AU where Eddie is supplementing his music aspirations with a job at the grocery store and he’s crushing hard on a customer that comes through his line with increasingly weird grocery combos.

Gareth thinks he’s doing it on purpose as some kind of joke. Jeff thinks that Eddie should just ask the guy out. Grant, Eddie’s usual bagger, disagrees, “Uh, last week, Hot Guy bought thirteen pounds of raw meet and rope. We sure he’s not a serial killer?”

This sets up an argument crowded around Eddie’s register that’s usually reserved for the break room. His friends weigh the pros and cons of dating a crazy person while Eddie watches Hot Guy realize that his line is busy and walk to another register.

He’s has nothing but a pack of nails, hairspray, and a tomato in his basket.

Eddie mourns his bi-weekly interaction.

While Eddie is living it up in a workplace romcom, Steve is fighting for his life with a group of pre-teens determined to get themselves killed saving the world.

i love book armand so much. everyone thinks he’s such a fuck up and can’t hack it, but he literally never stops trying and caring. despite it all he hangs out with humans and makes modern art and watches plays and has philosophical debates and rides a jet ski around fighting pirates and builds a mall for his friends to live in. he thinks he’s broken and incapable of love but he tries so hard at it anyway over and over :(

When Obito decided to experiment with time-travel, he can definitely say he was not expecting to end up babysitting young versions of both himself and Kakashi motherfucking Hatake. And yet, here he was. (Granted, his expectations had been obliterated a while ago by the very existence of the White Fang's ghost, but if Obito didn't find something to complain about, he might just start breaking things instead.) He didn't know what was worse honestly. The complete ineptitude of the child he used to be more than 20 years ago, failing at even basic shuriken trowing, or - No, yeah, scratch that, the five year old version of Kakashi developing a crush on Obito's child self was absolutely worse. That hadn't happened in his original timeline, right ? That was just a consequence of Sakumo nagging him to try and help Kakashi make friends, right ? Right ?
