Thinking about Mav being unsure of what Ice's eye color is

Of course he's not going to do the normal thing and ask the man, so he settles for finding ways to get up close and personal to try and see for himself without being obvious (-> he fails)

But every time he gets a close enough look they're different. One day they look blue but the next they look hazel. One moment they look brown but then he turns his head and a different light catches on them and they look almost green

It turns into one big game of "How close will he let me get? How much will he let me see?" And it's not until he's gotten to the point of being a breath away from Ice's face- close enough to brush lips- and standing under the bright white LEDs that he realizes that they're gray

Haha I can’t quite remember what I wrote down for these, but they’re honestly just meant to take up space!

However I did end up writing little things for each of them (including Raph, though you can’t see any of his.)

Raph’s talked about how he was strong, and how he’d bit Draxum - that strength being very obvious with how hard it was to get him to let go. I think I remember writing something about how he ‘shockingly did not enjoy solitude.’

Donnie’s was talking about how he appeared disinterested in what was happening around him, but there would be repeated moments where he’d show marked intellect. Draxum also notes that “for some reason, the lack of eyebrows is off-putting. Why.”

Mikey’s is discussing his energy levels and how he appeared to perk up whenever mystic energy was present. There was also notes of how Mikey would be the one to most often go into his shell, but rarely for reasons of distress and instead “mostly for comfort.”

Leo’s is talking about how actively responsive, curious, and affectionate he is when seeing Draxum - shockingly so, for a turtle. Draxum also notes that Leo would seemingly smile at him, but “turtles can’t smile. What.”

At least that’s what I believe I wrote! Just little notes from Draxum about his turtle subjects and how even before the mutation they showed signs of not quite being like other turtles (I have a headcanon that being raised for a little bit in Draxum’s lab with all the mystic energy and ooze around them influenced their development.)
