Worship and working alongside are two sides of the same coin.

I use all sorts of oracular tools in my work. Tarot, oracle decks, runes, dice, charms, pendulums, etc.

I do not follow the Threefold Law.

I believe deeply in animism.

I keep a few physical shrines group-dedicated, and use other methods for personal shrines.

I partake in daily worship.

I perform "entity juggling", where I pick and choose entities based on need, want, or their presence.

I am not Wiccan. I am a chaotic eclectic pagan.

This is not a closed or personal pantheon, but I'm also not here to convert anybody or really be a teacher about them. I'm happy to answer questions about them, but I'm not taking on the responsibility of teacher.

This is an unrecorded pantheon, not a conpantheon. Conpantheons are valid, though.

Please inform me if I make a mistake or don't know/understand something, so I can fix it.

I don't believe gods are all-powerful or all-knowing. They are capable of mistakes, misunderstandings, and much else.

This blog doesn't talk about more adult aspects of worship, by choice.

I believe the Gods, Heroes, and Saints interact directly with mortals often, so I may often speak of direct interactions I have.

I firmly believe that the Gods, Heroes, and Saints are deeply and utterly multifaceted.

All pronouns I call my spirit guides are given to me by them.

I use the term "work" to refer to my work in my worship and my path with them guiding and supporting me. I don't claim to be co-creating.

I'm much further religiously than I am magically.

For the past two months with a lot of breaks here and there I worked on this Rhys comic as a passion project. I feel I could change sth about the speech bubbles but I'm too tired atp OIFSHIOASFOI But - I'm proud of the arts and want to show off wheuuheeu >:) Hope you will like it!

If there's one thing I've learned at Dog Job it's that all the classically "scary" dog breeds are pretty much all Big Dumb Babies. Rottweilers? Big dumb babies. Dobermans? Big dumb babies. Pit bulls? Perhaps the MOST dumb and MOST baby. What you must understand about every dog breed is that there is yet to be one that doesn't have at least one member that gets so so sad if you don't give them lil ear scratches every 10 seconds

one thing that's been talked about here and by creators and is obvious but still important to articulate (to me) is that oliver is not envious of the cattons because they are wealthier than him, necessarily. it's not about the money. or it is, but in a way that everything in life is about money: no matter how much you have, you kind of always want more, because want is a very strong driver. he's not coming from a place of poverty or any financial need at all, and he is not genuinely burning with the anger at the rich as a working-class guy constantly overpowered by them. there is no righteousness of the oppressed in his motives; sure, he "knows how to work", but to me—and this is, again, personal interpretation—the more important part is that the cattons "made it so easy" for him to take everything from them. it doesn't matter where oliver is coming from, ultimately (which is why he is so pointedly an upper middle class kid, quite comfortable, not a struggling genius he paints himself to be). for oliver, and for his audience, what matters is what he wants, not why he wants it; how badly he wants, how deep inside his own desire he is.

in short, it's not that the cattons had something he didn't have. it's just that they had something he wanted.

when people say a historical/literary figure is queer, and especially when there is discourse around that, i don’t think they make it clear enough whether they are approaching the topic according to modern standards of queerness (eg. an ancient greek erastes attracted to a younger eromenos is queer), or according to the figure’s contemporary standards of queerness (eg. a roman man who eats his wife out regularly is queer), or according to both, only calling queer people who are transgressive according to both ancient and modern standards of sexuality (eg. an ancient greek adult man attracted to other adult men is queer). and there is room for consideration for all of these (though personally i don’t use queer in a serious/genuine way to refer to the first option — i’d rather use less politicized words for that) but it’s good to keep the other perspectives in mind

btw the reason we function so well as a system despite being so big is the result of YEARS of hard work to get here. it wasn't just we woke up one day and we were functioning well and smoothly. it was something we all worked hard to obtain.

i think people forget the hard work that goes into actually learning to function as a system (functional multiplicity), and just see the end result of a functioning system and go "this is clearly how you've always been", and in some worse cases, use that to discern if a system is real or not, because apparently the only valid system experience is agony and suffering and pain. *¹

just because a system functions good now doesn't mean they did as a kid. it doesn't mean they did when they learned they were a system. it doesn't mean anything about their past functioning levels.

we used to function like doodoo, especially when we do retrospection about things in our childhood that were clearly plurality in hindsight. when we realized we were a system, it was chaotic! it was not easy! it wasn't suffering but we were struggling! but now, 8+ years into this, we're doing pretty good.

and that's because for those many years, we've been working hard to get here. to get to functional multiplicity. and that's our journey. and our present day doesn't indicate how we were back then.

idk. i have a lot of thoughts on this, i'll leave it there lol.

*¹ this is its own bag of worms but tl;dr: part of the point of functional multiplicity is to not suffer, and that means that you're not forced to pick either final fusion or suffering. the end goal of functional multiplicity includes becoming happy and learning to function as a system, whether that be as a collective of people or parts of a greater whole or whatever else i'm missing.

(general extra note: this post isn't shaming people who did come to functional multiplicity without needing to work for it or formed a system with functional multiplicity. it's just about those of us who DO have to work for it, y'know?)

like I do feel bad to not be happy about something that a lot of people are happy about but almost every summer servant being lb6 AND the anniversary servant being a summer servant connected to lb6 is just. A lot. Like I’m glad that you like aesc and she works with her already existing narrative but putting a summer servant (bc she is, Morgan shows up in a swimsuit and her alignment changes to lawful summer in third ascension) uo as the anniversary servant is just. It feels really weird to me and i don’t like it. Even pan human history Morgan would’ve felt more suited to the slot than a summer unit.
