Custom Guardians of Harmony Big Mac figure.

I love the GoH line, but since it didn't last long, it didn't make all that many characters. So I've been trying to fill out my set by turning duplicates I've acquired into different characters.

His base doll was Shining Armor, so I carved off the horn, and used milliput to make him a new tail, and reshape his hair and head. Big Mac has softer, less angular features than Shining, and I didn't want him to just look like a recolor.

The hardest part was color matching, as Big Mac is this very specific shade of red that took me a few tries to get right. He's actually got a very magenta base, and is almost closer to being pink than a true red.

I did debate on adding on his yoke, but tbh... I don't like it. I wish the show let him wear a different accessory, especially when he's not working.

He turned out really cute, and I'm pretty happy with him. I do wish he was a little larger to scale better with the others, but that's on Hasbro for not making Shining bigger either. I don't know why they made Shining so short, but oh well. Hopefully one day I'll find the Apple Bloom from this line and complete the family.
