Astrotrian isn’t used to attention, especially from humans. He thinks they can be annoying but cute most days and you’re not exception. At least not at first. He’s undercover at a local train station, staking out the flow of traffic. Or at least that’s what he’s supposed to be doing. He’s pretty sure that command has forgotten he’s stationed here and now he’s killing time.

That’s the only reason he doesn’t try to shoo you off when you come over to gush. Astrotrain is bored and decides to wait and see what you’re going to do. The last thing he expects to come out of your mouth is ‘oh wow you’re gorgeous’ and then gushing. Sure, he’s had partners before but no one is that bold with him. Even if you do think you’re just talking to a regular train.

He soaks up the praise like a sponge and can’t resist sitting a little higher on the tracks. He’s a key part of the Decepticon war effort and it’s nice to be recognized! Humans can’t be all that bad if they’re acknowledging how interesting and good looking he is. Astrotrain ignores the way his spark spins when you pat the side of his engine.

Of course, the Autobots have to come and ruin this for him. They storm the train station, Starscream and his trine barely staying out of laser fire. Thundercracker yells at Astrotrain to hurry up and he gets ready to move. You’re frozen in shock at the giant mechs so all you can do is yelp when Astrotrain scoops you up. It might be hard for you to digest but you’ll get there; he’s determined to make you his new best friend no matter what.

A thing that I have never seen anyone bring attention to: the lines under Cyberverse Astrotrain's eyes

In 3d it really looks like dimples under the eyes, yes

(the pic is better without the zoom buuttt at least the thing is more visible, also, I don't feel like looking for screenies in the show rn)

I've been feeling the need to mention this for quite a long time and I got reminded of that today rkjxwkktkgnrnt

Let's take these two elements of his face's design into consideration: the lines that go under his eyes and the lines that go from the sides of his mouth. One knows what those are when translated to human standards.

On one hand, they can indicate greater age, being tired. And on the other one, they could additionally be tied to severe and long lasting stress, even trauma, which could have come from his experiences in the universe he originates from.

I shall also add another thing that I have just noticed: his eyes seem to be rotated outwards quite a bit? Unless, it's just a matter of perspective in this one scene... oh wait it did turn out that it's just the perspective but I will keep this part here anyways, lol

That's the thing which makes me one of the people who wish we knew more about that alternate reality, in which Megatron wins the Great War and creates a master race of Decepticons, additionally getting rid of those who he deemed unecessary. Honestly, if there were a few or so episodes set in it, exploring the world, showing the processes that had happened among the Decepticon ranks, the fates of those who resisted, I would have watched them with excitement (well, I'd probably even want 2 whole seasons of that, lol).

Coming back to the topic of Astrotrain, saying that he looks tired is an understatement. He was kept close and abused for milions of years, even tortured. He has a fear of coming back to his original universe, his old master (therefore, the original Cyberberse Megatron has means of threatening him). Addtionally, it is extremely possible that he lost a few 'cons who were close or even very close to him during his universe's Megatron's purges and executions. Astrotrain is a triple-changer whose massive size combined with the shuttle alt mode make him a very valuable asset, as it is obvious that transporting troops is a crucial element. (Well, transporting the high-command could also be an important thing to such a tyrant as "the other" Megatron, hoh)

And yes, all that while keeping in mind the way he acts, the sadism in his personality, the way how he likes to joke.

All of that makes Cyberverse Astrotrain (and maybe even Astrotrain as a character in general, not just the one from this show) yet another triple-changer with a considerable amount of character and character depth building potential. I shall repeat this: I am of the opinion that the triple-changers are really underused in this franchise, even though I know that the reason why they don't appear so often could be how difficult it is to make decent toys of them, lol. Oh and I am not going to forget about the potential they have in fights (especially Blitzwing tbh)

Oh, I will also come back to the very first line of this yapping session: I haven't been on tumblr for too long so I shall ask: if there is some truly splendid annalysis of Astrotrain then I would really appreciate a link to it if that's possible! (Could also be that of any other triple-changer)

Man, would be noice to see a post with Cyberverse Astrotrain that isn't just about shipping him with Dead End, hahah /hj

He always held you softly, like you were made of glass. A moment from shattering in his massive grip, but too precious to not hold so close to his spark.

He wasn't used to the softness. Your character, your skin, your clothes. It was almost too much. And yet he couldn't stop himself from seeking more, his digits testing your boundaries, searching for whatever could be deemed the softest bit of your fragile self.

Your hands - so miniscule compared to his servos, tiny digits curving between two of his own, a gentle squeeze moulding you to the shape of him.

Your legs, soft and yet so strong, giving beneath his touch but able to hold your weight - not that he considered it to be a chore.

He thought it might be your lips, though - tiny, pliant, pink. He couldn't help himself, reaching out to poke at them gently, watching as they turned down for a moment before splitting into a grin, squishing easily beneath his gentle prodding.

Yes, it had to be. Soft, gentle, beautiful - he equated the words with your entirety, but the little smile you beamed up at him sealed your lips as the softest part of you.

Among all the Decepticons, you're his favorite little victim. Quiet and obedient, too passive to tell any superior where they can shove it. Even among the more 'amicable' Cons, you're an exception. Perhaps it's your cowardice that keeps you from snapping at the other soldiers. Maybe there's actually some kindness underneath all your heinous actions. Astrotrain certainly hasn't seen you cry over squishing some fleshies, not like the Autobots. Astrotrain has collected many little bits and bobs of information about you; mostly through faraway observation. He hasn't ever had the pleasure of being on a real team with you, relegated as little more than a vehicle to bustle his 'comrades' (Astrotrain finds the notion ridiculous upon closer inspection) to and fro.

If he ever got to lead a faction, Astrotrain would be sure to make you one of his lackeys. He would love nothing more than to watch you toil without complaint, at his beck and call. You would follow any order, no questions asked, and the idea makes his array online with interest. You would be so tiny beneath him, as he demeans you for the smallest mistake, and you would surely stand there and let him. Not once raising an optical ridge or twitching in agitation. Content to be complicit in anything he commanded of you.

But perhaps, he muses, it would be nice to reward you as well. Hold your trembling thighs open with barely any of his immense strength as he kisses your valve. You are so small in comparison to most cons, even most minicons, so you would surely be dwarfed by his frame. But Astrotrain would be... Gentle. As gentle as a mech of his strength can be with one so small. He would cup you in his servo, cradling you to his enormous spike. And you, sweet and pathetic, wouldn’t even fuss; ever obedient. Perhaps you would even be happy to pleasure your superior, happy to be of use. He can already imagine the slick buildup of lubricant on your delicate valve lips. He’s far too big for you and he could never hope to fit inside your frame, but just seeing the head of his spike pressed to the tiny opening of your valve would be enough to get him to overload.

Would you moan as his transfluid floods the opening of your valve? Would you gasp as it splatters across you abdominal armor?

A shudder wracks Astrotrain’s spinal strut, unfortunately bringing him back to the present where he is yet to achieve the heights he’s capable of. But soon…

A grin splits his face, baring glimmering metal fangs. You are blissfully unaware of how soon he will be upon you.

Adding more to my G1 TFA au! Since canonically Blitzy wasn’t a triple changer originally and in my au he started off as a tank, it doesn’t make sense for him to be called Blitzwing, so maybe I’ll call him Blitzkrieg?

Anyway, Astrotrain and Blitzy were massive bros during the war. Menaces! After the war ended there were still lingering skirmishes and I imagine it was in one of those that Blitzy got caught in some shit and basically got broken. Which lead to him being a good candidate for Blackarachnia’s experiments.

As for Astrotrain? 🤫 we shall see where my brain takes this…

okay. so. first off. anon, thank you for sending me this because the idea that you read that post and just went- "hey, you know who i should pose this question to?" and sent it to me- is hysterical and i lvoe u.

anyway theres also a Texty answer under the cut if you want to read that, because i genuinely DO have thoughts about this, but i wanted to draw that comic because this ask made me laugh very hard when i saw it in my inbox.

hi! Texty time. I think a lot of them would have/be one but not the other (either has a STI or is a Carfucker) but i included some of those here anyway because i think my thought process was funny for some of them. this is all purely my own opinions etc. etc. no basis for anything only vibes. i went through a lot of options and came to a lot of conclusions.

to reiterate the Chart for claritys sake:

Soundwave: No STI and no Carfucking. This is true across all versions of Soundwave imo. Rumble and Frenzy are a solid no on the STI front and a solid yes on the Carfucking.

Starscream: no STI, no Carfucking (despite what Soundwave thinks). TFP!Starscream specifically might have an STI though. Sorry man. Skywarp definitely has/had a STI but gets it treated on account of his trinemates. No Carfucking. Thundercracker would fuck a car but doesn't have an STI.

Shockwave: ??? - I'm not sure I want to know. "Once, as part of an experiment" was the original thing I wrote for his answer lol. True across continuities as well.

Anyway. moving on...

My actual answer for Megatron: REALLY depends on continuity. Here's a sample:

G1? Yeah, probably both. I can see it.

IDW/MTMTE? Nah. Maybe? ... Nah. I feel like if he had an STI it'd have been back when he was a miner. Would not fuck a car.

Earthspark? I feel like no STI but yes to the Carfucking. Except he feels really guilty about it after. I still haven't watched ES but this is the impression I get from him.

TFA? oh god. i don't know... i don't know....... he probably fucks cars. No STI.

TFP? Yeah absolutely are u kidding me? Yes to both.

Constructicons: I feel like they'd be a yes to both, but not at the same time, so they wouldn't have been the one/s to transmit a STI to a car. Also Hook would be ON TOP of treatment. Once they ALL got infected after combining into Devastator, and that was miserable for everyone. Nobody has fessed up to being the one who had it in the first place, but now they have treatment on hand just in case.

Also while on the topic of combiners... I think some of the Stunticons are also pretty good candidates for STI/Carfucking. Motormaster, Drag Strip and Wildrider in particular shfkgbekfbk

I considered Tarn/The DJD and Overlord just because of how freaky them guys can get, but I think Tarn runs too tight a ship for that to happen, and Overlord is preoccupied with. worse things. The Scavengers on the other hand... sorry to Misfire, I can see him giving a car a STI. Relatedly, Grimlock would fuck a car but not have an STI.

Imagine being an older con, and you call one of them a good boy with a caress of some kind(e.i their lower back, their cheek, etc) and watch their souls ascend and become one with the allspark.

Now you have a duckling following you cause the hot dilf hit on them

ANON IVE ALREADY HAD THAT EXACT THOUGHT PROCESS!! I just hadn't written it. But I will because others have had the same idea as me. Literally whenever there's some type of "How did you accidentally discover you had a kink?" thread the most common one is always people saying a friend or coworker called them "Good boy/Girl" and they got light headed immediately.

I did let it slip in a little bit with Skywarps petname part. But let's do some others for fun/lean into it a bit more.

Summary: You call him "Good boy" after he'd done something for you.

Bumblebee probably should have expected it considering- well, all of you. But he's woefully unprepared when you praise him with a "Good boy." You smiled at him, and your em field brushed lightly against his helm right next to where your servo was petting his helm. Bumblebee stops, and his optics widen. Thankfully, you just moved on to other things, so you didn't see Bumblebee stopping where he was to process what just happened.

Bumblebees spark is suddenly humming so loud in his chassis he's worried it's audible. His optics are burning so bright he has to reboot them fully. Finally, Bumblebee can't help laughing light at the fuzzy feeling in his chassis before clearing his vocalizor roughly. He even slams his fist into his own chassis to make sure his engine doesn't stall.

Bumblebee knew exactly what the feeling in his frame was. And he's trying not to get even more embarrassed when he realizes exactly how horny he just got from the very short exchange with you. Yeah- okay. New thing to be aware of when interacting with you. You teasing him like that gets his engine purring. Cool. Bumblebee can do this. He's totally not gonna be thinking about that the next time he self services. Nooooo absolutely not....

Bumblebee can't help thinking what else he could be doing for you to call him. "Good boy."

You smile at Bluestreak and nod in acknowledgment. "Baby blue." Bluestreaks wings flutter when you address him with your nickname for him, and he hands you the datapad you wanted. Bluestreaks talking about what he had to do to get it to work, and in the middle of it, you just start moving to leave. Bluestreaks worried for a moment before the back of your servo is brushing up against his cheek.

It's very light but it's accompanied by your hot em field. "Good boy." And then you're leaving- thank Primus because that means you don't see Bluestreaks wings practically shoot upwards. Blustreaks mouth audibly clicks shut, and his glossia feels like It suddenly weighs way too much, and he can't say anything- His optics are burning so bright he can feel them tinting the color on his faceplate cobalt.

Bluestreak pushes his servos over the lower half of his face in mortification when he realizes he's feeling very hot and bothered by the exchange. Oh, Primus, no! You were his superior officer! Bluestreak couldn't think about you like that! But you were so nice to him- and charming and your em field was so touchy- oh, Bluestreaks not gonna be able to be normal about this!

Bluestreak tries to be normal, but every time he sees your faceplate now all he can think about is if you'd call him a "good boy" again...

Perceptor offered to do something quick for you, so you didn't have to find someone else to do it. He had the time after all. He's standing next to you when he jolts lightly when he feels your servo on the small of his back. Perceptor glances to your faceplate to see a smile on your derma. "Good boy." Your servo slides away from his back when you move to leave, and Perceptor is stuck staring at the direction you walked off in.

Oh, that's... oh no. Perceptor has to cycle his optics twice before what happened actually, registers and his optics brighten near immediately. Perceptor has to clear his vocalizor since it suddenly feels as if he's got a mild obstruction in his intake. Perceptor then rapidly soothes down his own puffed up plating sheepishly. He's now very glad it was only you and him in the room. Well, his emotional response made sense to a degree. Positive reinforcement was known to have its benefits...

Perceptor then registers the interest in his array and his optics snap wide. Oh, there's something wrong with him! Well, he knows it's not that far out there- it would be a dichotomy when considering common interface interests after all but Primus- Perceptor could not have gotten this worked up over one phrase and one little, albeit very nice, touch- Perceptor can feel the ghost of your servo still on his lower back. The plating felt warm still- Perceptor finally just sighed and scrubbed a servo over his faceplate.

Perceptors processor is now just occasionally wondering the chances of if you'd call him "good boy" again for another favor. And he has to scold his apparently rather perverted processor more than once.

Skywarp already knows that he can get you to call him "Good boy" and he already knows he needs to do everything he can to get that rush and phrase one more time! Skywarp wants every little brush of affection you'd give him. The words, your expressions, your em field, and sometimes rarely physical attention when he got lucky. So he's waiting for it to slip out of your mouth again. But he's not really ready for it, though, after you all get your afts kicked by the slagging Autobots.

Skywarp does not want to get his medical attention from Hook- he does not! It's gonna suck! He's fighting Hook until you come outta nowhere and physically force him to lay flat on the medical slab. "Skywarp- behave." Skywarp looks up at you and debates fighting you before slacking against the medical slab. "Good boy." The phrase makes his plating fluff. And you just climb off of him and leave him with Hook. Skywarps too busy thinking about what just happened to even really care too much about Hook.

It's not till after Hook kicks him out that Skywarp realizes he got horny about it. Skywarp did think you were hot. He also liked you flirting with him. You were easy self-service material, really. But now? Yeah, your frame hunched over his own while you call him "good boy." That was gonna be his go too self service fantasy for a hot klick.

Skywarp could totally let himself want some more of you, right?

Astrotrains just glad he got stuck with you for the day. He'd take you over any of the other high command since you were the most mellow. Astrotrain would take your dumb little names over worrying about injury from his other bosses. So he's not exactly prepared when your servo is on his arm after he'd done his job like he was supposed to. Astrotrains helm snaps to the side only to be met with you smiling. "Good boy." Your warm em field brushes along the side of his frame before you just up and leave.

Astrotrain's spark does something- glitches? Frag- he didn't know, but he's staring at where you'd walked off like you hadn't just done that slag. His chassis hot and the plating on his arm feeling warm due to the lingering touch of your em field. Astrotrain clamps his plating back down on himself tight when he realizes it slightly fluffed up. Astrotrain then forces his wings to flick back down since they'd flicked upwards due to his shock.

His wings shoot right back up when Astrotrain comprehends the heat in his array. Slag okay no- no no no. Astrotrain was not- he will not have sexual thoughts about one of his bosses. He's not going to. No. Apparently, his sparkdamned frame did not care if he indulged it because he still was very horny over his little exchange with you. And now occasionally just remembering it when he sees you- slag it all.

Astrotrain at least accepts the fact that he's slightly attracted to you. In the end, he's just glad it's you and not any of the other decepticon high command.

Blitzwing had his stupid task, and you had pointed out how he was totally smarter than it, and how he could definitely handle it easy. And yeah! He could, and he did. Then you're near him, and you smile, and Blitzwing kinda just thinks you'll use your crummy names. Blitzwing thinks he might be able to actually land a hit on you for it this time if he just- Then your servo is on his pauldron but you're smiling- "Good boy" Blitzwing stopped thinking when the phrase rolled out. You then turned and went off to go make sure the dumbaft coneheads were on task.

Blitzwings wings are twitching, and he's doesn't know what the slag that was- but he sure as frag knows he liked it. He liked it a lot, actually. A rush he usually only gets on the battlefield settles down in his chassis, and the point of entry was his pauldron where you'd touched him. Both Blitzwings jet engines and even his tank engine rev and the sound is loud and rough. A wide grin that shows his denta curls on his derma.

Blitzwing knew sparkdamn well what else he was feeling and he's not about to pretend he doesn't just now wanna grab you and use you like a toy- Blitzwing bites his top denta down on his own fist when he remembers he hasn't even managed to land a hit on you for your stupid little name game you played with all of them. You were a high rank for a reason- you weren't a puny pushover.

Blitzwing doesn't know if he should flirt or threaten you the next time he can- so naturally, he does both.

Interesting thing about the blurr death loop. There are a lot of time loops where what’s uncanny is the repetition. Living the same moment over and over again to the point the character knows the song on the radio before it comes on and the conversations that are going to happen before they even start. They start reacting to events before those events even take place.

Whereas, for blurr, everything’s different every time. Every universe is new. The people, the places — all new. Old friends might not talk the same, act the same, be the same. Streets and buildings and even whole planets wouldn’t have familiar landmarks (and how easily could he get lost then?). The deaths even are not the same.

The only constant — the arc each life follows, ending in death — is not tangible. It’s not something that can be marked by a specific time or place or event. No song on the radio or conversation or nearby friend to indicate even that when he wakes up yes, this is still the loop he’s trapped in. And so the uncanniness is not from the repetition, but from the lack there of. There are no anchors. No firm ground to stand upon.

Blurr has to keep moving. There is no anticipating how events will play out. Only the certainty that they will. (And how long before he would try and run from that too?)

YES Y E S THE DIFFICULTIES OF LIVING IN A TIME LOOP BUT WITHOUT ANY ADVANTAGES OF FAMILIARITY

The outcome is always the same but at the same time it isn’t. There’s no way to know beforehand. All those universes are similar just enough to somewhat recognise the “important protagonists” but the rules? The world building? In one universe Optimus is kind and gentle leader and in the other he is a supervillain. In one universe the rust plague takes some time to kill a mech and in the other it eats you alive in thirty seconds.

Any previous knowledge might be a powerful spoiler or a complete misinformation and there’s no way of knowing which option it is.

The dread of a regular time loop in you knowing exactly what and how is going to happen. While Blurr gets to feel the dread of knowing that something unknown but terrible is coming but he has no idea what it is.

Also imagine if IDW was the universe that gave him the most hope? He got there he did all the usual things and then he heroically used his super speed when he saw that Swindle is about to get killed by Astrotrain. But then Swindle saved him from death back and Blurr got SO surprised when he woke up in the SAME universe even though he was supposed to be dead by now???

And for a good while after that he thinks he did it. He broke the loop. Or..well…Swindle broke the loop?

Blurr has a lot of good time in IDW. Runs the bar and participates in racing events and makes friends and actually remembers his regulars. Maybe him and Swindle start to date?? There’s a lot of dangerous shit going on around but he lives through it. He survives it. Persists. And he is so happy to finally have a place he can call home.

But then Unicron arrives. And Cybertron blows up. And Blurr can’t just stand there and let all those people die with their planet so instead of simply running away he stays and he tries to save as much bots as he can and it doesn’t matter how hard he tries he isn’t fast enough to save himself too.

He wakes up in a new body. In a completely different world. Alone again and just as doomed to die as he always was

• Doesn’t get it. The current human invasion of the Nemesis. What is it about the little organics that’s so fascinating? Though, given the warning about them that Megatron had given, they might be being kept as frag toys. Can’t imagine any mech being so horny that they look at one of the squishy, little natives and immediately think ‘Yeah, I can frag that.’ But then, some deviants will frag anything that they can fit their spikes in.

• Maybe it’s loneliness, though? It’s not like he doesn’t have friends, but his size singles him out. Towers over everyone else and he tends to get forgotten somehow. If it’s not the fragging, maybe it’s having someone to talk to. A captive audience. Not that he’s so desperate as to sink that low just for companionship. Growling under his breath as he kicks a tree to send it slowly toppling over, the Constructicons shoot him a look where they’re working on repairing the refinery. While he plays guard. And their human peeps out at him over the edge of Scavenger’s scoop at the noise to make his lip curl.

• Flashing his denta at the tiny human until they disappear back into hiding, he shudders, wings flicking. No. He’d never be that desperate for companionship. Turning, he wanders into the trees to make another boring circuit of the perimeter. Checking for signs of Autobots. Though given that Devastator had slung one of them like a toy out of the woods, he doubts they’re going to try anything anytime soon.

• Adjusting your pack, you reach back to unclip your water bottle and drink. It’s cooler under the trees, but you’re already sweating. Still, it feels good to be able to get outside again. Even if the mosquitoes are trying to carry you off even with bug spray. Moving along the old logging trail, you catch a dazzling flash of metal and hear a crash. Is someone out here logging? Fine hair at your nape prickling, you find yourself heading that way. Curiosity always your bane. And as you move closer, you see- something. What are you looking at? • Head tipped up to the sun, a tiny noise draws his attention. Just this weird, high pitched keening. And he looks down finding a human just standing there staring up at him making that funny noise. Frag. Ped lifting to squish you, you turn and bolt. Screaming your head off. Frag. He’d already been warned that humans couldn’t see them because they’d go bring more humans. And he’s charging after you, watching you panic and zigzag frantically. Straight into a tree when you look back at him for a second. Watches you bounce off, going sprawling and staying down. And he cracks up. This is the dominant species on this planet? Laughing, he reaches to pick up your limp form. Hadn’t realized humans could be so entertaining. Almost wants to see if you panic and run into another tree as soon as you come to and see him again. How long’s it been since he’s had a good laugh?

What about Jetfire being taller than the average bot (similar to giant astrotrain), I kinda wish he was bigger in the series. Imagine Jet just pick Sky-byte up without warning lol

Houston is so cool!!!! /gen

Do gou have a height chart or something to compare e them to another bot, so we can get an idea of their height?

Here’s a lil chart I made! Height varies SOOooooo much between continuities, so take this with a grain of salt! Houston is tallllll. When they are in alt they can carry three to five mechs comfortably, so they are on the smaller side for a shuttle. Definitely bigger than most mechs (I imagine most to be between 20 to 30 feet), but smaller than mechs like Astrotrain who carry 7 or more mechs at a time.

Optimus learns so many things from the ghosts.

It could be something minor like learning Swindle is a combiner. Onslaught, Vortex, Brawl, and Blast Off still hanging around him. Telling Optimus stories of what they’d get up to together and about when they could be Bruticus.

Or it could be something larger like the time Bumblebee said he was going on patrol when he doesn’t have it that night but before Optimus can even ask Astrotrain tells him that he’s actually going on a date with Bltizwing so just play along, his amica put a lot of work into it to make it speacial for his darling Hummel

I am imagining Op gets dragged into buying something of Swindles. It's really useful for the team. But he's not so keen of getting it through illegal means. But hey the others say that he's the best at what he does.

"So Autobot have you considered my trade?"

Op looks over his shoulder at his gaskets who all nods. Vortex giving him a thumbs up. "Yes. Yes I have."

"Wonderful. Pleasure doing business with you." Of course it's Swindle and tries to give him a faulty one and Onslaught sees it and tells op to not grab it. Which he doesn't.

"What's the matter? We made a deal. So take it."

"It's defective."

Swindle gets a bit irritated and tries to go on a long rant on how it's not defected only for Brawl to tell op to tell him to shut up you nark.

Upon doing so Swindle pauses and looks at him. As if he's seeing him for the first time. Only his team called him a nark (others called him a cheapskate, dealer, horrid mech.)

"What did you call me?"

"Brawl told me to call you that."

"How do- how do you know that name!?"

It takes a bit to get him to realize he's saying the truth.

"Are they all here?"

"Yes. And they are quite proud of you. Though many also want to strangle you for doing incredibly stupid things on your adventures."

Swindle just laughts and nods.

Omg Astrotrain being near Blitzwing. Always looking out for his Amica. Please Optimus do nor ruin this for them. He's never seen Blitzwing smile since his death. Bumblebee has brought out the best in him.

And op allows it as long as Astrotrain keeps him up to date and I'd anything goes wrong to contact him immediately.

Shockwave : bumblebee?!cliffjumper?!

Bumblebee : sire!!

Shockwave had mostly ignored the two new recruits until they inevitably had to meet during their double wedding, all other times he avoided them since he doesn't like to intercat with other bots unless they are megatron or soundwave, (i CAN'T be conviced the G1 decepticons wouldn't trow a wedding)

It was during their wedding that they meet again with shockwave, many were sooo confused because they couldn't believe that such beautifoul bots came from shockwave of all mechs.

Shockwave had to walk his two pregnant sons to the altar agaisn't his will,during the whole thing he was staring at blitzwing and astrotrain without blinking (or whatever the empurata equivalent of blinking is).

All decepticons wonder how such nice bots as bee and cliff can be related to THE shockwave.

Senator shockwave was a sweetie but the shockwave they know is literally mini unicron and no one believes he can still be sweet save for his bitties, grandbitties & mate optimus

How do you give Transformers characters distinct faces? Cause I have a bit of an issue with same face syndrome and when I draw them in black and white sketches I can no longer tell who is who 😭

Play with shapes and sizes!

Play with silhouettes and exagerate them! Think of whats unique about the character and emphasise that. Think of their personality. If someone told you “This person is nice, soft and gentle” you would naturally imagine a very soft face. And soft faces inclue circles and rounded edges. Of course while not all people with circular faces are nice, its the feeling that comes with the character! You can do whatever you want as long as it feels distinct to who the character is.

Like in the third image-slide: Astrotrain, i see him as a bot who simply wants to live life as himself and his own. He has rounded shapes to me because he does care about people, he wants the war over, he wants not to be treated as just transport. He wants to be more, but he is stuck as who he is. He is rounded because he wants to be loved by that he loves. His round face makes me think of him as someone emotional, who wants to support others with emotion but hides it. I also gave him a conductors cap in the front because it makes him cute LOL (This is based on a bunch of versions and many headcanons mashed together)

In the fourth image-slide: Skywarp is very round-faced, but his outer silhouette is very pointy. To me, i see him as a little gremlin who will bite you (pointy) but has a soft side (round-faced) for his friends (trine). - Starscream is very triangular, somewhat oval but squared on the outside. To me, i see him as very stuck up (triangular) and a big fat deciever, but like Skywarp, he does care about his trine (oval). - Thundercracker is very straightforward on who he is (IMO) and so hes rather cubic. He clearly cares about his trine but he knows he is the weakest, his entire cubic deamenor hides his incredibly soft side but he isnt angular enough to be agressive. (This is also many versions and headcanons mashed together)

Thats how i like to draw characters based on their personalities :)
