In this tutorial, we will create a parametric infinite cube table and we will see how to keep some of its parameters parametric, meaning that, after making the main geometry, we can go back and change things in it. After extracting the necessary segments from a base chamfered box(used as a path), we will use Loft to make the main shape using a custom rectangle as a profile.

Benefits of 3ds Max for Architectural & Interior Visualisation
Architectural and interior visualisation is a crucial aspect of the construction design process, helping architects and interior designers envision a space before it is built and enabling optimum utilisation of resources and saving costs.
Tumblr media
Using 3ds Max for architectural and interior visualisation provides the following benefits:
Creation of highly detailed 3D building models, interiors, furniture and other objects with precision
Use of realistic materials and textures from an extensive material editor to achieve lifelike visualisations
Showcasing of complex lighting scenes, simulating natural lighting conditions and easily adding artificial light sources
Development of animation and walk-throughs that bring architectural and interior designs alive
Possession of a rich archive of furniture, vegetation and other elements for enhanced visualisation
Seamless compatibility with Autodesk products, such as AutoCAD and Revit, as 3ds Max is part of Autodesk's software ecosystem
To help architects and interior designers utilise these benefits, Autodesk Authorised training centres (ATCs) offer 3ds Max and V-Ray classes in Mumbai that teach course participants how to create lifelike 3D models. To learn more, contact the nearest ATC today!

Heya! I love your animations! I've wanted to 3D animate for quite some time. Should I start with blender or another software like SFM?
Thank you so much aah!! This might just be me being biased but Blender has always been my preferred choice for anything 3D-related. I never used SFM before so I can't give you any info on that, but from my experience Blender is a lot easier to get into than most industry-standard 3D software such as Maya or 3dsMax from Autodesk, plus it's free and just as viable for more advanced projects since it pretty much has everything you need to make animations. You can even use it as an editing tool. Hope this helps!!

Bruh. I am still pissed over Zbrush. Originally, like, yes, large fee - 700 hundo - but it gave you a perpetual license for, like, a lifetime. Free updates, learning material, physical copies of the software if requested, maintenance support, and continual research and development (where the updates were HUGE, btw). Only with the recent acquisition of Pixologic by Maxon (peeps behind Cinema4D, y'know, the one that isn't Maya, 3DSMax, Blender, or Unreal) did all that go away with a new subscription policy.
Wasn’t it like the same with Autdodesk Maya cause I remember when it being like free or at the least free for students and like during 2020 they’re like pay me $$$
Not to mention Autodesk is like a Virus you can’t get that shit off your computer 😭 I remember when I was done using it for my 3D courses I was trying to uninstall it and like did not want to leave
And if stood there till I had to a whole need SSD for my computer+a whole new windows License

also also you can't use Linux for most professional work, simply because there are million versions of it, and no big pro software company will ever care to make version for them.
adobe and autodesk are the two I personally use, and autodesk doesn't even make 3dsmax for mac
and no blender as much of a wonderful tool it is, it's not industry standards, if you do 3D modeling and want to get hired in the gaming industry for example, they use max and maya not blender.
I dont know what's the photoshop equivelent is I have heard it's good but adobe offers other softos that are top notch, lightroom for example, and its panorama stitching properties I couldn't find anywhere else.
and as much as these corpos suck, they are the industry standards and also you can rely on them you know you will open the program and it will do what you need it to do.
We need to lay more blame for "Kids don't know how computers work" at the feet of the people responsible: Google.
Google set out about a decade ago to push their (relatively unpopular) chromebooks by supplying them below-cost to schools for students, explicitly marketing them as being easy to restrict to certain activities, and in the offing, kids have now grown up in walled gardens, on glorified tablets that are designed to monetize and restrict every movement to maximize profit for one of the biggest companies in the world.
Tech literacy didn't mysteriously vanish, it was fucking murdered for profit.
