After building the model of the flying machine, searched for how to do the engine jet flame. I found this tutorial on the site and followed it. The result is not bad but there is a step in the middle to change the size of the flame, I don't understand how he scaled it down, and the sparks will fade away and re-generate after the engine is fired, I don't know how to do the fade away effect.

Outline material must below surface material(in this picture was named “skin”) because in Solidify Modifier you must set Material Offset Idex to 1

outline material: combine RGB and Geometry(backface culling) node>Mix Shader set to 1.0 fac> output. than click Outline material check Backface Culling
