I have come up with a concept for Yellow fanart. I'll start in the morning. I will finish it and post it no matter how frustrated I get or how much i hate it. I need to get over my quick temper and first response of giving up to avoid failure lol

I miss the sting of the small wounds I used to get while playing in tall grass. Sometimes I even miss the heat, the wet socks, and the bugs trying to squeeze their way into my shoes. There is no grass in my front yard now, and the rain seems terrified of this place -- But if I went back now, I'd only find demolition. I'd run over the hill toward the field in which the house that raised me rots, only to find what it was destined to become. A skeleton. A bare foundational slab, where -- in that back corner, there -- my bed used to sit. I'd curse myself for waiting too long, and sit in the damp dirt wondering if there was anything I could have done to change this outcome, with the wind softly whirring in my ears as if to solemnly say, "No, not a single thing".

So I instead sit on a dilapidated porch a world away, searching the whispers from the dry air for a single hint at my purpose, while silently dreaming of a home that no longer exists. I wonder now more than anything if I still have the strength to build a new one.

imagine if you just don't even remember saying that too and kaiser just can't help but gawk because he very vividly remembers you in your early high school days gushing over a delinquent in your class that had the coolest tattoo on his forearm. it made kaiser look at his own pale arm and wonder what would patterns of ink look like around the skin, wondering if you would gleam over his tattoo in the same manner you did with your class delinquent. would you trace your fingers over the patterns he embedded onto himself? would you admire the texture? graze your fingertips across each inch of ink?

he had shivered at the thought when he had gotten his tattoo done, the feeling temporarily distracting him for the spiking pain of the tattoo needle pricking in-and-out of his arm, the lush ebony of the vine and thorns of his rose tattoo deepening with every moment the ink settles. kaiser can just picture your hand spiraling around the singular vine, the ghost of your touch he hadn't felt in years since his disappearance from his hometown making him twitch in anticipation.

so when you tilt your head at him when he reminds you of your affection of guys with tattoos, chiming with, "did i say that? i don't remember! oops." when he proudly shows off his year-healed tattoo to you, his jaw drops.

Screeching my way back onto tumblr to yell about the fact that Ed is clearly devastated by Izzy's death but he chooses queer joy and peace with the man he loves over running off to sea for vengeance and that's an im-fucking-portant sign of his healing and recovery.

When Zheng offers him revenge, he sort of half-heartedly agrees with 'yeah I suppose I wanna kill that guy', and that half-heartedness comes from the fact that he's not feeling it. He's feeling SAD, he's feeling GRIEF, but rather than quashing them under the boot of anger and violence, he's letting himself sit in those emotions and FEEL them, properly.

ED IS SAD AND HE'S SITTING WITH HIS SADNESS AND ALLOWING HIMSELF TO BE SAD AND THEN HE CHOOSES LOVE AND AN ATTEMPT AT SOME SORT OF PEACE RATHER THAN BLOODSHED AND VENGEANCE I DON'T THINK YOU UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT THAT IS.

I'm in uni now and I need something that will help me focus mentally and help me build a routine, so I am attempting the 75 hard challenge with a few edits

daily rules

workout

two 45-minute workouts every day (one inside and one outside, outside includes anywhere that is not my residence room on days that it snows).

rest day: I’m allowed one full rest day per week. (Sunday is my rest day because I have church in the morning and I prefer Sunday to rest)

intermittent fasting

follow the 16:8 intermittent fasting, eat from 12 pm to 7 pm

drinks allowed during fasting:

green tea (or really any tea)

coffee

chia seed water

clean eating

eating high protein meals, minimizing carbs, sugar, and greasy foods.

cheat meal: one cheat meal is allowed weekly to support calorie confusion.

study

study every day for 2 hours

focus on either uni coursework or learning korean.

drink a gallon of water daily

reading

read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book every day

absolutely hate when people say you need to change the world or be rich as shit in order to be truly accomplished in life. fuck that. i'm over here watering my plants and making my jams and feeding wild birds and my god i feel content and happy as hell. i think it's ok if you're just another star in the fabric of the night sky or just a happy little bush in the bob ross painting. you don't need to be big and important in the grand scheme of things to be gorgeous and lovely and to be worth something. honestly, we're all just little critters in a big sparkling void and i think that's wonderful.
