Oo for Maddie meeting Raven how about Maddie hanging around a part of the haunted river or lake and running into siren Maddie.

Since Maddie doesn't look human she would be more concerned about scaring Raven rather then being found out. But I've started to consider Maddie being able to see ghosts. Because many fish use electromagnetic waves to get around and thats what emf readers for ghost find.
