REMEMBER HOW I TOLD Y'ALL IMMA BE ENTERING THE VOID ON MY BIRTHDAY???? I did it, and guys it's literally the easiest shit idk why some people see it as smth big 💀

I didn't manifest anything, why? Because guess it or not I actually just wanted to be familiar with it, I love how I'm slowly knowing everything is mine, and yesterday I didn't want to manifest anything I just wanted to try the void out especially bc I have been studying sm these days, I wanted a break.

Now I've been eating up that mindset that I'm a master at the void, which let's be obvious, everyone is, they just need to get to the point and slowly realize it, it has to click.

Okay I'm going to stop yapping and fucking get into it 👍🏻, either way, yesterday night, at 1:32 AM or smth, after the day turned 6th April, I got in bed and made myself comfortable, and simply told myself I'll enter the void under 5 minutes, which actually and unsurprisingly, it was the case, I used a standard boring ass method too yk, the one where it's usually always what people do.

On my back, started slow breathing, and i set the intention of keeping myself awake when my body sleeps (best advice I got from idk who it helps sm) and then I let myself sink in the bed for some minutes, like I just laid there, and already I immediately was in the SATs.

So naturally I affirmed for the void, knowing I'm already in there, and mf I slipped in there after two or three minutes of affirming, just saying "I am the void." Or "I am in the void."

I think the reason I actually got out myself or sometimes used to slip in and back, is how I immediately focused on my body signs or anything connected me to myself, so I have a note to myself next time, to allow it naturally happen and focus just on the blackness behind my eyes.

ANYWAYS I STAYED THERE FOR LIKE I THOUGHT 2 OR 3 MINUTES BUT IT WAS A WHOLE WHOPPING 1 HOUR TF, and get that, how did I know it's the void? I just wanted to see stars there and I fucking did 🎀

IMMA GO CRY I FINALLY AM THE CREATER OF MY OWN REALITY.

anyone reading this, babes please don't give up, genuinely don't, I've been in this game for 6 years and I know a lot of people that'll leave for this long, saying they have no patience, girly you can do it if I did, I used to be in SUCH a bad place you can't even imagine, I pulled my shit and started living in the end for 2 months (and no it doesn't take two months, I just was stubborn af and kept slipping in and out my beliefs).

whilst in the midst of chopping up carrots, and quickly too, barton's ears caught his guest asking him whether he needed help. he could only manage a contemplative hum at that at first; barton was already done mincing the garlic and almost finished slicing up the carrots, so he guessed that just left the onion to chop up. he'd made up his mind then since it would be kind of rude to not let them help after they so nicely volunteered to do so. barton nodded then, gesturing at the knive-set a little ways away from him, ❝ oh — sure, why not? this whole process would probably go a little faster if i had somebody help me. grab one of those knives over there if you can, will you? ❞ he shot the other a small smile to make sure that he didn't seem too pushy about it.

but then again, whenever he was cooking, it appeared as if barton was almost always in a good mood. so it was probably fine, he thought, while barton dumped the last of the now shredded carrots into a measuring cup. oh... damn, he just realized that he should probably ask how love feels about squash before continuing. what he was making was a very vegetable based dish. barton offered them the onion before he forgot, taking a glance inside the pan currently on the oven, ❝ and now that you've got that, please chop this up for me. it's going to be a part of the sauce that's going to at the bottom of the ratatouille i'm making. you don't have any problems with eggplant or squash, right? ❞ he sent them a slightly skeptical look from the corner of his eye.

it would suck if they ended up hating both of those, but hey, maybe he could convince them to at least give it a try. barton added the carrots to the garlic that was already simmering in the pan and cleared his throat, ❝ i have to say that i was a little surprised that you decided to take me up on my offer for dinner, though i know i did say that i wanted to repay you for what you did for me. so if you don't mind my asking, what ultimately made you decide to accept it? ❞ a soft tap-tap-tap resounded from his sharp nails as he drummed them on the counter, which was a force of habit. barton rose a hand up suddenly like he was trying to nonverbally say ' oh, wait, ' ❝ and by that, i mean pleasantly surprised. not the bad kind of surprise, just in case you were wondering. ❞ a distinct undertone of amusement was now present in his voice as he spoke. it felt like part of him was genuinely intrigued by the fact love did a good deed for him, so this niceness he was putting on might not have been entirely artificial, after all.

No it won’t because it hasn’t; I have hope for effective treatment not cures

I randomly looked thru all my random sketches/unfinished wip files and I'm just mentally shaking past Catie like "WHY DIDNT YOU FINISH THESE!?"

#ugh theres a few i really want to finish #bcs i think the sketches are genuinely rly goor #<- not a brag. when i sketch or finish art i tend to hate it at first glance but come to love it after a period of time #so im looking at these like huh why did i think these were just nonsense/bad #but god its so hard to jump back into an old project #cause yeah the sketch looks good but its probably so far removed from my current level of skill #theres one i almost just wanna post the sketches of it and be done with it #bcs ive thought abt it so long and i go look at it longingly like every week #but its one of those things where you feel like even if you finished it +#it either wont look good as it does in your head or its not as dynamic/passionate as the og sketch yknow?#my drawing files are just a weird mix of being an absolute graveyard of sketches but also are next to my masterworks 😭#i think its good for your brain to sketch and you dont have to 'finish' everything you ever start #<- but at the same point theres some wips that make me groan bcs i reallt want them to be finished #oh chair wip i think i might have to re-sketch you if i ever wanna finish you. even tho ive really warmed to the original sketches </3 #well ah anyways i think maybe matador seb will be my next thing #i wanna draw chibis again too i think #i drew them too much for a while and felt like i was losing my painting abilties #and now i only paint 💀 so its so ?????#catie.rambling.txt

Now that they’re finally at the gates of Marlind, Edna assumes this would be the end of their little meeting——but the questions posed to her makes her pause and consider Etude again. They certainly do not look like a fighter of any sorts, even less of a warrior, but using herself as an example, it’s hypocritical to judge off appearances.

Yep, certainly lonely. How unfortunate, but that's not something Etude can fix. Nor does she particularly want to, if Edna seemed satisfied with her immortal life.

"Then... if I do find some herbs suited for tea, would you be interested in trying the tea I brew?" Just another step to making friends--and those Etude needs in quick supply to help her survive easier in this foreign world.

Taking note of the shrine, she gives a quick glance to Edna. No particular reaction that she can see... hm, would the shrine be to seraph or to any gods that humans pray to? Edna has only mentioned seraphs and malevolence, so evidence points toward the former... hm?

"Battlefield?" That piques their interest, but not enough to actually think about going. Etude does value their life, and the walls of Marlind do seem rather sturdy. Just from appearances, it seems rather safe. But... "Are the people at war here? Or is it simply a place where hellions roam?"

YOU'VE NEVER READ IT JKLSDHJDSJH I'M SORRY I ASSUMED YOU DID [ puts on my clown makeup ]💀💀🤡🤡🤡🤡#it's a good manga imo ! i wouldn't say it's the greatest thing ever but it's a nice story about mao and how she tries to slowly reconnect #with her father -- they have a very strained relationship since she felt so left out after he got remarried and starting shunning her #due to trauma from his ex-wife so mao moved out to go live with hiro who is the ML with a strained family himself #and mao's whole story is about finding her place to belong -- she wants to reexperience what ''family'' feels like so she's trying to #slowly give her new stepmom + stepsister a chance ! she shows genuine desire to connect with both of them and it's heartwarming #there's some romance bc it's a shoujo manga but the focus on family is the main theme if you're interested in that #OMG I SAID A LOT SDFGHJFD I'M SORRY 💀💀💀#but yeah mao's personality is Very Different from etude which is why i'm always laughing a little when i see your mao icons for them lol
