that balances your inner self with the way you look or present. but the rising in your ascendant persona chart is more about how others see you, how they pick up on your energy, and the impression you leave on the world around you. Ë.  áľáľ

ďš ďš˘ âĄ. ARIES RISING ďš ďš you've got that fearless, bold energy that people canât help but notice. no holding back, no sugarcoating. you're all about the truth and letting your fire shine. others might find you a little intimidating (and hot, honestly), especially when youâre taking charge. if a conversation needs to start, youâre the one kicking it off. competition somehow always finds you. your energy is magnetic. some people might find it a bit too much, but others are totally hooked. you crave excitement and fresh experiences, and youâre always on the move. you act on impulse. it can be reckless, but you always seem to land on your feet. if things donât move fast enough for you, frustration kicks in, but chaos? youâre totally at home there. you've got that sex appeal that turns heads without even trying.
ďš ďš˘ âĄ. TAURUS RISING ďš ďš thereâs a calm, cool vibe to you that makes everyone feel at ease. people are drawn to your quiet, sensual beauty. you just have that "something" about you. you're all about taking your time, especially with decisions. slow and steady wins the race, right? thereâs this understated confidence that radiates from you. youâre independent, but deep down, youâre very grounded. big, chaotic spaces drain you, but you have this ability to bring peace to others. where aries is all fire and flash, you're the steady one, enduring and reliable. your energy is soothing, like a warm hug that just draws people in naturally.
ďš ďš˘ âĄ. GEMINI RISING ďš ďš curiosity is your fuel. even if youâre not super social, people see you as lively, engaging, and always on the go. youâre constantly learning, always out there chasing new experiences. your energy shifts fast, and people can barely keep up. you're quick-witted, keeping things fun and always surprising. you might leave people trying to figure you out because you're always changing, adapting, and keeping things fresh. your style is pretty much the same. constantly evolving. you can get self-conscious at times, worrying about what others think, but your charm always wins them over.
ďš ďš˘ âĄ. CANCER RISING ďš ďš you give off that gentle, nurturing vibe that makes people feel safe and comfy around you. soft-spoken but not weak, you have a quiet strength that people sense. thereâs a mysterious side to you, and sometimes you can be a bit moody, not revealing everything right away. you feel deeply, and that can make you retreat when life gets too overwhelming. intimate settings are your thing, though you're more social than people think. thereâs a magnetism to your warmth and sensitivity, and once people get past the surface, they see how deep you really are. youâre fiercely protective of those you love and loyal to a fault, but you also need space to recharge.
ďš ďš˘ âĄ. LEO RISING ďš ďš youâre basically the life of the party. people canât help but be drawn to your vibrant energy. you light up the room with your warmth, your charisma, your everything. youâve got that natural leadership thing going on, and people are naturally attracted to you. there's this artistic side of you that shines through, whether itâs in your hobbies or just the way you express yourself. everyone wants to be around you because you make them feel seen. you lead with your heart, generosity, and an enthusiasm that makes you unforgettable.
ďš ďš˘ âĄ. VIRGO RISING ďš ďš you give off this vibe of quiet confidence, always paying attention to the little details others might miss. you're reliable, practical, and get things done without needing the spotlight. youâre self-aware, always analyzing things, and your actions speak louder than words. stress can come easy for you, but so does your ability to solve problems like a pro. people trust you because youâre competent, responsible, and always ready to step up when needed.
ďš ďš˘ âĄ. LIBRA RISING ďš ďš people are naturally drawn to you because of your charm and ease in social settings. you know how to make people feel welcome and comfortable, and your sense of justice makes you the one who stands up for what's right. you radiate positivity, and negativity doesn't stand a chance near you. you might come across as all sweet and light, but your humor has a darker edge. you're dramatic in the best way, always quick to make friends. you give a lot at first, but it takes time for people to see the real you.
ďš ďš˘ âĄ. SCORPIO RISING ďš ďš thereâs a magnetism about you that either pulls people in or pushes them away. youâve got this mysterious, private vibe, and your calm exterior hides some serious emotional depth. youâre not easy to figure out, and thatâs exactly how you like it. once people earn your trust, they get to see the intense loyalty and connection you bring. youâre protective of your boundaries and donât let just anyone in. youâve got an intelligence that lets you see through people and situations, plus an empathy that allows you to form deep connections with those close to you. youâve been shaped by hardships, but you wear them like armor.
ďš ďš˘ âĄ. SAGITTARIUS RISING ďš ďš youâre all about adventure, optimism, and always looking for the next big thing. your energy is bigger than life itself. youâre always diving into new philosophies, experiences, or spirituality, and you're always keeping it real sometimes too real. you speak your mind, bluntly sometimes, but it's never without good intention. youâre all about honesty, and keeping things lighthearted and fun is your thing. family is important to you, and you expect the same loyalty and support you give.
ďš ďš˘ âĄ. CAPRICORN RISING ďš ďš you might come across as serious, maybe even a bit distant, with a vibe that screams "always working." people might think you're always unhappy or too focused on the grind, but thatâs just the surface. underneath it all, youâre all about stability and passion, and you take everything you do seriously. you're selective about who you let into your life, and even more selective about what you share. your presence can be intimidating, but those who get past the tough exterior will see how reliable and supportive you really are
ďš ďš˘ âĄ. AQUARIUS RISING ďš ďš youâve got this unique energy that stands out without you even trying. a little aloof, a little unpredictable, you make your mark wherever you go. youâre independent, and thereâs a rebellious side to you that keeps people on their toes. you're always evolving, changing, and connecting with all sorts of people from different walks of life. you're open-minded, curious, and cool like a more laid-back, intellectual gemini.
ďš ďš˘ âĄ. PISCES RISING ďš ďš you're all about that gentle, empathetic energy. people just get you, even if you donât say much. kindness and compassion radiate from you, even if you can seem a little distant or disconnected at times. you're super sensitive, and emotions can sometimes overwhelm you, making you retreat to recharge. you live in your own world, but once people get to know you, they see the other side of you. outgoing, bubbly, and full of life. you're sweet, and your vibe is almost ghost-like, drifting in and out of spaces and leaving warmth in your wake.

How your admirers view you
This is a general reading meant for multiple people. Take only what resonates and leave out the rest.
Your feedback is much appreciated. If you find the reading resonated with you, leave a comment, Iâd love to know đ
About me | Masterpost Book a reading with me - KO-FI (â personal reading)
CUBE 1

The majority of them are likely intimidated by you. You seem to emanate an air of competence and confidence that make them question their worth. They probably ask themselves if you really need them in your life, what value can they contribute to your life. Because you seem to not need any unnecessary attachments and focus on your success. You seem to be very ambitious and determined when it comes to social status and money. You're serious and hardworking, ready to put up with the grind and challenges, as long as you can achieve your goals.
You're not warm and friendly, but you can charm anyone, like a fantasy, a perception spiral that draws in people's eyes. The snake and the apple together, the cat and mouse, the tiger and the deer, the bee and the tree, these pairs form an image of something forbidden and dangerous. Those who are attracted to you romantically feel like they're being preyed upon, but they can't help but want to come closer. Some would think that you would make a great trophy and elevate their status and value if they're seen being with you.
They think you like to keep a roster of admirers around you just for fun. Like you're toying with them, giving them the illusion of hope but always out of reach. Whatever you're showing to the world, people can only admire from afar, they are not allowed to touch. If you flaunt your beauty and talent, it's simply because you like to, without any motives of capturing a specific someone's heart. They can feel like you just want to capture the heart of everyone, the adoration of the mass rather than of any individuals.
The way you speak can be teasing. Your words seem to have hidden meanings, innuendos that only a discerning ears and a sharp mind can catch on. You don't like to argue or shut down anyone. You seek verbal entertainment and companionship everywhere you go. They may feel a little cautious when talking to you, afraid of unwittingly slipping up some of their secrets. And they don't know if you would use those to your advantage later on.
Being in a relationship with you feeling a tug of war, a struggle for power and domination. You don't do the subtle game when it comes to someone you're interested in. Once someone becomes your target, they can't help but feel like they're being hunted. And I think some actually want to be willing preys. Because they feel like it can transform them, that they can experience the highest of high and the lowest of low when they're with you. It would take a brave soul to stand in front of you without running away after some displays of power.
CUBE 2

They probably think you're a work hard, play-hard person, you know how to get what you want and how to have fun. You have an air of graceful but passionate competence that is not for the weak of heart. The first thing they notice about you is your go-getter attitude, you seem to have whatever, whoever you want, you set your sight on something or someone, next moment, they are yours. You just know how to go after your desire. But not in an aggressive manner at all, just pure confidence and focus. This also makes them think that you have everything you want already, you don't really need anything that doesn't add value to your life. You might be a target for some opportunists who want to bask in the light of your abundance. But you're wise and discerning enough not to entertain them.
Your admirers might feel that your life is not very stable at the moment or was like that in the past, you had to face something very difficult and had triumphed it. This gives you a resilient yet shrew way of viewing life. They sense that you will be able to get out every crisis with ease, because you're experienced and no stranger to the act of reinventing yourself. This also makes you a little slippery, as if no one, nothing can hold you down, you're always free and belong to yourself only. Some are very intrigued by this depth and attitude, they want to explore more, to see your hidden demons, it's thrilling, like trying to conquer a mystical creature of the deep.
You probably don't show these demons of yours to just anyone. The way you talk doesn't have any hint of struggle, you know just what to show, what to conceal. To everyone, you're this perfect creature that nothing can stand in your way. You also have the tendency to point out fallacy and pretence. They think they won't have any chance with you if they try to act over the top, boast or flaunt unreal achievements in front of you, deceit is out of the window, you have no patience for that. You seek someone who can elevate your spirit, someone who is your equal, who can confront you and stand their ground.
In love, you are much more softer, you like to joke, to play with your lover. In fact, romance is something vital to you, no matter how much you try to disguise it behind the image of independence. To the people you love, you're loyal to the extreme, you're willing to go through any hell for them, that's why you're extremely picky. Some would mistake your general detached friendliness as romantic interest. You could strike up a conversation with any stranger and easily get them to open up, but you don't let them in easy, not without some testings first.
CUBE 3

You have an interesting combination of strongwill strength and softness that can be seen in various situations. Your admirers' views of you might differ wildly, maybe you attract different kinds of people and they have different way of perceiving you, some can see a trait more prominent, some see other traits as more representative of who you are as a person.
At first glance, you can be authoritative and protective of your energy. You come off as reserved and a little bit aloof, someone who prioritises their peace and solitude above all else. But you aren't standoffish or dismissive of others. When the situation calls for it, you can step up and work well with others. Some would see you as a protector, while others see you as the one who needs protection. There's vulnerability in your expression, but you're never a victim. You know how to direct your life as your own master. But at times, some can see that you don't welcome them at first interaction, almost as if you're trying to run away or hide from them. It takes a lot to gain your trust and for you to open up with someone. Even then, they still feel like you're ready to bolt at the slightest of threat.
But in general, their impression of you is favourable. Once you've decided that you can trust a person, you relax and be in your nurturing energy more. You're a loyal friend, even those with romantic intentions can see this clearly about you, this is what they find so attractive about you. They feel that being with you won't be just like being with a lover, but with a best friend, their biggest supporter, and a cheerleader. Your light doesn't outshine others, it enlivens and inspires other to shine on their own. Your admirers find your individuality and creativity really attractive. They admire you as a person, and at the same time, feel hopeful and lifted up by your energy, which makes them want to be like that themselves. You have a way to nurture the biggest treasure in a person, you help them connect with a deeper meaning in life.
Some can feel lost in your energy because it's too encompassing. They wonder if the compassion you give them is for them only or is it universal. So they can feel like they're competing with a lot in your life for your attention. You make them feel so grounded, yet you remain elusive. They feel that no matter how much they try, how close they get to you, how long they're with you, they can't never grasp your true essence.
CUBE 4

Many would think that you're hiding a vulnerable inner self behind a mask of bravery and strength. They feel like fear is the main motivator of your actions. You don't want people to discover that you're actually a vulnerable human being, that you can be needy and fearful, that you need someone to protect you. Because you feel that showing that side of you to the world will make you an easy target for exploitation and hurt. So you don a mask of independence, sometimes aggressively.
You're on guard towards strangers, but to the people who have gotten to know you better, your admirers included, they can see that soft heart of yours and they really love it. It's the contradictory energy within you that intrigues lots of people. You can look fierce on moment, but if something happens to touch your heart, your expression can immediately soften. Behind the hard exterior is a caring and nurturing person. As long as you feel safe in their presence, you can relax and act more spontaneously. Your laugh might be very contagious, filled with pure joy that can immediately make the other person feeling at ease with you.
In a group, you can assume the role of a "leader" or someone who can give the direction and guide people. You don't like to talk too much but still have a way to make people listen and respect your opinions. But some can feel that you tend to hide your true intentions, your plan. You might show off your skill, your verbal dexterity, but you don't like to actually talk about your deeper thoughts. You like to make people around you laugh, but you don't want to reveal your sadness. It's like, when it comes to your own world, your own path, you don't want anyone to see it, lest they hinder you from moving forward. This can make some people think that you can be sneaky and strategic in your moves. What they see might not be what they get.
This group feels shorter and hard to articulate because there's a resistance. Even when you do allow people into your world, you are still reluctant to let them in fully. Some will feel frustrated and give up, and some will take it as a challenge and want to advance deeper to finally solve your mystery.

Hello, curious on how you do your toon anatomy! (Ex. Proportions, guidelines) It looks so much like the game but for Cosmo it doesnât follow the body including legs is 1 1/2 the head rule Iâve noticed! (Iâm struggling so much to draw cos lol)
I'm so sorry I am not the best person to teach but I tried my best to show how I do it đ
I wouldn't say my artstyle is close to the game, but I do have a cartoony anatomy. I don't follow a guideline, cause I just wing it pretty much all the time. The way I draw Toons tend to look taller somewhat.
A LOT of my turns are very round if you notice, I rarely got a few sharp turns since that's just a preference of mine.
I usually do long, smooth strokes for my lines instead of shorter ones. Shorter lines or having a scratchy sketch makes my art look stiff in my opinion. I favor my characters looking dynamic over accurate anatomy. It feels more fun for me. (Anatomy is VERY important too but I have priorities lol.)
Proportions and anatomy also depend on which character you're doing. It's common for artists to draw kids with big heads and eyes and shorter limbs.
Anyway, I'm not sure what else to put here.. I recommend using a lot of references and practice.. I just searched up "cartoon anatomy" in Pinterest and there are tutorials over there that can teach you way better than I can. đĽš
My art isn't perfect, I'm only self-taught. I've only really learned through analysing the hell out of other artists/shows/games I admire and try to apply it on my own art... đ So you gotta find your inspiration!
Study what makes something work for others so you can apply it to yours. This is what I did when I first tried to figure out how to draw the Toons.. (my first art of them looks HORRID)
If it helps, I don't mind if people want to take some inspiration on how I draw the Toons. So analyze the hell outta my art if you wish LOL. (It brings me joy to be a factor of someone's art journey the way the bigger artists I admired were part of mine :')

Something I've been thinking about in regards to the difficulty of writing about my job in the healthcare profession is that there's very different conversations happening at the same time. The first is that this is a job that gives us a lot of power over vulnerable people that is easy to abuse and easier to be passive about. The second is that people will never not bitch about their jobs.
What if a customer service job was high-stakes? That's nursing. It's not the only part of nursing, but cmon, anyone who has worked a public-facing job knows how some people can be. Hospitals are full of people having the worst days of their lives while also being tired, hungry, lonely, and bored.
Plus, it's not just the general population you're dealing with. Hospitals have a disproportionate amount of very difficult people. To draw some examples from my own direct experience: the dementia patient had become too violent to stay at home (unfortunately common), infected chronic wound guy who is so racist that his facility will not take him back, confused patient who screams unceasingly 24 hours a day until she passes out, sexually inappropriate guy who needs two caregivers at all time, another racist patient but this time they're also sexist, banned from multiple shelters for assaulting the staff, etc. Or what might be the most common: person who is too sick to go home alone but no one they know will agree to take care of them. Like, have any of you cut off horrible relatives or abusive partners? People who were in whatever way unacceptable to be around? Would you like to take care of them? And you KNOW they're also not doing any of the stuff that would help them heal so it seems like they will never leave.
I think the gap between healthcare as a Duty versus as a Job contributes to hostile conversations. When you're complaining about your Job ("that moment when you let a call light ring for a while in the hopes someone else answers this time because that patient is annoying as hell"), it's frustrating to get a response that solely looks at the situation through the lens of a Duty ("all patients deserve the same level of care and shouldnât be ignored.") And it's also frustrating to have these legitimate criticisms ignored or disputed because people are like "it's not that serious, calm down, let nurses vent." And itâs also frustrating to feel so intensely monitored in your free time because of your job. And itâs also frustrating to see people in their free time display qualities that seem like they would have big, negative impacts on their job.
Thinking on this topic, I keep coming back to this one memory. There was a time when I responded to a Code Blue (cardiac arrest, guyâs heart has fully stopped) and was the fifteenth or so person to arrive. The room's full of critical care nurses, I'm not the direct care nurse, the rest of the floor is quiet. So basically, I'm useless to the emergency situation. I ran into a coworker who also responded to the code. I hadn't seen her in a minute, so we caught up. She showed me the new stickers on her water bottle. I donât remember the exact sticker, but I believe it was a nacho-based pun. It was a pleasant chat.
Meanwhile during this entire conversation, within eyesight of where we are because weâre waiting around to see if weâre needed, people are trying to bring a patient back from the dead. What was happening in that room is life-or-death--to the patient. For me, it was an interlude during a forgettable shift. I only remember that code because the discrepancy between what I was experiencing and what the patient was experiencing was so stark. I don't even remember if the patient survived or not.
None of the patientâs family was there. If they had been, we would have removed ourselves further or not talked so casually. Probably. But if the spouse was there, it would be so insanely insensitive if we tried to include the patient's spouse in our chat about fun stickers. If me and that nurse had been casually in a different hallway chatting, it would be very abrupt for the patient's spouse to walk into our conversation and explain how the patient's death would be so hard on the kids. One of these examples is way more sympathetic and understandable than the other. And I want that spouse to feel comfortable coming up to me and discussing that! Thatâs part of my job! But also, you can get why that would be a distressing interruption to a moment of downtime.
In both cases, the people in the conversation couldn't be further apart in tone and investment. Neither of us are being bad people. We just should not be talking to each other. And the nature of the Internet and public posting is sometimes talking about my job feels like it's me, my coworker, the spouse, and the revived but severely affected patient in single group chat.

How do you draw your high contrast, shape-y pieces? Iâve tried something similar but it always end up off, any recommendations on brushes or exercises that could help with improvement?
(I wasn't sure what part was giving you trouble, so this is sorta an all-over smattering đ
hopefully some of it helps!)
⢠the kind of brushes don't really matter, just what you're comfortable with using! more chisel-shaped or calligraphy-style brushes might be harder to control strokes with though. I do personally like using brushes that are like...Mostly Round But With a Little Grit to 'Em!
⢠work at a higher size and/or resolution than your final size (I usually work at ~3x final size). scaling down will smooth out little imperfections and some of the little aliasing weirdness that comes from raster transformations (scale/rotate/etc.)
⢠drawing with your arm, as in moving from your elbow while keeping your wrist pretty still, makes big smooth curves much easier (you can also go from the shoulder for BIG movements)
⢠most drawing programs will let you rotate the canvas -- drawing downward strokes tend to be easier to control (extra cheat: if a stroke is proving troublesome, I'll sometimes draw it as best I can on a new layer, move/rotate it into the exact position I want, and then merge it down again)
⢠instead of trying to draw a super precise shape and fill it in, I usually draw a bigger, shittier shape, and then use an eraser or layer mask to kinda chisel it into the shape I want:
⢠Always Check Your Values -- especially if you're finding your colors feel kinda muddy or not contrast-y enough, it's a good idea to make sure there's contrast in the light/dark as well as the hue/saturation! I usually have an adjustment layer set to 0 saturation that I keep on top of my document, and just periodically toggle on and off to check. (there's some debate about the most accurate way to check values, but this works well enough for high-contrast solid blocks of color.)
⢠on the same note, instead of using pure grayscale colors, particularly full black (#000000) and white (#FFFFFF), adding a little bit of color into them can give you a richer, more interesting and more cohesive result.
(and even when using pure grays, using slightly "off" from full black and white can be more interesting! and it's not to say DON'T use black and white and gray, more just...use them thoughtfully, instead of by default?)
⢠color thumbs/sketches/roughs, whatever you want to call them. people get SO weird at me about these for some reason, but they're literally just...a little sketch of figuring out colors before you start painting. they don't have to be final or detailed or any good or whatever, it's just to get a starting idea! working super fast and loose especially helps to get out of the mindset of Doing A Good Drawing and more into messing around with shapes and negative space and all that fun stuff. :> then later you can focus on the Doing A Good Drawing part, without having to also think too hard about the other stuff.
⢠Keep It Simple -- 100% the hardest part. I have absolutely not mastered this in any way. đ it's SO easy to overwork this style and end up too detailed/too unfocused/just too much going on -- half the time I spend on these things is just adding details -> squinting at it for a couple of minutes -> erasing all the details again. you gotta keep in mind that it's about getting an idea across more than anything else, and when it comes to that, less is almost always more!
(this is one of the reasons I sometimes make myself use SUPER restricted palettes; when you only have three colors, it forces you to really think about what's important to show and how to leave things implied. âď¸)

Javelin
Ona Batlle x Reader
Summary: You and Ona are each other's homes
The first time you met Ona, she kicked you in the face with a football.
In revenge, you threw it straight back at her and she accidentally lost a tooth from the impact.
You'd been best friends ever since then and your parents could barely keep the pair of you separated.
And as with all things like that, a relationship was naturally the next step.
Fumbles in the back rooms of the family home, making out in your room during family reunions, a kiss after Ona scores in an important match.
And all of those soft, teenage fumbles transformed into something much more beautiful.
You'd followed her to Manchester when she left Spain.
It had taken a lot, uprooting your whole life and moving to a different country whose language you hadn't paid much attention to in school.
Ona helped though.
Ona always helped.
That had always been the case.
Ona helped you and you helped her.
Your training never really went as long as hers. You weren't away from home as often as Ona was. Throwing a javelin wasn't quite as physically draining as football was so you were able to cook dinner and clean up and go to almost all of her matches to support her.
"That smells good."
Arms close around your waist gently and a head rests between your shoulder blades.
"Taste," You say, bringing a spoon up to Ona's lips straight from the pot," Good? Too salty? Not salty enough?"
"Perfect," Ona says," Perfect like always. You spoil me."
"You deserve to be spoiled."
Ona giggles a little, a soft kiss being pressed against your neck as she moves away. "I'll grab the plates."
You make a home in Manchester together before Barcelona come knocking and you're more than willing to return to Spain again.
You get another coaching team. You train in the heat.
You and Ona discuss a dog but nothing has come of it just yet. You bask in each other's company. You return to family reunions and seeing Ona's family on the weekend right until the summer.
The run up to the Olympics is brutal.
You're both tired and drained but it's a dream to represent Spain on a stage like that, to show people around the world just what you can do.
People watch events that they don't usually watch and if you can even convert one person into a javelin fan then it'll be an Olympics well spent.
You have your goals for this Olympics and Ona has hers.
And you hate seeing that her goals will be left unfinished.
"Hey..." You say gently as she approaches you at the barrier," I'm sorry."
You can see her putting on a brave face. You know it's fake.
You lean over and gently draw her closer.
Spain hadn't made it to the final. They'd lost the bronze medal.
Ona had lost the bronze medal.
Your own gold medal for javelin feels like a weight in your bag, heavy and you wish you could throw it in the river so Ona wouldn't be able to see it.
But you know that she knows you won it.
She'd sent a very long rambling text before setting up an accompanying phone call where she declared her love for you and told you how proud she was and how she couldn't wait to see your medal.
Now though, you don't want her to see it.
You don't want her to see it because you know she'll be reminded of what she's just lost and you can't do that to her.
You won't do that to her.
You refuse to do that to her.
So you hold Ona against you now as she rests her head in your shoulder and you play with the soft baby hairs that rest on the back of her neck.
"We've got a break now," You whisper to her, voice quiet and soft and everything she needs to hear right now," We'll go somewhere hot. With a beach. We'll relax and have some fun before the season starts again. Relax and reset."
"I wanted to win you a medal," Ona chokes out against your skin," I know you've already got one but-But I wanted to get you another one."
"I don't need another one," You assure her," I've got you. That's enough for me."

So sorry if you've answered this before, but do you have any tips for how to tell if something is actually 30s/40s vintage cut or a mix between vintage and modern? I've seen you talk a couple of times about how a company's vests will be too long and their jackets too short (or something similar), but I don't know if that's a "the vest shall be precisely two inches below the apex of the wearer's elbow" type thing or just something you get an eye for once you do it a lot.
There are rough Rules, but you're really best off by developing your eye. "How to read a suit" is a great book, btw, for learning how suits have changed over time.
Start a "look book" of vintage photos of men in garments you like. Use actual vintage photos (or movie stills) of real people and *not* fashion drawings. You want to get good at deconstructing the vintage suit silhouette -- generally, what makes the torso more "V" shaped and the legs longer.
Let's use Jimmy Stewart as an example:

This is a great photo that shows off where trousers hit at the natural waist. It also shows a period tie length, how full the legs are, how the pleats sit, the full length trouser crease, the wide jacket lapels, and shoulders that extend beyond the natural shoulder.

These photos show where waistcoats and knitwear hit. You can also see the waistcoat has a high neckline, and, despite being short, has a lot more buttons than modern cut. The waistcoat also has a sort of fishtail look when that bottom button is undone.
These garments don't extend much past the (also high) trouser waistband. They do not cover the hips. Also note that the waistcoat *is* form-fitting, a rare garment of this era that is "slim".

This is a good example of coat length -- see how his coat hits between the two joints on his thumb. Also note his trousers - a wide turnup/cuff, and how they don't have a "break" in this case (aka, they don't spill over on to his shoes, but are a perfect length to completely hide the socks).
Some other fun details are the double breast pockets, some kind of collar bar, the spearpoint (long and pointed down) shirt collar.

And here, you can see how the suit coat nips in at the waist. This, combined with the wide cut shoulders, gives more of a "V" shape.

Now compare to these two Thomas Farthing cuts (no major shade - I have several garments from them, but also think their suiting would be so much better with an accurately vintage silhouette).
See how short the coat on the left is? It barely hits his wrist! It also doesn't look like it nips in at the waist. He looks like a rectangle and not a "V".
And the waistcoat on the right - that torso is so long! The waistcoat should end roughly where those pocket flaps are, instead of going over the hips. It also fits a bit loose - not much of a snatched waist look. Again, the impression is of a rectangle.
The trousers are... fine (they tend to not be wide enough), but since the other details are off, the trousers can't really do their job of making the legs look long.
As you dial in your look and shop around, try to shop online from places that show the clothing on a model -- that will at least help you see general proportions and silhouette.
Once you develop your eye, you can translate your ideal look to measurements that work for your own body. It might be a bit of trial and error, but once you get a great-fitting piece, measure it and start your own custom measurements sheet. Then, shop based on those measurements vs what is actually on a label or what your body is.
It is important not to solely go off of your body measurements. This is because of the concept of "ease", which is how loose fitting a garment is. I like my coats to have enough ease to layer in a sweater/jumper, and my shirts to have a boxy cut - not slim. This has meant that I've started wearing a slightly larger size than modern fashion would put me in (because modern fashion tries to be form-fitting). But in the vintage silhouette, that larger size *works*!
I hope this all helps. It all boils down to what *you* like, which doesn't have to be "accurate". But it will help your fashion journey if you're able to articulate what does and does not work in an outfit for you.
#men's fashion#vintage fashion#rip to anyone who develops a dislike of modern length waistcoats because of me#they make the torso look ridiculously long#and don't even cover modern low rise trousers#so there is a ridiculous triangle of shirt just above the fly#they look ridiculously sloppy imo

You're Scaring Me
Jasper Hale X Reader
Summary: Request - Can you write one where the reader does something major told her not to do and he gets mad when he finds out and then jasper tries to console her and sheâs jus really guilty and upset and then the major comes back out and they talk it thru.
Word Count: 3558
Warning: Angsty maybe. Obviously some unhealthy anger stuff, but it ends well, I promise.
Note: I liked the idea of doing something with the wolves, but felt Jasper/the Major wouldn't ask you to stay away from people, especially if they were your friends. So I took a route regarding reader's safety, since he'd totally go feral over that.
---
Saying Forks was in the middle of a blizzard would be an under exaggeration.
Youâd never seen snow like this. You could barely see past your front porch, it was coming down so hard. School had been canceled, of course, and Emmett had convinced the family it would be fun to try hunting with the added challenge of not being able to see.
Jasper had hesitated to join at first, to leave you alone in this storm since your parents were away, but it only took a little soft convincing from you for him to relent.
On one term, at least
âPlease stay here âtil we get back,â the blond repeats worriedly as he puts on a coat - that he doesnât need, you might add
âItâs not that bad out, Jasper,â you chuckle, eyes glued out the window.
âDarlin.â
His voice shifts subtly. You blink, glancing back at him over your shoulder. Jasper stares right back at you, eyes narrowed, a familiar intensity burning behind them. Your body figures it out before you do, fine hairs standing on end, pupils dilating. A sharp contradiction to the smile that lights up your face.
âYes, Major?â You ask, barely missing a beat.Â
The man takes a step towards you, hands clasped behind his back, shoulders straight. Itâd be intimidating if you didnât know better.
âYou goinâ to listen for me?â He asks, voice low, accent thicker than before.
âOf course, Major.â
The barest flicker of a smile pulls at the vampireâs lips. Such a sweet thing. The way you look at him - all wide, puppy dog eyes, attentive and loving - it makes him feel raw with the need to protect you, even if itâs just from the blizzard.
Tender in a way heâs never been, the Major touches your chin, drawing close enough that he can feel your warm breath stutter against his lips as he murmurs, âThen be a good girl and stay put for me. I donât want you out in this weather.â
You canât help but soften, fondness curling in your chest. He really is just a soft teddy bear at his core.Â
âYou donât have to worry about me,â you insist, curling your arms around his waist, âI wonât go out, I promise.â
âGood.â The Major closes the small gap between you, lips pressing against yours in an unrelenting kiss. Itâs all you can do to keep yourself upright as his hand curls along your jaw, drawing you closer, closer, until your head is spinning from the feeling. Youâd think heâs going off to war again by the way he kisses you.
You can barely catch your breath when he pulls away. Heat blooms across your cheeks, and you bury your face in his chest to hide it, which earns a low chuckle from the blond. He presses another kiss to your temple, this one softer, gentler.
âLove you, darlin,â he murmurs, all honey and sweet and Jasper again.
You melt against him, voice muffled by his sweater, âLove you too, Jazz. Stay safe, please.â
âI wonât be long,â he reassures you, âEmmett will give in when he realizes all the animals are hidinâ from the weather.â
You huff a laugh. Perhaps. Emmett is stubborn, reckless, and stubbornly reckless. Once he has an idea in his mind, itâs hard to get him off it, like today. But youâre sure Jasperâs right. Heâll give up once he gets bored.
âIâll hold you to that mister. Iâll be lonely without you.â
âWell, we canât have that, now can we?â He leans down, catching your lips one final time. You can feel his grin through the kiss. âJust a couple hours, darlinâ. Iâll drag him back if I have to after that.â
Heâs still reluctant to leave, but the nagging worries are quieter now, enough that he can drag himself from the comfort of your touch to join his brothers outside. You watch them disappear into the haze of snow, like ghosts, before shuffling back to your kitchen to work on some homework.
It shouldnât be so hard to stay busy until they get back. Right?
---
Thatâs what you thought, at least. But one hour quickly turns to two, which quickly turns to three and still no Jasper. By the fifth hour, youâve finished all your work and find yourself staring into an empty fridge with a growling stomach.
Of course your parents would forget to stock up before going on a business trip.
Chewing the inside of your cheek, you glance outside. Itâs still snowing, but notâŚas bad. You could probably make it to the grocery store and back without any problems. And youâd probably get back before they do, so Jasper wouldnât even know.
Everything would be fine.
You layer up, tucking a scarf tightly around your neck. It might be a little lighter outside, but itâs still well below freezing. Itâll be quick, though. The grocer is maybe a five minute walk, and you only need a couple things.
Popping your hood up, you grab your house keys and venture out, shuffling the whole way there.
---
âBrave of you to venture out in this,â the cashier chimes, scanning your microwave meal and milk - you figure you might as well get stuff for breakfast too.
âDidnât have much of a choice,â you hum shakily, teeth still chattering as you hand him some cash, âIâd rather be cold for a bit instead of going hungry.â
âFair ânough!â The cash register dings and he hands you some change. âStay safe out there, miss.â
âThanks.â You cast him a smile, âYou too. Hope it clears up a bit before you have to leave.â
âGod willing.â
You slip your gloves back on and heave the bag of supplies from the counter.Â
On the walk back, youâre a little less careful, eyes wandering as you tread through the snow. The journey here hadnât been so bad. Sure youâd almost slipped a few times, but it wasnât nearly as bad as you thought itâd be. It was actually almost nice, once your face went numb at least.
Your thoughts wander to the food in your hands, pace picking up a bit as you think about how nice a warm meal will be after this. And well earned after a long day of work and a hazardous journey to get it. Maybe you could cuddle up on the couch and turn on a movie while you eat. That sounds ni-
-and youâre falling.
You screech, boots slipping against the ice as the world tilts wildly. Instinctually, your eyes squeeze shut and you wait for the impact, hoping your layers might be enough to cushion the fall.
They are, thankfully. But they arenât enough to stop your ankle from twisting as you tumble a bit off the sidewalk.
The pain is instant. It pulses up your leg, sharp and fiery compared to the cold seeping into your bones. You suck in a sharp breath, teeth gritting as you bury your face in the snow. Itâs all you can do to keep yourself from crying, that stinging sensation starting in your eyes, a lump forming in your throat.
God, youâre so screwed.
â
âDarlin, Iâm back,â Jasper calls out softly, brushing the ice from his hair as he slips into your warm house.
Almost instantly, he can tell somethingâs wrong. Jasper stops, brow furrowing. Usually youâd be bounding up to tackle him by now, a beautiful smile on your lips, asking how things went. Itâs something constant, a custom he enjoys more than heâll admit.
Thereâs no greeting this time, though. Even as he stills, focusing on the sounds of the house, he canât hear a thing. No footsteps, no heartbeat. Itâs eerily silent, empty.Â
Youâre not here.
An uneasy feeling settles in his chest. Jasper speeds through the house, checking each room, hoping his ears are just tricking him. Maybe youâre just asleep or reading in some corner. With each empty room, though, the feeling worsens, gripping him by the throat, unrelenting and violent. Heâs spiraling, he knows it, can tell heâs walking along an all too familiar edge, blurred between himself and-
The Major pauses at the door to your bedroom. Empty. Your coat isnât where you usually leave it. Neither are your boots. It leaves little doubt in his mind where youâve gone.
You didnât listen to him.Â
The blond takes a slow breath, holding back the anger that washes over him, white hot and smoldering.Â
Itâs rare for you to not listen to him. You know his none-too-gentle requests are for your safety, they always are. Because while Jasper would rather die a million times than see you hurt, the Major would bring the world to its knees if it meant keeping you safe. Heâs never had something as good as you in his life and the need to protect that, to protect you, well - that drives him to his knees. And now youâre out in this storm. By yourself.
The door slams as he throws himself back out into the snow to find you.
---
The snow is picking up, you notice glumly as you carefully flip over in the snow. Even the slightest movement makes pain prickle up your leg, but you canât lay face down in the snow much longer, not with how youâre quickly losing feeling in your nose.
You sniffle, swiping at your eyes to keep the tears away. What are you supposed to do now? Itâs not like you can stay out here. Frostbite doesnât exactly sound appealing, but neither does the idea of limping home with this pain. You could callâŚNo, no, heâd be so mad. You canât call Jasper.
Not that fate really cares about what you think.
You squeak when a pair of arms suddenly lifts you out of the snow. The only thing that keeps you from screaming is the familiar cold touch of your captor and the mess of blond hair flickering in the snowy breeze. The fear slowly disappears when you realize itâs just Jasper.
Quickly replaced by a tight, anxious feeling in your chest when you see the tense set of his jaw and how the lines in his neck stand out under his pale skin. Heâs upset. Heâs upset with you and your ankle is still throbbing and your eyes are stinging again and-
You inhale shakily, an apology ready to spill off your lips, but the look he gives you makes it all die on your tongue. His usually stoic expression turns dark, eyes narrowed with barely restrained anger.
âYou open that mouth, sugar, and I promise I wonât be goinâ easy on you,â he drawls, low and heavy, accent dripping off each word.
Not Jasper. You bite your lip, eyes immediately dropping to your lap. Definitely not Jasper.
You canât bring yourself to break the stifling silence after that. Not when you can practically feel the Majorâs anger radiating from him, which does nothing to ease the turmoil swirling inside of you. The soldier is never this open with his emotions, usually so careful to maintain a mask of indifference. With each step, you can feel the tension rising, his grip tightening, and your chest almost hurts from how hard your heart is beating.
It all comes to a head when you make it to the house. The moment your feet hit the ground, and he knows you're safe, the reins of his control slip, an uncontainable rage burning through him.
âI told you not to go out,â he mutters, pacing back and forth in your small entryway.Â
He canât stay still, too scared of what he could do. Every cell in his body desires to pin you against the wall, handle you rough and selfish, make you realize how awful it felt to come back and find you gone. But he canât. He wonât. Thatâs not what you deserve, he knows that. Jasper would be better at this, he would be gentle, but the Major has never been good at gentle.
You blink at him, wide-eyed from the door. Itâs like watching a lion pace at the bars of a zoo, except thereâs nothing between you and him. Nothing to keep you safe except him. He could do anything and you wouldnât be able to stop him. Youâre just a human, after all. And the Major has had his share of violence. Even though you know he would never hurt you, you canât stop your hands from shaking.
âI wasnât, I wasnât going to be out long,â you try and explain, digging your fingers into the material of your coat, âI promise-â
âYou promised youâd stay put,â he drawls roughly, hands clenching behind his back.
âI was just goi- going to get food!â
The blond grits his teeth, his usual impassive tone sharpening, âWhat on earth were you thinkinâ?â
âI- I thought Iâd be back before you,â you spit out, and immediately snap your mouth shut.
The Major stops pacing, every muscle in his body going rigid. You bite your cheek, pulse racing as he slowly turns to you, those gold eyes burning so dark you swear they almost look red. Like blood. Something tightens in your chest. That was the wrong thing to say.
âSo you purposefully disobeyed my orders?â
âI didnât-â
âYou decided to be foolish and risk your life goinâ out in this storm,â he growls, slowly closing the space between you, âwithout anyone knowinâ?â
You shrink back a little, panic clouding your head. The Major stops in front of you, frame towering over yours, making you feel impossibly small. Tears prick at your eyes as you shuffle back against the door, pain shooting up your leg as you put weight on it.
âAnswer me, darlin.â He doesnât relent, eyes burning into you. Waiting.
A lump forms in your throat. You bite your cheek, desperate to keep the tears at bay, eyes glued to his boots. You canât. You canât do this.
But the blood drains from your face when a fist slams into the door beside you, practically splintering the wood. You can feel it shake against you before settling into silence.
âIâm not goinâ to ask again, (Y/n),â he murmurs, deadly calm again.
You hold your breath, slowly bringing your eyes back up to the Major, and the look on his face makes your heart drop. Itâs drawn into something unnervingly blank, cold. No more anger, justâŚ
âMajor-â A tear breaks down your cheek, your voice unbearably quiet. âYouâre scaring me.â
The change is instant.
Like light breaking through the clouds, the emptiness leaves his eyes, filling them back with warmth and concern and love.
And you crumble.
Jasper catches you with ease, arms wrapping around you tenderly as he lowers you both on the ground. You curl into him, face buried in his coat as the tears come freely now. You couldnât stop them even if you wanted, and youâre just so tired, so hurt. Thereâs nothing left in you, all you can do is cry and cling to him for dear life.
ââm sorry, Iâm sorry,â you hiccup miserably, and Jasper feels his still heart break. âIâm so sorry, Jazz, I didnât mean to. I just, I just needed food, and it wasnât that far, and I thought- I thought-â
He hushes you softly, fingers brushing through your hair as he unwinds the swirling mess of your emotions. You can feel it, youâve always been able to, the subtle shifts and gentle pulls. Never too much, because he knows you wouldnât want that, but enough so youâre not drowning in them.Â
Eventually youâre calm enough to take a full breath, the air stuttering past your lips as you go limp in Jasperâs hold. He draws you tight against him, brushing his hand down to rest at the nape of your neck, just a comforting, constant pressure.Â
âYouâve nothinâ to apologize for, darlin,â he murmurs eventually, voice muffled in your hair. âIâm the one who should be. I had no right treatinâ you like that, no matter how worried I was.â
âBut-â
âNo,â he cuts you off firmly. âIt wasnât right, darlin. It was my fault for beinâ late. HeâŚHeâs mighty overprotective of you, and he- I donât know how to handle myself well when it comes to you. I hope you can forgive me.â
âI doâŚâ You sniffle, the sound soft and sad, but your grip on him tightens. âBut I shouldâve listened, then I wouldnât have slipped and gotten hurt.â
Jasper pulls you back suddenly, brows furrowed in surprise, âWhat? Youâre hurt? Where? Do I need to get Carlisle?â
You laugh weakly, his overwhelming concern easing the tightness left in your chest. The tension drips from your muscles, adrenaline slowing. âNo, no, Iâm fine. I just, I fellâŚoutside and I think I twisted my ankle, is all.â
âLet me see.â
You squeak as he sweeps you up for the second time today. You wrap your arms around his neck as he carries you to the couch. Every touch is slow, careful, as he sets you down and goes to work on getting your boots off. You wince a little when you have to bend your ankle, and he murmurs a quiet apology.
Relief washes over you though when his cool fingers smooth over your heated skin. Itâs like the best ice pack ever. You canât help but sink into the couch with a sigh, eyes fluttering shut.
Jasper purses his lips. It must have been a bad fall since your ankle is angry and swollen. He should have come back sooner, then this wouldnât have happened. You wouldnât have gone out in the storm, you wouldnât be hurt, and the Major never would have scared you.
His thoughts flashes back to the look on your face. The fear glimmering in your eyes as he leaned over you. Itâs burned into his mind, replaying over and over.
âMajor, youâre scaring me.â
After a few seconds too long of silence, you peek an eye open. Jasper kneels, statue still in front of you, eyes set on something distant. A frown catches your lips, and you lean forward, touching his chin gingerly. Those gold eyes dart up to you, coming into focus, flicking between their usual warmth and a familiar steeliness. You shake your head fondly.
âMajor,â you call, hand resting against his cheek, âcome on, letâs talk.â
He straightens ever so slightly, but instead of drawing back like youâd expect, the stoic man covers your hand with his own, turning to skim his nose to the inside of your wrist. He takes a deep breath, eyes closed. You sit there, just like that for a while, watching him quietly.
When he talks, his voice is a low, calm rumble, his lips brushing against your skin, âIâm sorry for actinâ like such an animal, sugar.â
You purse your lips. A part of you wants to just forgive him. Move on from all of this and forget it. But then you remember the sound of his fist hitting the door, the way it resounded in your chest in place of your heartbeat. Youâve never felt like that, and you donât want to feel like that again.
âI know you were worried,â you start nervously, wetting your lips. The Major doesnât say a word, eyes set on you patiently, just waiting for you to continue. You take another deep breath, âI know you asked me to stay home and it upset you that I didnât. I know you want to keep me safe. ButâŚbut it scared me, how angry you got, and thatâs, thatâs not okay.â
âItâs not,â he hums in agreement, thumb brushing soothingly over your pulse.
You nod and feel a little more confident as you go on, âI, I might do something you donât like in the future, and if I do, you need to talk to me first. Nicely, please. I love you, like I love Jasper, but weâre equals, even if youâre a lot stronger and bigger than me. â His lips twitch a little in amusement. You shoot him a scolding look, which makes him fall back into seriousness. âI donât take orders. I listen because I know you care, but you need to listen to me, too. Understood?â
âYes, maâam.â He pulls your hand back, pressing a brief kiss to your knuckles. It softens you a bit. A small smile draws across your lips. âYou have my solemn word, it won't happen again. And my deepest apologies.â
âYouâre forgiven,â you chirp. The last of your worries melt away at the smile he gives you, all lopsided and charming. You shake your head with a laugh, âBut you owe me, mister.â
âWell, of course,â he concedes easily, desiring nothing more than to cheer you up now, âWhat can I do for you, little lamb?â
Shifting awkwardly, careful of your ankle, you jab a finger at the plastic bag you dropped by the door, âMake me some dinner! Cause Iâm starving and thatâs what got us into this mess.â
The vampire laughs, fully laughs. Itâs something you donât get to hear often, so you absolutely love it. Love him and the way his eyes crinkle with mirth as he pushes himself to his feet, tipping a nonexistent hat to you. Jasper.
âIt would be my pleasure, darlin.â
âThanks, hun.â
---
This was SO hard to write! I suck at doing anger, because it's hard to represent the unhealthy relationship stuff. I tried to turn it around cause I believe ultimately he's a respectful man, and that's how I want to portray him.
So I hope you guys like this! Sorry if the pacing's weird or anything, I just wanted to get it done!

theodore nott's one star rating of dirty talking
Summary: Sexting through note passing, one of Theodore's favourite ways to bother you.
History of Magic is fun... only if you're studying it on your own. You're nice enough to pretend to be interested in whatever Professor Binns is saying, occasionally, because you would feel bad if he notices that you're falling asleep. Then again, Professor Binns doesn't exactly have a heart to feel sad about his students not finding his lesson interesting, does he? Nevertheless, you work hard to suppress the yawn that would threaten to come every five minutes. Scratch that, every minute, actually.
You look down at your notebook, eyeing it with disappointment. Every History of Magic class, your page would start with almost impressive notes and gradually, evidently, transition into lazy writings and short sentences. Sometimes not even a sentence.
The Salem Witch Trials were a series of hearings and prosecutions of people who were accused of being involved with witchcraft.
These trials occurred in Massachusetts, in the years 1692 and 1963, in which, as a result, twenty people who were accused of witchcraft being executed, and most of them being women.
Some of the women were indeed witches, though found to be entirely innocent of the crimes they were accused and executed for.
others are just no-majes

dada essay due tomorrow & practice non-verb spells
You pause in your reading, eyebrows furrowed. The Defence Against the Dark Arts essay...
That's something you'll worry about after lunch.
With a soft sigh, you lean your chin on your palm, your elbow resting on your table. How much longer until it's lunchtime?
Before you can even start to feel another yawn coming, a familiar hand from beside you slides over a torn page from a notebook, with a sentence written on it. Obviously it won't be a list of names of the Salem Witch Trials' victims, knowing your lover.
You turn your head, looking at Theodore Nott with a raised brow, before reaching out to slide the paper closer to you, your hand brushing against the back of his hand briefly. He doesn't even bother to fold the paper. He might as well read it out loud to the whole class.
"why the frown? :("
You can't help the half-smile that appears on your lips when you read the note. You write back a simple response.
"You."
Theodore practically snatches the note from you, undoubtedly excited that there's finally something exciting to do and you had to nudge him because of the noise the paper just made. He's not bothered, of course, already writing down his response.
"I will buy you sweets."
Your heart skips a beat, even at such a simple message. You glances at Theodore, who's watching your every move with that gentle gaze of his green eyes, a soft playful smile on his lips.
"Your hair looks fluffy. Would love to touch later."
You slide it over to him. You enjoy the reaction your message has on him, because he rolls his shoulders in what seems like a satisfied manner as his smile widens, before he starts to write. Clearly he thought of a good response.
"you will touch it later, and other places too"
His response comes with a drawing of a beating heart, which eventually increases and explodes, and the animation repeats. How cute, you think. With a shy smile, you write back, wanting to keep the conversation going despite how his message had left you a bit speechless.
"What do you think of the New Salem Philanthropic Society? Bold, don't you think?"
Somehow, your response causes him to snort, in which he disguises it with a fake cough. You quickly look at him with a mix of confusion and amusement.
"you're BAD at dirty talking"
This time, it's your turn to snort, causing the two people in front of you and Theodore to turn around, frowning. You want to scoff - you're pretty sure they're just annoyed because you and Theodore are interrupting their napping or daydreaming session.
Looking over at Theodore, you roll your eyes at him, before focusing on the note that is now in your hands. You wouldn't say that you're bad at dirty talking, more like... skilled in other categories of dirty talking, such as begging or... demanding. Perchance.
You write your reply with determination.
"I would need to be locked up in Azkaban for your safety."
When Theodore reads your reply, you saw his eyebrows raise - he's both surprised and impressed. He shakes his head with a breathy chuckle.
"ominous, but an improvement,"
There's another sentence below this one, and you almost choked on your own saliva.
"pull up your skirt for me a little bit"
You immediately crumple up the paper on impulse, holding it in your hand, and you swear Theodore's smirk becomes more evident. Is he serious? Writing this on a note passed in class is dangerous! But then again, someone is borderline snoring just a few tables away and Professor Binns isn't even sparing him a glance, no one is.
You smoothen the paper on your table and writes down your response, exhaling softly.
"This isn't dirty talking. You're just horny."
Theodore places down the paper on his table and leans back in his seat, crossing his arms. When your eyes meet his, he simply shrugs and pointedly looks down at your skirt.
He's waiting.
You sigh and make sure your robes are out of the way of display of your skirt. With your hands nervously gripping onto the hem of your skirt, you look around the classroom. Some are doodling, and some are literally sleeping. No one would find out, really.
You pull up your skirt by just an inch.
Okay, two inches.
"That's it," Theodore whispers unexpectedly, causing your heart to skip a beat. What handful he is.
He slides over the paper to you, and you notice he didn't write a response. You send him a questioning look, and he gestures to his body with his hand.
Oh.
You slide the note over.
"Which one do you want?"
The note is slid back to you.
"which one do YOU want?"
You tilt your head, contemplating. The hardest decision you've ever had to make today, you think.
"You don't need to take anything off to arouse me."
You pause your writing. However...
"The tie?"
Theodore seems satisfied once he reads the note. He looks over at you and loosens his robes around his neck, revealing his vest and the white shirt underneath it. With a smirk, he loosens his tie at the top of his vest, just a little, not too obvious - for your eyes only.
You can't help but to take the paper from him despite how it's his turn to write the message. Considering how the two of you aren't exactly writing neatly on the paper which leads to taking up all the space, you had to use the other side to write your new message.
"I like your neck."
Theodore smiles fondly once he reads this, not a playful smirk this time, and you think he might even be blushing. When he glances at you, you notice how his pupils are dilated.
He slides the paper over to you, and squeezes your hand affectionately for a brief moment before pulling away.
"you will mark it?"
It's clear to you how he's subtly guiding you towards saying the right thing, lest you start delving into the whole Second Salemers' background in your reply, and you can't help but to want to impress him.
"I will write on it in runes which would translate to my name."
Theodore chuckles quietly.
"nerd"
A true romantic.
You write back - shamelessly.
"You want me so bad."
You see him pressing his palm to his face, as his shoulders shake in quiet, small laughter. Naturally, seeing him smiling so big widens yours too. He leans towards you and whispers in amusement, "You are bad at dirty talking."
"You will never find anyone as good as me," you reply in a whisper, leaning back in your seat, putting on a smug expression, despite the fond smile that threatens to break though.
As Theodore leans in to peck your cheek, you can't help but to briefly think that, if you were good in dirty talking, a whole notebook would've been used up for this period alone. You needed to have a flaw, after all.

"I hate you so bad right now."
"Oh, come on! It was an accident," Wooyoung draws on in a whine from his seat on the edge of the bed, "you snuck up on me!"
You drop your arms to your sides, pausing the way you dab at the stain on your shirt in favor of glaring at him, your lip snarling up to expose your teeth.
"Okay, fair enough," he bites his lip to stop the laugh that wants to come out. You; a mere puppy hybrid, showing him; a full blooded fox, a threat display. It was amusing that you thought your teeth were threatening.
He had spilled, accidentally of course, his cup of alcoholic punch on the both of you when you ran into each other.
And that's how you ended up back in your room while the party your pack was hosting continued downstairs. He was already shirtless, he didn't really have a care about his soaked clothing and just threw it in your laundry basket while you were trying to get as much out of yours as you could.
He could sense that you were getting frustrated, your scent turning sour. "Hey," he says softly, quickly on his feet and cupping your face, "it's just some punch, Babe. I guarantee that Hwa can get it out no problem."
"Yeah..." You take in a deep inhale of his scent, letting the familiar smell of rice pudding calm you. "I'm sorry I overreacted. My heat's coming up, you know I get bitchy. I'm almost as bad as you are~"
He laughs with you, gently rubbing your cheekbones with his thumbs while admiring you for a second. "Here, get out of this," he grips the hem of your shirt and pulls it over your head â his eyes immediately on your chest.
"Are you thinking what I think you are?"
"No- aaah, that's a lie and you know it," he grins, tracing his hands up your sides, "you're so beautiful, I can't help myself."
  "Oh, hush-"
"Hey, I got an idea." Wooyoung's ideas usually end up either very fun or very bad. "You want to find out how much we can get away with before people start looking for us?"
   Fun it is.
â§ď˝ĄANIMALSđŚšÂ°â§
Yeosang and Hongjoong had looked all over for you both downstairs. Yeosang was starting to get frustrated because they couldn't find two of the packs precious omegas.
"-probably just upstairs," Hongjoong hums while leading him up. He's a beta, they're calm and confident and can keep their animal in check â unlike an alpha;
Yeosang for instance, who is simultaneously seething and pouting at the fact that some of his pack is unaccounted for. He isn't the leader, but he is the alpha. And he feels personally responsible for all of you.
Wooyoung's room is empty, so they land at yours. As soon as Hongjoong twists the doorknob, the scent of your arousal floods their senses.
They're stunned for a moment as the delicious smell of you and Wooyoung mixing together wafts around them.
"Youngie, st-stop, fuck me already," they hear you moan â and Hongjoongs hand acts for him as he pushes the door open all the way.
Wooyoung has you pinned to the bed by his grip on your hips, his face between your thighs and his hips twitching every so often as he slurps at you. Your legs are trembling, and you're covered in a shimmering sheen of sweat.
You've been gone for a good hour. And by the look of your disheveled appearance, at least forty-five minutes of that have been Wooyoung lapping at your cunt.
"Get in here," Yeosang says through his teeth as he pulls Hongjoong into the room by the back of his neck. He already has a very noticeable bulge in his jeans.
The slam of the door gets your attention; your eyes immediately trained on them, and Wooyoung simply looks over his shoulder before returning to his task. "Young, stop-" You squeak while trying to pull him away by his hair, but that only makes him moan into you.
"Don't stop on our account," Yeosang chuckles as your head falls back to the pillow, covering your face embarrassedly while your hips twitch in Wooyoung tight grasp. "Naughty little omegas sneaking away to get off~"
Wooyoung moans into you again, the vibration against your sensitive heat making you cry, "please!"
Hongjoong crawls onto the bed between your legs, spreading your legs further to join Wooyoung. Yeosang is straddling your waist in a second flat and pulling your hands away from your face.
"Is he teasing you, puppy?"
"Yes- ah!" Your arms tug under his grip as a rougher tongue meets your over-worked clit.
Hongjoong, your snow leopard packmate, is licking up the mess the fox had made of you. Said fox is now slipping on top of him and grinding against his jean-clad bottom with a quiet whine.
"Yeah?" Yeosang pouts mockingly as he leans down and inhales deeply at your neck. "Poor darling wants a knot so bad, is that it?" He can smell how close you are to your heat â but you aren't quite there yet.
If you were, he'd be giving you what you need as quick as humanly possible. He and Yunho, your sweet golden retriever mate, are the only two who can fully satisfy you when you're in heat. The others can knot, sure â but only they can breed you the way you need it. He'd never be so cruel as to deny you when you're in heat. But otherwise, Yeosang loves to be mean and teasing.
"Is that it?" He asks again, meeting your pleading eyes.
"Yes, pl- oh, fuck~" Your eyes flutter shut as Wooyoung's thumb comes to your clit while Hongjoong's tongue finds its way inside of you.
Wooyoung has gotten you nice and worked up, dripping all over the place and desperate for release because even though he'd been eating you out for more than half an hour â he never let you cum. You're sure to burst into tears if your orgasm gets ripped away again.
"Let me cum," you say in a quick breath, wrapping your fingers around Yeosang's tightly as he moves his grip down your arms. You blink at him, eyes shiny and big and pleading. He almost caves when he looks at your literal puppy dog eyes.
But you sound so pretty when you beg.
"Hm?" He tilts his head, a slight blush on his cheeks as he hears the ravenous way the others are eating you out. "You want to cum?"
"Mhm!" You whine, fidgeting beneath him as your pleasure starts trickling over the edge â you're so close you can taste it.
"Oh, but do you deserve to~?"
His words, along with the way they simultaneously stop their actions, makes you wail pathetically, kicking your feet until the beta between them holds you down. "Please! Please!"
Wooyoung giggles from his place atop Hongjoong, giving your swollen clit a ghostly soft stroke with his knuckle. The feathery touch makes you sob, your cunt twitching infront of them; begging for relief.
"C'mon, Alpha," Hongjoong says, his smirk so prominent that you can hear it in his voice, "let your pretty puppy cum. I wanna taste it~"
The doberman hybrid ontop of you bites his lip â calling you, and Yunho, his puppies is a sure fire way to get him horny beyond belief; and he's already hard and twitching in his jeans.
"Please?" You pout. Legitimately pout, lips trembling as you open them to speak, "I'll be good- I'll be so good! Please, just let me cum!"
As you ramble on, he grins, "you can cum."
You're too elated as the men between your legs start up again to notice the dark glint in his eyes.
Wooyoung's fingers curl up inside of you in time with every swirl of Hongjoong's tongue on your clit; and you're so filled with ecstasy that you hardly notice your impending orgasm.
When it snaps inside of you, you find yourself gasping and panting; clawing at Yeosang's pants and trembling beneath him as he holds you down with his chest on yours. A small line of drool makes it out of the corner of your mouth â but it doesn't get very far before he licks it up.
He kisses you softly, rumbling happily when you move your lips against him even through your daze.
When your intense trembles turn into mere twitches, the duo between your legs finally pull back a bit. Hongjoong kisses your clit and makes you jolt, a little whine muffled by Yeosang's lips.
As soon as he withdraws his fingers, Wooyoung is shoving them in Hongjoongs mouth. The taste of your release makes him purr, already wanting to go back in for another round.
But Yeosang has better plans.
â§ď˝ĄANIMALSđŚšÂ°â§
"Ride." Is Yeosang's only command as he settles you over Wooyoung's hips.
Immediately, you're obeying your alpha, sinking down on Wooyoung's member despite the way your cunt is pulsing from your intense orgasm just minutes ago.
The man below you is whining, trying to buck deeper but held in place by Hongjoong's hands pinning him to the bed â talk about karma. "Fuck- faster, Babe," he pleads, hands kneading your chest.
When you finally collide your hips with his, you start rocking them back and forth slowly. His jaw drops, and he's met with Yeosang grabbing his face and taking advantage of that by shoving his tip into his mouth. "Be a good boy and suck it."
He doesn't need to be told twice â not right now, anyways. He feels too good to be his usual defiant self. With your hot, gooey walls massaging his neglected cock; he'd do anything without being told twice if it meant keeping that sensation.
Hongjoong isn't one to be left out, and you aren't one to let him be. He straddles Wooyoung's chest, and you immediately lean down and start kitten licking at his twitching member. "That's it," he purrs, gathering a good portion of your hair in his hands gently, "such an good puppy, don't even need to be told to suck~"
The way your hips grind against him just a bit faster makes Wooyoung moan, muffled around the other man's girth. He groans quietly at the sensation, petting back Wooyoung's hair with a grin.
When you wrap your lips around Hongjoong's tip, he takes control from there; making you suck him how he likes. And he likes to hit the back of your throat and make you gag. He loves it, actually. The way you moan and whine around him as he tries to fuck your throat like it's your pussy.
He pulls you back and forth by his previously soft grip on your hair, making you meet his thrusts. You're so focused on breathing, trying not to seriously choke, that you've stilled ontop of Wooyoung's member. Just clenching and fluttering around him, leaking so much arousal from the way Hongjoong is using you that it's creating a puddle between you and dripping down his balls.
He's just as much a mess as you, drooling around Yeosang with his eyebrows creased together while he holds back from slamming into you.
"Didn't our Alpha tell you to ride?" Hongjoong groans, pulling your face to be flush with his hips as he leans over and smacks your ass. A gurgled 'mhm' is all you can give when he's stuffing your mouth and the entrance of your throat full. "So ride, slut~"
When you start bouncing your hips up and down, your hands on Wooyoung's stomach to brace yourself, he has to pull away from the alpha and suck in some much needed breaths. He can't even bring himself to open his eyes, the sight of Hongjoongs arms flexing as they pull your face to meet his thrusts would be entirely too much â he knows this because he's made that mistake before, and you were made to keep riding him even after he came when seeing the way you were sucking Jongho's cock.
"Faster," he breaths out a whine, "please, faster!" Even though he knows it's going to make him cum, he can't help but beg for more. "Please, Babe, make me your personal toy!"
You gag and sputter around Hongjoong so much that spit comes flying between you, and he pulls back with a chuckle to let you collect yourself.
Yeosang gives Wooyoung's flushed cheek a kiss before crawling down the bed and coming behind you. "C'mon, puppy," he hums as he grips your waist, guiding you to start your bouncing again, "faster. Make him cum inside of you. Milk him like a whore-"
He whines loudly, bucking into you suddenly and making you gasp. "Youngie!"
"Milk me, milk me â fuck, yes!" He's nearly sobbing as you start riding him faster with Yeosang's help, his eyes rolling back into his head as he grabs Hongjoong's thighs to ground himself. "Let me- ah! Let me knot, please!"
"No," Hongjoong growls softly as he leans and wraps his hand around the base of Wooyoung's cock, already feeling his knot swelling up. "We want a turn too, don't be a greedy slut."
"Pleaseee?" He whimpers, pout on his lips even though none of you can see it. "You can- oh, fuck... You can use me wh-while I knot her! Don't you want it, Babe? Want my knot?"
"Mhm!" You nod quickly, your hips slamming down roughly thanks to Yeosang bouncing you like a doll. "Let h- I want it!"
Hongjoong giggles at your simultaneous begging, and he looks to Yeosang with a grin; who returns it with a nod.
"Fine," the beta says as he lets go of his cock, an elated moan coming from the man below you as you start sliding up and down on his growing knot with every bounce. "Such a needy whore," his words only make Wooyoung's knot swell faster, "so desperate to knot that you offer yourself up~"
When Wooyoung lets out a particularly whiny moan, Yeosang slams you down; making you yelp as his knot gets lodged inside of you â his cum joining it not a second later.
â§ď˝ĄANIMALSđŚšÂ°â§
Wooyoung couldn't be more pleased with this turn of events.
He's laying on top of you with his knot swelled all the way up and not showing any signs of lowering â especially not when Hongjoong is pounding into him and making it throb inside of you every time he hits his g-spot. His knot isn't the only thing keeping you in place, he's got his arms locked around your neck in a sweaty hug; he refuses to ever let go of someone he's mating with.
"You're so pretty like this," Yeosang hums from beside you all, his hand sliding up and down his length in time with Hongjoong's thrusts; trying to imagine it's him doing the pounding. He would love to knot any of you right now, but he has a habit of putting his pack mates first. "Pretty little omegas locked together, getting fucked~"
Wooyoung hisses as you clench around him â it's all you can do, really. His cock won't be moving for a good long while, and he growls anytime you move your hands from the way you hug him to try and play with your clit. He buries his face deeper into your neck, moaning happily as he inhales your scent â and then, moaning needily as Hongjoong gives a particularly rough thrust.
Without thinking, the fox takes your shoulder between his teeth. He's made to let go as his jaw drops when your walls gush and pulse around him. "Fu-ck," he hiccups, wrapping his arms around you tighter and wailing when Hongjoong starts absolutely pummeling him. Your actions had made him clench, and it sent the beta spiraling with the need to knot. "Did you j-ust cum?"
"Shut up!" You whimper as you dig your nails into his back, "bite me harder! I like it! I like it, I like it, please-" Your pleading is cut short when Yeosang leans over and captures your lips; swallowing your yell as Wooyoung bites down on your shoulder like he's trying to mark you as his mate all over again.
The sight of you all with your mouths on each other sends Hongjoong careening off the edge, grabbing Wooyoung's hair tightly as he fucks into him through his orgasm; a messy ring of cum on his knot before he slams it into him, growling loudly as he locks them together.
Wooyoung is filling you up all over again, whimpers and whines from both of you as his warm seed joins his previous release.
Yeosang has the mind about him to slip his hand between you and the other omega, not clouded by his knot. He twirls his fingertips around your swollen clit just a few times before you're crying into his mouth. He fists his cock harder as you start fidgeting; trying helplessly to get away from the overstimulation.
Hongjoong grabs your waist, pinning you down with Wooyoung's weight as well as his own as he lays on top of you both. He's done growling, just purring with satisfaction as he nuzzles Wooyoung's back.
You sink into the bed below them as Yeosang finally stops his torture of your clit, panting heavily and watching him with your pupils wide as ever as he kneels beside your face.
"Wooyoung, c'mere," he commands through his moans as he jerks himself, using his free hand to pull his face out of your neck. "Let me mark my omegas."
Wooyoung cranes his neck and presses his cheek to yours, watching the man with a similar fucked-out expression to your own. Hongjoong trills softly as he watches, a dopey smile on his lips.
Yeosang cups your cheek gently, stroking your heated cheek. "Give me a lick, pretty puppy." You roll out your tongue obediently, flicking it over the leaking head of his member. "You too, little foxy." Wooyoung is mirroring you in a millisecond flat; both of your tongues laving over his flushed tip.
All he can do is watch with lust filled awe for a moment before his orgasm creeps up on him, his brain demanding that he mark you both with his cum. "Open," he pants out quickly, fist tightening around himself.
Wooyoung smooshes his cheek back to yours, hugging your neck tightly as you both open your mouths wide and stick out your tongues.
A lewd display, for sure. But none of you care.
Hongjoong rocks his hips, making both of you moan with your mouths wide open, your eyes closing instinctively as Yeosang spills his load all over your faces. Very little actually gets in your mouths, but that's not where he was aiming anyway.
All four of your scents are potent and mingling together in the most primal way, and his cum is the delicious cherry on top.
Which might be why Wooyoung is licking it up off your face like an animal.

Activities for Regressors Without Caregivers! (or just fun regression activties!)
(Although you're always welcome here if you'd like any form of comfort anyway! ^w^)
This one's kind of a long one, after the few tips I list, I've mentioned an app I use called Finch, which will be talked about below the cut.
Since that's the case, I'll put my little ending message here instead:
Knowing how to take care of yourself can take a lot of work and practice, but I believe it's worth the effort, because then you'll be a happier and healthier you! Especially if you can find ways to make it fun!
I'm more than happy to be here for you and offer my support in any way I can, anyhow! I'm proud of you for doing what you can, I know it can be very hard.
I myself don't have a caregiver for when I regress, so most of the time I end up taking care of myself! Here are some fun activities and things I do when I regress to keep myself calm and happy! ^w^
Paci mentions/pics not long after the first section for those of you who'd rather not see 'em.
⼠Arts and crafts! I absolutely LOVE coloring and making bracelets with beads, something not too complicated for little hands, but also something fun!
With coloring, you can buy coloring books, or draw something of your own to color in- even printing out a page you find online, coloring digitally, or tracing over something to color in could work! I prefer coloring more than drawing personally because I don't draw all the time, but I bet I could learn a little thing or two from the artists around here!
For bracelets (and other jewelry), strings can be hard to knot with little hands (at least they aren't those small, slippery clasps!!), but the beads shouldn't be too hard to handle if you're careful! Even just planning out patterns is fun!
Here are some My Little Pony bracelets I made, and the decorations I did for my pacis!
⼠Making playlists! Dancing is fun, and a good way to get the zoomies out, but you can just make playlists for any occasion! I have playlists that help me pet-regress, songs with sounds I like, adventure playlists... (Well- a lot of these are still in progress, but- you get the point!)
I also love those playlist videos on YouTube! Animal Crossing, Super Mario Galaxy, Minecraft and music box music are typically my go-to to help me settle or just make for comfy background music! Here's one of my favorites, shadowatnoon has lovely Nintendo music mixes!
⼠Playing with your plushies! You can take them on adventures, or make your own!
Like Toby, climbing The Great Pillow Mountain!
(This is Toby by the way, he's one of my best friends and a VERY good hugger!)
You can play games with them, too! Toby's REALLY good at hide and seek... Maybe you can find him for me? :0
⼠Finding shows to watch! I really like Paw Patrol and Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at the moment. Plus, you can look at agere content and fics from shows you like! People make really cool stimboards and moodboards, for example, and I like reading through all the fun stories people write!
Here's a silly picture of Rocky I found! :3
Finch
Finch is a self-care app where you take care of your very own little bird friend by taking care of yourself!
You can set daily goals, or for each day (or more specific ones as well I think.). By completing these goals, you give your bird energy to go on adventures! They usually come back with a funny little story or silly questions, because they're learning, too!
Through completing these goals (or daily, at least), you can get Rainbow Stones, which you can use to buy clothes for your bird, make them different colors, or give them furniture for their house!
They're also LGBTQ+ and disability-friendly!! :3
This is my little bird, Honeydew! You're welcome to friend me as well if you'd like, my code is: Z3E2T7VRK6
It's helped me learn a lot about taking care of myself and keeping track of my goals, and I get little rewards for it! I've used the app for several months now, and it's helped me out a lot!
"Fluttershy protects this blog! SFW interaction only, please and thank you! ^w^"
"Wouldn't show a kid? Doesn't belong here!"

Candy Diver human design I did (the images wouldn't load in the correct order I placed them as but whatever)
Uhhj what do I say.. I think the first and last time I've ever drawn fanart for this game was back in September/October 2021? I don't play CRK for the lore or characters really, even if sometimes the stories are engaging or I like some of the characters. I play because it's fun. But ... I watched Legend Of The Duskgloom Sea a few days ago, and immediately knew I just HAD to draw Candy Diver. Something about them makes my neurons activate I can't help it I have a disease RAAHHHH!
@glitchven Just cause you're my only mutual that posts abt this game
Alternative versions and an explanation for my design decisions and fan made lore for it under the cut (spoilers for Legend Of The Duskgloom Sea)
(In the context of being a human) Candy Diver died sometime around the 1920s-30s, when, on a diving expedition looking for treasures, went too deep and realized it after it was too late, eventually running out of breatheable oxygen before reaching the surface (the deeper you go, the more disoriented you get. Humans can barely handle 40m). As a ghost in the Duskgloom Sea, they still wear the very same suit they died in, which is why it's so stained, yellowed, and dirty (realistically it'd be even worse than this), also explaining why their body has decomposed into nothing but a skeleton.
The lantern is some random junk they found they somehow managed to get working. Their original helmet isn't the one you see here, though, because I specifically designed them to *actually* be a deep sea diver; and this is pretty accurate to what they wore, except, of course, they didn't use gumball machines as helmets. Not long after dying and becoming a ghost they lost their helmet, and had to settle with a discarded gumball machine as a replacement. They figured out a way to weld the two parts together (the odd red thing that connects the empty space between the helmet and the shoulderpiece) so it could come on and off. Their original helmet would have looked like this (Mark V divers helmet):

The name "Candy Diver" is one adopted after the fact (either by themself or given to by other people), I'd imagine they were named something completely different before dying
Thinking harder about the whole Candy Diver being dead thing, I thought it would be really cool to take that in a more grotesque direction. Even though now that's it's finished, it (the design) is extremely tame (at least to me, I invisoned them as being more menacing considering the skull, but I've learned now that it's impossible to make a character that has gumballs for eyes scary or intimidating in any way lmao), Candy Diver has SO much potential for body horror and the like, that the game completely strays away from in favor of making them cute (which is incredibly affective btw).
Instead of them just being a ghost who was born from their psychical form dying (most likely), I interpreted them as more of a walking corpse. It may not translate well in the drawing, but they're meant to be hunched over from the constant pressure of how heavy their suit is. They walk slowly but loudly across the seafloor, also because of the weight slowing them down. An odor of death follows them wherever they go after decades of wearing the same clothes and the rotting of what was once their body. Their bones began to decay as well after a time, and eventually they lost their jaw bone, which is why they can't speak (but even when they *could*, I still imagine them as being very very semiverbal anyway. Because autism)

Isagi
He's so sweet, calm and helpful it's amazing
You don't even hesitate to ask for a pen with him, he'll give you a pretty one !
He's not the best at school, but he'll help you out the best he can if you ask him
He's cute and rather funny if you spend some time with him during the break
He's shy at first, it takes time before he's comfortable around you but when he is, he invites you to his match
You two get called out sometimes because you talk a lot !
He's not that popular so you don't get bothered by anyone beside your friends asking WHY you talk to him that much
Just saying he's nice isn't enough, they'll play cupid for sure
Chigiri
Compliments your hair and how healthy it looks
It shocks you because he's not nice with everyone (you'll never hear the end of it)
He's the one you share your magazine with at the break between classes
He can't really help you out in class but he's nice to have in a group assignment!
He's dedicated to the job he has to do and helps around a lot
He's a bit harsh with people sometimes and once told you how he thinks one of your friends as shitty tastes
You just know he thinks highly of you to talk to you regularly when you're just his classmate
But you can't help it but like to talk with him, he's cool and nice to be around
Bachira
He goof around, making you laugh a lot
You probably find him weird too, if you rather feat in, but that doesn't mean you dislike him

He shows you drawing/painting his mom did
He consider you as a friend before you can say a word and he wants to hang out more
He invites you to his match as well ! He loves to hear your thoughts afterwards
You're the weirdo's friend but it doesn't feat that bad with you, he's really nice and you're happy to be close with him
Reo
He's seem so out of touch even if he talks with everyone, it's unsettling
Yet, you're always smiling when he asks you about your day or weekend when he sits back next to you
It's a pure pleasure to work with him, he's so smart it makes things so easy
He notices when you change something about your hair or your supplies â he always asks when you got your cute pen or stuff like that
He's charming, your friends are sure you're in love with him
People are jealous of you bc you get to sit next to him all he time and at school, it's the closest thing to intimate
Nagi
You consider him a lucky charm
You choose your team when you borrowed him a pen and got 97 at your test
He never bothers you since he sleep a lot, but he always asks if he doesn't take too much space but you never mind it
He lets you pet his hair now to wake him up for the break, he loved it the first time and asked you to do it again
You give him your notes without hesitation, you don't mind
People actually ask you question about him but you rarely have answers
You got closer to Reo without meaning to bc Nagi talked about you with him
Sae
Worse classmate /hj
It takes time before he softens around you
He never talks, barely answers you when you ask him if he heard what the teacher said
It's only when he sees you having A REAL hard time that he offers some help
He barely can help you but he'll surprisingly do his best to do so
It's not bad to work with him though, he does what he has to do even if he sucks
If after some time you get a bit closer, he'll tell you to come to one of his match sometimes
You don't want to go at first but go anyway, and it's a good surprise honestly
Talk about it with him and you're sure to start a friendship with him
Shidou
He's sooooo chill
It's a pleasure to have him around honestly
He's funny, he talks to you as if you're a friend of him already when not
He flirts with you and it makes you laugh a lot honestly
He's not necessarily good, he can't really help, you help him more than the other way around but it's fine
He invites you after-school with his friends but you never really go
He always seem really happy to see you and greets you happily everyday
Hiori
So sweet
He's not really talkative at first but after a few weeks he starts to ask you about your week-end
His voice is so soft it's calming
He's always asking if you're ok after a bad test and pat your shoulder
You invite him to eat with you sometimes at lunch but he doesn't really say yes at first bc there's your friends as well
If you're alone, why not
Rin
He barely talks as well
He helps you only in English, after telling you you suck ofc
If you're good at it too, he immediately think higher of you
But he's mostly calm to be around and doesn't bother you, ever
He's shy to ask for anything and rather stay stuck than ask for help
You still offer him your notes if he needs, but he never say yes
He's so annoying bc he never agrees with you or accepts your help
Let me know if you liked it !
