Isaac loved hosting things at his place.

Game nights, movie nights, random little dinners they were always at Isaac’s.

It just made sense.

His place was the most accessible, his best friend lived right across the hall, you were only a few minutes down the road, and the rest of his mates were around the area as well.

Somehow, though, you’d never met the guy across the hall.

His best friend.

Which felt nearly impossible considering how often you were over but that changed the night of game night.

you walked in, the last one to arrive, spotting some familiar faces in the mix but also two new ones.

One was a smaller guy with curly blond-ish hair, who you assumed was Chris md, based on the height jokes you’ve always heard about him.

The other one had that kind of quiet confidence you only noticed once he was already in the room, not loud, not flashy, but undeniably there.

Tousled curls framed his face just enough to make you wonder if he knew how effortlessly good he looked (he probably didn’t).

His eyes light but in an intense kind of way.

A beautiful deep brown that locked with you as soon as you entered the room.

“Arthur” you thought as you made your way into the room.

“Hey” you greeted Isaac embracing him into a slight hug.

You give a wave to the rest of the room as you sit in the only seat available next to Arthur.

“Hey” he whispered.

“Have we met yet?”

“Hey, no we haven’t” i shot him a smile

“Well it’s a pleasure to finally meet my best friends best friend” he puts on a jealous glare.

I crack a smile “same goes to you.”

The night progresses, full of easy laughter and chaotic rounds of charades, Pictionary, and a particularly unhinged game of Gartic Phone.

Isaac was in his element.

Loud, dramatic, and gleefully yelling over everyone.

Arthur, though quieter, was surprisingly sharp when it came to guessing things, and he kept tossing these smug little glances your way every time he got something right.

“I’m kind of hungry,” Arthur said at one point, turning toward Isaac.

“Grab something to eat, then you know where the food is,” Isaac replied, barely looking up as he argued over whether that drawing was a dog or a terribly drawn horse.

Arthur nodded, standing up and disappearing into the kitchen.

A beat passed.

Then, casually maybe a little too casually you stood as well.

“Me too, actually.”

You weren’t hungry.

Not for food, at least.

You pushed open the door to the kitchen and found Arthur halfway into a cupboard, poking around like he wasn’t totally sure what he was looking for.

“Looking for something?” you asked, teasing.

He turned, caught, a sheepish grin tugging at the corner of his mouth.

“Something quick. Don’t want to miss any more of Isaac accusing people of cheating.”

You leaned against the counter, arms crossed loosely.

“Important stuff.”

Arthur chuckled, then gave you a look — something softer now that you were away from the group.

“So what brought you in here, then?”

You held his gaze for a moment, feeling the tension settle between you like a held breath.

“I don’t know. Just thought I’d keep you company.”

His smile widened not cocky, but warm.

“Well, I’m glad you did.”

“So,” Arthur began, pulling out a bag of chips, “what made you think I needed company?”

You smirked, tilting your head. “I’m just here for moral support. Someone’s got to make sure you don’t eat all the snacks.”

He laughed softly, that warm, easy sound you already liked. “Fair enough. Was starving to be fair.”

There was a pause just long enough to feel meaningful.

You found yourself studying him more closely the way his hair flopped slightly when he moved, how his eyes caught the light in a way that made them shimmer, the way his smile softened when it wasn’t directed at the crowd.

“You’re not what I expected,” he said suddenly, voice low. “Not in a bad way.”

“Is that so?” you teased. “What did you expect?”

He shrugged, running a hand through his hair. “I don’t know, maybe someone a bit more… Loud? Or firece” he smirks

“So a clone of Issac?” you giggle as you felt a flutter in your chest from the acknowledgement. “Glad I could surprise you I guess?”

He stepped a little closer, the space between you coming smaller. “I guess surprises can be good.” He states almost mysteriously

You swallowed, heart racing, you let out a breath.

The sound of footsteps and laughter from the living room nudged you both back to reality. Arthur glanced toward the door, then back at you.

“Should we head back?”

You nodded, reluctantly stepping away from the counter.

“Yeah. But, hey,” he added with a smile, “thanks for the company.”

You smiled back, feeling a warmth spread through you. “Anytime.”

You guys walked back and continue game night. About an hour passes and everyone goes home except for Arthur Issac and you.

“Goodnight Issac had a great night and very great to meet you Arthur.””

You walk our arthur following close behind “D’you want a pal to walk home with?” He questions sweetly

“Only if it’s you.” You respond with burning cheeks

He walked me home that night and hangouts at Isaac’s changed forever.

random sleep headcanon time let's go

when the boys aren't sleeping with Javi's head laying on Kieran's chest (yep, that was me!), they're spooning. Javier is the little spoon. Kieran will never admit it was almost entirely a bid to stop falling off the bed in the middle of the night (they both shift around a lot)

Kieran picked up a bit of Spanish while he was in the army, so when he and Javier are both a little bit sleep deprived and a bit more drunk they're giggling and gossiping about the rest of the gang

Javier is NOT a morning person and it's only when he gets older does he somewhat begin to tolerate them. if only to get more cuddle time with his hubby and see the sunrise splash across Kieran's face

Kieran is a bit of a blanket hog which is fine most of the time bc Javi runs warm and it's only in the winter that it becomes a problem because Javier hates the cold

(slaps roof of car) these bad boys can fit SO many nightmares in them. it's very rare they wake up thrashing and screaming tho. mostly their eyes shoot open and they tense up for a few moments, and many times one has woken up to the other staring at them, checking their pulse. bone-crushing cuddles and tea ensue.

(good ending/modern) have fun getting out of bed in the morning when your cats have found the exact locations and positions to make slipping out of bed impossible without waking someone up. Kieran spends about an extra 10 minutes in bed every morning trying to escape when Javier is wrapped around him, one cat is loafed on his chest, another one is curled up between his legs, and his arm has gone numb under the third. he wouldn't change a thing <3

personally i do believe that they swap back and forth on who’s the big spoon and who’s the little spoon but most of the time javier is indeed the little spoon. mostly because their height difference makes it the most comfortable but also because javi will prop his leg up on kieran like this in his sleep and sometimes it will make him wake up with terrible back pain so to avoid it, kieran gets big spoon privileges

also i think javier would really begin to enjoy being the little spoon after ch4 because while he can’t directly listen to kieran’s heartbeat, he can squeeze in tight and feel it on his back, and combining that with the warmth of kieran’s body and the heat of his breathing on his scalp, it’s just as comforting.

on the spanish note, i’ve been becoming more and more fond of the idea of kieran having a baseline understanding of spanish … at first i was leaning towards him not knowing a lick, just so javi can have language privacy for when he has his dramatic moments, but now it’s almost canon to me that kieran could at the very least navigate himself through a situation in which spanish is the only language the people around him could speak. though i think most of his gossip is going to be spanglish LOL which is even cuter to me 💔 (insert toby fox “toho project” accent changes) javier teaches him more and more words and they get more and more mean girl-y the more “privacy” they have in those conversations. they’re so cute 💔💔💔

“many times one has woken up to the other staring at them, checking their pulse” i have to d*e that makes me SO MISERAVLE BECAUSE YOURE RIGHT especially javier, not only because he’s almost explicitly lost kieran once, but also because he’s literally lived his entire life up until now dedicated to protecting the lives of those he loves (ie; fleeing to america to protect his family, not himself). so of course the first thing he’s going to do when he wakes up in fight or flight is to make sure the reason he is living is still alive. if kieran is still breathing, then javier is too. i can see javier curling up tight with his head on kieran’s chest, letting the rhythm of his heart ground him. kieran wakes up from nightmares cold and alone and he can’t see the world around him. he’ll gasp like he can’t breathe and sit up and pull his knees to his chest and, without fail, javier will reach out to his warmth and touch him- more often than not still in his sleep. it’s usually enough to snap kieran out of the flashback, at least to the point where he can grab javi’s hand and pull it up to his face, where he closes his eyes and treads his partners fingertips along his neck and cheeks to ensure to himself that he’s okay and safe. even if javier wakes up (which, as a man on the run, there’s no way he’d sleep through it), he’ll stay slack, watching kieran’s face slowly soften and his breathing slow enough that he won’t at least pass out. you’re entirely correct that following this, they hold each other tight, make sure they’re both warm as can be, and they’ll make/get some sort of tea or snack for the other. they don’t talk much, maybe a question here or there about a preference for the comfort but otherwise they just do things that remind the other that they’re both still alive enough to love.

THE LAST ONE OOUGGH YOUR EMAKING ME YHINK ABOUT ME AND JJ’S (rip jj my beloved (they’re not dead just inactive)) CENTURIES OLD MODERN JAVIERAN CAT SANCTUARY AU LOL in every life, javieran have cats. i don’t even think kieran can avoid attracting animals, and javier WILL cause a 10 car pileup on the highway if he sees a cat in need of rescuing. anyway, you’re completely right 😭💔 kieran always gets up first, even on the days that javier has work in the morning, so he’s the one who has to peel himself out of bed away from his fluffy, warm cell. he also has to try to shush two of the cats that begin their loud objections to his abhorrent behavior (of getting up to make coffee) so that they don’t wake javier up. he has to hush them all the way out of the room and into the kitchen, there in which the meowing becomes louder, as they’ve now become demands of compensation via food for waking them up so early. pepita, javier’s cat, always stays in bed with him until he wakes up, no matter what she is enticed with.

I understand the writers have their preferences. Bat writers probably prefer DickBabs while Titans writers prefer DickKory, but I'M BEGGING if one editorial is making one of the couple canon, can't the other one tone down the flirting or implications??😭

I also understand "feeding" the fans, especially DickKory ones since they're not the current couple but can't they use... Like... Elseworlds? Same for DickBabs. If Dick and Barbara were to break up and Dick would start dating Kory again, I'd rather have them in elseworlds instead of flirting or implications in main canon.

Dick Grayson character is already often mistaken as a cheater because of... That annual, shudders.

You can give us content for both ships to make everyone happy by giving us flashbacks or elseworlds stuff (Kami Garcia's books are currently the best example. They're so cute in that and it's an elseworld, fans of both ships are getting "fed" and happy), why making it seem like he's cheating or not "committing" (?) to his partner? It feels so disrespectful for all three characters idk.

Can't they talk it out like "if you're writing about the main continuity keep in mind that Dick is dating Babs/Kory so don't write some certain stuff"??

And again I understand they must have their preferences but it can't be that hard to write Dick and Babs or Dick and Kory as close friends? Like, I always say DickKory is good but not my thing: I'd still be able to write them as friends, same for Babs. While I heavily ship her and Dick, I wouldn't have problems in writing them as close friends with funny banters, without having to include romance.

I keep hearing from others that Dick is a cheater because of the annual or him flirting with Kory while dating Babs — probably meaning the Titans Academy thing. And following the timeline, apparently, he and Babs weren't together. But Taylor was indeed writing them with the intentions of getting them together at that time, so why the need of writing that part of the story???

Before being a fan of the ship, I'll always be a Dick Grayson fan first, and I can't blame people for thinking he's a cheater if writers keeps pulling inconsistent stuff😭😭

Or like the recent cover, where they put Dick and Kory but always include Garfield. Like... There's no need to put Garfield to make it platonic. You can just draw them as close but not in a romantic way, and if people want to ship them it's not the artist fault and canonically no one's doing weird stuff.

It didn't even look like a romantic cover, just two friends (and exes who are still close) getting a coffee together. Compared to Dick and Barbara's covers you can feel the difference.

I just wish they were more consistent.

If Dick is dating one girl, don't make him flirt with the other one, it's so bad for the three characters, especially for Dick who's getting the "cheater" flair.

The general idea for that webcomic was that it all takes place inside the broken mind of a comatose girl. (This cliché plot is what made me drop it rather quick) But anyways- so all the characters in this world are based on things in her real life.

The clown character is meant to be apart of a species of clowns. They're shapeshifters of sorts. And the shadowy figure is his true form/a beast that he can transform into if needed. This clown character is supposed to be her minds version of her dad. Someone one who always made her laugh and was very friendly. But was also very capable of protecting her.

Now the owl... I was thinking that one night before she fell into her coma.. she saw a barn owl outside her bedroom window. But due to the surrounding darkness, she could only see its head. She ended up feeling like/imagining that all the darkness out there around it was its body.

So now in her dream scape, this black shapeshifting beast stalks the group from afar. Contorting its body into various shadowy bugs and furry creatures. But always keeping its owl face...

He only knows as much as I do, So unfortunately I'd say no 😅 I'm unfamiliar with Skeletor. But Papyrus on the other hand...👀

Some characters will stay evil and will have no redemption. For example Silas, Airachnid and Megatron will see no redemption. And I cant see any world where TFP Soundwave would work with the Autobots.. same thing with Starscream and his brothers.

As for most of those dramatic battles and moments, most of it will be remedied by "they actually survived the fight and got a second chance."😅

My favorite bot character is Ratchet :)) but Bulkhead is a very close second. I just cant help but love the grumpy old bot. He pretends to not like the kids and be annoyed by the others antics. But the truth is his spark is full of nothing but love and dedication to his team. And he would give up everything he is/has to protect any of them. 🧡

My favorite human characterrr..... well, usually its Miko, but only when she's being really sweet/cute with Bulkhead. "I'll never forget you.." "I wanna be just like you Bulk!" "I cant Bulk, I gotta get you outa here!" "We cant leave Bulkhead! "(Run Miko!) Miko's brow frows and she tears up"

But aside from those moments she can get on my nerves sometimes <XD So for that reason I think Jack is my favorite human character. He never gets on my nerves and I like how much he's matured over the series.

Now favorite duo... ooo that's a good question. It'll have to beeee... uhhh.. man. Its a tough pick. I like Ratchet and Optimus, Bulkhead and Wheeljack are always fun.. but man, Bulkhead and Miko just hits different.

Arcee: "A scout must be silent but deadly" (Miko and Bulk both snicker and laugh). "That's my girl!" "I'm never leaving your side again.." The two of them together just makes my heart swell 😭💞💞

Yeah I was surprised that "Orion" wasn't more shocked and devastated at being told that his dear friend Ratchet and him were at war. And for this long..

I wish we had a moment where Ratchet got to explain everything to him. Or better yet- can you imagine if Orion was told all this horrible stuff about Ratchet, and then somehow he has a brief encounter with Ratchet? Maybe he was on the battle field and saw Ratchet in the distance, gingerly helping Bee to his feet.

Then they lock optics, and Ratchet looks devastated. His optics are full of worry and sorrow. The way he protectively shields Bee from gunfire.. he just cant see the blood thirst war criminal that Megatron described.

Maybe after that he would start to really become suspicious of Megatron and start to figure things out..

This is my Sonic 06 based Exe character called P06!! Keep scrolling for some facts about him and 06 Shadow and Silver for this Exe universe as well!!

I haven’t rlly introduced P06 anywhere aside from one post from 2022 on my insta and I’ve been playing a lot of the Exe: The Disaster game on Roblox so I thought why not look back on this Exe and also add some characters since he was the only character I had rlly made until now.

Just a lil side note I forgot to put in the facts slide, I did draw Shadow without his inhibitor rings that was intentional I’m kinda still deciding where I wanna go for that but rn I’m gonna say loosely he lost them at some point and can’t use his full abilities against P06 yet since his chaos energy is very unstable without his inhibitors and can only be used in small bursts at a time.

Quite literally a 3AM thought but why do ppl never ever (or rarely) draw scars on giorno. I mean. A lot of ppl usually give fugo scars bc in phf he literally fucked himself up w the virus (poor retelling, I know), but he also got healed by golden experience (requiem (question mark) a while after, right? I don’t remember ever seeing golden experience leave behind scars after “healing” ppl. I mean, take mista (I talk ab him way too much I’m sorry 😭) as an example. He didn’t get any visually. Peine likes emo music and in personality he's a little mean, he's kind of a tsundere who will pretend not liking and not care about friends demonstrating they like him but deep down he's very happy with the attention, but he'll still be making some mean comments with the close ones. Since Pain is the short devil, I also wanted him to be short so he's probably around Epel's height

First drawing is gonna lead me into a headcanon ramble soooo prepare to read!

So, in that picture, it was about Halloween time, and it is very likely the Curtis gang had seen “The Alvin Show”, which came out in 1961. Johnny and Ponyboy originally had the idea, and decided to have Dally to join in (after forcing him and using blackmail material willingly supplied by Tim). Dally only agreed if he got to be the “leader”, Alvin basically. Johnny wanted to be Theodore because he just liked green and figured he fit him the most. Much to his chagrin, Ponyboy was left with Simon and was teased ruthlessly because he “already has the glasses for it!” (I am a firm believer Ponyboy and Darry have glasses they have to wear, but Ponyboy NEVER wears them).

Darry only let it all slide because he just wanted Ponyboy to put his glasses to use for ONCE. Even for a silly Halloween costume. You can see Ponyboy considering whether or not biting Dally would be worth it (he bit him after the picture was taken). In terms of HOW the costumes were gained was simple. They used old sweaters Darry grew out or just didn’t like to wear for the boy. Darry and Soda just sewed them up if they needed some fixing, and added the “D.W” onto Dally’s sweater. I 100% believe Mrs. Curtis planned to teach all her children to sew when they were old enough to not prick themselves. She only got to teach Pony the basics before the accident.

Anyway!!! Darry managed to buy a plain red cap for Dally to use, and Soda gave Pony some old jeans for him to wear. Unfortunately, just like in Soda’s case (they were Darry’s first), the pants were too big so Pony had to use a raggedy belt to hold them up. Dally wouldn’t take off his stupid boots for better shoes, and Darry’s long learned to pick and choose his battles. Specifically, his battle with getting Johnny to accept the hand-me-downs.

Johnny is very amazed by the existence of non-old, not tight, and mostly clean shows because they were Soda’s! But, as well all know, he (Soda) has a tendency to just…not wear shoes, and i like to think when he does, he just wears the same pair everyday until they are physically unwearable. So, Johnny’s shoes are in good condition. Like in Pony’s case, Johnny was given a pair of too big jeans, but from Steve. Steve insisted very much that he didn’t care for them and didn’t want them anymore, but the gang has seen him wear that exact pair to work for weeks at a time because “they’re comfortable”.

They’re a family full of hand-me-downs, your honor. Well, the only things handed down are things that AREN’T completely destroyed or dirtied beyond repair.

Anyway!!! Again!!! I have a Soda from a 1930’s magazine that I thought fit him nicely, cause that’s a pretty boy!! I also altered the text just a teensy bit but that’s okay. I also had to trace the text at the too because my handwriting isn’t the sweetest or most readable. Finally, we have a Cherry drawing i actually love very much!! Idk why, but i saw cherries, thought “Cherry”, blacked out, then realized i was drawing Cherry. It’s a living. Sorry for rambling, but i just had to get the silly thoughts out of my head so badly. Fun to talk. Fun to think.

Shy but Loyal: Moozilla often hides behind AJ or lowers her head when meeting new people. She doesn’t talk much (or at all), but her actions speak volumes. She’ll always come through when her friends are in trouble.

Gentle Giant: Despite her size and strength, Moozilla is incredibly gentle—tiptoeing around small creatures and careful not to hurt anyone accidentally.

Cautiously Brave: She gets nervous easily, especially in loud or chaotic situations, but when someone she cares about is threatened, her courage shines through. It might take a pep talk or encouragement from AJ, but once she steps up, she’s unstoppable.

Soft-Hearted: She loves flowers, quiet meadows, and cuddles. She might even carry a little keepsake from AJ around her neck like a tiny lasso charm.

Sensitive: She’s emotional and may get flustered or teary when scolded or when she thinks she’s let someone down—but she always tries again.

POWERS

Stomp Quake- Moozilla can stomp the ground to create small shockwaves that knock over enemies or create cracks/barriers.

Moo-Force Field- Moozilla can generate a protective, glowing barrier with a loud moo to shield herself or others (especially AJ) from attacks.

Horn Energy Blasts- Her horns can charge up and release a glowing energy beam or blast. The longer the charge, the stronger the attack.

Nature Bond- Moozilla can summon grassy vines or wildflowers to entangle enemies, trip them up, or even heal allies with soothing, green energy.

Nose for Trouble- She has a supernatural sense of smell that can detect nearby danger or track someone sneaky.

BACKSTORY:

(First off AJ aka Abigail is Moozilla's partner, You know a cow always needs a cowboy/girl)

Moozilla was no ordinary bovine — she was a magical creature from a hidden realm, sent to Earth after her home was overtaken by darkness. Though she didn’t speak, Moozilla had the ability to communicate through gentle sounds and gestures. She starts as a lost cow in the woods all scared and alone until her partner (Abigail) found her, Abigail took her in to join her family and Moozilla wasn't afraid anymore seeing Abigail's kindness

That same night, a mysterious shooting star zipped overhead, and Abigail's favorite rope started shimmering with a strange energy. From that moment on, Abigail found she could control it with her mind. Until her rope wraps around the Moozilla, Until she turns into a human just like her, She had mysterious symbols glowing faintly on her eyes that shimmered with wisdom. Abigail eyes linger on Moozilla and looked at her closely, Abigail smiles thinking of a name to give her new cow friend
