just enter your website name

and click Next.

And once you see that your domain is available,

fill out your account information,

untick any extras that you don't want,

enter your payment information,

agree to the terms and hit Submit.

Once you see that your purchase was a success,

go ahead and create an account.

Just enter a password and log into the account

that you just created.

Then answer these short questions about your website,

give some details about yourself

and then skip the final step of the onboarding process.

You will now be logged into your Bluehost account

where your hosting and domain is already set up.

Step two is to log into WordPress.

WordPress makes it very easy to create a website

WordPress is pre-installed on your website

To log into WordPress, click WordPress

from your account

and this will take you to your WordPress dashboard

where you can edit your website.

is already set up.

Step three is to install a new theme.

Installing a new WordPress theme

will make your website look much better

and the theme I recommend is Astra

To install a new theme,

click into your WordPress dashboard

and go to Appearance, Themes,

Add a New Theme and search for Astra.

Then click Install and Activate.

To get the free designs that come with this theme,

go to Plugins, Add New

and search for the Astra plugin.

And click Install Now and Activate.

To see the free designs, click See Library,

select Elementor to easily edit these designs

and click on Free at the top to see all

of the free designs.

Now, there are free designs here

So scroll down through them

that you want to make

or choose a design that you like the look of.

the process to edit them is very easy

and it's the same for every design.

You can preview any template to see how it will look

and to apply a template to a site, click Import Site.

you can view your new website.

Step four is to edit your website.

It's very easy to make your website look exactly

how you want.

Just open the page you want to edit

To change text, select the text that you want

to edit and start typing.

You can edit text on a button in the same way

and to change the button color,

click on the Style menu in the sidebar

and select the color that you want.

You can even change the text color.

To edit the background, right click on the background

and click Edit Section.

Your background can be an image, a gradient color,

a video or a slideshow.

To change the image, click on the exiting image,

upload your own image

and then click Insert Media to add the picture

to your website.

Just click Update to save changes

and click View the Page to exit the editor.

That's how easy it is to edit any page of your website.

Now, what if you want to edit the header

which appears across the top

of every page on your website?

It's very easy.

To edit the header, click Customize,

and click any of the blue icons to start editing.

For example, to change the logo,

click on the blue icon next to the logo.

and if you don't have a logo,

you can remove the logo

and display the site title.

Click Publish to save changes and exit the editor.

To edit the footer, click Edit with Elementor, Site Footer.

And select anything to begin editing.

For example, to edit text,

Now, what if you want to add a new page

to your website?

It's very simple.

To add a new page, all you need to do

is click on New, Page,

add a page title

and then click Edit with Elementor.

To add content to the page,

simply drag and drop templates

from the editor on the left onto the page.

For example, to add a title,

drag and drop the heading template onto the page.

And click on the text to edit it.

To add more content to the page,

click back to the templates

and drag and drop another template onto the page.

And once you're done, click Publish to save changes

Now, what if you want to add this new page

to the menu at the top of your website

so that people can find it easily?

It's very simple.

To edit the menu, click Customize,

New Feature – Custom Neighbourhood Data Map

We have another addition to our ever-growing library of features in our EstateVue WordPress plugin, our Custom Neighbourhood Data Map. This map can be custom made to show neighbourhoods and their listings in any city, with real time data taken directly from the CREA DDF (Unified Data Feed), on any WordPress website.

If you’re looking to innovate and separate yourself from the sea of realtors that exist out there, who are using all of the same tools, then we have a product for you.

Before we get into how this tool can benefit you and your business, let’s quickly break down all of the features within this amazing new tool.

Drawing subareas and selecting listings

Each map can be custom drawn to show the subareas in your city, and pull the listings in real time.

As you can see on the right, we have drawn each subarea within Kelowna, and the cities across the bridge on the other side of Okanagan Lake. With these subareas, we are able to pull the listings directly from the DDF. When zooming in on the map you can see more and more listings start to shoe, and you can click on a listing to see an overview of the listing, and then click the listing to view the listings full details.

Select Listing Type

The map will load with Single Family homes by default, but our map allows the user to select any property type. They can view all property types, or any property types they desire by selecting and deselecting the property types in the filter.

These property types load inline, meaning the user will not have to reload the page or click a button to see the results. Because this map is completely custom, it wouldn’t be complete without custom designed map markers for each property type, making this map stand out against all of the generic maps most realtors use.

Viewing Statistics

Located to the bottom left of the map is the viewing statistics. These statistics show 2 things: The number of properties being viewed at that moment, and the average price of the homes being viewed. This tells the user how many homes are available in specific areas they are viewing, and the average price helps them determine whether they can afford real estate in that area.

As you can see in the video to the right, these numbers also change in real time, allowing the user to get the information they need in seconds. This feature beats out any of your competition, as most realtors are using generic map searches that don’t even include this information.

Price Heat Map

We have also built in a price heat map into this tool, and once you click the button to enable the heat map, you will be shown where the prices are highest and lowest in each section of the city. Of course just like all our other features above, this happens in real time.

Map Styles

Here at EstateVue we are not just real estate web developers, we are also graphic and web designers. We understand how important the style of your website is, and how important keepings that style consistent throughout your website and branding is. So we have built in 4 different styles for this custom map, so it fits within your design.

Greyscale – This style works well with designs that are meant to be clean, with lots of whitespace. It can even work with a clean site that has some bright accent colors, such as red, green, and a cold blue.

Streets – This is the classic map look that Google Maps uses, It is recognizable and still a favourite amongst most people.

Dark – This style is a bit different but works great for darker website themes. Though it may not show as much detail, it can look great with the right WordPress theme.

Satellite – As with the “Streets” style mentioned above, this style is quite common and well known to anyone who has used Google Maps. It gives a satellite view style to the map, show a real time detailed map of the area.

Neighbourhood Color Scheme

As you can see in the video to the right, the neighbourhoods are using a teal – dark teal color scheme. These was done to match the clients branding, and can be done to match any branding and color scheme of a website.

At the bottom right of your screen you’ll see a box that shows the average price color legend. When choosing your color scheme, you’ll want to choose a color to begin the gradient, and a color to end it. Our system then takes those 2 colors, creates a gradient map, and then applies them to their corresponding prices in the map itself.

Custom property type selection - This feature is exactly how it sounds. Currently the map loads Single Family homes by default, and has ALL property types available for the user to filter through. But we are going to build in an option for you to choose which property types are available.

Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Turn Their `Beast Mode On` in Indonesia

The Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Team unveiled its 2019 colour scheme and structure today at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, Indonesia, causing great excitement. The launch event‘s theme “Beast Mode On” echoes the new title sponsorship deal between Yamaha and Monster Energy, as well as the team‘s mindset ahead of the official 2019 IRTA MotoGP preseason test in Sepang, Malaysia, held in two days‘ time.

The highly anticipated Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Team Launch event took place today at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta in Indonesia. Yamaha‘s newly named Factory Racing MotoGP team proudly presented its brand-new livery, that reflects Yamaha‘s long-term global alliance with the team‘s new title sponsor, Monster Energy Company.The multiple year title sponsor agreement was signed last summer and came natural, as Monster Energy sponsors multiple Yamaha teams (the Yamaha Factory Racing MotoGP team since 2013) and riders (including Valentino Rossi and Maverick Viñales) in various racing classes. Monster Energy and Yamaha‘s mutual passion for racing was evident today when the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Team announced that they will be turning their “Beast Mode On” for the 2019 MotoGP World Championship challenge.

At the start of the event, Yamaha Motor Racing President and Senior General Manager of Motorsports Section, Kouichi Tsuji was was joined on stage by Yamaha Motor Racing Managing Director, Lin Jarvis, and Monster Energy Company‘s Vice President of Sports Marketing, Mitch Covington.

Following the introduction speech by Executive Officer at Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd. and President of PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing, Minoru Morimoto, the three representatives were being interviewed by Masters of Ceremonies Lucy Wiryono and Dylan Gray. The management shared their excitement to start this new chapter, as they discussed the team‘s dedication towards the 2019 preparations and the new Yamaha structure, with Hiroshi Itou recently joining Motorsport Development Division as General Manager, and Takahiro Sumi becoming the new MotoGP Group Leader.

Valentino Rossi and Maverick Viñales soon joined the talk show. They made it clear that they can‘t wait to get back into action at the official 2019 IRTA MotoGP preseason test held in Sepang, Malaysia, in two days‘ time.

Valentino is famously Yamaha‘s most successful rider. This will be his 14th season with the manufacturer since he first joined the factory team in 2004, and there is no sign of him slowing down. The nine-time World Champion is as eager as ever to score GP victories, as he enters a seventh consecutive year with Yamaha since his return in 2013.

Maverick joined the Factory Yamaha crew in 2017 after gaining two years of experience in the premier class and was quick to make a name for himself. He ultimately took third place in the rider standings in his first season with Yamaha. Though the 2018 season proved to be tough, the Spaniard kept his motivation high and won the race at Phillip Island. He finished the season in fourth place overall, just five points behind his teammate in third position.

A video message from Monster Energy Company Chairman and CEO Rodney Sacks introduced the team launch‘s pièce de résistance: the unveiling of the brand-new bike livery. Valentino and Maverick were given the honour and they proudly presented the 2019 Yamaha YZR-M1. Its colour scheme has completely changed, with the team‘s M1 sporting a ’Monster Energy black‘-to-’Yamaha Factory Racing blue‘ gradient, including subtle blue stripes that add further dynamic to the sleek design. This perfect blend between Yamaha‘s aesthetic and Monster Energy‘s instantly recognisable claw branding is also represented in the new Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Team logo, as well as the new team gear and leathers modelled by Valentino and Maverick.

Besides the prominent Monster Energy branding, the team is also pleased to announce that throughout the 2019 racing season the bike will continue to feature the slogans of Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing, Yamaha Motor Vietnam Co., Ltd., Yamaha Motor Philippines, Inc., and Thai Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd.
