A girl’s notes app is a scary place

I use Apple notes to write fics and nearly lost one today when I was cutting the whole piece to send to myself elsewhere but then clicked cut at the titles.

I was livid when I thought I lost my whole nearly finished piece but found out you can do a three finger swipe left to undo actions.

I was typing a note and fumbled my phone just a little and now the note is GONE. It had a half dozen or so ideas for my story and it VANISHED.

Not found in Deleted.

Not found in any folder.

I’m devastated.

Great app, can’t find any fault with it. My only suggestion is to have more options for sharing notes.

This app holds over 2,500 notes and is accessible across most browsers and iOS devices. It has features for sharing but no option for sharing the individual note as a .txt file on your phone’s built in storage area.

This is what I would love to see introduced and possibly include GitHub so we can save them as .txt, .note and as .md as well. That’s my only real suggestion for improvements. Otherwise, best note-taking app I’ve used since Notepad.

I've been using onenote since my first computer, 13 years later i still use onenote for everything. Sorry apple notes, you only exist on one of the things i own.
