Personally I copy and paste my content from each chapter into a google doc for editing. You may also want to make note of the following export options:

This release further polishes the Octocon app's user experience and adds a bunch of new features, including polls, end-to-end encryption for journal entries, and locks for custom fields and journal entries!

Features
🗳️ Polls
Polls are a new feature that allows your alters to vote on important decisions!
Two poll types are currently available: "vote" and "choice." Vote polls let alters vote between "Yes," "No", "Abstain," and (optionally) "Veto," while choice polls let you make your own choices!
Access polls by opening the navigation drawer with the button in the top-left or by swiping right anywhere in the app.
🔐 End-to-end encryption
We take the security of your data extremely seriously, which is why we're proud to announce that Octocon now uses end-to-end encryption to lock down your journal entries!
Next time you attempt to journal, you'll be prompted to set up encryption, and will be given a recovery code.
Write this code down somewhere safe, like a physical piece of paper! You'll need it to if you uninstall the app or log in on another device.
Once set up, all journal entries you write will be encrypted on your device before being sent to our servers. This makes it literally impossible for both the Octocon team (and hackers, in the case of a data breach) to look at your data.
All previously written journal entries will not be encrypted, but you can encrypt them by simply making a small change and saving them again.
This doesn't necessarily mean that your journal entries were unsafe before! We make every effort to keep our servers secure and our team never looks at user data; this is just a safeguard to make your sensitive data essentially bulletproof.
Please note that - by design - if you lose your recovery code after setting up encryption, it is impossible for us to recover your data! You'll have to start all over again.
🔒 Journal entry & custom field locks
Journal entries and custom fields can now be "locked," ensuring that you can't view them accidentally if you're not in the right headspace!
Upon being locked, journal entries will force you to tap a button three times to confirm that you'd like to open it.
Similarly, locked custom fields will be blurred until tapping them three times.
Other
A new onboarding screen has been added to help new users understand the app's functionality and point them towards our community.
All links in the app are now opened using Android's "custom tabs" API. No more jank caused by opening links in a separate browser!
Journal entries can now be "pinned" to keep them at the top of the list.
A new mode to change front (swiping further left on an alter to set as main front instead of swiping right).
You can keep the old functionality by using the "Swipe (Bidirectional)" change front mode instead!
Changes
Alters and tags now have their UI split into tabs to more easily sift through information.
Complex alter data (like descriptions and custom fields) is now loaded lazily to reduce the app's initial loading time and bandwidth usage, especially for larger systems.
Various elements of the UI have been reworked, especially regarding effective use of color.
The settings screen has been organized into multiple separate screens.
The bottom navigation bar now collapses when scrolling down (this can be disabled in the settings).
Fixes
The app should no longer crash in the case of a temporary network outage, or upon startup if you have no connection at all.
Friend data is now kept in a cache while navigating through their profile, which greatly reduces the amount of loading screens.

But how does the used Born perform?
This has a usable battery of 77 kWh which offers 170 kW (228hp), top speeds of 99 mph and 0-62 times of 7.0 seconds. Real-world ranges suggest a combined 240 miles in colder weather with warmer temperatures to allow for 330 miles (on a full charge) - a 285-mile real world range (combined). The 11kW AC allows for 0-100% charging times of 8 hour and 15 minutes with the 175kW DC enabling 10-80% in 31 minutes. The hot hatch has no Bidirectional charging. It has a 150 mpg equivalent, 385L cargo volume and offers no towing capacities. The heat pump is an optional feature on this EV.

Get Information About Optic Circulators
Fiber Circulator is used to minimize the dispersion of light within a fiber optic system. Fiber optic circulators, when used with a dispersion compensating module (DCM), may send light across the system while using half the fiber to produce the necessary compensatory effect.
Applications
Optical circulators enable bidirectional ports, allowing an optical signal to be transmitted and received using a single fiber. Fiber optic circulators are utilized in a variety of applications, including dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) networks, polarization mode dispersion, chromatic dispersion correction, optical add-drop modules, optical amplifiers, and fiber optic sensors.
Division Multiplexing (DWDM) Networks
Fibre Circulators in DWDM networks provide 50 dB isolation between forward and backward propagating signals. Fiber optic circulators also have a cross-talk level of greater than 60 decibels.
Optical Add-drop Multiplexing (OADM)
Optical add-drop modules function as main filters. Optical couplers can produce this behavior by utilizing a Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG). The full bandwidth signal enters the coupler and is routed to the next port, where the FBG is inserted. The FBG reflects the required signal to the coupler, while the dropped channels depart via the port. PMD may be corrected using optical couplers, which rotate the optical signal's electric and magnetic fields.
Polarization mode dispersion (PMD)
Some fiber optic systems exhibit polarization mode dispersion (PMD), which is a natural feature of all optical media. PMD is created by a discrepancy in light propagation velocities between the transmission medium's orthogonal main polarization states. If the optical pulse contains both polarisation components, the individual polarisation components in fibre optic circulators will travel at different speeds and arrive at various times, causing the received optical signal to be distorted.
PMD may be corrected using optical couplers, which rotate the optical signal's electric and magnetic fields.
Chromatographic Dispersion Compensation
Optical Circulator uses a chipped Fiber Bragg Grating to adjust for chromatic dispersion. FBGs are wavelength-dependent reflectors. A portion of optical fiber is treated or doped with a substance that affects the fiber's refractive index, resulting in wavelength-dependent reflections. Chipped Fiber Bragg Gratings have numerous gratings displaced across fiber and can compensate for chromatic dispersion.

Classification of LCD screens
TN LCD screen:
TN type is the most mainstream mode adopted by LCD monitors at present, and is widely used in entry-level and mid-range panels. The common viewing angle is not outstanding in performance indicators and has a natural chronic disease. The TN panels seen on the market are all improved TN+film, where film is a compensation film, which is used to make up for the lack of viewing angle of TN panels. In general, TN panels are products with obvious advantages and disadvantages. They are cheap and have a response time that can meet the requirements of games. In the classification of LCD screens, TN has an unsatisfactory viewing angle and unrealistic color performance, which are obvious disadvantages.
STN LCD screen:
The display principle of STN type is similar to TN. The difference is that the liquid crystal molecules of TN twisted nematic field effect rotate the incident light by 90 degrees, while the STN super twisted nematic field effect rotates the incident light by 180 to 270 degrees.
